- FIG. 2 is a partial plan view of a rotating electric machine used in the embodiment
- a first embodiment of the present invention is a rotating electric machine having the following configuration. It has a stator, a rotor, and a housing that houses the stator and the rotor, wherein the ⁇ 111 ⁇ ⁇ 211> azimuth strength (A) of the core material of the stator is 2 to 30, and the core material of the rotor A rotating electric machine, wherein ⁇ 111 ⁇ 211> azimuth intensity (B) is between 1 and 15 and both azimuth intensities satisfy the relationship of formula (1) A>B.
- the first embodiment of the present invention also includes a set of a stator core and a rotor core used in this rotating electric machine. Further, the first embodiment of the present invention includes a method of manufacturing a rotating electric machine using the set of the iron core of the stator and the iron core of the rotor.
- a rotating electric machine of the present invention has at least a stator, a rotor, and a housing that houses the stator and the rotor.
- the stator, rotor, and housing are not particularly limited in terms of their shape and configuration, except for configurations described later (for example, ⁇ 111 ⁇ 211> azimuth strength), and have ordinary shapes and configurations.
- the stator core material according to the present invention has a ⁇ 111 ⁇ 211> azimuthal strength (A) of 2 to 30, and the rotor core material has a ⁇ 111 ⁇ 211> azimuthal strength (B) of 1 to 15. and the ⁇ 111 ⁇ 211> azimuth intensity of both satisfies the relational expression (1) A>B.
- A azimuthal strength
- B azimuthal strength
- the ⁇ 111 ⁇ 211> azimuth intensity of both satisfies the relational expression (1) A>B.
- a plurality of core materials laminated as a stator core and a rotor core are separated into one sheet. Then, one of the iron core materials is polished so that the center of the plate thickness is exposed, and the polished surface is observed in an area of 2500 ⁇ m 2 or more by EBSD (Electron Back Scattering Diffraction).
- EBSD Electro Back Scattering Diffraction
- Observations may be made at several locations divided into several subdivisions as long as the total area is 2500 ⁇ m 2 or more. It is desirable to observe an area of 2,500,000 ⁇ m 2 or more in the stator core.
- the step interval during measurement is set to 1 ⁇ m.
- ⁇ 111 ⁇ 211> azimuth intensity is obtained from EBSD observation data.
- the unit of the azimuth intensity is the random ratio (I/I0).
- the ⁇ 111 ⁇ 211> azimuthal strength (A) of the core material of the stator is in the range of 2-30. If the ⁇ 111 ⁇ 211> azimuth strength (A) of the core material of the stator is less than 2, the increase in iron loss increases with respect to compressive stress, and the motor loss increases. On the other hand, if it exceeds 30, the crystal orientation itself aggravates iron loss, and motor loss increases.
- the ⁇ 111 ⁇ 211> azimuthal strength (A) is preferably in the range of 4-10.
- the ⁇ 111 ⁇ ⁇ 211> orientation strength (B) of the core material of the rotor is in the range of 1-15. If the ⁇ 111 ⁇ ⁇ 211> orientation strength (B) of the core material of the rotor is less than 1, the anisotropy of the material becomes strong, and when the shape of the rotor is punched out, the roundness deteriorates and the motor loss increases. If it increases and exceeds 15, the magnetic flux density will decrease and the motor loss will increase.
- the ⁇ 111 ⁇ 211> azimuthal strength (B) is preferably in the range of 2-8.
- the ⁇ 411 ⁇ ⁇ 148> orientation strength (C) of the core material of the rotor is preferably less than 4. In this case, when the shape of the rotor is punched out, the effect of further improving the roundness can be obtained.
- the azimuth strength (C) can be measured by the method (EBSD) for measuring the azimuth strength (A) and the azimuth strength (B) described above.
- the chemical composition of the non-oriented electrical steel sheet that can be used for the stator and rotor of the rotary electric machine of the first embodiment is the one that can provide the relationship of the ⁇ 111 ⁇ 211> azimuth strength formula (1). , is not particularly limited. Examples of suitable chemical compositions of the non-oriented electrical steel sheet of the present invention are shown below. "%" in the chemical composition description shall mean "% by mass”.
- Mn 0.10% or more and 3.00% or less Mn, like Si and Al, has the effect of increasing the specific resistance, so it is contained to reduce iron loss. - the annealing temperature for hot-rolled plate annealing for non-oriented electrical steel sheets for rotors is set to 860 ° C. to 1000 ° C., and for stators.
- the relationship between the ⁇ 111 ⁇ 211> orientation strengths of the stator and rotor of the rotary electric machine of the first embodiment can be obtained by setting the annealing temperature higher than that of the hot-rolled sheet annealing of the grain-oriented electrical steel sheet.
- the ⁇ 111 ⁇ ⁇ 211> orientation strength (A) of the non-oriented magnetic steel sheet for the stator is 2 to 30, and the ⁇ 111 ⁇ ⁇ 211> orientation strength (B) of the non-oriented magnetic steel sheet for the rotor. is 1 to 15, and the azimuth strength of both satisfies the relationship of formula (1) A>B.
- the manufacturing method of the second embodiment of the present invention is manufactured by steps including steelmaking, hot rolling, hot-rolled plate annealing, pickling, cold rolling, finish annealing, and optionally skin pass rolling.
- steps other than the hot-rolled plate annealing described above are not particularly specified, the following conditions can be adopted in each step.
- a standard condition of 1000 to 1200°C is sufficient for the slab heating temperature for hot rolling.
- the coiling temperature is preferably 600°C or lower, more preferably 550°C or lower, from the viewpoint of the toughness of the hot-rolled sheet.
- the thickness of the hot-rolled sheet it is advantageous to prevent cracking and breakage during subsequent pickling and cold-rolling. can be adjusted as appropriate.
- hot-rolled sheet annealing is preferably carried out at 800° C. or higher and 1100° C. or lower for 30 seconds or more to grow grains to a grain size of about 50 to 300 ⁇ m before cold rolling.
- the conditions may be determined in consideration of the composition and productivity.
- two annealing temperatures may be set according to the required ⁇ 111 ⁇ 211> orientation strength.
- the annealing temperature of the hot-rolled annealing of the non-oriented magnetic steel sheet for the rotor may be 860° C. to 1000° C., which may be higher than the annealing temperature of the hot-rolled plate annealing of the non-oriented magnetic steel sheet for the stator.
- the annealing temperature for hot-rolled sheet annealing is closely related to the ⁇ 111 ⁇ 211> orientation strength of the resulting non-oriented electrical steel sheet. It is known that ⁇ 111 ⁇ 211> oriented crystal grains are likely to be generated near the grain boundaries before cold rolling.
- the hot-rolled sheet annealing temperature is high, the grain boundary area before cold rolling decreases, and the crystal grains of ⁇ 111 ⁇ 211> orientation decrease in subsequent annealing. That is, by setting the annealing temperature of the hot-rolled sheet annealing of the non-oriented magnetic steel sheet for the rotor to a higher temperature than the annealing temperature of the hot-rolled sheet annealing of the non-oriented magnetic steel sheet for the stator, the ⁇ 111 ⁇ ⁇ 211> A relationship of A>B can be obtained from the formula (1) of the azimuthal intensity.
- the annealing temperature range for hot-rolled sheet annealing of non-oriented electrical steel sheets for rotors is 860°C to 1000°C, but if it is less than 860°C, surface defects such as ridging occur, which is not preferable. On the other hand, if the temperature exceeds 1000°C, the steel sheet becomes brittle and the manufacturability is significantly impaired, which is not preferable.
- a particularly preferred range of the annealing temperature for hot-rolled sheet annealing of non-oriented electrical steel sheets for rotors is 900°C to 950°C.
- the annealing temperature for hot-rolled sheet annealing of the non-oriented electrical steel sheet for the stator may be lower than that for the non-oriented electrical steel sheet for the rotor.
- the relationship between the ⁇ 111 ⁇ ⁇ 211> orientation strengths of the stator and the rotor of the rotating electric machine of the first embodiment is obtained in the manufacturing process of the non-oriented electrical steel sheets used for the stator and the rotor, particularly in hot-rolled plate annealing. From the non-oriented electrical steel sheet obtained by normal processes including steelmaking, hot rolling, hot-rolled plate annealing, pickling, cold rolling, and finish annealing without controlling the annealing temperature, It can also be obtained by punching and laminating the material used for the stator and the material used for the rotor, and then subjecting only the stator to stress relief annealing so as to satisfy the formula (1).
