本申请要求于2020年07月23日提交中国专利局,申请号为202021469672.4、申请名称为“包装组件”的中国专利申请的优先权,其全部内容通过引用结合在本申请中。
技术领域
本申请涉及打印机技术领域,尤其涉及一种包装组件。
背景技术
图1是现有技术的耗材和复位器的示意图。如图1所示,现有技术中,耗材有时候需要修复,特别是回收再利用的耗材10在重新注入打印原材料(例如,墨水、碳粉)后需要对芯片110进行打印原材料信息的修复或者耗材型号信息的修正。在修正的时候,耗材10需要放置到复位器20上,使耗材10上的芯片110的端子111与复位器20上触点210相接触,启动复位器20,通过复位器20上的程序对芯片110进行修复或者修正。
现有技术的生产过程中,耗材10半成品的复位流程:安装到复位器20上,复位完成,然后从复位器20上取下。多个耗材10依次一个一个的操作上述流程一次,才能完成复位操作。如果此工艺操作后面还需要芯片检测工序的话,还需要检测流程:安装到检测器上,检测完成,然后从检测器上取下。此工艺流程操作繁琐、效率不高。
申请内容
本申请的目的在于提供一种包装组件,提高了装载、运输的便捷性,且包装组件的设置优化了耗材从复位器或者检测器上拆装的工序,提高了生产效率。
本申请提供了一种包装组件,包括外包装部和待包装部,其特征在于,所述包装组件还包括装载部,所述装载部用于容置所述待包装部,以限制所述待包装部相对所述装载部的运动;
所述外包装部包括容纳部,所述容纳部能够容纳至少部分配合后的所述装载部和所述待包装部。
一种可能的设计中,所述待包装部为两个或两个以上,多个所述待包装部可拆卸连接于所述装载部,用于限制所述待包装部相对所述装载部的运动。
一种可能的设计中,所述装载部包括隔板,所述待包装部容置于所述装载部时,所述隔板用于将每相邻的两个所述待包装部分隔。
一种可能的设计中,所述装载部还包括安装部,所述安装部能够与所述待包装部固定连接,用于限制所述待包装部的运动。

本申请的有益效果为:

在本申请实施例中,图像形成装置(例如激光打印机、喷墨打印机)的基本结构为本领域常规设计,耗材(硒鼓或墨盒或色带等)除特别说明的结构外,其余结构均为本领域常规设计。
实施例一:
图2为实施例一的耗材示意图。耗材30大致呈长方体形状,具有六个表面,分别为底面30a、顶面30b、第一侧面30c、第二侧面30d、第三侧面30e、第四侧面30f。耗材30在用户将其安装到打印机上后,可以为打印机的打印工作提供打印原材料。耗材30具有:主体310、固定部件320、数据储存部(本实施例中使用芯片330进行说明)、供给口340。
耗材30可以是墨盒,也可以是硒鼓,也可以是色带。打印原材料可以是墨水、碳粉等。主体310内存储有打印原材料,在需要时将通过供给口340为打印机提供打印原材料。固定部件320用于将耗材30固定到打印机上。固定部件320上还具有卡接部321。卡接部321会与打印机上的部件相匹配,将耗材30固定到打印机上。当耗材30安装到打印机上时,芯片330与打印机之间进行电信号的传输。芯片330内存储有打印原材料的类别信息、耗材30内打印原材料的存储量信息、耗材型号信息等。芯片330上还设置有端子331。具体的,芯片330上的端子331与打印机相抵接,从而可以进行电信号的传输。
如图2所示,耗材30的底面30a上设置有供给口340、第一侧面30c上设置有芯片330、固定部件320。本实施例中,固定部件320是一个可以绕支点旋转的把手,固定部件320与可以是平行移动的扣件,也可以是具有弹性作用的弹性件。
图3为实施例一的装载部的示意图。装载部40可容纳耗材30,以限制耗材30相对装载部40的运动,外包装部的容纳部能够容纳至少部分配合后的装载部40和耗材30;耗材30可固定的安装到装载部40上。装载部40大体呈具有开口的长方体形状。装载部40具有开口40b、底表面40a、第一侧表面40c、第二侧表面40d、第三侧表面40e、第四侧表面40f。建立三维直角坐标系,相互垂直的三个坐标轴,分别为X轴、Y轴、Z轴。底表面40a指向开口40b的方向为+Z轴方向,第二侧表面40d指向第一侧表面40c的方向为+X轴方向,第四侧表面40f指向第三侧表面40e的方向为+Y轴方向。装载部40 还包括安装部410,安装部410能够与耗材30固定连接,用于限制耗材30的运动。具体的,安装部410为设置于装载部40的安装槽,安装槽内壁设有凹部,凹部向安装槽的方向凹陷,凹部至少部分与耗材30抵接,用于限制耗材30相对装载部40的运动。具体可以理解为:装载部40包括安装部410、第一凹部420、第二凹部430。开口40b设置装载部40的+Z轴方向上。装载部40可以在底表面40a、第一侧表面40c、第二侧表面40d、第三侧表面40e、第四侧表面40f中的一个或者多个表面上设置有凹部,凹部的内表面可以用来夹紧、固定耗材30,同时在第一侧表面40c、第二侧表面40d、第三侧表面40e、第四侧表面40f上的凹部也可以设置有引导部分,引导部分沿-Z轴方向上观察,逐渐深入到耗材安装部410,可以在耗材30安装到装载部40的过程中引导耗材30,避免了耗材30安装偏斜导致无法在生产过程中固定或者无法与外包装部匹配的情况。如图3所示,本实施例中,在第三侧表面40e上设置有第一凹部420,第四侧表面40f上设置有第二凹部430。第一凹部420、第二凹部430的+Z轴侧,具有引导部分,引导部分沿-Z轴方向逐渐深入到耗材安装部410。
图4为实施例一的耗材安装到装载部的示意图。耗材30安装到装载部40的过程:步骤A:装载部40以底表面40a位于铅垂方向的下方,开口40b位于铅垂方向的上方放置。即,装载部40以-Z轴方向为铅垂方向的姿势放置。步骤B:耗材30以第二侧面30d位于-Z轴侧的姿势,沿-Z轴方向放入装载部40的安装部410中。步骤C:耗材30固定的安装到装载部40上,形成一组合体400。
当耗材30安装到装载部40上后,耗材30的至少一部分裸露在外,其中至少一部分包括芯片330。如图4所示,耗材30的芯片330、固定部件320、供给口340都裸露在外。
操作器50具有:接触针510、控制部520。控制部520内具有可以通过触针部510对芯片330进行修复或者修正的操作程序。组合体400会在后续生产过程中,作为存储、转移、运输的一个整体。当耗材30的半成品或者成品需要使用操作器50对耗材30的芯片330进行打印原材料信息的修复或者耗材型号信息的修正(特别是,回收再利用的耗材30在重新注入打印原材料后,需要对芯片330进行修复或者修正)时的操作步骤为:步骤A:组合体400以-Z轴方向为铅垂方向的姿势放置。步骤B:操作器50沿-Z轴方向逐渐靠近组合体400,直至接触针510抵接到芯片330上的端子331。步骤C:按下操作器50的启动按钮或者操作器50自动启动,操作器50开始执行修复或者修正的程序。步骤D:完成操作,操作器50远离组合体400。
进一步的,操作器50也可以具有检测的程序,当对芯片330修复或者修正的程序后,再执行一次检测程序。减少了生产步骤,提高了生产效率。
本实施例的结构中,耗材30固定的安装到装载部40上,在生产过程中,装载部40用于装载、运输耗材30的半成品或者成品,即装载部40与耗材30一起存储、转移,运输。提升了生产效率,方便了耗材30以指定方式放置,提升了生产过程中的便利性,方便实现自动化生产,同时避免了芯片330在生产过程中被污损。优化了耗材30从复位器或者检测器上来回拆装的工序,提高了生产效率。
如果不使用装载部40,在耗材30生产制造过程中,耗材30很难以指定方式放置,会出现立不稳,不能稳定的以指定方式放置。另外,耗材30直接放置在用于生产制造的流水线上且传输,在此过程中芯片330可能会被流水线上的异物、尘埃等污损。
操作器50可以实现,一次固定同时完成复位和检测的工序。
图5为实施例一的包装组件的示意图。包装组件包括组合体400、外包装部200、缓冲件23,缓冲件23设置于外包装部200和耗材30之间,用于防止耗材30与外包装部200接触,或者用于避免固定部件320的损伤。
组合体400包括耗材30、容纳耗材30的装载部40。耗材30固定的安装到装载部40上形成组合体400。外包装部200包括容纳部,容纳部至少可以容纳组合体400的至少一部分。如图5所示,本实施例中,外包装部200包括第一外包装件21、第二外包装件22,第一外包装件21和第二外包装件22可拆卸连接,用于形成容纳部。具体的,第一外包装件21、第二外包装件22都是呈具有开口的大致长方体形状。第一外包装件21、第二外包装件22都是外包装部200的一部分。第一外包装件21、第二外包装件22的材质可以是塑料、硬纸板等。第一外包装件21包括:第一容纳部211、开口21b。第二外包装件22包括:第二容纳部221、开口22b。在包装过程中,首先,组合体400沿-Z轴方向装入第一外包装件21的第一容纳部211中;然后,组合体400和第一外包装件21沿-X轴方向装入第二外包装件22的第二容纳部221中;最后,在组合体400和外包装部200的外侧的至少2个表面上覆盖封膜,包装动作完成。
装载部40的材质包括但不限于金属、塑料、硬纸板、橡胶,也可以选用其他的材质,以形成能够容纳耗材30的装载部40即可。装载部40根据选用的材质、所需加工的装载部的强度等不同的要求,可以适应性选择注塑、吹塑、冲压等不同工艺制成。当装载部40的材质是橡胶时,装载部40与耗材30之间是过盈配合,且当组合体400放置到外包装部200内时,在运输、存储过程中可以起到缓冲的作用。
缓冲件23,放置在耗材30的易损部的周边,用于避免易损部的损伤。如图5所示,本实施例中的耗材30的易损部为固定部件320,因为可活动件,因为容易受到外界的撞击等原因发生损伤。在固定部件320的周边放置缓冲件23,用于避免固定部件320的损伤。
进一步的,可以让提前在第一外包装件21、第二外包装件22上对应的位置上设置磁吸装置,在包装的最后步骤中也可以不使用封膜,使第一外包装件21、第二外包装件22得磁吸装置匹配完成即可。另外,也可以使用粘贴、封口膜的方式固定第一外包装件21、第二外包装件22。
如图5和图6所示,图6为实施例一的包装组件与操作器的示意图。在第二外包装件22的第一侧表面22c上设置有操作窗222,通过操作窗222能够自外包装部的外部操作位于装载部40的芯片330和/或耗材30。具体的,操作窗222是设置在第一侧表面22c上的贯通孔,孔沿Z轴方向延伸。芯片330的至少一部分从操作窗222中裸露出来。进一步的,芯片330的端子331从第二操作窗222中裸露出来。优选的是,芯片330整体从第二操作窗222中裸露出来。此结构,在不拆开包装组件的情况下可以对芯片330进行 升级、复位、修正、替换等的操作。
装载部40作为耗材包装组件的一部分,与耗材30一起被装入外包装部200内,使得优化了耗材从复位器或者检测器上拆装的工序,提高了生产效率。
外包装部200上的操作窗222,在不拆开耗材包装组件的情况下可以对芯片330进行升级、复位、修正、替换等的操作。
举例说明:当需要在耗材包装组件外侧对芯片330进行操作的操作步骤为:步骤A:耗材包装组件以稳固的姿势放置。步骤B:操作器50沿-Z轴方向逐渐靠近包装组件,直至接触针510抵接到芯片330上的端子331。步骤C:按下操作器50的启动按钮或者操作器50自动启动,操作器50开始执行相应的程序。步骤D:完成操作,操作器50远离耗材包装组件。
进一步的,此结构也可以在不拆开包装组件的情况下可以通过芯片330对耗材30的型号、墨水类型进行检测。
实施例二:
图7是实施例二的组合体的示意图。图8是实施例二的包装组件与操作器的示意图。
组合体400包括多个耗材30(两个或两个以上)、装载部40,多个耗材30可拆卸连接于装载部40,用于限制耗材30相对装载部40的运动。多个耗材30可以沿-Z轴方向安装到安装部410中。优选的,多个耗材30是整套耗材,例如,多个耗材30是四种颜色不同(黑色、红色、黄色、蓝色)的耗材。再例如,多个耗材30是4个黑色的耗材,方便用户统一选购。本实施例中,多个耗材30是4种颜色不同的耗材。组合体400包括4个耗材30、装载部40。在生产过程中将整套耗材30安装固定到装载部40上,修复、修正或者检测的时候对整套耗材同时进行修复、修正和检测,节省了时间,提升了效率。
装载部40除了安装部410、第一凹部420、第二凹部430外,还包括第三凹部440、第四凹部(图中未示出)。第三凹部440设置在第一侧表面40c上,其内表面可以固定耗材30。第四凹部与第三凹部440相对设置,第四凹部在第二侧表面40d上,其内表面可以固定耗材30。
外包装部200的第二外包装件22上设置有操作窗222,操作窗222可以使多个耗材30的所有芯片330的至少一部分从操作窗222中裸露出来。进一步的,所有芯片330的端子331从操作窗222中裸露出来。优选的是,所有芯片330整体从操作窗222中裸露出来。此结构在不拆包装组件的情况下可以对芯片330进行升级、复位、修正、替换等的操作。
其余与实施例一一致。
实施例三:
图9、图10为实施例三的装载部的示意图。
装载部60可容纳多个耗材30;多个耗材30可固定的安装到装载部60上。安装部为设置于装载部60的安装槽,安装槽和耗材30之中的一者设有凸起,另一者设有凹槽, 凸起和凹槽的卡接用于限制耗材30相对装载部60的运动。具体的,装载部60大体呈具有开口两侧面具有凹槽的U形长方体形状。装载部60具有开口60b、底表面60a、第一侧表面60c、第二侧表面60d、第三侧表面60e、第四侧表面60f。装载部60还包括:多个安装部610、隔板601、第一凸起620、第二凸起630、第四凸起640、第五凸起660、缺口650、窗口670。开口60b设置装载部60的+Z轴方向上。如图9和图10所示,本实施例中,在每个耗材安装部610中都具有第一凸起620、第二凸起630、第四凸起640、第五凸起660、缺口650、窗口670。第一凸起620、第二凸起630、第四凸起640、第五凸起660就是用于将多个耗材30固定到装载部60上的固定部。第一凸起620、第二凸起630、第四凸起640、第五凸起660是从每个耗材安装部610的内侧壁上向深入到耗材安装部610的方向上的凸起,耗材30设有与凸起配合的凹槽,以通过卡接的形式实现两者的固定连接。进一步的,在第一凸起620、第二凸起630、第四凸起640、第五凸起660上还可以设置引导部分,引导部分沿-Z轴方向逐渐深入到耗材安装部610。
缺口650是设置在底表面60a的贯通口,用于容纳耗材30的供给口340。窗口670是设置在第一侧表面60c上的贯通口,当耗材30安装到装载部60上时,芯片330的至少一部分可从窗口670中裸露出来。
装载部60的隔板601用于将每相邻的两个耗材30分隔。隔板601设置在多个耗材30之间,避免了多个耗材30相互抵靠造成的耗材30在装载部60内放置不稳的情况。
本实施例的结构中,多个耗材60固定的安装到装载部60上,在生产过程中,装载部60用于装载、运输多个耗材30的半成品或者成品,即装载部60与耗材30一起存储、转移,运输。提升了生产效率,方便了多个耗材30以指定方式放置,提升了生产过程中的便利性,方便实现自动化生产,同时避免了芯片330在生产过程中被污损。优化了耗材30从复位器或者检测器上来回拆装的工序,提高了生产效率。
如图11所示,本实施例中,多个耗材30是4种颜色不同的耗材。组合体600包括4个耗材30、装载部60。在生产过程中对将整套耗材30安装固定到装载部60上,修复、修正或者检测的时候对整套耗材同时进行修复、修正和检测,节省了时间,提升了效率。
图11为实施例三的耗材安装到装载部的示意图。多个耗材30安装到装载部60的过程:步骤A:装载部60以底表面60a位于铅垂方向的下方,开口60b位于铅垂方向的上方放置。即,装载部60以-Z轴方向为铅垂方向的姿势放置。步骤B:多个耗材30依次以底面30a位于-Z轴侧的姿势,沿-Z轴方向放入装载部60的多个耗材安装部610中。步骤C:耗材30固定的安装到装载部60上,形成一组合体600。
图12为实施例三的包装组件的示意图。图13为实施例三的包装组件与操作器的示意图。耗材包装组件包括组合体600、外包装部200。
组合体600包括多个耗材30、容纳耗材30的装载部60。耗材30固定的安装到装载部60上形成组合体600。外包装部200包括容纳部,容纳部至少可以容纳组合体600的至少一部分。如图5所示,本实施例中,外包装部200包括第一外包装件21、第二外包装件22。第一外包装件21、第二外包装件22都是呈具有开口的大致长方体形状。第一 外包装件21、第二外包装件22都是外包装的一部分。第一外包装件21、第二外包装件22的材质可以是塑料、硬纸板等。第一外包装件21包括:第一容纳部211、开口21b、第一操作窗212。第二外包装件22包括:第二容纳部221、开口22b、第二操作窗222。在包装过程中,首先,组合体600沿-Z轴方向装入第一外包装件21的第一容纳部211中;然后,组合体600和第一外包装件21沿+Z轴方向装入第二外包装件22的第二容纳部221中;最后,在组合体600和外包装部200的外侧的至少2个表面上覆盖封膜,包装动作完成。
当耗材包装组件完成包装后,第一操作窗212、第二操作窗222至少部分重合,且第一操作窗212、第二操作窗222与窗口670的位置相对应,芯片330的至少一部分可从一操作窗212、第二操作窗222与窗口670中裸露出来。此结构在不拆包装组件的情况下可以对芯片330进行升级、复位、修正、替换等的操作。
其余与实施例二一致。
实施例四
图14是实施例四的装载部的示意图。图15是实施例四的包装组件的示意图。
装载部70大体呈具有开口的长方体形状。装载部70具有开口70b、底表面70a、第一侧表面70c、第二侧表面70d、第三侧表面70e、第四侧表面70f。装载部70还包括:多个安装部710、隔板701、缺口750、窗口770、第一凹槽780、第二凹槽790。开口70b设置装载部70的+Z轴方向上。
当耗材30安装到安装部710上时,固定部件30的卡接部321会进入到第一凹槽780内,且和其配合,防止耗材30脱离装载部70。
多个耗材30安装到装载部70上,形成组合体700。包装组件包括组合体700、外包装部200。外包装部200具有容纳部2001,容纳部2001至少可以容纳多个耗材30与装载部70形成的组合体700的至少一部分。本实施例中,外包装部200具有容纳部2001,容纳部2001可以容纳组合体700的一小部分。装载部70作为外包装的一部分使用。
外包装部200包括容纳部2001、开口200b、第一侧面200c、第二侧面200d、延伸部280、设置在延伸部280上的突起290。第一侧面200c和第二侧面200d相对设置。延伸部280是从第一侧面200c上延伸下来的。当组合体700安装到外包装部200上时,突起290与第二凹槽790相匹配,将外包装部200与组合体固定在一起。
第二侧面200d与装载部70之间可以设置卡扣结构或者转动连接结构。当第二侧面200d与装载部70之间设置卡扣结构时,组合体700沿+Z轴方向安装到外包装部200
上,同时突起290与第二凹槽790相匹配。当第二侧面200d与装载部70之间设置转动连接结构时,如图15所示,组合体700与外包装部200以转动连接处为支点旋转式安装,同时突起290与第二凹槽790相匹配。
其余与实施例二一致。
实施例五
在实施例一到实施例五的基础上,各个实施例中的包装部件还可以包括保护部,对于设置的保护部,可以设置于外包装部,保护部覆盖操作窗的至少一部分,用于阻 挡容纳部与外部的连通。进一步的,保护部至少覆盖操作窗,完全阻挡容纳部与外部的连通
具体的,对于设置的保护部,为了能够实现其限制内部与外界连通,设置的保护部可以为保护膜结构,可拆卸连接于外部装部和/或耗材,该保护膜能够防水、防尘、防空气流通,以将相应的操作窗或供给口密封连接。而为了保证保护膜的密封效果,且能够便于使用者的操作而便于打开和密封相应的开口,保护膜可以通过胶粘连接,采用胶粘的材料可以是一次性的,也可以是可反复循环使用的。当需要对芯片进行复位或者改写的时候,将保护膜撕开,然后通过操作窗对芯片进行操作,完成操作后,在用粘性材料对操作窗进行覆盖。
本实施例还提供了另一种保护部,如图16所示,为一种保护部的具体结构示意图。以下以保护部80设置于操作窗为例做具体说明,保护部80包括配合的上盖80b和下盖80a,下盖80a固定连接于外包装部,上盖80b能够相对下盖80a运动,以使上盖80b能够运动至盖合操作窗或打开操作窗。具体的,在相应的操作窗的侧壁周围通过固定位810固定连接/胶粘连接下盖80a,下盖80a具有通孔830,通孔830与操作窗的开口至少部分重合,优选为通孔830完全覆盖操作窗,下盖80a通过转轴850转动连接上盖80b,以使上盖80b能够相对下盖80a转动以盖合通孔830,而使上盖80b能够密封该操作窗,或打开通孔830,而使上盖80b能够将通孔830、操作窗与外部连通,从而使芯片330的至少一部分可从窗口670中裸露出来,可在不拆包装组件的情况下可以对芯片330进行升级、复位、修正、替换等的操作。
更为具体的,为了能够达到较好的密封和连通的效果,以便于操作,上盖80b和下盖80a中一者设置有扣合部820,另一者设置有扣合位840,扣合部820和扣合位840的卡接能够使上盖80b密封通孔830,而两者的解除卡接,能够使上盖80b相对下盖80a转动以打开通孔830。即根据需求,当操作者需要对内部的芯片进行操作时,只需解除扣合部820和扣合位840的卡接,即可手动旋转上盖80b,而使芯片330从操作窗露出。
在此需要强调的是,对于设置的保护部的配合结构,也可以采用其他形式的配合,在此不做具体限定。

Claims (11)

  1. 一种包装组件,包括外包装部和待包装部,其特征在于,所述包装组件还包括装载部,所述装载部用于容置所述待包装部,以限制所述待包装部相对所述装载部的运动;
    所述外包装部包括容纳部,所述容纳部能够容纳至少部分配合后的所述装载部和所述待包装部。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的包装组件,其特征在于,所述待包装部为两个或两个以上,多个所述待包装部可拆卸连接于所述装载部,用于限制所述待包装部相对所述装载部的运动。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的包装组件,其特征在于,所述装载部包括隔板,所述待包装部容置于所述装载部时,所述隔板用于将每相邻的两个所述待包装部分隔。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的包装组件,其特征在于,所述装载部还包括安装部,所述安装部能够与所述待包装部固定连接,用于限制所述待包装部的运动。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的包装组件,其特征在于,所述安装部为设置于所述装载部的安装槽,所述安装槽和所述待包装部之中的一者设有凸起,另一者设有凹槽,所述待包装部与所述装载部配合时,所述凸起和所述凹槽的卡接用于限制所述待包装部相对所述装载部的运动。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的包装组件,其特征在于,所述待包装部包括芯片,所述装载部设有窗口;
    所述芯片的至少一部分能够从所述窗口露出。
  7. 根据权利要求1-6中任一项所述的包装组件,其特征在于,所述外包装部还包括操作窗,所述待包装部包括芯片,所述芯片的至少一部分能够从所述操作窗中露出,通过所述操作窗能够自所述外包装部的外部操作所述芯片和/或所述待包装部。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的包装组件,其特征在于,所述包装组件还包括保护部,所述保护部覆盖所述操作窗的至少一部分,用于阻挡所述容纳部与外部的连通。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的包装组件,其特征在于,所述保护部包括配合的上盖和下盖,所述下盖固定连接于所述外包装部,所述上盖能够相对所述下盖运动,以使所述上盖能够运动至盖合所述操作窗或打开所述操作窗。
  10. 根据权利要求1-6中任一项所述的包装组件,其特征在于,所述外包装部包括第一外包装件和第二外包装件;
    所述第一外包装件和所述第二外包装件可拆卸连接,用于形成所述容纳部;
    所述第一外包装件包括第一操作窗,所述第二外包装件包括第二操作窗;
    所述第一外包装件和所述第二外包装件配合时,所述第一操作窗和所述第二操作窗至少部分重合。
  11. 根据权利要求1-6中任一项所述的包装组件,其特征在于,所述包装组件还包括缓冲件,所述缓冲件设置于所述外包装部和所述待包装部之间。
