一种缸盖燃烧室高度自动测量装置,包括工装底座(7),在工装底座(7)内装有升降动力源(3),升降动力源(3)上穿过工装底座(7)装有升降板(4),在工装底座(7)上、并在升降板(4)的前后侧边处装有侧边控制动力源(8);工装底座(7)上装有呈三角排列的纵向限位块(1)以及横向限位块(10)、前后限位块(11)、位移传感器(2),位移传感器(2)与传感器纵移控制动力源(9)相连,在升降板(4)上设有与纵向限位块(1)、横向限位块(10)、前后限位块(11)、位移传感器(2)分别位置对应的若干个通孔(12)。由纵向限位块(1)、横向限位块(10)、前后限位块(11)对缸盖进行基准位置定位,再由位移传感器(2)接触缸盖的燃烧室测量点,以判定此缸盖的燃烧室高度是否合格。具有程序操作便捷、测量效率高、成本投入低的优点。

Description

缸盖燃烧室高度自动测量装置 技术领域
本发明涉及高度测量设备,具体是涉及一种缸盖燃烧室高度的测量装置。
背景技术
缸盖燃烧室高度尺寸是缸盖上的关键特性尺寸,能直接影响到汽车发动机的性能,其作为重要尺寸需要百分之百检测,确保所有提供给客户的产品都是合格品。传统检测缸盖燃烧室高度的方法是用三坐标测量机进行编程测量,测量一件产品的节拍约为180秒,对于每日都大批量生产缸盖的企业来说,全部都用三坐标测量机测量是不现实的,测量效率太慢,严重浪费和占用三坐标检测资源。
技术问题
本发明的目的在于克服上述不足,而提供一种可以快速准确、全自动测量缸盖燃烧室高度的缸盖燃烧室高度自动测量装置。
技术解决方案
本发明的目的通过如下技术方案来实现:缸盖燃烧室高度自动测量装置,包括工装底座,在所述工装底座内装有升降动力源,该升降动力源上穿过工装底座装有升降板,所述升降板处于工装底座的上方,在所述工装底座上、并在该升降板的前后侧边处装有侧边控制动力源;所述工装底座上装有呈三角排列的纵向限位块,在所述工装底座上、并在处于顶角的纵向限位块的侧边处装有横向限位块,在所述工装底座上、并在处于顶角的纵向限位块及横向限位块的两侧边处装有同排水平设置的前后限位块,在所述工装底座上、并在处于同排边角的纵向限位块与前后限位块之间处装有位移传感器,该位移传感器与传感器纵移控制动力源相连,在所述升降板上设有与所述纵向限位块、横向限位块、前后限位块、位移传感器分别位置对应的若干个通孔。
在所述底板上、并在升降板的横向侧边处装有横移导向块及横移导向动力源。所述升降动力源、侧边控制动力源、横移导向动力源、传感器纵移控制动力源、位移传感器均分别与微电脑控制器电连接,由其统一调控。
有益效果
采用本发明结构后,只需将缸盖工件放置到升降板上,通过升降板的下降分别由纵向限位块、横向限位块、前后限位块对缸盖进行基准位置定位,再由位移传感器伸出接触缸盖的燃烧室测量点,传输到微电脑控制器而判定此缸盖的燃烧室高度是否合格。此测量缸盖燃烧室高度的节拍约每件30秒,相对于三坐标检测效率提升了约6倍。因此,本发明具有程序操作便捷、测量效率高、成本投入低等优点。

本发明的实施方式
参照图1、图2可知,本发明缸盖燃烧室高度自动测量装置,包括工装底座7,在所述工装底座7内装有升降动力源3(为升降气缸),该升降动力源3上穿过工装底座7装有升降板4,所述升降板4处于工装底座7的上方,在所述工装底座7上、并在该升降板4的前后侧边处装有侧边控制动力源8(为侧边控制气缸,同向两件);所述工装底座7上装有呈三角排列的纵向限位块1(为三件而呈三角排列:一件作为顶角、两件作为同排边角设置),在所述工装底座7上、并在处于顶角的纵向限位块的侧边处装有横向限位块10(为一件),在所述工装底座7上、并在处于顶角的纵向限位块及横向限位块10的两侧边处装有同排水平设置的前后限位块11(为两件),在所述工装底座7上、并在处于同排边角的纵向限位块与前后限位块11之间处装有位移传感器2(若干件),该位移传感器2与传感器纵移控制动力源9(为传感器纵移气缸,其也可装在工装底座7上而与位移传感器2形成连体结构)相连,在所述升降板4上设有与所述纵向限位块1、横向限位块10、前后限位块11、位移传感器2分别位置对应的若干个通孔12(此通孔较大,可使纵向限位块、横向限位块、前后限位块、位移传感器在其中作一定范围内的移动)。
 在所述工装底座7上、并在升降板4的横向侧边处装有横移导向块13及横移导向动力源14(为横移导向气缸)。所述升降动力源3、侧边控制动力源8、横移导向动力源14、传感器纵移控制动力源9、位移传感器2均分别与微电脑控制器电连接,由其统一调控。所述纵向限位块1(作为缸盖Z基准)、前后限位块11(作为缸盖Y基准)、横向限位块10(作为缸盖X基准)的高度根据缸盖基准位置设计。
所述纵向限位块1、横向限位块10、前后限位块11的位置都是根据缸盖产品基准位置尺寸设置的,按缸盖图纸尺寸要求固定在工装底座7上。本发明开始工作时,升降板4处于上升状态(均处于纵向限位块1、横向限位块10、前后限位块11的高度之上),此时放置缸盖工件在升降板上,启动升降动力源3,使升降板下降而使缸盖工件的Z基准接触到透过升降板上的通孔的纵向限位块1(Z基准)上,升降动力源3停止工作、侧边控制动力源8启动,推动缸盖工件作前后运动,使缸盖工件的X、Y基准分别对应接触到横向限位块10(一般在缸盖工件放置时已做好定位)、前后限位块11(X、Y基准)处;横移导向动力源14启动而通过横移导向块13对缸盖工件进行水平导向横移微调,以此调整固定好缸盖工件,保证每次放置缸盖工件时都处于相同位置,从而保证测量的准确性。缸盖工件定位好后,传感器纵移控制动力源9控制位移传感器2伸出而接触缸盖工件的燃烧室测量点,接触时由位移传感器读出数据传给微电脑控制器,此时数据会显示在电脑显示屏上并自动保存好测量结果。测量的数据会根据微电脑控制器内设置的合格范围,判定结果是否合格,不合格品则会发出报警信号。操作员通过判定出的缸盖工件合格与否,分别进行分开放置。
本发明具有快速检测缸盖燃烧室高度、不合格报警控制和微电脑程序控制的功能。

Claims (3)

  1. 缸盖燃烧室高度自动测量装置,包括工装底座(7),其特征在于:在所述工装底座(7)内装有升降动力源(3),该升降动力源(3)上穿过工装底座(7)装有升降板(4),所述升降板(4)处于工装底座(7)的上方,在所述工装底座(7)上、并在该升降板(4)的前后侧边处装有侧边控制动力源(8);所述工装底座(7)上装有呈三角排列的纵向限位块(1),在所述工装底座(7)上、并在处于顶角的纵向限位块的侧边处装有横向限位块(10),在所述工装底座(7)上、并在处于顶角的纵向限位块及横向限位块(10)的两侧边处装有同排水平设置的前后限位块(11),在所述工装底座(7)上、并在处于同排边角的纵向限位块与前后限位块(11)之间处装有位移传感器(2),该位移传感器(2)与传感器纵移控制动力源(9)相连,在所述升降板(4)上设有与所述纵向限位块(1)、横向限位块(10)、前后限位块(11)、位移传感器(2)分别位置对应的若干个通孔(12)。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的缸盖燃烧室高度自动测量装置,其特征在于:在所述工装底座(7)上、并在升降板(4)的横向侧边处装有横移导向块(13)及横移导向动力源(14)。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的缸盖燃烧室高度自动测量装置,其特征在于:所述升降动力源(3)、侧边控制动力源(8)、横移导向动力源(14)、传感器纵移控制动力源(9)、位移传感器(2)均分别与微电脑控制器电连接,由其统一调控。
