技术领域
本发明涉及家用电器领域,具体涉及一种电吹风以及包含该电吹风的干手器。
背景技术
在头发护理的干发和头发造型时,一般采用电吹风等头发护理器具,现有技术中的电吹风主要由电机、扇叶、加热电阻丝以及开关构成。在接入电源后闭合开关,电机带动扇叶旋转推进空气,空气经过通电的加热电阻丝被加热,最终从风嘴流出以达到干发、头发造型等目的。由于市面上大部分电吹风内部结构布局比较分散,电机、风道、PCB板布局不合理,影响风速和出风量,损失了电机的功率,而且机身尺寸较大、较复杂,不方便收纳、携带。
针对相关技术中的电吹风存在内部结构布局比较分散,影响风速和出风量,结构复杂不便于收纳和携带的问题,目前尚未提出有效的解决方案。
发明内容
本申请的主要目的在于提供一种电吹风以及包含该电吹风的干手器,以解决相关技术中的电吹风存在内部结构布局比较分散,影响风速和出风量,结构复杂不便于收纳和携带的问 题。
为了实现上述目的,第一方面,本申请提供了一种电吹风,该电吹风包括:呈条形的第一壳体和分别设于所述第一壳体上下两端的第一出风口和第一进风口,所述第一壳体内设置有与所述第一进风口和第一出风口连通的第一风道,所述第一风道内依次设置有电机组和发热丝组;所述第一风道外侧与所述第一壳体内侧之间具有安装间隙,所述安装间隙内设置有PCB控制板,所述PCB控制板一侧固定在所述第一壳体上,另一侧紧贴第一风道设置。
进一步的,第一出风口朝向X方向设置,PCB控制板的上下两端分别安装有第一元器件组件和第二元器件组件,所述第一风道的外侧设置有与所述第一元器件组件形状匹配的安装槽。
进一步的,第二元器件组件位于所述第一风道的下端并与所述第一进风口对应。
进一步的,第一元器件组件和第二元器件组件的尺寸均大于所述PCB控制板上其他元器件的尺寸。
进一步的,第一进风口包括多个开设在所述第一壳体下端的蜂窝孔,所述蜂窝孔沿第一壳体的周向分布。
进一步的,第一壳体上设置有用于与电吹风支撑件电性连接的第一金属触点,所述第一金属触点与PCB控制板电性连接。

第二方面,本申请还提供了一种干手器外壳,包括:
第二壳体,所述第二壳体上开设有第一凹槽,所述电吹风可拆卸固定于所述第一凹槽内,第二壳体上还开设有与所述电吹风的进风端和出风端对应的第二进风口和第二风道;
所述第二壳体内还设置有与第一金属触点电性连接的第二金属触点以及感应开关,所述感应开关与所述第二金属触点电性连接,用于控制电吹风的开启和关闭。
进一步的,所述第一凹槽中部设有开口,以使所述电吹风通过所述开口裸露出所述第二壳体。
进一步的,所述电吹风的进风端和出风端位于所述开口的两侧。
进一步的,所述第一凹槽中设有第一凸起,所述第一凸起与所述电吹风的进风端相连,以使所述电吹风的进风端与所述第一凹槽之间存在用于形成所述第二进风口的间隙;
所述第一凹槽中还设有第二凸起,所述第二凸起和所述第一凸起分别位于所述开口的两侧,所述第二凸起与所述电吹风相连。
进一步的,所述第二壳体外侧设置有用于与外立面固定连接的固定面以及用于开设第二进风口的进风面。

进一步的,所述第二凹槽与所述进风部之间形成环形腔室,沿所述第一壳体的周向分布的所述蜂窝孔位于所述环形腔室中。
在本申请实施例中,采用紧凑布局的方式,通过设置呈条形的第一壳体和分别设于第一壳体上下两端的第一出风口和第一进风口,第一壳体内设置有与第一进风口和第一出风口连通的第一风道,第一风道内依次设置有电机组和发热丝组;第一出风口朝向X方向设置,第一风道外侧与第一壳体内侧之间具有安装间隙,安装间隙内设置有PCB控制板,PCB控制板一侧固定在第一壳体上,另一侧紧贴第一风道设置,达到了使电吹风内部布局更为紧凑合理,简化内部结构的目的,从而实现了在不影响太多的出风风速和风量的前提下使产品体积更小,方便收纳、携带的技术效果,进而解决了相关技术中的电吹风存在内部结构布局比较分散,影响风速和出风量,结构复杂不便于收纳和携带的问题。

根据本发明实施例,提供一种如图1至图2所示,本申请实施例提供了一种电吹风25,该电吹风25包括:呈条形的第一壳体6和分别设于第一壳体6上下两端的第一出风口1和第一进风口4,第一壳体6内设置有与第一进风口4和第一出风口1连通的第一风道7,第一风道7内依次设置有电机组3和发热丝组2;第一风道7外侧与第一壳体6内侧之间具有安装间隙17,安装间隙17内设置有PCB控制板20,PCB控制板20一侧固定在第一壳体6上,另一侧紧贴第一风道7设置。
本实施例中,第一壳体6呈条形状,优选为圆柱形,便于用户手持,第一出风口1和第一进风口4分别开设在第一壳体6的上下两端,第一风道7连通第一进风口4和第一出风口1并位于第一壳体6内,第一风道7由至少一块弧形板固定在第一壳体6内形成,发热丝组2和电机组3沿上下顺序安装在第一风道7内,电机组3由扇叶和驱动电机组3成,通过驱动电机带动扇叶旋转从而将外部空气从进风口吸入第一风道7内形成风,该风通过发热丝组2加热后从第一出风口1流出,第一风道7沿纵向呈直线型设置,并在第一风道7和第一壳体6内侧之间预留安装间隙17,即安装间隙17也呈直线型,PCB控制板20呈长条形沿纵向固定在该安装间隙17内,并与电机组3和发热丝组2电性连接。由于PCB控制板20上安装有多个不同类型和不同尺寸的元器件,因此安装间隙17的形状应与PCB控制板20的整体形状吻合,从而使得安装间隙17的尺寸足够小,PCB控制板20在安装后紧贴第一风道7,使得在不影响太多的出风风速和风量的前提下使产品体积更小,方便收纳、携带的技术效果,进而解决了相关技术中的电吹风25存在内部结构布局比较分散,影响风速和出风量,结构复杂不便于收纳和携带的问题。
如图1至图2所示,第一出风口1朝向X方向设置,PCB控制板20的上下两端分别安装有第一元器件组件18和第二元器件组件5,第一风道7的外侧设置有与第一元器件组件18形状匹配的安装槽19。
其中,第一出风口1可以设置于呈条形的第一壳体6的侧壁上,X方向可以为呈条形的第一壳体6的径向方向。
由于PCB控制板20上会安装不同类型和大小的元器件,本实施例中将尺寸较大的元器件分别安装在PCB控制板20的上下两端,即第一元器件组件18和第二元器件组件5,且第一元器件组件18和第二元器件组件5的尺寸均大于PCB控制板20上其他元器件的尺寸,第一出风口1朝向X方向设置使得用户使用更为方便的同时,可在第一壳体6的上端预留足够的安装空间,用来安装尺寸较大的第一元器件组件18,同理,在第一风道7的下端即与第一外壳的第一进风口4对应,此处也具有较大的安装空间,因此合理的将尺寸较大的第二元器件安装在第一风道7下端,实现布局的紧凑化和合理化,而尺寸较小的元器件则可安装在安装间隙17的中部,实现在第一风道7尺寸改变较小的情况下,完成PCB控制板20的安装。
可选的,所述第一元器件组件18包括多个形状规则且大小不同的元器件,第一风道7的外侧设置与各个所述元器件形状匹配的阶梯状的安装槽19。
具体的,由于第一元器件组件18由多个形状规则且大小不同的元器件组成,因此在第一风道7的外侧设置与各个元器件形状匹配的阶梯状的安装槽19,来实现空间利用最大化的目的,使出风速度和出风量受到的影响较小。
可选的,所述第一壳体6通过所述第一出风口1裸露出所述第一风道7中对应所述阶梯状的安装槽19的位置。
具体的,所述第一壳体6通过所述第一出风口1裸露出所述第一风道7中对应所述阶梯状的安装槽19的位置,即阶梯状的安装槽19位于第一出风口1的平行对应位置,这样,当第一风道7中的气流向第一出风口1流动时,会受到阶梯状的安装槽19的影响,造成涡流,进而使得从第一出风口1吹出的气流更加均匀。
可选的,所述第一风道7的截面面积由所述第一进风口4向所述第一出风口1方向收敛设置。这样,基于流动力学原理,第一风道7通过收敛设置使得气流通过第一风道7时,会提升气流流动速度(即风速变大),进而使得从第一出风口1吹出的风速更大。
如图1至图2所示,第一进风口4包括多个开设在第一壳体6下端的蜂窝孔,蜂窝孔沿第一壳体6的周向分布,通过蜂窝孔使得外部空气可更多的进入第一风道7内,保证电吹风25的正常使用。
如图1至图2所示,第一壳体6上设置有用于与电吹风25支撑件电性连接的第一金属触点8,第一金属触点8与PCB控制板20电性连接。
当把电吹风25作为干手器的热源使用时,需要将该电吹风25放置到电吹风25支撑件上,由于干手器通过红外感应器来实现启动和关闭,因此电吹风25支撑件应具有控制电吹风25起闭的功能,所以本实施例中通过在第一壳体6上设置与电吹风25支撑件电性连接的第一金属触点8,实现电吹风25支撑件对电吹风25起闭的控制功能。
可选地,PCB控制板20上设有手动开关26,所述手动开关延伸出第一壳体6。这样,在单独使用本电吹风25时,可以通过手动开关26控制本电吹风25的启闭。
如图3至图5所示,基于相同的技术构思,本申请实施例提供了一种干手器外壳,包括:第二壳体16,第二壳体16上开设有第一凹槽12,电吹风25可拆卸固定于第一凹槽12内,第二壳体16上还开设有与电吹风25的进风端和出风端对应的第二进风口11和第二风道;第二壳体16内还设置有与第一金属触点8电性连接的第二金属触点10以及感应开关14,感应开关14与第二金属触点10电性连接,用于控制电吹风25的开启和关闭。
本实施例中,第二壳体16整体呈方形设置并可固定在墙面上,固定方式可采用粘接或挂接或螺栓固定等等,第一凹槽12沿横向开设在第二壳体16内,第一凹槽12的形状与电吹风25的形状匹配,即当电吹风25的形状为圆柱形时,第一凹槽12的形状为弧形,使得电吹风25可稳定的放置在第一凹槽12内,当电吹风25放置在第一凹槽12内时,电吹风25的进风端与第二壳体16的第二进风口11连通,出风端与第二壳体16上的第二风道连通,且第二壳体16内的第二金属触点10与电吹风25上的第一金属触点8电性连接,第一金属触点8与电吹风25内的控制电路电性连接,第二壳体16通过感应开关14来控制电吹风25的起闭,感应开关14可由红外感应器和开关电路组成,通过感应开关14将信号由第二金属触点10、第一金属触点8传送至电吹风25内部开关电路来实现控制电吹风25的起闭,第二金属触点10可设置在第一凹槽12内,用户将手放置在第二风道的出口时感应开关14控制电吹风25开启,使得热风从第二风道吹出,实现干手的功能,当用户将手移开后,感应开关14控制电吹风25关闭;
由于电吹风25与第二壳体16的第一凹槽12可拆卸固定连接,当需要吹头发时,可将电吹风25从第二壳体16上取下,用户手持电吹风25实现吹头的功能,实现了不但可将电吹风25安装在第二壳体16内,以电吹风25作为热源实现干手的功能,还可将电吹风25从第二壳体16内取下实现吹头发的功能,并简化了干手器的结构的技术效果,进而解决了相关技术 中的干手器是一个独立的机器,结构上不能和其他设备配合使用,且整机构造比较复杂的问题。
如图1至图4所示,第二壳体16外侧设置有用于与外立面固定连接的固定面15以及用于开设第二进风口11的进风面21。通过固定面15便于将第二壳体16固定在墙体的外立面上,固定面15可与外立面粘接过挂接等等,此处不做限定,进风面21和固定面15呈钝角设置,则使得第二壳体16在保证进风量的同时体积较小,便于使用。
如图1至图4所示,第一凹槽12包括与电吹风25的外轮廓匹配的固定部121和与第二进风口11连通的进风部122,第二金属触点10设于固定部121,进风部122的深度大于固定部121。
具体的,需要说明的是,电吹风25放置在第一凹槽12内时,主要用固定部121进行支撑和固定,进风部122则用于将外部的空气导入电吹风25的进风端,因此通过将进风部122的深度大于固定部121,使得进风部122与电吹风25之间具有一定的间隙,便于空气流动,第二金属触点10位于固定部121则便于与电吹风25连接,为便于进风部122内空气流动,在进风部122开设有多个呈弧形的第三进风口22,第三进风口22与第二进风口11连通。
如图1至图4所示,第二风道包括开设在固定部121的干手器风道进风口9和开设在第二壳体16下端面的干手器风道出风口13,干手器风道进风口9和干手器风道出风口13连通,感应开关14贴近干手器风道出风口13设置,干手器风道进风口9与第一出风口1对应。
具体的,需要说明的是,电吹风25产生的热风从出风端流出并通过干手器风道进风口9进入第二风道内,然后从干手器风道出风口13流出第二风道,实现对干手器风道出风口13下方的干燥,感应开关14贴近干手器风道出风口13设置,也便于在使用时及时获取信号并控制电吹风25打开。
如图1至图4所示,还包括盖设在第二壳体16上端的上盖24,上盖24的一侧与第二壳体16铰接,上盖24内侧设置有用于固定电吹风25的第二凹槽23。通过将上盖24盖设在第二壳体16上,实现将电吹风25稳定的固定在第一凹槽12内,为提高上盖24与电吹风25的贴合度,在上盖24的内侧设置与电吹风25上部轮廓匹配的第二凹槽23,使得结构更为紧凑和稳定。
如图1至图4所示,所述第二凹槽23与所述进风部122之间形成环形腔室,沿所述第一壳体的周向分布的所述蜂窝孔位于所述环形腔室中。
具体的,蜂窝孔位于所述环形腔室中,可以使得沿所述第一壳体6的周向分布的所述蜂窝孔进行均匀抽取环形腔室中的气流。
如图5所示,在所述干手器风道进风口9向所述干手器风道出风口13方向上,所述干手器风道进风口9和所述干手器风道出风口13之间的通道的横向宽度逐渐变宽以及纵向宽度逐渐变窄。
具体的,所述干手器风道进风口9和所述干手器风道出风口13之间的通道的横向宽度逐渐变宽以及纵向宽度逐渐变窄,可以在保证一定风速下使得干手器风道出风口13的出风宽度更宽,便于用户在干手器风道出风口13下方摊开双手进行干手吹风。
基于相同的技术构思,如图6至图10所示,本申请实施例提供一种干手器外壳,包括第二壳体16,第二壳体16上开设有用于安装电吹风25的第一凹槽12,第一凹槽12中部设有开口26,以使所述电吹风25通过所述开口26裸露出所述第二壳体16,所述第二壳体16上还开设有第二进风口11和第二风道27,所述第二进风口11和第二风道27分别连通所述电吹风25的进风端和出风端;第二壳体16内还设置有用于与电吹风25电性连接的第二金属触点10以及感应开关14,感应开关14与第二金属触点10电性连接,用于控制电吹风25的开启和关闭。
本实施例中,第二壳体16整体可固定在墙面上,固定方式可采用粘接或挂接等等,第一凹槽12沿横向开设在第二壳体16内,电吹风25放置在第一凹槽12内,电吹风25上设置有第一进风口4和第一出风口1,当电吹风25放置在第一凹槽12内时,电吹风25的进风端(即第一进风口4)与第二壳体16的第二进风口11连通,出风端(即第一出风口1)与第二壳体16上的第二风道27连通,且第二壳体16内的第二金属触点10与电吹风25电性连接,第二金属触点10与电吹风25内的控制电路电性连接,第二壳体16通过感应开关14来控制电吹风25的起闭,感应开关14可由红外感应器和开关电路组成,通过感应开关14将信号由第二金属触点10传送至电吹风25来实现控制电吹风25的起闭。
可选地,第二金属触点10可设置在第一凹槽12的一端,所述电吹风25上用于电性连接所述第二金属触点10的触点28位于所述电吹风25的顶端,用户将手放置在第二风道27的出口时感应开关14控制电吹风25开启,使得热风从第二风道27吹出,实现干手的功能,当用户将手移开后,感应开关14控制电吹风25关闭。从而实现了便于将电吹风25进行固定并作为干手器的热源使用的技术效果,进而解决了相关技术中尚无专门安放电吹风25并将电吹风25作为干手器热源使用的器具,导致对于经常在卫生间使用电吹风25和干手器的人来说常会感到不太方便问题。
如图10所示,第二壳体16外侧设置有用于与外立面固定连接的固定面15。通过固定面 15便于将第二壳体16固定在墙体的外立面上,固定面15可与外立面粘接过挂接等等,此处不做限定。
如图6至图10所示,电吹风25的进风端和出风端位于所述开口26的两侧。
可选地,所述第一凹槽12中设有第一凸起28,所述第一凸起28与所述电吹风25的进风端相连,以使所述电吹风25的进风端与所述第一凹槽12之间存在用于形成所述第二进风口11的间隙。
可选地,所述第一凹槽12中还设有第二凸起29,所述第二凸起29和所述第一凸起28分别位于所述开口26的两侧,所述第二凸起29与所述电吹风25相连。
具体的,需要说明的是,电吹风25放置在第一凹槽12内时,主要用第一凸起28和第二凸起29进行支撑和固定,通过电吹风25的进风端与所述第一凹槽12之间的间隙将外部的空气导入电吹风25的进风端,因此,该间隙连通开口26以及外界,通过该间隙便于空气在电吹风25上流动。
如图6至图9所示,第二风道27包括开设在第一凹槽12的干手器风道进风口9和开设在第二壳体16下端面的干手器风道出风口13,干手器风道进风口9和干手器风道出风口13连通,感应开关14贴近干手器风道出风口13设置,干手器风道进风口9与电吹风25出风端对应。
可选地,还包括衔接密封圈30,所述衔接密封圈30封装在所述第二风道27和所述电吹风25的出风端之间。其中,具体为:衔接密封圈30封装在干手器风道进风口9和电吹风25的出风端之间。
具体的,需要说明的是,电吹风25产生的热风从出风端流出并通过干手器风道进风口9进入第二风道内,然后从干手器风道出风口13流出第二风道,实现对位于干手器风道出风口13下方的干燥,感应开关14贴近干手器风道出风口13设置,也便于在使用时及时获取信号并控制电吹风25打开。
如图6至图10所示,还包括盖设在第二壳体16上端的上盖24,上盖24的一侧与第二壳体16铰接,上盖24内侧设置有用于固定电吹风25的第二凹槽23。通过将上盖24盖设在第二壳体16上,实现将电吹风25稳定的固定在第一凹槽12内,为提高上盖24与电吹风25的贴合度,在上盖24的内侧设置与电吹风25上部轮廓匹配的第二凹槽23,使得结构更为紧凑和稳定。
基于相同的技术构思,本申请实施例还提供了一种干手器,该干手器包括上述的干手器外壳。
虽然结合附图描述了本发明的实施方式,但是本领域技术人员可以在不脱离本发明的精神和范围的情况下作出各种修改和变型,这样的修改和变型均落入由所附权利要求所限定的范围之内。

Claims (20)

  1. 一种电吹风,其特征在于,包括:
    呈条形的第一壳体和分别设于所述第一壳体上下两端的第一出风口和第一进风口,所述第一壳体内设置有与所述第一进风口和第一出风口连通的第一风道,所述第一风道内依次设置有电机组和发热丝组;
    所述第一风道外侧与所述第一壳体内侧之间具有安装间隙,所述安装间隙内设置有PCB控制板,所述PCB控制板一侧固定在所述第一壳体上,另一侧紧贴第一风道设置。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的电吹风,其特征在于,所述第一出风口朝向X方向设置,所述PCB控制板的上下两端分别安装有第一元器件组件和第二元器件组件,所述第一风道的外侧设置有与所述第一元器件组件形状匹配的安装槽。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的电吹风,其特征在于,所述第二元器件组件位于所述第一风道的下端并与所述第一进风口对应。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的电吹风,其特征在于,所述第一元器件组件和第二元器件组件的尺寸均大于所述PCB控制板上其他元器件的尺寸。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的电吹风,其特征在于,所述第一进风口包括多个开设在所述第一壳体下端的蜂窝孔,所述蜂窝孔沿第一壳体的周向分布。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的电吹风,其特征在于,所述第一风道的截面面积由所述第一进风口向所述第一出风口方向收敛设置。
  7. 根据权利要求2所述的电吹风,其特征在于,所述第一元器件组件包括多个形状规则且大小不同的元器件,第一风道的外侧设置与各个所述元器件形状匹配的阶梯状的安装槽。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的电吹风,其特征在于,所述第一壳体通过所述第一出风口裸露出所述第一风道中对应所述阶梯状的安装槽的位置。
  9. 根据权利要求1至8任一项所述的电吹风,其特征在于,所述第一壳体上设置有用于与电吹风支撑件电性连接的第一金属触点,所述第一金属触点与PCB控制板电性连接。
  10. 一种干手器外壳,其特征在于,包括:
    第二壳体,所述第二壳体上开设有用于安装电吹风的第一凹槽,第二壳体上还开设有与电吹风的进风端和出风端对应的第二进风口和第二风道;
    所述第二壳体内还设置有用于与电吹风电性连接的第二金属触点以及感应开关,所述感应开关与所述第二金属触点电性连接,用于控制电吹风的开启和关闭。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的干手器外壳,其特征在于,所述第一凹槽中部设有开口,以使所述电吹风通过所述开口裸露出所述第二壳体。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的干手器外壳,其特征在于,所述电吹风的进风端和出风端位于所述开口的两侧。
  13. 根据权利要求12所述的干手器外壳,其特征在于,所述第一凹槽中设有第一凸起,所述第一凸起与所述电吹风的进风端相连,以使所述电吹风的进风端与所述第一凹槽之间存在用于形成所述第二进风口的间隙;
    所述第一凹槽中还设有第二凸起,所述第二凸起和所述第一凸起分别位于所述开口的两侧,所述第二凸起与所述电吹风相连。
  14. 根据权利要求10所述的干手器外壳,其特征在于,所述第一凹槽包括与电吹风的外轮廓匹配的固定部和与所述第二进风口连通的进风部,所述第二金属触点设于所述固定部,所述进风部的深度大于所述固定部。
  15. 根据权利要求14所述的干手器外壳,其特征在于,所述进风部开设有多个呈弧形的第三进风口,所述第三进风口与所述第二进风口连通。
  16. 根据权利要求15所述的干手器外壳,其特征在于,所述第二风道包括开设在所述固 定部的干手器风道进风口和开设在所述第二壳体下端面的干手器风道出风口,所述干手器风道进风口和所述干手器风道出风口连通,所述感应开关贴近所述干手器风道出风口设置,所述干手器风道进风口与第一出风口对应。
  17. 根据权利要求16所述的干手器外壳,其特征在于,还包括盖设在所述第二壳体上端的上盖,所述上盖的一侧与所述第二壳体铰接,上盖内侧设置有用于固定电吹风的第二凹槽。
  18. 根据权利要求16所述的干手器外壳,其特征在于,在所述干手器风道进风口向所述干手器风道出风口方向上,所述干手器风道进风口和所述干手器风道出风口之间的通道的横向宽度逐渐变宽以及纵向宽度逐渐变窄。
  19. 一种干手器,其特征在于,包括如权利要求1-9任一项所述的电吹风和如权利要求10-18任一项所述的干手器外壳,其中,所述电吹风安装在所述第一凹槽中。
  20. 根据权利要求19所述的干手器,其特征在于,所述第二凹槽与所述进风部之间形成环形腔室,沿所述第一壳体的周向分布的所述蜂窝孔位于所述环形腔室中。
