Claims (11)
- 一种背光模组,包括:发光件阵列,所述发光件阵列包括多个发射蓝光的发光件;设置在所述发光件阵列的出光侧、且具有中部区域和边缘区域的量子点膜片,所述边缘区域环绕所述中部区域;设置在所述发光件阵列出光侧的光转换层,所述光转换层在所述量子点膜片上的正投影位于所述量子点膜片的边缘区域,所述光转换层的材料包括第一光转换材料和第二光转换材料,所述第一光转换材料用于在所述发光件的光线激发下发射红光,所述第二光转换材料用于在所述发光件的光线激发下发射绿光。
- 根据权利要求1所述的背光模组,其中,所述光转换层包括互相间隔的多个光转换单元,每个所述光转换单元的材料均包括所述第一光转换材料和所述第二光转换材料,其中,沿着从所述量子点膜片的中心到边缘的方向,所述光转换单元的分布密度逐渐增大,和/或,沿着从所述量子点膜片的中心到边缘的方向,所述光转换单元的体积逐渐增大。
- 根据权利要求2所述的背光模组,其中,所述光转换单元在所述量子点膜片的长度方向上的尺寸和在所述量子点膜片的宽度方向上的尺寸均在5μm~100μm之间;所述光转换单元的厚度在5μm~30μm之间。
- 根据权利要求2所述的背光模组,其中,所述光转换单元采用丝网印刷的方式形成。
- 根据权利要求1所述的背光模组,其中,所述光转换层在所述量子点膜片上的正投影完全覆盖所述量子点膜片的边缘区域。
- 根据权利要求1至5中任意一项所述的背光模组,其中,所述第一光转换材料和所述第二光转换材料均为量子点材料;或者,所述第一光转换材料和所述第二光转换材料均为荧光粉材料。
- 根据权利要求1至5中任意一项所述的背光模组,其中,任意两个相邻的所述发光件之间的间距在1mm~1.5mm之间,所述发光件的长度和宽度均在100μm~500μm之间,所述发光件的发光角度在130°~150°之间,所述量子点膜片的边缘区域的宽度在3mm~5mm之间,所述光转换层在所述量子点膜片上的正投影与所述中部区域每一侧的边缘均接触,且与所述量子点膜片每一侧的边缘均接触。
- 根据权利要求1至5中任意一项所述的背光模组,其中,所述量子点膜片包括:第一阻隔膜层、第二阻隔膜层和位于所述第一阻隔膜层与所述第二阻隔膜层之间的量子点层,所述量子点层的材料包括红色量子点材料和绿色量子点材料,所述红色量子点材料用于在所述发光件的光线激发下发射红光,所述绿色量子点材料用于在所述发光件的光线激发下发射绿光。
- 根据权利要求1至5中任意一项所述的背光模组,其中,所述发光件为发光二极管。
- 一种显示装置,包括:背光模组和设置在所述背光模组出光侧的液晶显示面板,所述背光模组为权利要求1至9中任意一项所述的背光模组。
- 根据权利要求10所述的显示装置,其中,所述液晶显示面板包括:液晶盒和设置在所述液晶盒与所述背光模组之间的偏光片,所述背光模组还包括:扩散片,设置在所述发光件阵列的出光侧;棱镜片,设置在所述量子点膜片远离所述发光件阵列的一侧,且所述扩散片位于所述发光件阵列与所述棱镜片之间;其中,所述光转换层设置在所述偏光片、所述扩散片、所述量子点膜片、所述棱镜片中的任意一者上。
