変形例4の第3の例の複数の遊技テーブルを有する遊技場におけるテーブルゲームの管理システムの全体の概要を以下に説明する。図18は同システムの全体の概要を示す図であって、複数の遊技テーブル2004を有する遊技場におけるテーブルゲームの管理システムは、遊技テーブル2004で行われるゲームを、遊技用代用貨幣1を含めて複数のカメラ2002を介して画像として記録するゲーム記録装置2011、および記録された画像を画像分析する画像分析装置2012、遊技用代用貨幣1に付されたRFIDを読取るチップ読取装置25、さらに遊技テーブル2004において各ゲームのゲーム結果を判定し表示するゲーム結果判定装置18を備える。
1)勝ち遊技用代用貨幣1に対する償還が終了したとき、
2)当該ゲームで使用されたカードCが回収され、当該テーブルの廃棄エリア41もしくは廃棄スロット42に廃棄されるとき、
3)勝敗結果判定装置に付随する所定のボタンを押したとき、
4)勝敗を示すマーカー43を元に戻したとき。
1)各ゲームにおいて、カードの引き出しが開始されてからもしくはディーラのゲーム開始操作からカード配布装置によりゲームの勝敗結果が表示される前の間に、チップの動きがないかどうか、
2)各ゲームの終了後、ディーラがゲーム参加人のうちの敗者が賭けていたチップを回収している間に、ディーラ以外の者によるチップの動きがないかどうか、
3)各ゲームの終了後、ディーラがゲーム参加人のうちの敗者が賭けていたチップを回収している間に、チップが追加されたかどうか、
4)各ゲームの終了後、ディーラがゲーム参加人のうちの勝者が賭けていたチップの位置に、支払いを行ったかどうか、
5)各ゲームの終了後、ゲーム参加人のうちの勝者が、賭けていたチップおよび支払われたチップを取ったかどうか、
の少なくとも1つを判定する機能と、を備える。
1)各ゲームにおいて、カード配布装置2003から得られるカードの引き出しが開始される信号から、もしくはディーラ2005が開始ボタン4sを押すことによるゲーム開始操作から、カード配布装置2003によりゲームの勝敗結果が表示される前の間に、遊技用代用貨幣1の動きがないかどうかを、カメラ2002を使って画像分析装置2012が得る情報により監視する。
2)各ゲームの終了後、ディーラ2005がゲーム参加人2006のうちの敗者が賭けていた遊技用代用貨幣1を回収している間に、敗者6が遊技用代用貨幣1を不正に取っていないかどうかを、カメラ2002を使って画像分析装置2012が得る情報により監視する。
3)各ゲームの終了後、ディーラ2005がゲーム参加人のうちの敗者が賭けていた遊技用代用貨幣1を回収している間に、ディーラ2005以外の者(勝者もしくは敗者)が勝ち遊技用代用貨幣1Wを追加したり、賭けていない勝側に新たに遊技用代用貨幣1を置きなおしていないかどうかを、カメラ2002を使って画像分析装置2012が得る情報により監視する。
4)各ゲームの終了後、ディーラ2005がゲーム参加人2006のうちの勝者が賭けていた遊技用代用貨幣1の位置に、正しく支払いの遊技用代用貨幣1Wを置いたかどうかを、カメラ2002を使って画像分析装置2012が得る情報により監視する。
5)各ゲームの終了後(ディーラ2005がカード配布装置2003を操作して勝敗結果を表示ランプ13に表示させる)、ゲーム参加人2006のうちの勝者6Wが、賭けていた遊技用代用貨幣1および支払われた遊技用代用貨幣1Wを取ったかどうかを、カメラ2002を使って画像分析装置2012が得る情報により監視する。
上記の従来の問題を解決するために、本発明の遊技用代用貨幣の管理システムは、
データの書き換えができない領域と、データの書き換えが可能な領域と、を有する単一のRFIDタグが遊技用代用貨幣に付与され、
前記RFIDタグの前記データの書き換えができない領域は、固定情報として、当該遊技用代用貨幣の生産情報、商品情報、カジノ情報、金額情報、シリアルナンバーの内、少なくとも一つを記憶しており、
前記データの書き換えが可能な領域は、変動情報として、当該遊技用代用貨幣の所在に関する情報を記憶しており、
前記データの書き換えができない領域に記憶している前記固定情報から、同一の当該RFIDタグにおける前記データの書き換えが可能な領域に記憶している前記変動情報を抽出可能な構成であり、
前記システムは、
前記データの書き換えが可能な領域に、当該遊技用代用貨幣の前記所在に関する情報を書き加える書込装置と、
複数の前記遊技用代用貨幣の前記データの書き換えができない領域に記憶された前記固定情報を一括して読み取り、読み取った前記固定情報に基づき、当該各固定情報と対になる前記データの書き換えが可能な領域に記憶された前記所在に関する情報を読み取り可能な読取装置と、
前記読取装置から得た前記所在に関する情報を審査する管理制御装置と、を更に備え、
前記データの書き換えが可能な領域は、前記書込装置により書き込まれた全ての所在に関する情報の少なくとも最新の所在に関する情報を含んだ、複数の所在に関する情報を記憶しており、
前記管理制御装置は、前記読取装置から得た前記所在に関する情報の履歴に異常がないか否かを判定する機能を備え、異常があればエラーシグナルを生成し、異常と判定した遊技用代用貨幣の前記固定情報を特定可能な構成である。
前記管理制御装置は、前記読取装置から得た前記所在に関する情報から、前記異常か否かの判定として、前回の書き込みから所定期間以上使用されていない、もしくは、書き込まれているべき前記所在に関する情報が書き込まれていない、のいずれかの事象があるか否かを判定する構成である。
前記の、前回の書き込みから所定期間以上使用されていない事象は、
1)最新の所在に関する情報がケージを示す情報であり、次の情報の書き込みが所定時間以上たっている、
2)最新の所在に関する情報が入場を示す情報であり、次の情報の書き込みが所定時間以上たっている、
3)最新の所在に関する情報が退場を示す情報であり、次の情報の書き込みが所定の時間以上たっている、
のいずれかの状況であり、
前記の、書き込まれているべき前記所在に関する情報が書き込まれていない事象は、
4)遊技場への入場時において、当該遊技用代用貨幣の前記データの書き換えが可能な領域の最新の所在に関する情報として、退場を示す情報が書き込まれていない、
5)ケージでの使用時において、バックヤードを示す情報が書き込まれていない、
6)遊技場からの退場時において、ケージまたはバックヤードを示す情報が書き込まれていない、
のいずれかの状況であってよい。
1)前記データの書き換えが可能な領域に記憶している最終の所有者とは異なる人物が当該遊技用代用貨幣を遊技場内で換金、または両替する、あるいは遊技場から退場する、
2)前記データの書き換えが可能な領域に記憶している退場時の所有者とは異なる人物が、当該遊技用代用貨幣を遊技場に持ち込む、
上記の1)または2)のいずれかの状況を判定する機能を備えた、ものであってよい。
1)前記データの書き換えが可能な領域に記憶している最終の所有者とは異なる人物が当該遊技用代用貨幣を遊技テーブルで使用する、
2)遊技テーブルでの使用記録のない遊技用代用貨幣を当該遊技用代用貨幣のケージでの購入時とは異なる人物が、ケージで換金する、
3)ケージまたはバックヤードを示す情報のない遊技用代用貨幣が遊技場内で使用される、
4)最新の所在に関する情報がベットエリアまたは支払いエリアを示す情報であり、所定期間以上経過後に、ケージで換金または遊技テーブルで使用される、
上記の1)から4)のいずれかの状況を判定する機能を備えた、ものであってよい。
前記管理制御装置は、前記読取装置により読み取られた複数の前記遊技用代用貨幣の複数の前記固定情報から、同一の当該RFIDタグにおける前記データの書き換えが可能な領域に記憶している前記所在に関する情報を抽出して把握可能な構成であってよい。
前記データの書き換えができない領域は、固定情報として、当該遊技用代用貨幣の生産情報、商品情報、カジノ情報、金額情報、シリアルナンバーの内、少なくとも一つを記憶しており、
前記データの書き換えが可能な領域は、変動情報として、書込装置により書き込まれた当該遊技用代用貨幣の所在に関する情報を記憶する構成であり、
前記データの書き換えができない領域に記憶している前記固定情報から、同一の当該RFIDタグにおける前記データの書き換えができない領域に記憶している前記変動情報を抽出可能な構成である。
前記遊技用代用貨幣を用いてゲームを行うための遊技テーブルと、
前記遊技テーブルで行われるゲームにおいて各ゲーム参加人が賭ける遊技用代用貨幣をカメラを介して画像として記録するゲーム記録装置と、

遊技テーブルにおいて各ゲームのゲーム結果を判定するゲーム結果判定装置と、を備え、

償還すべきチップに対する償還を行い、償還が終わったときに、前記遊技テーブルにおける各ゲーム参加人が賭けるチップの位置、種類および枚数と前記ゲーム結果とから計算される当該ゲームにおけるチップの償還すべき額に基づく前記チップトレイのあるべき総額と、前記チップトレイにおける現実の総額を比較し、あるべき総額と現実の総額との間に違いがあると判定した場合には、償還に不正やミスがあったと判定する償還判定機能と、を備えていてよい。
特定した前記遊技用代用貨幣のIDまたは金額または枚数と、前記ゲーム結果判定装置から得たゲーム結果及び前記画像分析装置による画像分析結果に基づく遊技用代用貨幣の位置と金額と枚数の測定結果を用いて判定したシッティングナンバー毎の回収されるべき前記遊技用代用貨幣のIDまたは金額または枚数と、を比較し、一致するか否かをシッティングナンバー毎に判定可能な構成であってよい。
前記制御装置は、前記ゲーム結果判定装置から得たゲーム結果及び前記画像分析装置による画像分析結果に基づく遊技用代用貨幣の位置と金額と枚数の測定結果を用いて判定した償還金額と、前記チップ読取装置の読取結果に基づく前記シッティングナンバー毎に置かれた前記遊技用代用貨幣の金額とを比較し、償還金額の一致または不一致を判定し、出力可能な構成であってよい。
前記制御装置は、前記シッティングナンバーと前記ゲーム参加人特定手段が特定した前記ゲーム参加人の情報とを結びつけることが可能な構成であってよい。
前記サイドベット用ベットエリアは、各シッティングナンバー毎のベットエリアが隣接して設けられており、

Claims (40)
- 識別情報を記憶したRFIDタグが付与されたカジノ用品を用いるカジノにおけるカジノシステムであって、
前記カジノ用品の製造者から前記カジノに引き渡される前記カジノ用品について、前記RFIDタグから読み取られた識別情報が前記カジノ用品の製造者にて用意された識別情報と一致するか否かを判定する判定装置と、
前記カジノ内に設置され、前記判定装置にて一致すると判定された前記カジノ用品であって前記カジノにおいて使用される前記カジノ用品を、前記カジノにおいて使用可能なカジノ用品として、データベースに登録する登録装置と、
前記カジノ内のカジノ用品取扱ロケーションに設置され、前記カジノ用品の前記RFIDタグから前記識別情報を読み取り、当該識別情報を読み取ったカジノ用品が前記登録装置によって使用可能なカジノ用品として前記データベースに登録されているか否かを照合する照合装置と、

前記判定において一致すると判定された前記カジノ用品が前記カジノのフロア、キャッシャ、又はバンクに出される前に、当該前記カジノ用品を使用可能なカジノ用品として登録する、請求項28に記載のカジノ用品提供方法。 - 識別情報を記憶したRFIDタグが付与されたカジノ用品を用いるカジノのバックヤードに備えられるカジノシステムであって、
前記カジノ用品の製造者から受け入れた前記カジノ用品の前記RFIDタグを読み取る第1の読取装置と、
前記第1の読取装置で読み取られた前記RFIDタグの数と、前記カジノ用品の数と比較することで、又は、前記カジノ用品の製造者から与えられた識別情報と、前記第1の読取装置にて前記カジノ用品の前記RFIDタグから読み取った識別情報とを比較することで、前記RFIDタグが壊れた前記カジノ用品を検出する検査装置と、
前記検査装置による検査の結果、使用可能であると判定された前記カジノ用品を登録する登録装置と、
を備えた、カジノシステム。 - 前記第1の読取装置で読み取られる前記カジノ用品を撮影して画像を生成するカメラと、
前記画像に対して画像認識をすることで前記カジノ用品の数を取得する画像認識装置と、
をさらに備え、
前記検査装置は、前記画像認識装置で取得されたカジノ用品の数を前記RFIDタグの数と比較する、請求項30に記載のカジノシステム。 - 前記第1の読取装置は、所定数の前記カジノ用品を収容可能なケースに収容された前記カジノ用品の前記RFIDタグを読み取り、
前記検査装置は、前記所定数を前記カジノ用品の数として、前記RFIDタグの数と比較する、請求項30に記載のカジノシステム。 - オペレータによる前記カジノ用品の数の入力を受け付ける入力装置をさらに備え、
前記検査装置は、前記入力装置にて受け付けた前記カジノ用品の数を前記RFIDタグの数と比較する、請求項30に記載のカジノシステム。 - RFIDタグが付与されたゲーミングチップを用いるカジノにおけるカジノシステムであって、
フィル又はクレジットに係る前記ゲーミングチップの前記RFIDタグを読み取る第1の読取装置と、
前記第1の読取装置で読み取られた前記RFIDタグの数と、前記フィル又はクレジットに係るゲーミングチップの数と比較することで、前記RFIDタグが壊れた前記ゲーミングチップを検出する検査装置と、
を備えたカジノシステム。 - 使用可能な前記ゲーミングチップの識別情報を登録する登録装置をさらに備え、
前記登録装置は、前記RFIDタグが壊れた前記ゲーミングチップについて、前記RFIDタグ以外の方法で特定された識別情報を使用不可とする、請求項34に記載のカジノシステム。 - 前記ゲーミングチップには、前記RFIDタグ以外の方法で識別情報を特定するための情報が表記されている、請求項35に記載のカジノシステム。
- 前記カジノシステムは、前記ゲーミングチップを用いたゲームが行われるテーブル、複数の前記テーブルを管轄するピット、前記ゲーミングチップを保管するセキュリティエリアとしてのバンク、前記ゲーミングチップを搬送するためのキャリアのいずれかに設けられる、請求項34に記載のカジノシステム。
- 前記第1の読取装置で読み取られる前記ゲーミングチップを撮影して画像を生成するカメラと、
前記画像に対して画像認識をすることで前記ゲーミングチップの数を取得する画像認識装置と、
をさらに備え、
前記検査装置は、前記画像認識装置で取得されたゲーミングチップの数を前記RFIDタグの数と比較する、請求項34~37のいずれかに記載のカジノシステム。 - 前記第1の読取装置は、所定数の前記ゲーミングチップを収容可能なケースに収容された前記ゲーミングチップの前記RFIDを読み取り、
前記検査装置は、前記所定数を前記ゲーミングチップの数として、前記RFIDタグの数と比較する、請求項34~37のいずれかに記載のカジノシステム。 - オペレータによる前記ゲーミングチップの数の入力を受け付ける入力装置をさらに備え、
