The upper beam 11 supports the load applied to the upper work floor 10.
The handrail 12 is connected to the upper surface of the work floor surface of the upper work floor 10. The handrail 12 is provided along each side of the work floor surface. The handrail 12 is provided perpendicular to the work floor surface.
For example, the height dimension of each of the pair of connecting members 5 is shorter than the height dimension of the handrail 12. Each of the pair of connecting members 5 is provided between the car floor 3 and the upper work floor 10. Each of the pair of connecting members 5 is connected to the car floor 3 and the upper work floor 10. For example, the upper ends of each of the pair of connecting members 5 are connected to the upper beam 11. The pair of connecting members 5 fix the relative positions of the car floor 3 and the upper work floor 10. For example, the sum of the height dimension of the pair of connecting members 5 and the height dimension of the upper beam 11 is smaller than the height dimension of the handrail 12.
Each of the plurality of guide shoes 6 is provided on the emergency stop device 4 or the upper beam 11. For example, two of the plurality of guide shoes 6 are provided in the emergency stop device 4. For example, two of the plurality of guide shoes 6 are provided on the upper beam 11. For example, each of the plurality of guide shoes 6 touches each of the pair of guide rails 2.
Each of the plurality of guide shoes 6 guides the work floor device 100 along the pair of guide rails 2. For example, each of the plurality of guide shoes 6 is in contact with each of the pair of guide rails 2 to prevent the work floor device 100 from moving in the horizontal direction.
Each of the plurality of endless winches 7 is provided between the car floor 3 and the upper work floor 10. Each of the plurality of endless winches 7 touches the car floor 3. Each of the plurality of endless winches 7 is provided on a straight line connecting each of the pair of guide rails 2.
When each of the plurality of endless winches 7 receives a drive command, each of the plurality of endless winches 7 performs a drive operation in accordance with the drive command. For example, each of the plurality of endless winches 7 performs a winding operation when receiving a drive command for the winding operation.
Each of the plurality of fixtures 7a is connected to each of the plurality of endless winches 7 and the upper work floor 10. For example, each of the plurality of fixtures 7a is connected to the upper beam 11. The plurality of fixtures 7a fix the plurality of endless winches 7 to the upper work floor 10.
For example, the plurality of ropes 8 are wire ropes. One end of each of the plurality of ropes 8 is connected to the upper part of the hoistway 1. For example, the other end of each of the plurality of ropes 8 is hung below the upper end. Each of the plurality of ropes 8 is wound around each of the plurality of endless winches 7 between the upper end and the other end. Each of the plurality of ropes 8 exists at a position passing through a straight line connecting each of the pair of guide rails 2.
For example, the control panel 9 includes an upper control panel 9a and a lower control panel 9b. The control panel 9 is electrically connected to each of the plurality of endless winches 7. The control panel 9 controls the driving operation of each of the plurality of endless winches 7.
For example, the upper control panel 9a is provided on the upper surface of the work floor surface of the upper work floor 10. The upper control panel 9a includes an operation terminal. The upper control panel 9a receives a control command via the operation terminal.
For example, the lower control panel 9b is provided on the upper surface of the car floor 3. The lower control panel 9b is electrically connected to each of the plurality of endless winches 7 and the upper control panel 9a. The lower control panel 9b acquires control command information from the upper control panel 9a. The lower control panel 9b creates a drive command using the information of the control command. The lower control panel 9b transmits a drive command to each of the plurality of endless winches 7. The lower control panel 9b controls the driving operation of each of the plurality of endless winches 7 by using the information of the control command.
The big tool box 20 is provided on the upper surface of the car floor 3. For example, the large tool box 20 stores a welding machine. The welding machine is used for welding work when installing an elevator. For example, the large tool box 20 stores tools for elevator installation work.
The plurality of ropes 8 suspend the work floor device 100 in the hoistway 1. Each of the plurality of endless winches 7 moves the work floor device 100 in the vertical direction by winding or unwinding each of the plurality of ropes 8.
Next, the configuration of the upper work floor 10 will be described with reference to FIG.
FIG. 2 is a diagram showing an upper work floor of the work floor device for installing an elevator in the first embodiment.
As shown in FIG. 2, the upper work floor 10 includes an upper beam 11, a handrail 12, a pair of first support beams 13, a second support beam 14, and a plurality of scaffolding plates 15.
For example, each of the pair of first support beams 13 has a rod-like shape. Each of the pair of first support beams 13 includes a rising plate. Each of the pair of first support beams 13 is provided between the pair of guide rails 2. The pair of first support beams 13 are provided horizontally. Each of the pair of first support beams 13 is provided parallel to each other. One of the pair of first support beams 13 is connected to the upper surface on one side of the upper beam 11. The other end of the pair of first support beams 13 is connected to the other upper surface of the upper beam 11. For example, each rising plate of the pair of first support beams 13 is a skirting board of the upper work floor 10.
The second support beam 14 is provided with a hole through which a plurality of ropes 8 are passed. The second support beam 14 is provided at a position where it is penetrated by a plurality of ropes 8. The second support beam 14 is provided between each of the pair of first support beams 13. Both ends of the second support beam 14 are connected to each of the pair of first support beams 13. The second support beam 14 is connected to the upper surface of the upper beam 11.
Each of the plurality of scaffolding plates 15 is detachably provided between each of the two first support beams 13. Each end of the plurality of scaffolding plates 15 is fitted from above with respect to each of the pair of first support beams 13. Each end of each of the plurality of scaffolding plates 15 is supported by one of the two first support beams 13. The other end of each of the plurality of scaffolding plates 15 is supported by the other of the two first support beams 13. For example, the plurality of scaffolding plates 15 are removed by being lifted.
The work floor surface of the upper work floor 10 is composed of a second support beam 14 and a plurality of scaffolding plates 15. The work floor surface of the upper work floor 10 is provided so as to maintain sufficient strength even when one or more scaffolding plates 15 are removed. For example, the worker performs the installation work on the work floor surface from which the plurality of scaffolding plates 15 have been removed.
Next, the pair of connecting members 5 will be described with reference to FIG.
FIG. 3 is a diagram showing a connecting material of the work floor device for installing an elevator in the first embodiment.
As shown in FIG. 3, each of the pair of connecting members 5 includes an opening 5a. Each opening 5a of the pair of connecting members 5 is located above the car floor 3. Each of the pair of connecting members 5 is provided on each side of the pair of guide rails 2.
According to the first embodiment described above, the work floor device 100 includes a rope 8, a car floor 3, a connecting member 5, an upper work floor 10, and an endless winch 7. The endless winch 7 is provided so as to be in contact with the car floor 3 and the upper work floor 10. Therefore, when assembling the work floor device 100, the endless winch 7 can be installed without being lifted. As a result, the work floor device for installing the elevator can be easily assembled.
Further, the work floor device 100 includes an upper beam 11. The upper beam 11 is used for the main car of the elevator. The upper beam 11 supports the upper work floor. Each of the plurality of endless winches 7 is connected to the upper beam 11. Therefore, in the work floor device 100, the upper beam 11 can be diverted to the car for the main elevator. As a result, the work floor device 100 can reduce the number of temporary parts.
Further, the work floor device 100 includes a pair of first support beams 13 as a pair of support beams. The work floor device 100 includes a plurality of scaffolding plates 15. The pair of support beams are connected to the upper surface of the upper beam 11. The plurality of scaffolding plates 15 are detachably provided by being fitted into a pair of support beams from above. Therefore, the worker can remove the plurality of scaffolding plates 15 and descend to the car floor 3. As a result, the worker can access the equipment arranged on the car floor 3 without getting off the work floor device 100.
Further, the work floor device 100 includes an upper control panel 9a and a lower control panel 9b. The upper control panel 9a is provided on the upper work floor. The lower control panel 9b is provided on the car floor 3. Therefore, the work space of the upper work floor 10 can be widened.
Further, the work floor device 100 is provided with a large tool box 20. The large tool box 20 is provided on the upper surface of the car floor 3. Therefore, the work space of the upper work floor 10 can be widened. Workers can easily use the tool.
Further, the work floor device 100 includes a handrail 12. The height dimension of the connecting member 5 is shorter than the height dimension of the handrail 12. Therefore, when the worker descends to the car floor 3, the upper beam 11 and the pair of first support beams 13 can prevent the worker from falling from the car floor 3. As a result, it is possible to omit the installation of the handrail, which is a temporary component, on the car floor 3.
Further, the connecting material 5 includes an opening 5a. The width dimension of the opening 5a is larger than the width dimension of the guide rail 2. The connecting member 5 is provided so that the opening 5a faces the guide rail 2. Therefore, the worker can bring the jig for leveling work to the guide rail 2 through the opening 5a. As a result, the worker can perform the leveling work of the height of the car floor 3 and the emergency stop device 4 in the presence of the work floor device 100.
Here, a comparative example of the work floor device 100 for installing an elevator will be described with reference to FIG.
FIG. 4 is a diagram showing a comparative example of a work floor device for installing an elevator in the first embodiment.
As shown in FIG. 4, in the comparative example, the plurality of endless winches 7 are provided at positions not in contact with the car floor 3. The plurality of endless winches 7 are connected to the upper beam 11 via a reinforcing member.
In the comparative example, the work floor device includes an upper work floor 10, a lower work floor 30, a pair of vertical columns 40, a support 16, and a plurality of diagonal holders 17.
The lower work floor 30 includes a car floor 3, a lower handrail 31, and a control panel 9. The control panel 9 is provided on the upper surface of the car floor 3.
The lower handrail 31 is provided with a baseboard. The lower handrail 31 is provided on the upper surface of the car floor 3.
Each of the pair of vertical pillars 40 is used for the elevator car for the main installation. Each of the pair of vertical columns 40 is provided between each of the pair of guide rails 2. Each of the pair of vertical columns 40 faces each of the pair of guide rails 2. Each of the pair of vertical columns 40 connects the upper work floor 10 and the lower work floor 30.
The support 16 is connected to the upper beam 11. The support 16 is connected to each of the plurality of endless winches 7. The support 16 fixes each of the plurality of endless winches 7 to the upper beam 11.
For example, the plurality of diagonal holders 17 have a rod-shaped shape. Each of the plurality of diagonal holders 17 is connected to the vertical column 40 and the upper work floor 10 or the lower work floor 30.
For example, the worker performs the installation work at the lower position of the hoistway 1 on the lower work floor 30. When the worker is present on the upper work floor 10, the worker cannot perform the installation work at the lower position.
When the worker works on the lower work floor 30, the plurality of endless winches 7 are present at positions where they can easily come into contact with the worker. The control panel 9 is located at a position where it easily contacts the worker. Therefore, the installation work efficiency at the lower position of the hoistway 1 in the comparative example is lower than the installation work efficiency in the first embodiment.
Further, the number of parts of the work floor device in the comparative example is larger than the number of parts of the work floor device 100 in the first embodiment. The work floor device in the comparative example is heavier than the work floor device 100 in the first embodiment. Therefore, in the comparative example, the weight that can be loaded on the work floor device is smaller than the weight that can be loaded on the work floor device 100 in the first embodiment.
Further, in the comparative example, the vertical pillar 40 connects the upper work floor 10 and the lower work floor 30. Therefore, when the plurality of endless winches 7 are fixed to the upper work floor 10, they do not come into contact with the car floor 3.
Embodiment 2.
FIG. 5 is a diagram showing a work floor device for installing an elevator in the second embodiment. The same or corresponding parts as those of the first embodiment are designated by the same reference numerals. The explanation of this part is omitted.
As shown in FIG. 5, in the second embodiment, each of the plurality of ropes 8 is provided at a position away from the straight line connecting each of the pair of guide rails 2. Each of the plurality of ropes 8 is provided so as to be located near the horizontal center of gravity of the work floor device 100. For example, each of the plurality of ropes 8 is provided at a position equal to the horizontal center of gravity of the work floor device 100.
Each of the plurality of endless winches 7 is provided at a position where each of the plurality of ropes 8 is wound.
The second support beam 14, which is not shown in FIG. 5, is provided at a position where each of the plurality of ropes 8 penetrates.
According to the second embodiment described above, the rope 8 is provided at a position passing near the center of gravity in the horizontal direction of the work floor device 100. Therefore, each of the plurality of guide shoes 6 can suppress an external force applied to each of the pair of guide rails 2 in the horizontal direction. For example, in the guide rail erecting work and the guide rail centering work, the influence of the external force exerted by the plurality of guide shoes 6 on each of the pair of guide rails 2 can be ignored. As a result, the work can be easily performed.
As described above, the work floor device for elevator installation according to the present disclosure can be used for elevator installation work.
