A toilet device 1 has a configuration in which a toilet lid 20 and a toilet seat 24 are electrically opened and closed separately from each other, and a closing operation for the toilet lid 20 starts before washing is performed by a toilet washing unit 13 if the toilet lid 20 is open when a washing instruction is given by a washing instruction means. A control unit 5 executes a control operation to start a closing operation for the toilet seat 24, and then start the closing operation for the toilet lid 20 before the toilet seat 24 is closed if the toilet lid 20 and the toilet seat 24 are open when a washing instruction is received.

Description

Toilet bowl device and toilet seat device
The present invention relates to a toilet device and a toilet seat device in which the toilet lid and the toilet seat are individually electrically opened and closed.
Recently, from the viewpoint of preventing the diffusion of pollutants contained in the excrement when cleaning the toilet bowl (bowl), excrete the pollutants contained in the feces excreted in the bowl so that the droplets containing the pollutants do not scatter to the outside of the toilet bowl. It is later encouraged to wash the bowl with the toilet lid closed.
In order to ensure that the bowl is washed with the toilet lid closed, the toilet lid is first electrically closed by the toilet lid drive unit when a cleaning instruction is given, and then the bowl is washed. A toilet bowl device has been proposed (see, for example, Patent Document 1).
Japanese Unexamined Patent Publication No. 07-158142
However, in this type of toilet device, when not only the toilet lid but also the toilet seat is open when a cleaning instruction is given, usually, the toilet seat is closed first and then the toilet lid closing operation is started, so that the cleaning instruction is performed. It will take a lot of time to close the toilet bowl. In Patent Document 1, there is a description that the toilet lid is closed when the toilet lid is open and not seated, but an operation description for the case where both the toilet lid and the toilet seat are in the open state. Not done.
Also, in order to shorten the time, a method of closing the toilet seat and the toilet lid at the same time can be considered. However, since the amount of electric power increases at the timing of driving (starting the closing operation) and the timing of closing the toilet seat and the toilet lid, the amount of electric power increases further at the timing when they start or close at the same time, and the machine (motor, etc.) There is also a risk of adverse effects.
The present invention has been proposed in consideration of such circumstances, and an object thereof is that it takes a lot of time for the toilet lid to close in the operation of closing the toilet seat and the toilet lid when a cleaning instruction is given. Next, the detailed configuration, structure, and basic operation of the toilet bowl device 1 will be described.
1 to 4 are explanatory views of the toilet bowl device 1. It should be noted that FIGS. 2 (a) and 2 (b) are schematic side views schematically showing the inside of the toilet bowl device 1 showing two forms in which the cleaning methods (structures) are different, and whichever method is used. You may.
The toilet device 1 is a sitting Western-style toilet device that is fixed to the floor or wall in the toilet space. The main body 10 of the toilet bowl device 1 is provided so that the bowl 12 opened upward is surrounded by the skirt portion 11, and the upper side of the bowl 12 is freely laid down with respect to the opening surface of the bowl 12. It is provided with a toilet seat 24 and a toilet lid 20 having the same rotation axis. It should be noted that individual rotation axes may be used so that they can be interlocked with each other.
In the internal space of the skirt portion 11, a toilet bowl cleaning portion 13 that discharges the sewage in the bowl 12 and supplies washing water into the bowl 12 from the water supply port 14 to clean the inside of the bowl 12 is arranged. The toilet bowl cleaning unit 13 has a water supply mechanism and a drainage mechanism.
The water supply mechanism is arranged in the middle of the water supply port 14, the wash water supply path 15 that supplies the wash water supplied from the water pipe (not shown) into the bowl 12 through the water supply port 14, and the wash water supply path 15. It is provided with a water supply valve 16 that supplies or shuts off the water supply to the bowl 12.
The drainage mechanism shown in FIG. 2A has a tubular bent trap 17 connected so as to extend rearward from the bottom of the bowl 12, the trap 17 extending further downward and connecting to the drainage port 18. Has been done. Examples of this type of drainage mechanism include a siphon type, a siphon set type, and a siphon vortex type, which are considered to be a mechanism in which a drainage state or a sealed state is formed by a siphon action.
Further, the drainage mechanism may have a structure having a movable trap 17A as shown in FIG. 2 (b). The trap 17A is rotated in the direction of an arrow by a driving unit (not shown) to form a drainage state or a water sealing state. The trap 17A in the illustrated example is in the position in the sealed state, and in the drainage state, the trap 17A rotates so that the open end of the trap 17A faces the drain port 18. The trap 17A is surrounded by a trap case (not shown) so that sewage and odor do not leak to the outside.
Further, a drainage mechanism that is neither siphon type nor movable, for example, a wash-off type drainage mechanism can be applied to the toilet bowl device 1.
Further, in the figure example, the toilet device 1 is a tankless type directly connected to the water supply without a water washing tank (low tank), but it may be configured to have a water washing tank.
Further, as shown in FIG. 1, in the toilet device 1, in addition to the above-mentioned toilet lid opening / closing detection unit 21, the toilet lid driving unit 22 and the toilet lid operating unit that receives an opening / closing instruction from the user to the toilet lid driving unit 22. It is equipped with 23. Further, the toilet device 1 includes a toilet seat 24, a toilet seat open / close detection unit 25 that detects the opening / closing of the toilet seat 24, a toilet seat drive unit 26 that opens / closes the toilet seat 24, and a toilet seat operation unit 27 that receives an opening / closing instruction to the toilet seat drive unit 26. In addition, a seating detection unit 28 is also provided.
Each of the toilet lid operation unit 23 and the toilet seat operation unit 27 may be configured with switches for opening and closing individually, or may be capable of alternately switching between opening and closing with one switch. In the latter case, it may be determined whether the instruction is open / closed in cooperation with the toilet lid open / close detection unit 21 (toilet seat open / close detection unit 25) and the software.
As the seating detection unit 28, for example, a load sensor for detecting seating / leaving, an infrared sensor for detecting seating / leaving from the vicinity of the rotation shaft portion of the toilet seat 24, and the like, which are built in the toilet seat 24, are adopted. As the toilet lid open / close detection unit 21 and the toilet seat open / close detection unit 25, those configured to detect the open / closed state by the opening angle are adopted.
The toilet lid drive unit 22 and the toilet seat drive unit 26 are each composed of a motor or the like. The toilet lid drive unit 22 electrically opens and closes (tilts) the toilet lid 20 when there is an instruction from the toilet lid operation unit 23, and the toilet seat drive unit 26 receives an instruction from the toilet seat operation unit 27. The toilet seat 24 is electrically opened and closed (tilted). The example shown in FIG. 1 has a configuration in which a drive unit (motor) is provided in each of the toilet lid 20 and the toilet seat 24, but may be configured to be individually driven by one motor.
In the present specification, in both the toilet lid 20 and the toilet seat 24, the state in which the toilet lid 20 and the toilet seat 24 are upright is referred to as an open state, and a state in which the toilet lid 20 is tilted substantially horizontally and is substantially parallel to the opening surface of the bowl 12 is referred to as an open state. It is called a closed state.
In this toilet device 1, if both the toilet lid 20 and the toilet seat 24 are in the open state when the toilet lid 20 is instructed to close by the toilet lid operation unit 23 or the like, the toilet seat 24 first closes and then closes. The toilet lid 20 closes in conjunction with the closing action of the toilet seat 24. When the toilet device 1 receives a cleaning instruction, the above-mentioned sequence operation is executed. If the toilet seat 24 is open at that time, the toilet seat 24 and the toilet lid 20 are closed in this order. .. The details of this operation will be described later together with the description of FIGS. 3 and 4.
If both the toilet seat 24 and the toilet lid 20 are in the closed state when the toilet seat operation unit 27 or the like instructs to open the toilet seat 24, the toilet lid 20 first opens the toilet lid 20 and then the toilet lid 20. The toilet seat 24 opens the toilet seat 24 so as to be linked to the opening operation.
The toilet device 1 may be further provided with various functional devices such as a deodorizing device for deodorizing the inside of the bowl 12, a heating device for heating the toilet seat 24, and a local cleaning device for locally cleaning the toilet seat 24.
Further, the toilet bowl device 1 is provided with a cleaning operation unit 29. The cleaning operation unit 29 includes a stool cleaning button 29a and a urine cleaning button 29b that output cleaning instructions to the toilet bowl cleaning unit 13 via a control unit 5 described later.
It is desirable that the cleaning operation unit 29 is arranged in both the main body operation unit (not shown) and the remote controller (not shown). These are also provided with operation switches and operation buttons that allow various operations and settings. As the remote controller, an infrared communication remote controller is preferably used. Needless to say, the remote controller is provided with a transmitting unit (not shown), and the main body 10 is provided with a receiving unit (not shown).
The operation of the cleaning operation unit 29 acts as a cleaning instruction means, and further, the state change from sitting to leaving the seat detected by the seating detection unit 28 also acts as a cleaning instruction means. That is, when a person stands up from the toilet seat 24 while sitting, automatic cleaning is performed instead of operating the cleaning button.
Further, it is also possible to output a cleaning instruction with one cleaning button without providing both the stool cleaning button 29a and the urine cleaning button 29b. That is, in that case, the amount of washing water in the bowl 12 is not distinguished between the large capacity for stool and the small capacity for urine, and is only one type of the large capacity for stool.
The toilet device 1 controls the above-mentioned control targets (water supply valve 16 of the toilet cleaning unit 13, toilet lid drive unit 22, toilet seat drive unit 26, etc.), while the cleaning operation unit 29, toilet lid open / close detection unit 21, and toilet seat open / close detection are detected. A control unit 5 that receives an output signal such as a unit 25 and a seating detection unit 28 is provided. The control unit 5 includes a processor such as a CPU and an MPU and various programs. The toilet device 1 further includes a time measuring unit 6 and a power supply unit (not shown).
Further, the toilet bowl device 1 includes a notification unit 7 composed of a speaker or the like that notifies an abnormality or state of the device or guidance by sound or voice synthesis. The notification unit 7 may be configured to include a display such as an LED in place of or in addition to the sound output unit.
Next, the basic operation of the toilet device 1 will be described with reference to the operation flowchart of FIG. 3 and the schematic operation explanatory diagram of the toilet seat 24 and the toilet lid 20 of FIG. This operation is an operation by the control unit 5 when a cleaning instruction is given by the cleaning instruction means. The schematic operation explanatory views shown in FIGS. 4A to 4E are shown as rotation axes (marked with x in FIG. 4) in which the toilet seat 24 and the toilet lid 20 are different from each other for convenience of illustration. The same rotation axis may be used as described above.
In the following operation explanation, the detection of the open / closed state of the toilet lid 20 and the detection of the open / closed state of the toilet seat 24 are performed by each detection unit, but the description of the operation of those detection units will be omitted. Further, although the opening / closing operation of the toilet lid 20 and the opening / closing operation of the toilet seat 24 are performed by each drive unit, the description of the operation of those drive units will be omitted.
First, the operation of FIG. 3 will be described with reference to the flowcharts shown in steps S100 to S110. In the following description, the description of "step SXXX" is abbreviated as "SXXX" having only a code.
When a cleaning instruction is received by the cleaning instruction means, the notification unit 7 first notifies the cleaning instruction by, for example, an electronic sound "pip" (S100, S101). Then, the open / closed state of the toilet lid 20 is determined, and if it is in the closed state, the bowl 12 is immediately washed (N, S109 of S102).
Although not shown in FIG. 3, the toilet lid 20 opens after the cleaning of S109 is completed, and after a certain period of time from the open state, the opened toilet lid 20 closes and closes. It may be in a standby state (a state in which the toilet lid 20 is closed).
The opening operation of the toilet lid 20 after cleaning is an operation executed for the user to confirm the residual filth in the bowl 12 after cleaning. That is, the user does not need to manually open the toilet lid 20 to check the inside of the bowl 12 after cleaning.
Instead of the above-mentioned delay for a certain period of time, the standby state may be returned at the timing when a person is no longer detected by the motion sensor. Of course, since the user can close the toilet lid 20 with the toilet lid operation unit 23, it is not necessary to automatically return to the standby state.
Further, if the toilet lid 20 is in the open state when the cleaning instruction is received, the open / closed state of the toilet seat 24 is further determined (Y, S103 in S102). When the toilet seat 24 is in the open state, the closing operation of the toilet seat 24 is started, and the closing operation of the toilet lid 20 is started after a predetermined time has elapsed (Y in S103, S104 to S106 and FIGS. 4A and 4B). ..
In this case, the operation of the toilet seat 24 and the toilet lid 20 may be such that the toilet lid 20 follows the toilet seat 24 with an acute angle difference, as shown in FIGS. 4A and 4B. The angle difference may be smaller than the angle difference between the state where the toilet lid 20 is upright and the state immediately before the toilet seat 24 is closed, and about 5 to 20 degrees is suitable for achieving both quick closing. It is said that. Of course, the angle difference may be more than 20 degrees. In order to prevent the timing of starting the opening operation of the toilet lid 20 and the timing of stopping the toilet seat 24 from overlapping, it is desirable that the upper limit of the angle difference is about 70 degrees.
As in this example, such an angle difference may be provided by the time delay by the time measuring unit 6, and the delay time calculated from the time required from the standing state of the toilet seat 24 to the closing may be used. For example, the delay time may be about 1/4 to 1/3 of the time required from the standing state to the closing.
It should be noted that the start timing of the closing operation of the toilet lid 20 may be measured by detecting the drive angle of the toilet seat 24 instead of such a time difference.
The toilet seat 24 and the toilet lid 20 are individually closed as shown in FIGS. 4 (b) and 4 (c), the toilet seat 24 is closed first as shown in FIG. 4 (d), and then FIG. 4 (e). ), The toilet lid 20 closes.
When the toilet lid 20 is closed, the closing of the toilet lid 20 is notified by an electronic sound "pip" or the like different from that at the time of the cleaning instruction, and the bowl 12 is washed (S107 to S109). It should be noted that instead of notifying that the toilet lid 20 is closed, it may be notified that cleaning is to be performed. That is, in that case, the notification is also made when the toilet lid 20 is closed (N in S102) after the cleaning instruction.
Further, when the cleaning instruction is received, if the toilet lid 20 is in the open state and the toilet seat 24 is in the closed state, it is determined whether the toilet lid 20 is seated, and if it is not seated, the toilet lid 20 is closed or closed. Notification and cleaning are executed (N of S110, S106 to S109). If the person is seated, the washing is started immediately (Y of S110, S109).
As described above, the sequence operation is executed when the cleaning instruction is received while the toilet lid 20 is open, but when the toilet seat 24 is also open at that time, the toilet seat 24 and the toilet lid 20 are described above. The closing operation is executed in order with such an angle difference.
In this way, the toilet lid 20 does not follow the operation order in which the closing operation of the toilet lid 20 starts after waiting for the toilet seat 24 to close, but the operation is such that the toilet lid 20 chases the toilet seat 24 at a predetermined angle. Therefore, the process from the start of the closing operation of the toilet seat 24 to the closing of the toilet lid 20 is quickly executed, and the cleaning after the instruction for cleaning is performed quickly without waiting for a long time.
Further, since the closing operations of the toilet seat 24 and the toilet lid 20 are not simultaneous and there is a time lag, there is no possibility that the start timings of the closing operations overlap or the stop (closed) timings overlap, and the amount of electric power is temporary. There is no possibility that it will increase, and it is unlikely that it will adversely affect the machine.
Further, since the closing operation of the toilet lid 20 is started before the closing of the toilet seat 24 as described above, there is no possibility that the start of the opening operation of the toilet lid 20 and the stop timing of the toilet seat 24 overlap, and the amount of electric power is temporary. Can be avoided.
Further, when the closing operation is performed by the toilet lid operating unit 23, the operation order may be such that the toilet lid 20 starts the closing operation after the toilet seat 24 is closed, but the cleaning instruction as described above is received. The operation order may be the same as when the time difference is used.
Further, when the opening operation is performed by the toilet seat operation unit 27, the operation order may be such that the toilet seat 24 starts the opening operation after the toilet lid 20 is closed, but the toilet lid 20 and the toilet seat 24 have a time difference. It may be in the order of operations in which the toilets are opened. In this case as well, the angle difference may be about 5 to 20 degrees.
Further, the toilet device 1 is not limited to the above, and the toilet seat 24 and the toilet lid 20 may be interchangeable as a unit. In particular, the toilet device 3 to which the toilet seat device 30 as shown in FIG. 5 is retrofitted (or replaced) may be used. Based on FIGS. 5A and 5B, the basic configuration of the toilet bowl device 3 according to another embodiment of the present invention will be described. In this embodiment, the movable trap 17A is illustrated in FIG. 5 (b), but the toilet bowl body may have a siphon type trap 17 (see FIG. 2 (a)) or another method. Is also applicable.
Specifically, the toilet device 3 outputs a cleaning instruction to the bowl 12, the toilet cleaning unit 13 that supplies cleaning water to the bowl 12 to clean the inside of the bowl 12, the toilet seat device 30, and the toilet cleaning unit 13. It includes a cleaning operation unit 29, a control unit 5, a timing unit 6, and a notification unit 7.
The toilet seat device 30 is a separate body that can be attached to and detached from the toilet bowl main body (part excluding the toilet seat device 30) of the toilet bowl device 3. The toilet seat device 30 includes a toilet lid 40, a toilet lid open / close detection unit 41, a toilet lid drive unit 42, a toilet lid operation unit 43, a toilet seat 44, a toilet seat open / close detection unit 45, a toilet seat drive unit 46, a toilet seat operation unit 47, and a seating detection unit. It includes 48, a bowl cleaning operation unit 49, a toilet seat side control unit 35, a timing unit 36, and a notification unit 37. Further, it is possible to send and receive electric signals between the toilet seat device 30 and the toilet bowl main body.
Since the configuration of the toilet bowl device 3 (toilet bowl main body) excluding the toilet seat device 30 is almost the same as that of FIG. 1, detailed description is omitted. Further, the toilet lid 40, the toilet lid open / close detection unit 41, the toilet lid drive unit 42, the toilet lid operation unit 43, the toilet seat 44, the toilet seat open / close detection unit 45, the toilet seat drive unit 46, and the toilet seat operation unit 47, which are included in the toilet seat device 30. The seating detection unit 48 is almost the same as that of FIG. 1, and the description thereof will be omitted.
The toilet seat device 30 of FIG. 5 has a configuration in which a cleaning instruction of the bowl 12 can be output from the toilet seat device 30 side to the toilet bowl cleaning unit 13. Specifically, in the toilet seat device 30, when the bowl cleaning operation unit 49 gives an instruction for cleaning, the toilet seat side control unit 35 receives the instruction, and the toilet seat cleaning unit 13 is moved through the control unit 5 on the toilet body side. The bowl 12 can be washed in a controlled manner. Further, the toilet seat side control unit 35 may be configured to directly control the toilet bowl cleaning unit 13.
As shown in FIG. 5, the toilet bowl device 3 includes not only the bowl cleaning operation unit 49 on the toilet seat device 30 side but also the cleaning operation unit 29 on the toilet bowl main body side. That is, the one shown in FIG. 6 is configured so that any of the cleaning operation unit 29 and the bowl cleaning operation unit 49 can give a cleaning instruction. Further, the cleaning operation unit 29 may not be provided on the toilet bowl main body side, and the cleaning instruction may be given only by the bowl cleaning operation unit 49. It is desirable that the bowl cleaning operation unit 49 also has a stool cleaning button and a urine cleaning button.
The operation of the bowl cleaning operation unit 49 acts as a bowl cleaning instruction means, and further, the state change from sitting to leaving the seat detected by the seating detection unit 48 also acts as a bowl cleaning instruction means. That is, when the person stands up from the toilet seat 44 while sitting, automatic cleaning is performed instead of operating the cleaning button.
The toilet device 3 can also operate as shown in FIGS. 3 and 4 in the same manner as the toilet device 1 of FIG. As a general rule, when the bowl cleaning instruction means instructs the bowl cleaning unit 13, the toilet bowl cleaning unit 13 cleans the bowl 12 with the toilet lid 40 closed. If both the toilet seat 44 and the toilet lid 40 are open when a cleaning instruction is given, the toilet seat 44 and the toilet lid 40 close with an angle difference as shown in FIG. 4, and cleaning is performed after the toilet lid 40 is closed. Will be done.
As described above, the toilet seat device 30 includes a toilet seat 44, a toilet lid 40, and a toilet lid opening / closing detection unit 41 that detects the opening / closing of the toilet lid 40. Further, the toilet seat device 30 is a device attached to the toilet bowl body, which includes a bowl cleaning instruction means for receiving a cleaning instruction to the toilet bowl body and a toilet seat side control unit 35. The toilet seat device 30 is configured to electrically open and close the toilet lid 40 and the toilet seat 44 individually. Further, if the toilet lid 40 is open when the toilet seat device 30 receives a cleaning instruction by the bowl cleaning instruction means, the toilet lid 40 starts closing operation before outputting the cleaning instruction to the toilet bowl main body. If the toilet lid 40 is closed, a cleaning instruction is output to the toilet bowl body.
If the toilet lid 40 and the toilet seat 44 are open when the toilet seat side control unit 35 receives the cleaning instruction, the toilet seat side control unit 35 starts the closing operation of the toilet seat 44 and before the toilet seat 44 is closed. A control operation for initiating the closing operation of 40 is executed. In this way, the toilet bowl device 3 can realize the time difference operation between the toilet lid 40 and the toilet seat 44 by the cooperation between the toilet seat device 30 and the toilet bowl main body.
The toilet seat device 30 is not limited to that shown in FIG. The toilet seat device 30 may be configured to include, for example, a local cleaning device, or may have a configuration having a toilet seat operation unit (not shown) capable of various operations and settings (for example, the local cleaning device). ..
