1.由于其空调器外导风板可转动地设置于壳体的外壁上,其转动过程以及转动角度可视,用户能够快速确定外导风板的导风角度是否调节到位。并且,外导风板设置于出风口之外,其尺寸不受出风口的尺寸限制,能够调整至更大尺寸,从而获得更佳的导风效果。因此,该空调器具有导风效 果更佳、用户体验更好的特点;
2.通过内导风板的设置,使整个导风通道通过外导风板和内导风板配合控制,当进行制热或制冷时,分别采用不同的调节方式,使风向受到改变,使制热或制冷效果更佳,更加贴合人体的需求。

具体实施方式
为使本发明的上述目的、特征和优点能够更为明显易懂,以下结合附图1-4对本发明作进一步详细说明。
本发明实施例公开一种空调器。参照图1,空调器100包括壳体110和外导风板130,壳体110上开设有出风口111,外导风板130可转动地设置于壳体110的外壁上,以对出风口111的出风进行导流,外导风板130的设置位置对应出风口111的位置。外导风板130的一边设置有转轴131,转轴131设置于出风口111外且位于出风口111的上方处,外导风板130经转轴131可转动地设置在壳体110的外壁上。其中,外导风板130的长度大于出风口111的长度和/或外导风板130的宽度大于出风口111的宽度。
外导风板130可转动地设置于壳体110的外壁上,其转动过程以及转动角度可视,用户能够快速确定外导风板130的导风角度是否调节到位。并且,外导风板130设置于出风口111之外,其尺寸不受出风口111的尺寸限制,能够调整至更大尺寸,从而获得更佳的导风效果。由于外导风板130的长度和/或宽度大于出风口111,外导风板130可以完全遮住出风口111,出风口111的气流可以全部通过外导风板130进行导流,外导风板130的导流效果更佳,且在不使用空调器100时,可以减少进入出风口111出的灰尘,延长空调器100的使用寿命。
壳体110的外壁上对应出风口111上方的位置设置有转动部113,转轴131与转动部113转动配合。本实施例中,为了提升外导风板130的转动紧密程度,防止壳体110的外壁上产生凝露,转动部113设置有凹槽,外导风板130上设置的转轴131嵌入凹槽内,并与凹槽可转动地配合。
通过转轴131和凹槽的设置,使外导风板130在转动时,始终紧密设置在凹槽内,出风口111的出风沿外导风板130进行导流,不易从转动处接触壳体110的外壁。
为了进一步提升外导风板130的利用率,本实施例中,凹槽与出风口111的上缘衔接并与出风口111上缘的延伸方向平行。凹槽与出风口111的上缘衔接并平行延伸,保证了外导风板130在安装至凹槽后,其起到导风效果的区域更广,进一步提升了外导风板130的导风利用率。
为了保证外导风板130在安装于凹槽后,能够实现对壳体110水平方向上的全覆盖,避免存在留白区域,在壳体110表面产生间隙而导致凝露产生。本实施例中,凹槽的一端开设于壳体110在水平方向上的一端的端 壁,凹槽的另一端延伸至壳体110在水平方向上的另一端的端壁。即,凹槽在水平方向上贯穿壳体110的两端。
外导风板130在安装至凹槽后,要实现顺畅转动,并且还要保证外导风板130与壳体110的紧密配合防止产生过大间隙,本实施例中,凹槽的横截面呈半圆弧形。
转轴131嵌入凹槽,实现外导风板130与壳体110的可转动配合,由于凹槽凹设于壳体110的外壁,避免了外导风板130与壳体110的连接处外凸,提升了空调器100整体的美观程度。
为了保证防凝露效果,转轴131与外导风板130的长度均与凹槽的长度相对应,且均大于出风口111的长度。即,在转轴131嵌入凹槽的情况下,转轴131的两端分别与凹槽的两端的端壁共面,外导风板130长度方向上的两端分别与凹槽的两端的端壁共面。
参照图1,空调器100还包括导风机构,导风机构设置在壳体110上,导风机构与外导风板130共同围成可改变出风风向的导风通道,以对出风口111的出风进行导流。在现有技术中,风向固定在出风口111的方向,只通过外导风板130进行导流,没有进行风向的改变。在导风机构的设置下,导风机构和外导风板130配合,使风向可以向展示最佳效果的方向改变,使空调器100可以在使用时达到最佳的效果,符合使用者的使用需求。
导风机构包括内导风板150,内导风板150可转动设置于壳体110上,外导风板130与内导风板150用于共同围成导风通道,以对出风口111的出风进行导流。外导风板130和内导风板150相互配合。使用内导风板150可以灵活跟随外导风板130一起转动,达到改变风向的目的。
内导风板150可转动地设置于出风口111的内部远离外导风板130的侧壁上。内导风板150的一边设置有转动曲臂151,转动曲臂151远离内导风板150的一端与出风口111内部远离外导风板130的侧壁可转动地连接。转动曲臂151增大了内导风板150的转动角度范围,使得内导风板150能够完全转出出风口111,获得更大的导风角度。
参照图2,外导风板130的最大挡风面积大于内导风板150的最大挡风面积。在空调器100的关机状态下,内导风板150容置于出风口111内,外导风板130遮挡出风口111。使外导风板130和内导风板150不易发生相互干涉,同时在关机状态下也对内导风板150起到了一定的保护作用。
参照图2和图3,外导风板130和内导风板150均呈弧形设置,当空调器100由关机状态运行制热模式时,内导风板150转动至出风口111的外部,外导风板130转动第一角度,外导风板130和内导风板150围成倾斜向下的导风通道,以使出风口111吹出的气流沿外导风板130靠近内导风板150的一侧倾斜向下流动,此时外导风板130的凹弧面与内导风板150的凹弧面相对。外导风板130和内导风板150均呈弧形设置,外导风板130的凹面朝向外导风板130靠近出风口111一侧,内导风板150的凹面朝向内导风板150靠近出风口111一侧。
现有技术中,导风板设置于出风口111内,其导风尺寸受出风口111尺寸限制,对于出风的导流效果有限。当空调器100运行制热模式的过程中,热风由出风口111吹出后会立即上浮,导致大量的热空气聚集在房间上方,导致用户头热脚冷,对整个房间的制热效果较差。本实施例中,将外导风板130设置壳体110的外部,其尺寸不受出风口111的尺寸限制, 可以将出风口的所有出风进行导流,具有更好的热风下压效果,使对整个房间的制热效果更佳。并且,外导风板130为弧形板,其端部下垂,对热风的下压效果更佳。
参照图2-图4,当空调器100由关机状态运行制冷模式时,内导风板150转动至出风口111的为外部,外导风板130转动第二角度,此时外导风板130的凹弧面与内导风板150的凹弧面相对,外导风板130与内导风板150围成大致水平的导风通道,第二角度大于第一角度。
由于热空气和冷空气的气流分布不同,因此为了使制冷效果更好,需要将冷空气输送更远。将外导风板130设置壳体110的外部,其尺寸不受出风口111的尺寸限制,能够配置更长的尺寸,保证冷空气能够被吹的更远,提升制冷效果。在制冷模式下,由于内导风板150为弧形板,其端部上翘,更有利于冷风的远距离输送。
综上,本实施例提供的空调器100,在实际应用中,由于外导风板130设置于壳体110的外壁上,其转动过程与转动角度可视,用户在调节导风角度的过程中能够通过肉眼观察快速确定外导风板130是否调节到位,使得用户获得良好的使用感受。并且,外导风板130设置于出风口111之外,能够调整至更大的尺寸,从而获得更佳的导风效果,并防止凝露产生。
本发明实施例的实施原理为:当需要对空调器100进行使用时,打开空调器100,此时外导风板130转动打开,外导风板130打开后内导风板150转动打开,使外导风板130和内导风板150之间的导风通道打开。在以制热模式运行时,外导风板130和内导风板150转动形成热风下压通道,使出风口111吹出的气流倾斜向下流动,使制热效果更佳。在以制冷模式 运行时,外导风板130和内导风板150转动形成冷风上升通道,使吹风口吹出的气流可以远距离输送冷空气,使制冷效果更佳。使用完成后关闭空调器100,此时内导风板150先转动回到壳体110内,然后外导风板130转动在出风口111处盖合。
以上均为本发明的较佳实施例,并非依此限制本发明的保护范围,故:凡依本发明的结构、形状、原理所做的等效变化,均应涵盖于本发明的保护范围之内。

Claims (12)

  1. 一种空调器,其特征在于:包括壳体(110)和外导风板(130),所述壳体(110)开设有出风口(111),所述外导风板(130)可转动地设置于所述壳体(110)的外壁上对应所述出风口(111)的位置,以对所述出风口(111)的出风进行导流,所述外导风板(130)的一边设置有转轴(131),所述转轴(131)设置于所述出风口(111)外且位于所述出风口(111)的上方处,所述外导风板(130)经所述转轴(131)可转动地设置在所述壳体(110)的外壁上。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的空调器,其特征在于:所述壳体(110)的外壁上对应所述出风口(111)上方的位置设置有转动部(113),所述转轴(131)与所述转动部(113)转动配合。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的空调器,其特征在于:所述外导风板(130)的长度大于所述出风口(111)的长度,和/或,所述外导风板(130)的宽度大于所述出风口(111)的宽度。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的空调器,其特征在于:还包括导风机构,所述导风机构设置在所述壳体(110)上,所述导风机构与所述外导风板(130)共同围成可改变出风风向的导风通道,以对所述出风口(111)的出风进行导流。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的空调器,其特征在于:所述导风机构包括内导风板(150),所述内导风板(150)可转动设置于所述壳体(110)上,所述外导风板(130)与所述内导风板(150)用于共同围成导风通道,以对所述出风口(111)的出风进行导流。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的空调器,其特征在于:所述内导风板(150) 可转动地设置于所述出风口(111)的内部远离所述外导风板(130)的侧壁上。
  7. 根据权利要求5所述的空调器,其特征在于:所述内导风板(150)的一边设置有转动曲臂(151),所述转动曲臂(151)远离所述内导风板(150)的一端与所述出风口(111)的内部远离所述外导风板(130)的侧壁可转动地连接,所述转动曲臂(151)用于带动所述内导风板(150)在所述出风口(111)内外转动。
  8. 根据权利要求5-7任一项所述的空调器,其特征在于:所述外导风板(130)的最大遮挡面积大于所述内导风板(150)的最大遮挡面积。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的空调器,其特征在于:在所述空调器(100)处于关机状态时,所述内导风板(150)容置于所述出风口(111)内,所述外导风板(130)在所述出风口(111)的外部遮挡所述出风口(111)。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的空调器,其特征在于:在所述空调器(100)由关机状态运行制热模式时,所述内导风板(150)转动至所述出风口(111)的外部,所述外导风板(130)转动第一角度,以引导所述由所述出风口(111)吹出的气流倾斜向下流动。
  11. 根据权利要求9所述的空调器,其特征在于:在所述空调器(100)由关机状态运行制冷模式时,所述内导风板(150)转动至所述出风口(111)的外部,所述外导风板(130)转动第二角度,所述第二角度大于所述第一角度。
  12. 根据权利要求1所述的空调器,其特征在于:所述空调器外导风板(130)和所述内导风板(150)均呈弧形设置,以工作模式运行时,所述 外导风板(130)的凹弧面与所述内导风板(150)的凹弧面相对。
