集尘装置
本公开要求如下专利申请的优先权:于2021年04月29日提交中国专利局、申请号为202110473720.X、发明名称为“集尘装置”的中国专利申请;上述专利申请的全部内容通过引用结合在本公开中。
【技术领域】
本发明涉及清洁设备,特别涉及一种集尘装置。
【背景技术】
吸尘器在使用完之后需要将吸尘器尘杯中的灰尘倒入到集尘装置的集尘腔中,以便吸尘器下次使用。
在现有技术中,往往是向尘杯的杯扣施加力解锁尘杯盖,并配合集尘装置中风机产生的吸力使得尘杯盖打开。
然而,每次打开尘杯盖都需要先向杯扣施加力,才能开启尘杯盖,这样的操作步骤过于复杂。因此,有必要对现有技术予以改良以克服现有技术中的所述缺陷。
【发明内容】
本发明的目的在于提供一种用于收集尘杯中的灰尘的集尘装置。
本发明的目的是通过以下技术方案实现:
一种集尘装置,包括:
装置主体,所述装置主体内包括尘杯放置区和集尘腔,所述尘杯放置区位于所述集尘腔上方并放置所述尘杯,所述尘杯具有封闭所述尘杯的尘杯盖;所述尘杯盖具有锁定状态和解锁状态;
杯扣开启机构,所述杯扣开启机构构造成可触动所述杯扣以使所述尘杯盖从所述锁定状态变为解锁状态;
盖板,所述盖板可移动地连接在所述装置主体上,所述盖板包括打开位置和闭合位置,以打开/封闭所述集尘腔;
其中,所述盖板配置成在所述打开位置时触发所述杯扣开启机构以使所述尘杯盖从所述锁定状态变为所述解锁状态。

请参考图1至图4,本发明一个较佳实施例提供了一种集尘装置,包括装置主体100、杯扣开启机构200和盖板300。其中,装置主体100内包括用于放置尘杯(未图示)的尘杯放置区110和用于盛放灰尘脏物的集尘腔120。尘杯放置区110位于集尘腔120上方,如此设计,使得当尘杯处于打开状态时,尘杯中的灰尘可自动落入至集尘腔120中,提高了集尘装置的集尘效率。尘杯具有封闭尘杯的尘杯盖,尘杯盖具有锁定状态和解锁状态,当尘杯盖处于解锁状态时,尘杯内的灰尘脏物可以倒出;当尘杯盖处于锁定状态时,封闭尘杯,尘杯内的灰尘无法倒出。杯扣开启机构200构造成可触动杯扣以使尘杯盖从锁定状态变为解锁状态。盖板300可移动地连接在装置主体100上。具体的,盖板300设置在集尘腔120的开口处,用于打开或者关闭集尘腔120。盖板300包括打开位置和闭合位置,盖板300配置成在闭合位置时,封闭集尘腔120,在打开位置时触发杯扣开启机构200以使尘杯盖从锁定状态变为解锁状态,从而使灰尘落入到集尘腔120中。集尘腔120可以用于收 集灰尘,还可以与尘杯放置区110流体连通,用于将灰尘引导至集尘腔120中,达到收集灰尘的目的。在本实施例中,集尘装置通过杯扣开启机构200触动杯扣以实现尘杯盖的自动开盖,节省了操作难度和操作步骤,降低了生产成本。
杯扣开启机构200包括联动机构210,联动机构210与盖板300连接以跟随盖板300运动,当盖板300从闭合位置到打开位置的运动过程中,盖板300带动联动机构210运动,当盖板300处于打开位置时,联动机构210触动杯扣以实现尘杯盖的自动开盖。
为了使杯扣开启机构200的运动更加顺畅,提高集尘装置的集尘效率,在其中一个实施例中,联动机构210包括连杆211、转动件212和击打件213。
连杆211的一端与盖板300活动连接,具体的,盖板300的一端固定设有连接件310,连杆211与连接件310活动连接。转动件212具有相对设置的活动端2121和连接端2122,活动端2121与连杆211的另一端活动连接。在盖板300处于闭合位置时,尘杯盖处于锁定状态,此时,击打件213与杯扣相抵接,当转动件212运动时,转动件212推动击打件213击打杯扣,释放尘杯盖,具体的,击打件213包括本体2131和与本体2131相连的打击部2132,当盖板30下沉时,打击部2132击打杯扣,释放尘杯盖。
为了使打击部2132的瞬时打击力变大,在其中一个实施例中,击打件213设置为打击部2132的体积小于本体2131的体积。
优选地,联动机构210设置为跷跷板结构,即当连杆211向下运动时,对应的击打件213向上运动。如图4所示,当连杆211向a方向运动时,击打件213向b方向运动。
在其中一个实施例中,盖板300由吸力打开。此时,装置主体100内还包括风机(未图示)和与盖板300相连的风道130,风机在风道130中产生负压,由负压带动盖板300的一端下沉。
当尘杯未安装在集尘装置上时,盖板300在集尘装置上一般处于锁定状态,以封闭集尘腔120,防止外部灰尘脏物进入集尘腔120内。为了使盖板300能够与装置主体100紧密连接,在其中一个实施例中,盖板300上具有解锁盖板300的触动件(未图示),只有触碰触动件,才能使盖板300解锁。 当触动件解锁盖板300后,风机产生负压带动盖板300打开。
在另一个实施例中,装置主体100上还包括控制盖板300旋转的电机(未图示),盖板300由电机驱动打开。
在其中一个实施例中,击打件213击打杯扣后,尘杯盖因重力自由翻转下沉。
当尘杯盖打开,灰尘落入至集尘腔120中后,该集尘装置还可以自动化的将尘杯盖推至尘杯盖的锁定状态以封闭尘杯,带有尘杯的吸尘器可再次进行清洁工作。如图5和图6所示,在其中一个实施例中,集成装置还包括旋转件400和电磁铁500。通过电磁铁500带动旋转件400转动,从而推动尘杯盖闭合,实现了尘杯盖的自动关盖,节省了操作难度和操作步骤,提升了用户体验。

旋转件400还包括旋转主体420和连接旋转主体420与击锤部410的连接柱430。旋转主体420通过旋转轴(未图示)与装置主体100活动连接。具体的,旋转主体420上具有相对设置的一对旋转孔421,旋转轴分别穿过一对旋转孔421使得旋转主体420绕旋转轴转动。
击锤部410包括推动尘杯盖闭合的击锤头411和连接击锤头411与旋转主体420的击锤臂412。为了使得击锤部410能够在装置主体100内不受干扰的自由转动,在其中一个实施例中,击锤臂412为向旋转主体420方向内凹的弧形。
在一个实施例中,击锤头411的运行轨迹与尘杯盖的闭合轨迹相应。优选的,击锤头411的运行轨迹转动角度范围为30°-60°。
为了保证击锤头411在对尘杯盖的推动过程中不会对尘杯盖的表面进行剐蹭,影响尘杯盖的美观性,在其中一个实施例中,击锤头411为橡胶材质。
电磁铁500位于装置主体100内,用于向旋转件400提供推力。电磁铁500上固定设置有推动旋转件400转动的活动杆510,由活动杆510推动旋转件 400运动,并使得尘杯盖闭合。
在其中一个实施例中,电磁铁500为推拉式电磁铁,推拉式电磁铁推动或者拉动旋转件400。具体的,推拉式电磁铁包括磁芯和包围在磁芯外的电磁圈,对应的,装置主体100上与推拉式电磁铁相对的位置会设有磁性件(未图示),当电磁圈通电后,会使得推拉式电磁铁产生磁性,并与磁性件相互吸合,从而推拉式电磁铁上的活动杆510推动旋转件400运动,旋转件400推动尘杯盖闭合。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有如下有益效果:本发明提供了一种集尘装置,结构简单,设计合理,通过杯扣开启机构触动杯扣以实现尘杯盖的自动开盖,节省了操作难度和操作步骤,降低了生产成本。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种集尘装置,用于收集尘杯中的灰尘,其特征在于,包括:
    装置主体,所述装置主体内包括尘杯放置区和集尘腔,所述尘杯放置区位于所述集尘腔上方并放置所述尘杯,所述尘杯具有封闭所述尘杯的尘杯盖;所述尘杯盖具有锁定状态和解锁状态;
    杯扣开启机构,所述杯扣开启机构构造成可触动所述杯扣以使所述尘杯盖从所述锁定状态变为解锁状态;
    盖板,所述盖板可移动地连接在所述装置主体上,所述盖板包括打开位置和闭合位置,以打开/封闭所述集尘腔;
    其中,所述盖板配置成在所述打开位置时触发所述杯扣开启机构以使所述尘杯盖从所述锁定状态变为所述解锁状态。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的集尘装置,其特征在于,
    所述杯扣开启机构包括联动机构,所述联动机构与所述盖板连接。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的集尘装置,其特征在于,所述联动机构包括:
    连杆,所述连杆的一端与所述盖板活动连接;
    转动件,所述转动件具有相对设置的活动端和连接端,所述活动端与所述连杆的另一端活动连接;
    击打件,所述击打件与所述杯扣相抵接,所述转动件推动所述击打件击打所述杯扣,释放所述尘杯盖。
  4. 如权利要求3所述的集尘装置,其特征在于,所述盖板的一端固定设有连接件,所述连杆与所述连接件活动连接。
  5. 如权利要求3所述的集尘装置,其特征在于,所述击打件包括本体和与所述本体相连的打击部,当所述盖板下沉时,所述打击部击打所述杯扣。
  6. 如权利要求5所述的集尘装置,其特征在于,所述打击部的体积小于所述本体的体积。
  7. 如权利要求1所述的集尘装置,其特征在于,所述装置主体内还包括风机和与所述盖板相连的风道,所述风机在所述风道中产生负压,并带动所述盖板的一端下沉。
  8. 如权利要求7所述的集尘装置,其特征在于,所述盖板上具有解锁 所述盖板的触动件,当所述触动件解锁所述盖板后,所述风机带动所述盖板打开。
  9. 如权利要求8所述的集尘装置,其特征在于,所述装置主体上还包括控制所述盖板旋转的电机。
  10. 如权利要求3所述的集尘装置,其特征在于,所述击打件击打所述杯扣后,所述尘杯盖因重力自由翻转下沉。
