The big human issue in future shortage of fresh water source and we know the best effective solar system is in dry location because this location has a big-time sunny day in years today we have hectares solar farm in dry location and imaging how much water can save.

[0019] For solve mention issue we need design system that has best effective by using calculary computer in every situation don’t have any problem with high speed wind and have save energy with maximum efficiency without consider of wind turbulences and direction otherwise and can save rainwater.

A processor, wherein decided to the apparatus for reached to the best performance.
[Claim 3] The apparatus in claim (1 ), wherein the head section comprising:
A head chassis;
A head base, wherein attached to the head chassis;
At least a solar panel, wherein make energy from sun and use force wind for creating oscillation and rotation;
At least a solar panel adjustment system, wherein sat at least one solar panel;
At least a cable solar panel moving system, wherein sat at least one solar panel for aerodynamic position; A rotation head’s axial system, wherein head section rotated around it’s axial; and
At least a rotation solar panel system, wherein at least one solar panel rotated for head section rotated around it’s axial.
[Claim 4] the apparatus of claim (3), wherein possibility to use a kind of panel for windbreaker instead the solar panel.
[Claim 5] the apparatus of claim (3), wherein number of the cable solar panel moving system and the rotation solar panel system and the Solar panel adjustment system determined according the number of solar panels.
[Claim 6] the apparatus of claim (3) the Solar panel adjustment system comprising: a solar panel hinge, wherein the solar panel is attached and let to the solar panel to rotate around hinge axial and hinge solar panel’s axial; a pneumatic cylinder, wherein sat the solar panel position and in one side attached to the solar panel and another side attached to the head chassis; a damper system, wherein damped all of the solar panel oscillation and is relocated to determine position by the pneumatic cylinder when cable solar panel moving system moved solar panel; and a locker, wherein lock the solar panel hinge to damper after the solar panel is sat by the pneumatic cylinder.
[Claim 7] the apparatus of claim (6), wherein one side of the pneumatic cylinder attached to the solar panel and other side attached to the head chassis and had ability to rotate around it’s axial.
[Claim 8] the apparatus of claim (6), wherein the damper system comprising:
A hinge damper, wherein attached to the head base and other side is locked to the solar panel hinge by locker;
A damper pully, wherein connected to the head base; and
At least two torsion spring, wherein installed to the head base and other side installed to on the damper pully.
[Claim 9] the apparatus of claim (6), wherein the locker comprising: A tab lock, wherein locked the damper system to the solar panel hinge; and
A liner motor, wherein took the command of the processor and moved tab lock.
[Claim 10] the apparatus of claim (3), wherein the cable solar panel moving system comprising:
At least 3 cables, wherein onside attached to the base section or ground;
A Cable holder, wherein on the side of the cables attached to it;
At least 3 pullies, wherein the cable after cross of pully reach to cable holder;
A pully holder plan; wherein the pully connected to the pully holder plan;
An intermediate pipe, wherein one side connected to the cable holder;
An intermediate cable, wherein one side attached to the intermediate pipe;
At least one rotating arm, wherein connected as hinge joint to the head base and after stretched the cable and located the solar panel for to reach the best aerodynamic;
A Section head pully, wherein attached to head chassis and the intermediate cable crossed of section head pully for reached to rotating arm; and
At least one vertical arm, wherein is come up vertically for reach to best aerodynamic of the solar panel by rotate the rotating arm.
[Claim 11] the apparatus of claim (10), wherein the intermediate pipe ability to rotate around it’s axial because of a trust ball bearing engaged between the cable holder and the intermediate pipe.

At least 2 ball bearing, wherein in one side installed to the head section and other side installed to the column section and let to rotate the around head section’s axial; A motor and generator, wherein fixed to the column section and depended on situation motor and generator should make power or in another time should drove the head section;
A big gear, wherein attached to the head section; and
A small gear, wherein attached to motor and generator.
[Claim 13] the apparatus of claim (3), wherein the rotation solar panel system comprising:
A motor and gear box, wherein installed to the solar panel and motor and gearbox’s shaft attached to the solar panel hinge and when the motor and gear turned on solar panel rotated around hinge solar panel’s axial; and
A trust bearing, wherein installed between the solar panel and the solar panel hinge for ability rotation of the solar panel.
[Claim 14] the apparatus of claim (1) wherein the column section comprising:
A column pipe;
A ball joint, wherein let to the column pipe rotated around all direction;
A water tank balancer, wherein balanced the column pipe because of weight force and is made air compression by wave that wave created from water movement;
A rain water fall generator system; and
A solar panel holder, wherein attached to column pipe and hold below of the solar panel in strong breeze.

A water tank, wherein water saved in it;
A power generator from wave system; and permanent magnets, wherein attached on bottom’s surface of water tank.
[Claim 17] the apparatus of claim (16) , wherein the power generator from wave system comprising: at least two pneumatic cylinders, wherein saved air compression from liner movement to the air tank; and at least Floating ball, wherein floated on water and when water moved floating ball moved up and down.
[Claim 18] the apparatus of claim (17), wherein instead of the pneumatic cylinder used of exchanging system for exchange liner movement to rotation movement for rotate generator.
[Claim 19] the apparatus of claim (14) the rain water fall generator system comprising:
A water fall generator, wherein installed to the column pipe; and
A blade, wherein attached to the water fall generator and is rotated by water collision.

A Base body, wherein the ball joint stay on and one side of the cable attached to it;
A bowl generator, wherein is made power by crossing the permanent magnets from water tank balancer; and
At least 3 damper pneumatic cylinders, wherein connected in one side to the column pipe and attached in other side to the base body and saved air compression by liner movement to air compression tank.
