本申请涉及一种资源分配方法、装置、设备、存储介质及计算机程序。
背景技术
实际使用中,诸如门店等场所,往往是人为整理到访客户即对象的数据,以基于整理后的数据对当前场所内的资源进行分配。然而,现有的资源分配方式不仅耗时耗力,且很难对有限的资源进行合理分配。因此,亟需一种资源分配方法,以解决上述技术问题。
发明内容
本申请提供一种资源分配方法的技术方案。
第一方面,本公开实施例提供了一种资源分配方法,所述方法包括:获取预设时间范围内到访的对象的到访数据;根据第一类型对象的到访数据以及第二类型对象的到访数据,确定比例参数;根据所述比例参数以及所述对象的基础数据,调整至少部分所述对象的资源分配方式;按照调整后的资源分配方式进行资源分配。
上述方案中,可选地,还包括:在所述对象中确定所述第一类型对象,其中将首次到访和/或截至到预设时间点到访累计时长小于第一时间阈值的对象确定为所述第一类型对象;在所述对象中确定所述第二类型对象,其中将非首次到访和/或截至到所述预设时间点到访累计时长大于或等于第二时间阈值的对象确定为所述第二类型对象。
上述方案中,可选地,所述到访数据包括到访人数;所述比例参数包括如下至少一项:所述第一类型对象的到访人数与所述第二类型对象的到访人数的比值;所述第二类型对象的到访人数与所述第一类型对象的到访人数的比值;所述第一类型对象的到访人数与目标到访人数的比值;所述第二类型对象的到访人数与所述目标到访人数的比值;其中,所述目标到访人数包括所述第一类型对象的到访人数和所述第二类型对象的到访人数之和,或是,所述目标到访人数包括所述预设时间范围内到访总人数。
上述方案中,可选地,在所述获取预设时间范围内到访的对象的到访数据之前,还包括:实时获取图像;对所述图像进行图像识别处理,得到图像识别结果;当所述图像识别结果包括人脸特征和/或人体特征时,对所述图像识别结果进行数据库匹配;当匹配到所述数据库中的图像模板时,更新与所述图像模板关联存储的历史到访记录和基础数据;当未匹配到所述数据库中的图像模板时,添加所述图像识别结果作为相应对象的图像模板,并与所采集的所述相应对象的基础数据和新增的历史到访记录关联存储。
上述方案中,可选地,以标签信息的形式关联存储所述历史到访记录和基础数据。
上述方案中,可选地,所述根据所述比例参数以及所述对象的基础数据,调整至少 部分所述对象的资源分配方式,包括:确定与预设条件匹配的目标资源分配方式;根据所述比例参数以及所述目标资源分配方式,调整所述至少部分所述对象的资源分配方式;其中,所述至少部分所述对象的基础数据满足所述预设条件。
上述方案中,可选地,所述根据所述比例参数以及所述目标资源分配方式,调整所述至少部分所述对象的资源分配方式,包括:在所述比例参数指示所述第二类型对象的所述到访数据满足第一预设条件的情况下,确定所述目标资源分配方式中针对所述第二类型对象的资源分配方式;和/或,在所述比例参数指示所述第一类型对象的所述到访数据满足第二预设条件的情况下,确定所述目标资源分配方式中针对所述第一类型对象的资源分配方式。

第二方面,本公开实施例提供了一种资源分配装置,所述装置包括:获取模块,用于获取预设时间范围内到访的对象的到访数据;确定模块,用于根据第一类型对象的到访数据以及第二类型对象的到访数据,确定比例参数;分配模块,用于根据所述比例参数以及所述对象的基础数据,调整至少部分所述对象的资源分配方式,并按照调整后的资源分配方式进行资源分配。
上述方案中,可选地,所述确定模块用于:在所述对象中确定所述第一类型对象,其中将首次到访和/或截至到预设时间点到访累计时长小于第一时间阈值的对象确定为所述第一类型对象;在所述对象中确定所述第二类型对象,其中将非首次到访和/或截至到所述预设时间点到访累计时长大于或等于第二时间阈值的对象确定为所述第二类型对象。

第五方面,本公开实施例提供了一种计算机程序,包括计算机可执行代码,当所述计算机可执行代码在设备上运行时,使得所述设备中的处理器执行本公开实施例所述的资源分配方法。
本公开实施例提供的技术方案,获取预设时间范围内到访的对象的到访数据;根据第一类型对象的到访数据以及第二类型对象的到访数据,确定比例参数;根据所述比例参数以及所述对象的基础数据,调整至少部分所述对象的资源分配方式;按照调整后的资源分配方式进行资源分配。如此,能够节省数据整理所耗费的时间,即解决了因人为进行数据整理而造成的耗时耗力的问题。并且,根据预设时间范围内第一类型对象的到访数据以及第二类型对象的到访数据所确定的比例参数,以及基础数据,调整至少部分对象的资源分配方式,能够对有限的资源进行合理分配;而按照调整后的资源分配方式进行资源分配,能进一步提高客户体验和销售转换率。

本公开实施例提供一种资源分配方法,如图1所示,所述方法主要包括以下步骤。
步骤101、获取预设时间范围内到访的对象的到访数据。
步骤102、根据第一类型对象的到访数据以及第二类型对象的到访数据,确定比例参数,比例参数可以反映预设时间范围内不同类型对象的到访情况。
步骤103、根据比例参数以及对象的基础数据,调整至少部分对象的资源分配方式,并按照调整后的资源分配方式进行资源分配。
在本公开实施例中,预设时间范围可以包括以起始时间为开始、以终止时间为截至的一段时间,例如一天、一周、一月、一季度、半年、一年等,该预设时间范围可以基于实际需求确定。本公开实施例对预设时间范围的设置方式、具体取值等不做限定。需要说明的是,终止时间为当前时刻之前(可以包括当前时刻)的时间。
在本公开实施例中,可根据需求采用不同的划分标准,来区分预设时间范围内到访的对象中的第一类型对象与第二类型对象。
在一些实施例中,第一类型对象和第二类型对象是按照是否为首次到访划分的。具体的,第一类型对象包括首次到访的对象,即新客户;第二类型对象包括非首次到访的对象,即老客户。比如,若客户甲第一次到访门店,则判定客户甲属于第一类型对象; 若客户乙第二次到访门店,则判定客户乙属于第二类型对象;若客户丙第三次到访门店,则也判定客户丙属于第二类型对象。
在另一些实施例中,第一类型对象和第二类型对象是按照到访累计时长划分的。具体的,第一类型对象包括截至到预设时间点,到访累计时长小于第一时间阈值的对象;第二类型对象包括截至到预设时间点,到访累计时长大于或等于第二时间阈值的对象。其中,预设时间点可以根据需要设置,例如在预设时间范围之内或之前。进一步的,预设时间范围之内包括预设时间范围的起始时间点、结束时间点或其间的任一指定时间点。其中,第一时间阈值可以与第二时间阈值相同或不同,例如第一时间阈值可以小于、等于或大于第二时间阈值。比如,若客户甲截至到预设时间点到访累计时长小于第一时间阈值,则判定客户甲属于第一类型对象;若客户乙截至到预设时间点到访累计时长大于或等于第二时间阈值,则判定客户乙属于第二类型对象。相比于上述按照是否为首次到访划分标准而言,即便客户甲是第一次到访,但由于截至到预设时间点到访累计时长大于或等于第二时间阈值,也认为客户甲属于第二类型对象;即便客户乙是第二次到访,但由于到访累计时长小于第一时间阈值,也认为客户乙属于第一类型对象。这样,根据到访累计时长的长短表示购买需求高低,如,到访累计时长较短表明购买需求较低,到访累计时长较长表明购买需求较高。其中,到访累计时长可以不设起点,即自对象首次到访以来的总到访累计时长,也可以自第二预设时间点起算,该第二预设时间点可以根据需要设置在上述预设时间点之前。
在又一些实施例中,第一类型对象和第二类型对象是按照是否为首次到访和到访累计时长划分的。例如,第一类型对象包括首次到访且截至到预设时间点到访累计时长小于第一时间阈值的对象;第二类型对象包括非首次到访且截至到预设时间点到访累计时长大于或等于第二时间阈值的对象。比如,若客户甲为首次到访,则判断客户甲截至到预设时间点的到访累计时长是否小于第一时间阈值,如果是,则判定客户甲属于第一类型对象;若客户乙为非首次到访,则判断客户乙截至到预设时间点的到访累计时长是否大于或等于第二时间阈值,如果是,则判定客户乙属于第二类型对象。
这里,第一时间阈值和第二时间阈值,都是预先设置的时间阈值。上述各时间阈值,可以根据投入的时间、成本等,和/或需求,预先进行设置,在此对于设置方式等不予限定。
在本公开实施例中,到访数据是表征对象的信息的数据,如到访人数,到访人数的变化趋势等。比例参数,用于反映预设时间范围内不同类型对象的到访情况。比如,若预设时间范围内到访的第一类型对象的到访数据为第一到访人数,第二类型对象的到访数据为第二到访人数,则比例参数包括如下至少一项:第一到访人数与第二到访人数的比值;第二到访人数与第一到访人数的比值;第一到访人数与目标到访人数的比值;第二到访人数与目标到访人数的比值。
其中,目标到访人数包括第一到访人数和第二到访人数之和,或是,目标到访人数包括预设时间范围内到访总人数。
其中,第一到访人数与第二到访人数的比值,能够反映出预设时间范围内第一类型对象与第二类型对象的到访人数比。比如,若在预设时间范围内,首次到访人数为A1,非首次到访人数为B1,那么,第一到访人数与第二到访人数比为A1/B1。又比如,若 在预设时间范围内,截至到预设时间点累计到访时长小于第一时间阈值的到访人数为A2,大于或等于第二时间阈值的到访人数为B2,那么,第一到访人数与第二到访人数比为A2/B2。再比如,若在预设时间范围内,首次到访且截至到预设时间点到访累计时长小于第一时间阈值的到访人数为A3,非首次到访且截至到预设时间点到访累计时长大于或等于第二时间阈值的到访人数为B3,那么,第一到访人数与第二到访人数比为A3/B3。
其中,第二到访人数与第一到访人数的比值,能够反映出预设时间范围内第二类型对象与第一类型对象的到访人数比。比如,若在预设时间范围内,首次到访人数为A1,非首次到访人数为B1,那么,第二到访人数与第一到访人数比为B1/A1。又比如,若在预设时间范围内,截至到预设时间点累计到访时长小于第一时间阈值的到访人数为A2,大于或等于第二时间阈值的到访人数为B2,那么,第二到访人数与第一到访人数比为B2/A2。再比如,若在预设时间范围内,首次到访且截至到预设时间点到访累计时长小于第一时间阈值的到访人数为A3,非首次到访且截至到预设时间点到访累计时长大于或等于第二时间阈值的到访人数为B3,那么,第二到访人数与第一到访人数比为B3/A3。
其中,第一到访人数与目标到访人数的比值,能够反映出预设时间范围内第一类型对象与目标对象的到访人数比。在目标到访人数包括预设时间范围内到访总人数的情况下,第一到访人数与目标到访人数的比值,能够反映第一类型对象占预设时间范围内到访的全部对象的比例。比如,若在预设时间范围内,首次到访人数为A1,非首次到访人数为B1,到访总人数为A1+B1=Q,那么,第一到访人数占到访总人数比为A1/Q即A1/A1+B1。又比如,若在预设时间范围内,截至到预设时间点累计到访时长小于第一时间阈值的到访人数为A2,到访总人数为Q,那么,第一到访人数占到访总人数比为A2/Q。再比如,若在预设时间范围内,首次到访且截至到预设时间点到访累计时长小于第一时间阈值的到访人数为A3,到访总人数为Q,那么,第一到访人数占到访总人数比为A3/Q。在目标对象包括预设时间范围内到访的第一类型对象和第二类型对象的集合的情况下,第一到访人数与目标到访人数的比值,能够反映第一类型对象占第一类型对象与第二类型对象之和的比例。比如,若在预设时间范围内,首次到访人数为A1,非首次到访人数为B1,那么,第一到访人数占第一到访人数与第二到访人数之和的比为A1/A1+B1。又比如,若在预设时间范围内,截至到预设时间点累计到访时长小于第一时间阈值的到访人数为A2,大于或等于第二时间阈值的到访人数为B2,那么,第一到访人数占第一到访人数与第二到访人数之和的比为A2/A2+B2。再比如,若在预设时间范围内,首次到访且截至到预设时间点到访累计时长小于第一时间阈值的到访人数为A3,非首次到访且截至到预设时间点到访累计时长大于或等于第二时间阈值的到访人数为B3,那么,第一到访人数占第一到访人数与第二到访人数之和的比为A3/A3+B3。
其中,第二到访人数与目标到访人数的比值,能够反映出预设时间范围内第二类型对象与目标对象的到访人数比。在目标到访人数包括预设时间范围内到访总人数的情况下,第二到访人数与目标到访人数的比值,能够反映第二类型对象占预设时间范围内到访的全部对象的比例。比如,若在预设时间范围内,首次到访人数为A1,非首次到访人数为B1,到访总人数为A1+B1=Q,那么,第二到访人数占到访总人数比为B1/Q即 B1/A1+B1。又比如,若在预设时间范围内,截至到预设时间点累计到访时长小于第一时间阈值的到访人数为B2,到访总人数为Q,那么,第二到访人数占到访总人数比为B2/Q。再比如,若在预设时间范围内,非首次到访且截至到预设时间点到访累计时长大于或等于第二时间阈值的到访人数为B3,到访总人数为Q,那么,第二到访人数占到访总人数比为B3/Q。在目标对象包括预设时间范围内到访的第一类型对象和第二类型对象的集合的情况下,第二到访人数与目标到访人数的比值,能够反映第二到访人数占第一到访人数与第二到访人数之和的比例。比如,若在预设时间范围内,首次到访人数为A1,非首次到访人数为B1,那么,第二到访人数占第一到访人数与第二到访人数之和的比为B1/A1+B1。又比如,若在预设时间范围内,截至到预设时间点累计到访时长小于第一时间阈值的到访人数为A2,大于或等于第二时间阈值的到访人数为B2,那么,第二到访人数占第一到访人数与第二到访人数之和的比为B2/A2+B2。再比如,若在预设时间范围内,首次到访且截至到预设时间点到访累计时长小于第一时间阈值的到访人数为A3,非首次到访且截至到预设时间点到访累计时长大于或等于第二时间阈值的到访人数为B3,那么,第二到访人数占第一到访人数与第二到访人数之和的比为B3/A3+B3。
在本公开实施例中,基础数据是用于表征对象特征的数据,比如,基础数据可以包括下述数据中的至少一种:年龄、性别、职业、学历、收入水平等。
在本公开实施例中,至少部分对象包括:基础数据满足预设条件的对象。其中,预设条件可以根据投入的时间、成本等,和/或需求,预先进行设置,在此对于设置方式等不予限定。比如,至少部分对象可以包括产生有效数据的对象,如到访累计时长超出一定时间阈值的对象、老客户、已签约客户等。
进一步的,可以调整至少部分对象的资源分配方式。比如,可以结合新老客户比例以及将25到35这个年龄段作为预设条件,来调整基础数据满足该预设条件的至少部分对象的资源分配方式。又比如,可以结合老新客户比例以及将男性作为预设条件,来调整基础数据满足该预设条件的至少部分对象的资源分配方式。再比如,可以结合新客户占全部对象的比例以及将收入水平为30万以上作为预设条件,来调整资源分配方式。
本公开实施例提供的技术方案,获取预设时间范围内到访的对象的到访数据;根据第一类型对象的到访数据以及第二类型对象的到访数据,确定比例参数;根据比例参数以及对象的基础数据,调整至少部分对象的资源分配方式;按照调整后的资源分配方式进行资源分配。如此,能够节省数据整理所耗费的时间,即解决了因人为进行数据整理而造成的耗时耗力的问题。并且,根据预设时间范围内第一类型对象的到访数据以及第二类型对象的到访数据所确定的比例参数,以及对象的基础数据,调整至少部分对象的资源分配方式,能够对有限的资源进行合理分配;而按照调整后的资源分配方式进行资源分配,能进一步提高客户体验和销售转换率。
为了更好地掌握到访数据,在一些实施例中,在获取预设时间范围内到访的对象的到访数据之前,还包括:实时获取图像;对图像进行图像识别处理,得到图像识别结果;当图像识别结果包括人脸特征和/或人体特征时,对图像识别结果进行数据库匹配;当匹配到数据库中的图像模板时,更新与该图像模板关联存储的历史到访记录和基础数据;当未匹配到数据库中的图像模板时,添加该图像识别结果作为相应对象的图像模板,并 与所采集的相应对象的基础数据和新增的历史到访记录关联存储。
在本公开实施例中,可以通过多种方式实时获取图像。例如,可以接收图像采集器发送的图像,或者,可以利用通信器接收其他设备传送的图像。
在一些实施例中,可以通过人脸识别技术对获取的图像进行图像识别处理,得到图像的人脸特征识别结果。和/或,可以通过人体识别技术对获取的图像进行图像识别处理,得到图像的人体特征识别结果。本申请并不对人脸识别技术、人体识别技术做具体限定。
在一些实施例中,对获取的图像进行图像识别处理,得到图像识别结果包括人脸特征和/或人体特征时,对图像识别结果进行数据库匹配。当匹配到数据库中的图像模板时,更新与图像模板关联存储的历史到访记录和基础数据。
其中,基础数据和历史到访记录可以全部或部分采用标签信息的方式存储。从而,响应于数据库中存在与对象匹配的图像模板,可以确定匹配的图像模板对应的标签信息。标签信息包括用于指示是否首次到访以及到访次数的信息。其中,图像模板包括但不限于人体模板或人脸模板;数据库包括但不限于人体模板库或人脸模板库。
需要说明的是,数据库中存储有对象的历史到访记录。历史到访记录至少包括与图像模板关联存储的标识(ID)信息和到访时间信息。对于每一个对象,都为其分配一个标识;对于同一个对象,仅分配一个标识。如此,可通过确定是否存在与图像识别结果匹配的对象标识信息,来判定当前到访的对象是首次到访还是非首次到访。
上述方案中,可选地,方法还包括:当未匹配到图像模板时,添加图像识别结果作为相应对象的图像模板,并与所采集的相应对象的基础数据和新增的历史到访记录关联存储。其中,响应于数据库中不存在与对象匹配的图像模板,可以在数据库中创建相应对象的图像模板,并为该对象分配标签信息。标签信息包括用于指示首次到访的信息。如此,当不存在匹配的图像模板时,在数据库中添加对象的图像识别结果作为对应的图像模板,能对数据库进行数据补充,当该对象再次来访时,方便后续查询。
在一些实施例中,根据比例参数以及对象的基础数据,调整至少部分对象的资源分配方式,包括:确定与预设条件匹配的目标资源分配方式;根据比例参数以及目标资源分配方式,调整至少部分对象的资源分配方式;其中,至少部分对象的基础数据满足该预设条件。
在一些实施例中,可基于同类基础数据的历史分配情况,来获得目标资源分配方式,从而调整至少部分对象的资源分配方式。如此,能够更有针对性地借鉴历史数据对至少部分对象进行资源分配方式调整,以按照调整后的资源分配方式对至少部分对象进行资源分配,从而有助于提高至少部分对象的客户体验和销售转换率。
为了更好地对有限的资源进行合理的分配,在一些实施例中,根据比例参数以及目标资源分配方式,调整至少部分对象的资源分配方式,包括:
在比例参数指示第二类型对象的到访数据满足第一预设条件的情况下,确定目标资源分配方式中针对第二类型对象的资源分配方式;和/或,在比例参数指示第一类型对象的到访数据满足第二预设条件的情况下,确定目标资源分配方式中针对第一类型对象的资源分配方式。
在本公开实施例中,第一预设条件用于表征第二类型对象的到访数据的变化。比如,第一预设条件用于表征数量增加或呈上升趋势;或者用于表征数量减少或呈下降趋势; 或者,用于表征相对变化较为平稳;或者,用于表征不存在变化,即无变化趋势。第二预设条件用于表征第一类型对象的到访数据的变化。比如,第二预设条件用于表征数量增加或呈上升趋势;或者用于表征数量减少或呈下降趋势;或者,用于表征相对变化较为平稳;或者用于表征不存在变化,即无变化趋势。
需要说明的是,在第一类型对象、第二类型对象指代不同的情况下,第一预设条件、第二预设条件也会有所不同。
示例性地,在第一类型对象指代新客户、第二类对象指代老客户的情况下,第一预设条件用于表征老客户的到访数据的变化;第二预设条件用于表征新客户的到访数据的变化。

如此,通过调整线上资源配置数据和/或线下资源配置数据,有助于使有限的资源得 到更合理的分配和利用,从而能够提高客户体验和销售转换率。
示例性地,若预设时间范围内新客户到访人数下降或呈下降趋势的情况下,调整线上资源配置数据和/或线下资源配置数据。比如,调整线上资源配置数据的内容包括:降低产品的售价,延长保修期,增加辅助性赠品,加大返现力度,增大消息推送频率。比如,调整线下资源配置数据的内容包括:增大老客户推荐新客户的返现额度,降低产品的售价,延长保修期,加大赠品力度,增大消息推送频率。
示例性地,若预设时间范围内老客户到访人数下降或呈下降趋势的情况下,调整线上资源配置数据和/或线下资源配置数据,比如,调整线上资源配置数据的内容包括:降低产品的售价,延长保修期,增加辅助性赠品,加大返现力度,增大消息推送频率;比如,调整线下资源配置数据的内容包括:更换跟进人员、降低产品的售价,延长保修期,增加辅助性赠品,加大返现力度,增大消息推送频率。
为了便于对资源进行统一管理,同一类消费群体可以分配同一类资源,如分配同一销售处理,按照消费群体的属性制定营销策略等。在一些实施例中,步骤103包括:基于基础数据确定消费群体;为属于同一消费群体的对象确定同一资源分配方式。其中,为属于同一消费群体的对象确定同一资源分配方式,包括:基于基础数据确定消费群体的属性;按照消费群体的属性制定资源配置数据方案。在本公开实施例中,消费群体为能够表征对象相应属性的群体。比如,群体为性别、年龄段、职业、地理位置等。
在一些实施例中,制定资源配置数据方案,包括:对资源配置数据在数量、时间、空间范围内进行匹配、流动和重组。如此,能够根据对象的消费群体属性给出合理的资源配置数据的调整方案,有利于根据资源配置数据的调整方案进行针对性的工作和服务。也就意味着,在基于消费群体属性整理结果,锁定影响成交量的核心因素的情况下,合理规划基于目标产品的资源分配方式,以进一步提高客户体验和销售转换率。
考虑到变化趋势能够更有效的反映资源配置数据的合理性或有效性,因此,在一种实现方式中,可以基于变化趋势来确定当前资源配置数据的评价结果。具体地,在一些实施方式中,步骤103还包括:基于比例参数,对资源配置数据进行评价,得到资源配置数据的评价结果;基于评价结果调整资源分配方式。
在本公开实施例中,资源配置数据可以是与销售目标产品活动有关的资源配置数据。比如,用于反映针对目标产品所采取的资源分配方案中各项资源对应的数据。其中,资源配置数据包括但不限于数量配置、时间配置、空间配置、人员配置、信息网络配置等中的一项或是多项的组合。
在本公开实施例中,评价结果可以用于反映当前资源配置落实一段时间后带来的影响。其中,评价结果包括至少两个等级,不同等级对应的待调整的资源配置数据的种类不同,和/或,不同等级对应的资源配置数据的调整方式不同。如此,通过给出资源配置数据的评价结果,有助于后续根据该评价结果给出资源配置数据的调整方案,从而有助于工作人员根据调整方案进行针对性工作和服务,从而提高客流量。
在一些实施方式中,基于评价结果调整资源分配方式,包括:在评价结果为第一评价结果的情况下,第一评价结果表征第一类型对象呈下降趋势,调整资源配置数据的内容以提高第一类型对象的到访人数,资源配置数据包括线上资源配置数据和/或线下资源配置数据。如此,有助于工作人员根据调整后的资源配置数据方案进行针对性工作和服 务,从而提高第一类型对象的到访人数。类似的,在评价结果为第二评价结果的情况下,第二评价结果表征第二类型对象呈下降趋势,调整资源配置数据的内容以提高第二类型对象的到访人数,资源配置数据包括线上资源配置数据和/或线下资源配置数据。如此,有助于工作人员根据调整后的资源配置数据方案进行针对性工作和服务,从而提高第二类型对象的到访人数。
本公开实施例提供的技术方案,由于比例参数能够有效反映目标产品的资源配置数据是否合理,使评价结果更具有针对性,即仅仅针对目标产品而言进行资源配置数据的分析。这样就可以基于获取到的比例参数得到目标产品的资源配置数据的评价结果,从而可以基于评价结果合理调整针对于目标产品的资源配置数据,即资源配置情况。从而在基于数据整理结果,锁定影响到访量的核心因素的情况下,合理规划基于目标产品的资源配置数据,以进一步提高客户体验和销售转换率。
为了便于对门店内的负责客户跟进的人员进行高效管理,在一些实施例中,方法还包括:当匹配到图像模板且标签信息表征对象为非首次到访时,确定与该对象关联的接待人员的标识信息;将该对象的标签信息和接待人员的标识信息发送至电子设备,以由电子设备显示对象的标签信息和接待人员的标识信息。
如此,能快速地对新老客户做出准确的判断,提高识别对象为新老客户的准确度,进而能辅助门店探查到高价值客户。另外,相对于门店前台根据记忆为老客户分配该老客户之前到访时的接待人员容易出错来说,本申请通过对获取的图像进行特征分析来确定之前为老客户分配的接待人员的方式,有助于提高准确率,规范销售接待流程。
为了便于对门店内的负责客户跟进的人员进行高效管理,在一些实施例中,方法还包括:当标签信息表征对象为首次到访时,获取为该对象分配的接待人员的标识信息;建立并存储该对象的标识信息与接待人员的标识信息之间的关联关系。
如此,通过建立对象的标识信息与接待人员的标识信息之间的关联关系,能够在该对象下次到访时快速确定上次接待该对象的接待人员,从而有助于该对象每次到访时,实现由同一接待人员负责跟进和服务该对象。
作为一种实施方式,获取为对象分配的接待人员的标识信息,可包括:接收终端发送的为对象分配的接待人员的标识信息。如此,能够根据管理人员在终端侧输入的指派信息为首次到访对象分配接待人员。
作为一种实施方式,获取为对象分配的接待人员的标识信息,可包括:基于上线终端的数量和/或上线终端上报的工作状态,为对象分配接待人员的标识信息。如此,能够根据上线终端的数量和/或上线终端上报的工作状态快速做出分配,合理地为对象分配接待人员。
在一些实施例中,上述方法可以由服务器执行,其中,服务器可以为云端服务器和/或前端服务器。例如,上述方法由前端服务器(例如视频一体机)和云端服务器实现。其中,前端服务器对获取图像进行人脸和人体跟踪,得到人脸和人体跟踪结果,并基于人脸和/或人体图像的质量确定基于哪种图像信息进行识别,然后,向云端服务器发送确定的图像信息。云端服务器在接收到前端服务器发送的图像信息之后,基于接收到的图像信息查询对应的数据库,得到识别结果,并向终端发送相应的各种处理结果,如对象的标签信息,接待人员的标识信息,资源配置数据的评价结果,资源配置数据的调整方 案,但本公开实施例对此不作限定。
在本申请实施例中,在实现上述任一方法的基础上,如图2所示,方法还可以包括以下步骤:
步骤201、接收对象的标签信息、以及当标签信息表征该对象为非首次到访时与该对象关联的接待人员的标识信息;
步骤202、显示该对象的标签信息和接待人员的标识信息。
如此,能够提供对象的标签信息和接待该对象的接待人员的标识信息,便于终端用户及时知晓当前对象的标签信息,且便于根据标签信息分配接待人员,以进一步提高客户体验和销售转换率。
在一些实施例中,方法还包括:在标签信息表征对象为首次到访的情况下,获取并显示为该对象分配的接待人员的标识信息;向服务器发送为该对象分配的接待人员的标识信息。
示例性地,在标签信息表征对象为首次到访的情况下,终端获取为该对象分配的接待人员的标识信息,并显示接待人员的标识信息。其中,终端获取标识信息的方式例如终端用户手动输入或服务器自动分配。如此,能够实现接待任务的快速分配,有利于工作人员根据分配信息进行针对性工作和服务,提高工作效率。
在一些实施例中,方法还包括:在对象通知界面中显示对象的标签信息和接待人员的标识信息。如此,便于终端用户通过对象通知界面及时获知对象与接待人员的信息。
在一些实施例中,方法还包括:获取输入的查询条件,查询条件至少包括预设时间范围;将查询条件发送至服务器。如此,能够为终端提供与查询条件相适应的对象的标签信息和接待人员的标识信息,从而有助于实现接待任务的快速分配,有利于工作人员根据分配信息进行针对性工作和服务,提高客户体验和销售转换率。
图3为本公开实施例提供的终端侧输出对象通知界面的示意图。如图3所示,在对象通知界面上显示每个对象的标签信息,如首次到访,第N次到访,N为大于或等于2的正整数。在该对象通知界面上还显示负责接待各对象的接待人员的标识,如接待人员姓名或工号。当然,在对象通知界面上还可以展示各对象是否具有决策权等信息。
通过该对象通知界面,门店前台和销售人员能够知晓各对象具体由谁负责跟进,且便于门店前台基于该对象通知界面中所显示信息为不同的对象推荐接待人员,有助于规范销售接待流程。
应理解,图3所示的对象通知界面为一种可选的具体实现方式,本领域技术人员可以基于图3的例子进行各种显而易见的变化和/或替换,得到的技术方案仍属于本公开实施例的公开范围。
图4为本公开实施例提供的数据展示界面的示意图。如图4所示,在展示界面上展示有门店车型热度排行,还展示有实时客流人数、新老客户比例、年龄分布、性别分布等其他数据。通过该展示界面,可供4S店销售和门店探知对象对各个车型的关注度热度,结合门店车型推广需要和营销策略,对4S店内车型的摆放及营销活动效果反馈提供数据支撑。尤其对区域公司、经销商和主机厂来说,可以足不出户远程获知到各个门店对象群体对各个车型的关注度强弱,以支撑运营决策和对销售/门店的工作效果评 价。
应理解,图4所示的展示界面为一种可选的具体实现方式,本领域技术人员可以基于图4的例子进行各种显而易见的变化和/或替换,得到的技术方案仍属于本公开实施例的公开范围。

本公开实施例提供的资源分配装置,能够节省数据整理所耗费的时间,即解决了因人为进行数据整理而造成的耗时耗力的问题。并且,根据预设时间范围内第一类型对象的到访数据以及第二类型对象的到访数据所确定的比例参数,以及对象的基础数据,调整至少部分对象的资源分配方式,能够对有限的资源进行合理分配。
本公开实施例还记载了一种资源分配设备,所述设备包括:存储器、处理器及存储在存储器上并可在处理器上运行的计算机程序,处理器执行计算机程序时实现前述任意一个技术方案提供的资源分配方法。

本公开实施例提供的资源分配设备,能够节省数据整理所耗费的时间,即解决了因人为进行数据整理而造成的耗时耗力的问题。并且,根据预设时间范围内第一类型对象的到访数据以及第二类型对象的到访数据所确定的比例参数,以及对象的基础数据,调整至少部分对象的资源分配方式,能够对有限的资源进行合理分配。
在如图5所示装置的基础上,如图6所示,所述装置还可以包括:接收模块50,用于接收对象的标签信息、以及当标签信息表征该对象为非首次到访时与该对象关联的接待人员的标识信息;显示处理模块60,用于显示该对象的标签信息和接待人员的标识信息。
上述方案中,可选地,所述装置还包括:获取模块70(图6中未示出),用于当标签信息表征该对象为首次到访时,获取并显示为该对象分配的接待人员的标识信息;发送处理模块80(图6中未示出),用于向服务器发送为该对象分配的接待人员的标识信息。
作为一种实施方式,所述显示处理模块60,用于:在对象通知界面中显示各对象的标签信息和接待人员的标识信息。
本领域技术人员应当理解,在一些可选实施例中,图6中所示的资源分配装置 中的各处理模块可设置在终端中如个人电脑、手机、平板电脑或可穿戴式设备等,其实现功能可参照前述资源分配方法的相关描述而理解。本领域技术人员应当理解,图6所示的资源分配装置中各处理单元的功能可通过运行于处理器上的程序而实现,也可通过具体的逻辑电路而实现。
实际应用中,上述的接收模块50、显示处理模块60、获取模块70和发送处理模块80的具体结构均可对应于处理器。处理器具体的结构可以为CPU、MCU、DSP或PLC等具有处理功能的电子元器件或电子元器件的集合。其中,处理器包括可执行代码,可执行代码存储在存储介质中,处理器可以通过总线等通信接口与存储介质相连,在执行具体的各单元的对应功能时,从存储介质中读取并运行可执行代码。存储介质用于存储可执行代码的部分优选为非瞬间存储介质。
本公开实施例所述资源分配装置,便于终端用户及时知晓当前到访的对象的标签信息,且便于根据标签信息分配接待人员,以进一步提高客户体验和销售转换率。
本公开实施例还记载了一种资源分配设备,所述设备包括:存储器、处理器及存储在存储器上并可在处理器上运行的计算机程序,处理器执行计算机程序时实现前述任意一个技术方案提供的资源分配方法。
作为一种实施方式,处理器执行计算机程序时实现:接收对象的标签信息、以及在标签信息表征该对象为非首次到访的情况下与该对象关联的接待人员的标识信息;显示该对象的标签信息和接待人员的标识信息。
作为一种实施方式,处理器执行计算机程序时实现:在标签信息表征对象为首次到访的情况下,获取并显示为该对象分配的接待人员的标识信息;向服务器发送为该对象分配的接待人员的标识信息。
作为一种实施方式,处理器执行计算机程序时实现:在对象通知界面中显示各对象的标签信息和接待人员的标识信息。
本公开实施例提供的资源分配设备,便于终端用户及时知晓当前到访的对象的标签信息,且便于根据标签信息分配接待人员,以进一步提高客户体验和销售转换率。
本公开实施例还记载了一种计算机存储介质,计算机存储介质中存储有计算机可执行指令,计算机可执行指令用于执行前述各个实施例所述的资源分配方法。也就是说,计算机可执行指令被处理器执行之后,能够实现前述任意一个技术方案提供的资源分配方法。
本领域技术人员应当理解,本实施例的计算机存储介质中各程序的功能,可参照前述各实施例所述的应用于电子设备的资源分配方法的相关描述而理解。
本公开实施例还记载了一种计算机程序,包括计算机可执行代码,当计算机可执行代码在设备上运行时,使得设备中的处理器能够实现前述任意一个技术方案提供的资源分配方法。
还应理解,本文中列举的各个可选实施例仅仅是示例性的,用于帮助本领域技术人员更好地理解本公开实施例的技术方案,而不应理解成对本公开实施例的限定,本领域普通技术人员可以在本文所记载的各个可选实施例的基础上进行各种改变和替换,也应理解为本公开实施例的一部分。
此外,本文对技术方案的描述着重于强调各个实施例的不同之处,其相同或相 似之处可以相互参考,为了简洁,不再一一赘述。

另外,在本申请各实施例中的各功能单元可以全部集成在一个处理单元中,也可以是各单元分别单独作为一个单元,也可以两个或两个以上单元集成在一个单元中;上述集成的单元既可以采用硬件的形式实现,也可以采用硬件加软件功能单元的形式实现。
本领域普通技术人员可以理解:实现上述方法实施例的全部或部分步骤可以通过程序指令相关的硬件来完成,前述的程序可以存储于计算机可读取存储介质中,该程序在执行时,执行包括上述方法实施例的步骤;而前述的存储介质包括:移动存储设备、只读存储器(ROM,Read-Only Memory)、随机存取存储器(RAM,Random Access Memory)、磁碟或者光盘等各种可以存储程序代码的介质。
或者,本申请上述集成的单元如果以软件功能模块的形式实现并作为独立的产品销售或使用时,也可以存储在一个计算机可读取存储介质中。基于这样的理解,本公开实施例的技术方案本质上或者说对现有技术做出贡献的部分可以以软件产品的形式体现出来,该计算机软件产品存储在一个存储介质中,包括若干指令用以使得一台计算机设备(可以是个人计算机、服务器、或者网络设备等)执行本申请各个实施例所述方法的全部或部分。而前述的存储介质包括:移动存储设备、ROM、RAM、磁碟或者光盘等各种可以存储程序代码的介质。

Claims (23)

  1. 一种资源分配方法,包括:
    获取预设时间范围内到访的对象的到访数据;
    根据第一类型对象的到访数据以及第二类型对象的到访数据,确定比例参数;
    根据所述比例参数以及所述对象的基础数据,调整至少部分所述对象的资源分配方式;
    按照调整后的资源分配方式进行资源分配。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,还包括:
    在所述对象中确定所述第一类型对象,其中将首次到访和/或截至到预设时间点到访累计时长小于第一时间阈值的对象确定为所述第一类型对象;
    在所述对象中确定所述第二类型对象,其中将非首次到访和/或截至到所述预设时间点到访累计时长大于或等于第二时间阈值的对象确定为所述第二类型对象。
  3. 根据权利要求1或2所述的方法,其特征在于,所述到访数据包括到访人数,所述比例参数包括如下至少一项:
    所述第一类型对象的到访人数与所述第二类型对象的到访人数的比值;
    所述第二类型对象的到访人数与所述第一类型对象的到访人数的比值;
    所述第一类型对象的到访人数与目标到访人数的比值;
    所述第二类型对象的到访人数与所述目标到访人数的比值;
    其中,所述目标到访人数包括所述第一类型对象的到访人数和所述第二类型对象的到访人数之和,或是,所述目标到访人数包括所述预设时间范围内到访总人数。
  4. 根据权利要求1至3任一项所述的方法,其特征在于,在所述获取预设时间范围内到访的对象的到访数据之前,还包括:
    实时获取图像;
    对所述图像进行图像识别处理,得到图像识别结果;
    当所述图像识别结果包括人脸特征和/或人体特征时,对所述图像识别结果进行数据库匹配;
    当匹配到所述数据库中的图像模板时,更新与所述图像模板关联存储的历史到访记录和基础数据;
    当未匹配到所述数据库中的图像模板时,添加所述图像识别结果作为相应对象的图像模板,并与所采集的所述相应对象的基础数据和新增的历史到访记录关联存储。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的方法,其特征在于,以标签信息的形式关联存储所述历史到访记录和基础数据。
  6. 根据权利要求1至5任一项所述的方法,其特征在于,所述根据所述比例参数以及所述对象的基础数据,调整至少部分所述对象的资源分配方式,包括:
    确定与预设条件匹配的目标资源分配方式;
    根据所述比例参数以及所述目标资源分配方式,调整所述至少部分所述对象的资源 分配方式;其中,所述至少部分所述对象的基础数据满足所述预设条件。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的方法,其特征在于,所述根据所述比例参数以及所述目标资源分配方式,调整所述至少部分所述对象的资源分配方式,包括:
    在所述比例参数指示所述第二类型对象的所述到访数据满足第一预设条件的情况下,确定所述目标资源分配方式中针对所述第二类型对象的资源分配方式;
    和/或,在所述比例参数指示所述第一类型对象的所述到访数据满足第二预设条件的情况下,确定所述目标资源分配方式中针对所述第一类型对象的资源分配方式。
  8. 根据权利要求1至7任一项所述的方法,其特征在于,
    所述资源包括线上资源和/或线下资源,所述线上资源包括基于网站的服务资源,所述线下资源包括基于实体店的服务资源;
    所述调整资源分配方式,包括:
    调整线上资源配置数据和/或线下资源配置数据。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的方法,其特征在于,
    所述线上资源配置数据的内容至少包括售价、售后服务、资源配置数据推送方式中的一项;
    所述线下资源配置数据的内容至少包括接待人员或跟进人员、售价、售后服务、资源配置数据推送方式中的一项;
    所述资源配置数据推送方式至少包括资源配置数据的推送时间、相邻两次资源配置数据的推送间隔、推送资源配置数据的途径中的一项。
  10. 根据权利要求8所述的方法,其特征在于,还包括:
    基于所述比例参数,对资源配置数据进行评价;
    基于评价结果调整所述资源分配方式。
  11. 一种资源分配装置,包括:
    获取模块,用于获取预设时间范围内到访的对象的到访数据;
    确定模块,用于根据第一类型对象的到访数据以及第二类型对象的到访数据,确定比例参数;
    分配模块,用于根据所述比例参数以及所述对象的基础数据,调整至少部分所述对象的资源分配方式,并按照调整后的资源分配方式进行资源分配。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的装置,其特征在于,所述确定模块用于:
    在所述对象中确定所述第一类型对象,其中将首次到访和/或截至到预设时间点到访累计时长小于第一时间阈值的对象确定为所述第一类型对象;
    在所述对象中确定所述第二类型对象,其中将非首次到访和/或截至到所述预设时间点到访累计时长大于或等于第二时间阈值的对象确定为所述第二类型对象。
  13. 根据权利要求11或12所述的装置,其特征在于,所述到访数据包括到访人数,所述比例参数包括如下至少一项:
    所述第一类型对象的到访人数与所述第二类型对象的到访人数的比值;
    所述第二类型对象的到访人数与所述第一类型对象的到访人数的比值;
    所述第一类型对象的到访人数与目标到访人数的比值;
    所述第二类型对象的到访人数与所述目标到访人数的比值;
    其中,所述目标到访人数包括所述第一类型对象的到访人数和所述第二类型对象的到访人数之和,或是,所述目标到访人数包括所述预设时间范围内到访总人数。
  14. 根据权利要求11至13任一项所述的装置,其特征在于,所述获取模块用于:
    实时获取图像;
    对所述图像进行图像识别处理,得到图像识别结果;
    当所述图像识别结果包括人脸特征和/或人体特征时,对所述图像识别结果进行数据库匹配;
    当匹配到所述数据库中的图像模板时,更新与所述图像模板关联存储的历史到访记录和基础数据;
    当未匹配到所述数据库中的图像模板时,添加所述图像识别结果作为相应对象的图像模板,并与所采集的所述相应对象的基础数据和新增的历史到访记录关联存储。
  15. 根据权利要求14所述的装置,其特征在于,所述获取模块以标签信息的形式关联存储所述历史到访记录和基础数据。
  16. 根据权利要求11至15任一项所述的装置,其特征在于,所述分配模块用于:
    确定与预设条件匹配的目标资源分配方式;
    根据所述比例参数以及所述目标资源分配方式,调整所述至少部分所述对象的资源分配方式;其中,所述至少部分所述对象的基础数据满足所述预设条件。
  17. 根据权利要求16所述的装置,其特征在于,所述分配模块用于:
    在所述比例参数指示所述第二类型对象的所述到访数据满足第一预设条件的情况下,确定所述目标资源分配方式中针对所述第二类型对象的资源分配方式;
    和/或,在所述比例参数指示所述第一类型对象的所述到访数据满足第二预设条件的情况下,确定所述目标资源分配方式中针对所述第一类型对象的资源分配方式。
  18. 根据权利要求11至17任一项所述的装置,其特征在于,
    所述资源包括线上资源和/或线下资源,所述线上资源包括基于网站的服务资源,所述线下资源包括基于实体店的服务资源;
    所述分配模块用于:
    调整线上资源配置数据和/或线下资源配置数据。
  19. 根据权利要求18所述的装置,其特征在于,
    所述线上资源配置数据的内容至少包括售价、售后服务、资源配置数据推送方式中的一项;
    所述线下资源配置数据的内容至少包括接待人员或跟进人员、售价、售后服务、资源配置数据推送方式中的一项;
    所述资源配置数据推送方式至少包括资源配置数据的推送时间、相邻两次资源配置 数据的推送间隔、推送资源配置数据的途径中的一项。
  20. 根据权利要求18所述的装置,其特征在于,所述分配模块还用于:
    基于所述比例参数,对资源配置数据进行评价;
    基于评价结果调整所述资源分配方式。
  21. 一种资源分配设备,包括:存储器、处理器及存储在所述存储器上并可在所述处理器上运行的计算机程序,其中,所述处理器执行所述计算机程序时实现权利要求1至10任一项所述的资源分配方法。
  22. 一种存储介质,所述存储介质存储有计算机程序,所述计算机程序被处理器执行时,使得所述处理器执行权利要求1至10任一项所述的资源分配方法。
  23. 一种计算机程序,包括计算机可执行代码,当所述计算机可执行代码在设备上运行时,使得所述设备中的处理器执行权利要求1-10任一项所述的资源分配方法。
