一种缩短铁路车站到发线的信号***,包括道岔(1)、出站信号机(2)和应答器(3),沿线路方向由站台(6)自外依次间隔布置有应答器(3)和出站信号机(2),在至少一侧的出站信号机(2)的接车进路外方设置有道岔(1),道岔(1)为接车进路的防护道岔(1),出站信号机(2)至应答器(3)的距离不小于5m且不大于65m。针对接车进路末端有安全隔开设备的到发线(8),采用将相关道岔(1)设计为防护道岔(1)的简单易行方案,可将铁路车站到发线大幅缩短,既能通过安全隔开设备形成与相邻线路的平行隔开进路进行列车冒进安全防护,又能大幅缩短车站范围,进而减少土建工程量,缩减工程投资、减少征地拆迁范围。

Description

一种缩短铁路车站到发线的信号*** 技术领域
本发明涉及铁路四电技术领域,尤其是一种缩短铁路车站到发线的信号***。
背景技术
在我国市域(郊)铁路、城际铁路的设计中,当采用中国列车运行控制***CTCS-2级时,需参照执行《城际铁路设计规范》(TB 10623)。该标准规定贯通式车站到发线长度(警冲标至警冲标)不应小于400m,其组成为信号机至警冲标的距离5m、安全防护距离(即应答器至信号机的距离)65m、应答器组间距离5m、站台端部至应答器的距离10m、站台长度220m,计算为(5+65+5+10)×2+220=390m,取整后为400m。
上述到发线长度组成中信号机至警冲标的距离、应答器组间距离、站台长度为固定距离,安全防护距离和站台端部至应答器距离在满足一定条件下为可变距离,其中最大可变因素就是安全防护距离。安全防护距离为停车点至第一个可能的危险点之间的距离,CTCS-2级列控车载设备采用最大常用制动的安全防护距离为60m,考虑到一定的误差,设计规范取值为65m。
铁路车站到发线越长,车站范围就越大,需征地拆迁的范围及土建工程范围就越大,对工程投资的影响较为明显,特别是对于地下车站和高架车站影响更为明显,土建工程量大,工程投资也大。
技术问题
本发明的目的是根据上述现有技术的不足,提供了一种缩短铁路车站到发线的信号***,通过对信号***中各功能设备的相对位置进行布置,并将接车近路末端外方的道岔作为安全隔开设备,缩短了铁路车站的到发线长度。
技术解决方案
本发明目的实现由以下技术方案完成:
一种缩短铁路车站到发线的信号***,该信号***布置在铁路车站处,所述铁路车站包括站台以及布置于站台两侧的线路,其特征在于:所述信号***包括道岔、出站信号机和应答器,沿所述线路方向由所述站台自外依次间隔布置有所述应答器和所述出站信号机,在至少一侧的所述出站信号机的接车进路外方设置有所述道岔,所述道岔为接车进路的防护道岔,所述出站信号机至所述应答器的距离不小于5m且不大于65m。
所述线路是指,布置在所述站台两侧的正线,所述正线之间通过所述防护道岔连接,在所述出站信号机的外侧间隔一定距离布置有进站信号机。
所述线路是指,布置在所述站台一侧的正线以及布置在所述站台另一侧的到发线,所述正线和所述到发线之间通过所述防护道岔连接,在所述出站信号机的外侧间隔一定距离布置有警冲标。
所述线路是指,布置在所述站台两侧的到发线,所述到发线之间通过所述防护道岔连接。
所述应答器距所述出站信号机距离5m,所述应答器间距离5m,所述应答器至所述站台端部距离10m。
有益效果
本发明的优点是:针对接车进路末端有安全隔开设备的到发线,采用将相关道岔设计为防护道岔的简单易行方案,可将铁路车站到发线大幅缩短,既能通过安全隔开设备形成与相邻线路的平行隔开进路进行列车冒进安全防护,又能大幅缩短车站范围,进而减少土建工程量,缩减工程投资、减少征地拆迁范围。

本发明的最佳实施方式
以下结合附图通过实施例对本发明特征及其它相关特征作进一步详细说明,以便于同行业技术人员的理解:
如图1-2所示,图中标记1-9及L-L4分别表示为:道岔1、出站信号机2、应答器3、进站信号机4、警冲标5、站台6、正线7、到发线8、正线9、站台长度L、间距L1、间距L2、间距L3、间距L3’、间距L4。
实施例一:如图1所示,本实施例中缩短铁路车站到发线的信号***布置在铁路站台处,该铁路站台包括站台6以及布置在站台6两侧的两根正线7,这两根正线7可兼具到发线功能。在本实施例中站台6的站台长度L为220m。
如图1所示,本实施例中的信号***包括道岔1、出站信号机2、应答器3、进站信号机4,其中沿正线7的线路方向由站台6自外依次间隔布置有应答器3和出站信号机2,在一侧的出站信号机2的接车进路外方设置有道岔1,道岔1为接车进路的防护道岔,此时,作为防护道岔的道岔1在办理接车近路时将道岔锁闭在开通平行于相邻线路的方向,从而能够防止列车、调车车列由其他线路进入已被排好或占用线路,进而缩短到发线的长度。在出站信号机2的外侧间隔一定距离布置有进站信号机4。
如图1所示,应答器3距出站信号机2的间距L3为5m;应答器3间的间距L2为5m;应答器3至站台6的端部的间距L为10m。因此,本实施例中铁路车站到发线的实际长度为:(L3+L2+L1)×2+L,即为(5+5+10)×2+220=260m,可大幅缩短无配线的铁路车站到发线长度。
实施例二:本实施例相较于实施例一的不同之处在于:如图2所示,在站台6的一侧布置有到发线8,另一侧布置有正线9。到发线8和正线9之间通过作为防护道岔的道岔1连接。在到发线8和正线9的接车进路位置处设置有警冲标5,警冲标5用于用来指示机车车辆停车时,不准向道岔方向或线路交叉点方向越过,以防止停留在该线上的机车车辆与邻线上的机车车辆发生侧面冲突。
如图2所示,布置有道岔1一侧,即接车进路末端一侧的应答器3距出站信号机2的间距L3为5m;应答器3间的间距L2为5m;应答器3至站台6的端部的间距L1为10m;布置有警冲标5一侧,即接车进路始端一侧的出站信号机2与警冲标5的间距L4为5m,应答器距出站信号机的间距L3’为65m,应答器3间的间距L2为5m,应答器3至站台6的端部的间距L1为10m。因此,本实施例中铁路车站到发线的实际长度为:(L2+L1)×2+L+L3+L3’+L4,即为(5+10)×2+220+5+65+5=325m,可缩短到发线末端有安全隔开设备的铁路车站的到发线长度。
上述实施例在具体实施时:除了上述两个实施例的情况以外,当站台6的两侧均设置有到发线时,也可相同的布置方式缩短达到发线长度。
虽然以上实施例已经参照附图对本发明目的的构思和实施例做了详细说明,但本领域普通技术人员可以认识到,在没有脱离权利要求限定范围的前提条件下,仍然可以对本发明作出各种改进和变换,故在此不一一赘述。
工业实用性
具体而言,本实施例的信号***在具体布置设计时可通过以下方式实现:
根据铁路车站的站场平面布置将接车进路末端外方分为有道岔和无道岔两种情况;对于有道岔的情况,将道岔设计为接车进路的防护道岔,办理接车进路时将道岔锁闭在开通平行于相邻线路的方向;将出站信号机往站内移设至其距应答器不小于5m处,而为了缩短到发线长度,出站信号机与应答器之间的距离不大于65m;向站场专业提供出站信号机的位置以缩短到发线。
本实施例中的信号***布置结构适用于包括市域铁路、市郊铁路、城际铁路、高速铁路以及其他采用CTCS-2级、CTCS-3级中国列车运行控制***的铁路,车站包括无配线车站及到发线末端有安全隔开设备的车站。

Claims (5)

  1. 一种缩短铁路车站到发线的信号***,该信号***布置在铁路车站处,所述铁路车站包括站台以及布置于站台两侧的线路,其特征在于:所述信号***包括道岔、出站信号机和应答器,沿所述线路方向由所述站台自外依次间隔布置有所述应答器和所述出站信号机,在至少一侧的所述出站信号机的接车进路外方设置有所述道岔,所述道岔为接车进路的防护道岔,所述出站信号机至所述应答器的距离不小于5m且不大于65m。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种缩短铁路车站到发线的信号***,其特征在于:所述线路是指,布置在所述站台两侧的正线,所述正线之间通过所述防护道岔连接,在所述出站信号机的外侧间隔一定距离布置有进站信号机。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的一种缩短铁路车站到发线的信号***,其特征在于:所述线路是指,布置在所述站台一侧的正线以及布置在所述站台另一侧的到发线,所述正线和所述到发线之间通过所述防护道岔连接,在所述出站信号机的外侧间隔一定距离布置有警冲标。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的一种缩短铁路车站到发线的信号***,其特征在于:所述线路是指,布置在所述站台两侧的到发线,所述到发线之间通过所述防护道岔连接。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的一种缩短铁路车站到发线的信号***,其特征在于:所述应答器距所述出站信号机距离5m,所述应答器间距离5m,所述应答器至所述站台端部距离10m。
