Description

一种支撑板、显示模组以及电子装置 技术领域
本发明涉及显示技术领域,特别是涉及一种支撑板、显示模组以及电子装置。
背景技术
随着柔性显示技术的不断发展,柔性显示面板逐渐成为主流,如图1所示,目前通常在柔性显示面板10的下方贴合有平面结构的支撑板20,支撑板20能够起到对柔性显示面板20进行支撑及保护的作用。
技术问题
然而,当柔性显示面板10与支撑板20贴合后再弯折时,由于弯折位置处的阻力较大,从而产生气泡或容易使柔性显示面板10的表面出现褶皱,褶皱如图2中的波浪线所示,特别是当弯折半径较小时,容易造成柔性显示面板受损。
因此,有必要提供一种支撑板、显示模组以及电子装置,以解决现有技术所存在的问题。
技术解决方案
本发明的目的在于提供一种支撑板、显示模组以及电子装置,能够避免产生气泡或使柔性显示面板的表面出现褶皱现象,以及防止柔性显示面板受损。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明提供一种支撑板,其中所述支撑板用于支撑柔性显示面板;其中在所述支撑板的远离所述柔性显示面板的一侧设置有至少一凹槽,所述凹槽的顶部的宽度大于所述凹槽底部的宽度,所述凹槽的底部靠近所述柔性显示面板。
在本发明的支撑板中,所述支撑板的远离所述柔性显示面板的一侧设置有多个凹槽;位于所述凹槽的两侧的侧壁之间具有一夹角;位于所述支撑板的中间区域的夹角的角度小于位于所述支撑板的两侧区域的夹角的角度。
在本发明的支撑板中,所述支撑板的远离所述柔性显示面板的一侧设置有多个凹槽;
位于所述凹槽的两侧的侧壁之间具有一夹角;所述夹角从所述支撑板的中间区域向所述支撑板的两侧区域逐渐增大。
在本发明的支撑板中,所述夹角的范围为10°~170°。
在本发明的支撑板中,所述凹槽的底部的形状为弧形。
在本发明的支撑板中,所述凹槽的底部的形状为半圆形,所述凹槽的底部的半径范围为5um~25um。
在本发明的支撑板中,所述凹槽的深度范围为10um~100um。
在本发明的支撑板中,所述凹槽的深度小于所述支撑板的厚度。
本发明还提供一种显示模组,其包括上述支撑板。
本发明还提供一种电子装置,其包括上述显示模组。
有益效果
本发明的支撑板、显示模组以及电子装置,由于在支撑板的远离柔性显示面板的一侧设置有至少一凹槽,所述凹槽的顶部的宽度大于所述凹槽底部的宽度,因此在柔性显示面板发生形变时,可以通过凹槽释放或者减弱形变区域的阻力,从而避免产生气泡和柔性显示面板的表面出现褶皱现象,进而避免柔性显示面板受损。

本发明的实施方式
以下各实施例的说明是参考附加的图式,用以例示本发明可用以实施的特定实施例。本发明所提到的方向用语,例如「上」、「下」、「前」、「后」、「左」、「右」、「内」、「外」、「侧面」等,仅是参考附加图式的方向。因此,使用的方向用语是用以说明及理解本发明,而非用以限制本发明。在图中,结构相似的单元是以相同标号表示。
请参照图3至图5,图3为本发明一实施例中的一实施方式的支撑板的正视图。
如图3所示,本实施例的支撑板30用于支撑柔性显示面板;其中所述支撑板30的远离所述柔性显示面板的一侧设置有多个凹槽31,所述凹槽31的底部的宽度d1小于所述凹槽31的顶部d2的宽度,所述凹槽31的底部靠近所述柔性显示面板。
在一实施方式中,为了简化制程工艺,降低生产成本,位于凹槽31的两侧的侧壁之间具有(形成)一夹角Q,也即该夹角为凹槽31的左侧的侧壁的延长线和右侧的侧壁的延长线之间的夹角;多个夹角Q可相等。
在一实施方式中,如图4所示,位于所述支撑板30的中间区域101的夹角Q1的角度小于位于所述支撑板30的两侧区域102的夹角Q2的角度。由于位于支撑板30的中间区域的形变量最大,因此将该区域的凹槽的夹角设置的比较小,从而可以进一步减小形变阻力,防止柔性显示面板受损。当然,可以理解的,位于所述支撑板30的中间区域101的夹角Q1的角度也可等于位于所述支撑板30的两侧区域102的夹角Q2的角度。
在又一实施方式中,如图5所示,所述夹角从所述支撑板30的中间区域101向支撑板30的两侧区域102逐渐增大,也即Q3>Q2>Q1。由于中间区域向两侧区域的形变量逐渐减小,因此逐渐增大中间向两侧凹槽的夹角,从而可以更好地减小形变阻力,从而更好地防止柔性显示面板受损。在其他实施方式中,比如位于支撑板30中间区域101的夹角最小(且相等),位于两侧区域102的夹角从内向外逐渐增大。当然,可以理解的,凹槽的夹角的设置方式不限于此。
在一实施方式中,为了更好地防止柔性显示面板受损,返回图3,所述夹角Q的范围可为10°~170°。在一实施方式中,为了更好地防止柔性显示面板受损,所述凹槽31的深度范围可为10um~100um。其中相邻所述凹槽31可间隔设置或者相互抵接,具体设置方式不限。
在一实施方式中,所述凹槽31的截面形状为三角形、梯形以及弧形中的至少一种。此处的截面形状可为纵截面的形状或者说正视形状。
在一实施方式中,为了提高支撑效果,所述凹槽31的深度h小于所述支撑板30的厚度d,在另一实施方式中,所述凹槽31的深度h也可等于所述支撑板30的厚度d,也即此时凹槽31贯穿所述支撑板。
当然可以理解的,所述凹槽31的数量也可为一个或者其他数量。
由于在支撑板的远离柔性显示面板的一侧设置有凹槽,所述凹槽的顶部的宽度大于所述凹槽底部的宽度,因此在柔性显示面板发生形变时,可以释放或者减弱形变区域的阻力,在曲面贴合上,可有效减弱释放弯折区域的应力,从而避免产生气泡和柔性显示面板的表面出现褶皱现象,有效地防止柔性显示面板受损。
请参照图6至图8,图6为本发明另一实施例中的一实施方式的支撑板的正视图。
如图6和图7所示,本实施例的支撑板与上一实施例的区别在于,本实施例的所述凹槽31的底部311的形状为弧形。
在一实施方式中,如图8所示,所述凹槽31的底部311的形状为半圆形,所述凹槽31的底部311的半径范围为5um~25um。图8中的半圆形对应的整个圆形如虚线圆所示。
由于将凹槽的底部设置为弧形形状,因此在柔性显示面板弯折时,也可进一步减小阻力,从而更好地防止柔性显示面板的表面出现褶皱现象,使得其表面更加平坦,提高了产品的良率。
本发明还提供一种显示模组,如图9所示,该显示模组包括上述任意一种支撑板30,此外还可包括柔性显示面板10,其中柔性显示面板10位于支撑板10上。该柔性显示面板优选为有机发光二极管(Organic Light Emitting Diode, OLED) 显示面板。
本发明还提供一种电子装置,其包括上述显示模组。该电子装置可以为手机、平板电脑、电脑等设备。
本发明的支撑板、显示模组以及电子装置,由于在支撑板的远离柔性显示面板的一侧设置有至少一凹槽,所述凹槽的顶部的宽度大于所述凹槽底部的宽度,因此在柔性显示面板发生形变时,可以通过凹槽释放或者减弱形变区域的阻力,从而避免产生气泡和柔性显示面板的表面出现褶皱现象,进而防止柔性显示面板受损。
综上所述,虽然本发明已以优选实施例揭露如上,但上述优选实施例并非用以限制本发明,本领域的普通技术人员,在不脱离本发明的精神和范围内,均可作各种更动与润饰,因此本发明的保护范围以权利要求界定的范围为准。

  1. 一种支撑板,其中所述支撑板用于支撑柔性显示面板;其中在所述支撑板的远离所述柔性显示面板的一侧设置有至少一凹槽,所述凹槽的顶部的宽度大于所述凹槽底部的宽度,所述凹槽的底部靠近所述柔性显示面板。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的支撑板,其中,
    所述支撑板的远离所述柔性显示面板的一侧设置有多个凹槽;位于所述凹槽的两侧的侧壁之间具有一夹角;位于所述支撑板的中间区域的夹角的角度小于位于所述支撑板的两侧区域的夹角的角度。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的支撑板,其中,
    所述支撑板的远离所述柔性显示面板的一侧设置有多个凹槽;
    位于所述凹槽的两侧的侧壁之间具有一夹角;所述夹角从所述支撑板的中间区域向所述支撑板的两侧区域逐渐增大。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的支撑板,其中,
    所述夹角的范围为10°~170°。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的支撑板,其中
    所述凹槽的底部的形状为弧形。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的支撑板,其中
    所述凹槽的底部的形状为半圆形,所述凹槽的底部的半径范围为5um~25um。

  9. 一种显示模组,其包括支撑板,其中所述支撑板用于支撑柔性显示面板;其中在所述支撑板的远离所述柔性显示面板的一侧设置有至少一凹槽,所述凹槽的顶部的宽度大于所述凹槽底部的宽度,所述凹槽的底部靠近所述柔性显示面板。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的显示模组,其中,
    所述支撑板的远离所述柔性显示面板的一侧设置有多个凹槽;位于所述凹槽的两侧的侧壁之间具有一夹角;位于所述支撑板的中间区域的夹角的角度小于位于所述支撑板的两侧区域的夹角的角度。
  11. 根据权利要求9所述的显示模组,其中,
    所述支撑板的远离所述柔性显示面板的一侧设置有多个凹槽;
    位于所述凹槽的两侧的侧壁之间具有一夹角;所述夹角从所述支撑板的中间区域向所述支撑板的两侧区域逐渐增大。
  12. 根据权利要求10所述的显示模组,其中,

    所述支撑板的远离所述柔性显示面板的一侧设置有多个凹槽;位于所述凹槽的两侧的侧壁之间具有一夹角;位于所述支撑板的中间区域的夹角的角度小于位于所述支撑板的两侧区域的夹角的角度。
  19. 根据权利要求17所述的电子装置,其中,
    所述支撑板的远离所述柔性显示面板的一侧设置有多个凹槽;
