供应链金融的场景涉及到多方如何保证数据的真实性、准确性、透明性,是数字化供应链金融风控的核心。区块链的数据一致性,不可篡改等特性,可 以使得参与方之间可以构建基于数据的信任关系,因此,在建设可追溯供应链金融区块链时候,根据不同的场景设立小的区块链要比建设整个供应链参与者参加的大链更加有效且可行。
本发明通过建立基于可信数据池的供应链贸易平台、供应链融资平台以及供应链金融资产证券化平台为一体的解决方案,并结合仓储物流企业、贸易企业、非银行金融机构、交易所和金融机构一起组成透明可见的交易流程,能够大大构建可信交易资产。
发明内容
为了克服现有技术的不足,本发明的目的是提供区块链BaaS供应链数字化可溯源智慧供应链金融平台,通过建立基于可信数据池的供应链贸易平台、供应链融资平台以及供应链金融资产证券化平台为一体的解决方案,并结合仓储物流企业、贸易企业、非银行金融机构、交易所和金融机构一起组成透明可见的交易流程,能够大大构建可信交易资产。
为了达到上述目的,本发明所采用的技术方案是:本发明提供了区块链BaaS供应链数字化可溯源智慧供应链金融平台,包括仓储物流企业平台、贸易企业平台、供应链贸易平台、供应链金融资产证券化平台、供应链融资平台、交易所平台、金融机构平台以及节点;所述节点与所述仓储物流企业平台、所述贸易企业平台、所述供应链贸易平台、所述供应链金融资产证券化平台、所述供应链融资平台、所述交易所平台以及所述金融机构平台之间进行数据交互;
所述节点用于构成区块链,所述节点包括仓储物流企业节点、贸易企业节点、非银行金融机构节点、交易所节点以及金融机构节点;所述仓储物流企业节点由仓储物流企业构成,所述贸易企业节点由贸易企业构成,所述非银行金 融机构节点由非银行金融机构构成,所述交易所节点由交易所构成,所述金融机构节点由金融机构构成;
所述仓储物流企业平台和所述贸易企业平台用于组成可信的数据源头;
所述供应链贸易平台包括全流程贸易刻画模块、加密数据存储模块、访问授权与审计模块以及贸易可信数据池,所述供应链贸易平台用于将所述仓储物流企业平台和所述贸易企业平台采集传输的数据通过所述加密数据存储模块和访问授权与审计模块的处理分析,以建立起所述贸易可信数据池;
所述供应链融资平台包括融资服务模块、资金账户模块以及融资可信数据池,所述供应链融资平台用于按需从所述贸易可信数据池获取数据授权,实现资金闭环,监控资金流向,以建立起所述融资可信数据池;
所述供应链金融资产证券化平台包括动态资产管理模块、资产健康趋势分析模块以及资产可信数据池,所述供应链金融资产证券化平台用于根据从所述融资可信数据池获取数据授权,实现全量资产核查、动态管理和循环购买,以建立起所述资产可信数据池;
所述金融机构平台包括保理/反保理模块和虚拟账户模块,所述金融机构平台用于根据从所述融资可信数据池获取数据授权,为需要保理/反向保理业务的所述仓储物流企业和所述贸易企业提供保理/反向保理服务;
所述交易所平台包括债券融资计划模块和信息披露模块,所述交易所平台用于根据从所述融资可信数据池和所述资产可信数据池获取数据授权,为需要债券融资计划的所述仓储物流企业和所述贸易企业提供证券化服务,实现底层资产穿透式管理。
进一步地,所述仓储物流企业平台包括仓储物流物联网设备、仓运配模块以及自动化模块,所述仓储物流物联网设备用于采集所述仓储物流企业在运营 中生成的数据,所述仓运配模块用于实现仓储物流配送中心的功能,所述自动化模块用于将所述仓储物流物联网设备采集的数据和所述仓运配模块的数据传输至所述供应链贸易平台。
进一步地,所述贸易企业平台包括贸易物流网设备、企业ERP以及生产管理模块,所述贸易物流网设备用于采集所述贸易企业在运营中生成的数据,所述生产管理模块用于建立所述贸易企业的生产数据库,所述企业ERP用于将所述贸易物流网设备采集的数据和所述生产管理模块的数据传输至所述供应链贸易平台。
进一步地,所述全流程贸易刻画模块用于实时记录供应链贸易中的关键环节数据,在数据源头完成贸易刻画。
进一步地,所述贸易可信数据池、所述资产可信数据池以及所述融资可信数据池的设计采用独立部署方式、数据隔离方式、可控交互方式以及不可篡改可溯备查方式。
进一步地,所述独立部署方式为所述贸易可信数据池、所述资产可信数据池以及所述融资可信数据池的所有权归所述仓储物流企业和所述贸易企业所有,并由所述仓储物流企业和所述贸易企业负责运营,以保证所述仓储物流企业和所述贸易企业的数据不离开所述仓储物流企业和所述贸易企业的控制边界,以解决数据外泄的风险。
进一步地,所述数据隔离方式为不同的所述仓储物流企业和所述贸易企业的数据存储于不同的通道,从源头上防止不同的所述仓储物流企业和所述贸易企业之间的数据泄露。
进一步地,所述可控交互方式为所有发起的访问都提供数据推送服务,以使所述仓储物流企业和所述贸易企业对数据完全可控。
进一步地,所述不可篡改可溯备查方式为任何数据调用均需使用操作人的电子证书为数据做电子签名,任何读写操作全部都记录于对应的审计证据链。
进一步地,所述审计证据链是证据与被证事实之间建立的连接关系,相互间依次传递相关的联系的多个证据环的组合。

作为本发明的一种实施方式,贸易可信数据池、资产可信数据池以及融资可信数据池的设计采用独立部署方式、数据隔离方式、可控交互方式以及不可篡改可溯备查方式。
作为本发明的一种实施方式,独立部署方式为贸易可信数据池、资产可信数据池以及融资可信数据池的所有权归仓储物流企业和贸易企业所有,并由仓储物流企业和贸易企业负责运营,以保证仓储物流企业和贸易企业的数据不离开仓储物流企业和贸易企业的控制边界,以解决数据外泄的风险。
