Definitions
- the present invention relates to a urethane composition, and particularly to a curable polyurethane composition preferably used for adhesives, coating materials, sealing materials, waterproof materials, floor materials, wall materials, paints and the like.
- Polyurethane resin can be cured at room temperature and has excellent rubber elasticity, wear resistance, durability, etc., so paints, flooring materials, waterproof materials, adhesives, potting materials, wall materials, sealing materials, etc. As a result, it has been particularly used in recent years.
- a one-component type in which the terminal isocyanate of the polyurethane prepolymer is cured by moisture in the air after construction, and a curing agent containing a main agent containing polyurethane prepolymer and polyols are used at the time of construction. It is roughly divided into a two-component type that is mixed and cured.
- a lead-based catalyst has been widely used as a curing catalyst in the past.
- the use of lead-based catalysts has become a problem in terms of environment and safety, and curing catalysts that replace lead-based catalysts are being studied.
- Patent Documents 1 and 2 mention organic acid bismuth salts.
- the catalytic activity is high, there is a problem that it becomes difficult to secure the pot life. Further, if the amount of the catalyst added is increased in order to improve the curability at a low temperature, the initial elongation rate and the heat resistance are lowered.
- the present invention has been made in view of such circumstances, does not require a lead-based curing catalyst, has excellent curability and workability, and has an adhesive, a coating material, a sealing material, a waterproof material, a floor material, and a wall. Description
