- the state change detection unit 410 detects that the state of the control device 20 has changed when the parameter optimization device 30 changes the control parameters of the control device 20 (eg, speed gain, etc.).
- the diagnostic operation execution unit 411 instructs the control device 20 to perform a diagnostic operation. Specifically, for example, the diagnostic operation execution unit 411 performs a predetermined During the period (hereinafter also referred to as "diagnosis period") (for example, 5 seconds), the controller 20 acquires time-series data such as the torque command, speed deviation, position deviation, etc. for the shaft to be diagnosed during the diagnosis period. That is, when the shaft to be diagnosed is accelerating and decelerating and moving, torque is required for the acceleration and deceleration, and the torque component used to suppress vibration is unknown. is stopped, only the torque component for suppressing vibration can be obtained.
- diagnostic period for example, 5 seconds
- the diagnostic operation execution unit 411 causes the diagnostic target axis of the machine tool 10 to operate at a constant speed with respect to the control device 20 during the diagnostic period (for example, 5 seconds).
- the control device 20 may acquire time-series data such as a torque command for the shaft.

- the sensor data acquisition unit 412 controls the time-series data such as the torque command of the diagnostic target shaft observed by the control device 20 every T seconds (for example, about 50 to 100 ms) in which several peaks can be observed. Acquired from device 20 .
- the sensor data acquisition unit 412 acquires sensor data from external sensors such as an acceleration sensor, a vibration meter, a laser length measuring device, a temperature sensor, etc., which are arranged in the machine tool 10 every T seconds (for example, about 50 to 100 ms). may be acquired without going through the control device 20 .
- the oscillation determination unit 413 determines whether or not the machine tool 10 oscillates based on the sensor data acquired by the sensor data acquisition unit 412 when a change in the state of the control device 20 is detected.
- FIG. 2 is a diagram showing an example of sensor data indicating oscillation of the machine tool 10. As shown in FIG.
- the sensor data in FIG. 2 is time-series data of the torque command of the diagnostic target shaft acquired by the control device 20 .

- One scale on the horizontal axis is, for example, 0.1 seconds (T seconds).
- the solid line indicates the time-series data of the velocity gain, and indicates that the velocity gain changes (that is, the state of the control device 20 changes) at the time of the first scale.
- the torque command value gradually increases in amplitude and oscillates after about 0.3 seconds. Even if the axis to be diagnosed is in a stopped state, if the speed gain is increased (when the feedback gain is increased), even if the speed changes slightly, it will be reversed. A torque is generated, but the torque is too large, and it oscillates in the opposite direction, indicating that the oscillation gradually increases. Therefore, for example, as shown in FIG.
- the oscillation determination unit 413 determines that the sensor data acquisition unit 412 acquires the It is determined whether or not the torque command value obtained exceeds a preset threshold value ⁇ . The oscillation determination unit 413 determines that the machine tool 10 is oscillating when the torque command value exceeds the threshold ⁇ .
- the oscillation determination unit 413 calculates a half amplitude value from the torque command value acquired by the sensor data acquisition unit 412 every T seconds (for example, 0.1 s), and the calculated half amplitude value is a preset threshold value. It may be determined whether or not the machine tool 10 oscillates by determining whether or not it exceeds . Thereby, the oscillation determination unit 413 can determine whether or not there is oscillation, taking into consideration the fact that the zero point is shifted due to the influence of gravity. Further, the oscillation determination unit 413 performs FFT (Fast Fourier Transform) on the sensor data acquired by the sensor data acquisition unit 412 every T seconds (for example, 0.1 s) to obtain the amplitude of a specific frequency.
- FFT Fast Fourier Transform
- the presence or absence of oscillation of the machine tool 10 may be determined by determining whether or not exceeds a preset threshold value.
- the oscillation determination unit 413 can limit the amplitude to frequencies unique to the machine or to frequencies with a certain width. Further, the oscillation determination unit 413 determines whether or not the increase rate of the sensor data acquired by the sensor data acquisition unit 412 every T seconds (for example, 0.1 s) exceeds a preset threshold.
- the presence or absence of oscillation of the machine tool 10 may be determined by the following.
- the oscillation determination unit 413 statistically processes (eg, the MT (Maharanobis-Taguchi) method, etc.) the value of the sensor data acquired by the sensor data acquisition unit 412 every T seconds (eg, 0.1 s), The presence or absence of oscillation of the machine tool 10 may be determined by determining whether the statistically processed value exceeds a preset threshold value. Alternatively, the oscillation determination unit 413 may determine that the machine tool 10 is oscillating when the statistically processed value increases.
- the notification unit 414 When the oscillation determination unit 413 determines that the machine tool 10 is oscillating, the notification unit 414 notifies that effect. Specifically, the notification unit 414 displays, for example, a judgment result or an alarm indicating that the machine tool 10 is oscillating, on a display unit such as a liquid crystal display included in the machine tool 10, the control device 20, or the oscillation detection device 40. (not shown). By doing so, the oscillation detection device 40 can promptly notify the operator or the like. Further, the notification unit 414 may notify by voice via a speaker (not shown).
- the oscillation prevention operation execution unit 415 automatically avoids oscillation of the machine tool 10 when the oscillation determination unit 413 determines that the machine tool 10 is oscillating. Specifically, the oscillation prevention operation execution unit 415 reduces control gains such as velocity gains, stops a drive unit (not shown) of the machine tool 10, and controls a drive amplifier (not shown) included in the machine tool 10. ) is brought to an emergency stop to avoid oscillation of the machine tool 10 .
- FIG. 4 is a flow chart for explaining determination processing of the oscillation detection device 40 . The flow shown here is executed each time the control parameters are changed by the parameter optimization device 30 .
- step S11 the state change detection unit 410 determines whether or not a change in the control parameters of the control device 20 by the parameter optimization device 30 has been detected. If a change in the control parameter of the control device 20 is detected, the process proceeds to step S12. On the other hand, if no change in the control parameters of the controller 20 is detected, the process waits until a parameter change is detected.
- step S12 the diagnostic operation execution unit 411 commands the control device 20 to perform a diagnostic operation.
- step S13 the sensor data acquisition unit 412 acquires sensor data for T seconds (for example, 0.1 seconds) from the machine tool 10 and/or the control device 20.
- step S14 the oscillation determination unit 413 determines whether or not the machine tool 10 is oscillating immediately after detecting a change in the state of the control device 20 based on the sensor data acquired in step S13. If the machine tool 10 is oscillating, the process proceeds to step S15. On the other hand, if the machine tool 10 is not oscillating, the process proceeds to step S17.
- step S15 the notification unit 414 notifies the determination result indicating that the machine tool 10 is oscillating.
- step S16 the oscillation prevention operation execution unit 415 automatically avoids the oscillation of the machine tool 10 determined in step S14. Then, the oscillation detection device 40 ends the determination process.
- step S17 the diagnostic operation execution unit 411 determines whether or not the diagnostic operation has ended after exceeding the diagnostic period (for example, 5 seconds). When the diagnostic operation ends after the diagnostic period, the oscillation detection device 40 ends the determination process. On the other hand, if the diagnostic operation has not ended within the diagnostic period, the process returns to step S13.
- the diagnostic period for example, 5 seconds
- the oscillation detection device 40 provides a diagnosis period for determining oscillation immediately after a parameter change leading to oscillation, and corrects the parameters or corrects the machine tool 10 when oscillation of the machine tool 10 is determined. By stopping or the like, even when automatically adjusting control parameters, it is possible to safely and automatically optimize parameters that may cause oscillation.
- the oscillation detection device 40 is limited to cases where oscillation is likely to occur, such as when adjusting parameters or replacing jigs or workpieces, thereby enabling highly sensitive detection (high-speed detection with an appropriate threshold). Become.
- the oscillation detection device 40 performs detection judgment at short intervals of T seconds (for example, 0.1 s), and when changing the control parameters, do not increase them all at once, but gradually increase them in several steps. Therefore, it is possible to quickly detect transmission before oscillation occurs due to a sudden increase.

- the oscillation detection device 40 has the function of the parameter change detection section 420 as the state change detection section, but is not limited to this.
- the oscillation detection device 40 includes, as state change detection units, a driven body change detection unit that detects a change in jig or work, a tool change detection unit that detects a change in the tool of the machine tool 10, a machining presence/absence and roughing detection unit.

- the oscillation detection device 40 can detect changes in the temperature of the industrial machine and the surroundings of the industrial machine when the jig or work is changed, when the tool is changed, when the presence or absence of machining or the type of machining is changed. In this case, even if the state of the lubricating oil of the drive unit included in the industrial machine changes, the control device 20 will continue to operate for a diagnostic period (for example, 5 seconds) immediately after the state of the machine tool 10 changes.
- a diagnostic period for example, 5 seconds
- the axis to be diagnosed included in the machine tool 10 is stopped, etc., and time-series data (sensor data) such as a torque command for the axis to be diagnosed during the diagnosis period is acquired from the control device 20, and an acceleration sensor, etc. sensor data may be acquired from an external sensor.
