本公开实施例提供的技术方案,获取目标场所的目标车型在预设时间范围内的热度及成交量;基于所述热度和所述成交量,对所述目标车型的资源配置数据进行评价,得到所述资源配置数据的评价结果;根据所述评价结果,调整所述资源配置数据或输出所述评价结果对应的资源调整建议。如此,能够节省数据整理所耗费的时间,即解决了因人为进行数据整理而造成的耗时耗力的问题。并且,由于成交量是直接能够反映成功成交的数据,且热度是对成交量带来较大影响的数据,因此,热度与成交量二者结合,能够有效反映目标车型的资源配置情况是否合理,使评价结果更具有针对性,即仅仅针对目标车型而言进行资源配置情况的分析。这样就可以基于获取到的数据得到目标车型的资源配置数据的评价结果,从而可以基于评价结果合理调整针对于目标车型的资源配置数据,即资源配置情况。也就意味着,本申请实施例能够更准确的掌握目标车型的热度及成交量的数据,而且能够给出目标车型的资源配置数据的评价结果,还能给出合理的资源配置数据的调整方案,有利于根据资源配置数据的评价结果和调整方案进行针对性的工作和服务,从而在基于数据整理结果,锁定影响成交量的核心因素的情况下,合理规划基于目标车型的资源分配情况,以进一步提高顾客体验和销售转换率。

本公开实施例提供一种资源配置数据的处理方法,本公开实施例可以应用于各种电子设备中,该电子设备包括但不限于固定设备和/或移动设备,例如,所述固定设备包括但不限于:个人电脑(PC,Personal Computer)、或者服务器等,所述服务器可以是云服务器或普通服务器。所述移动设备包括但不限于:手机、平板电脑或可穿戴式设备中的一项或是多项。如图1所示,所述方法主要包括以下步骤:
步骤101、获取目标场所的目标车型在预设时间范围内的热度及成交量;
步骤102、基于所述热度和所述成交量,对所述目标车型的资源配置数据进行评价,得到所述资源配置数据的评价结果;
步骤103、根据所述评价结果,调整所述资源配置数据或输出所述评价结果对应的资源调整建议。
在本公开实施例中,所述目标场所通常可以指的是能够展览车辆的区域,包括但不限于汽车销售服务4S店、或者购车商场等。
在本公开实施例中,所述预设时间范围可以包括以起始时间为开始、以终止时间为截至的一段时间,例如一天、一周、一月、一季度、半年、一年等,该预设时间范围可以基于实际需求确定,本公开实施例对预设时间范围的设置方式、具体取值等不做限定。需要说明的是,所述终止时间为当前时刻之前的时间。
在本公开实施例中,所述热度是指目标车型的受关注程度(或被关注程度)。示例性的,目标车型的热度可以采用目标车型对应的总停留时长表示,该总停留时长通过各目标人物在目标车型对应的车型区域内的停留时长的总和确定;或者用基于该总停留时长、进行的各种可行性变形来表示。其中,总停留时长越大,车型的热度越大;总停留时长越小,车型的热度越小。例如,假设预设时间范围为早上10:00-18:00的时间范围内,若目标车型1对应的车型区域内共停留20个目标人物,每个目标人物的停留时长为20分钟,则目标车型1对应的总停留时长为400分钟;目标车型2对应的车型区域内共停留10个目标人物,每个目标人物的停留时长为5分钟,则目标车型2对应的总停留时长为50分钟,则可表明目标车型1的热度大于目标车型2的热度。
在本公开实施例中,所述成交量是指一个时间单位内目标车型的车辆交易成交的数量,即预设时间范围内目标车型的车辆交易成交的数量,也即预设时间范围内目标车型车辆售出的数量。例如,一个月内A款汽车的成交量为80台,第一季度A款汽车的成交量为300台。
在本公开实施例中,所述资源配置数据可以是与销售目标车型活动有关的资源配置数据。在一些实施例中,所述资源配置数据可以是用于反映针对目标车型所采取的资源分配方案中各项资源对应的数据。例如,所述资源配置数据包括但不限于数量配置、时间配置、空间配置、人员配置、信息网络配置等中的一项或是多项的组合。其中,上述数量配置可以包括待销售的目标车型的数量。上述时间配置可以包括待销售的目标车型的时间,该时间可通过年份、季度、月份、日期、小时中的至少一种时间维度表示。上述空间配置可以包括待销售的目标车型在目标场所内的部署位置。上述人员配置可包括针对待销售的目标车型的人员的配置信息等等,例如可包括针对待销售的目标车型的销售人员的数量。上述信息网络配置可以包括针对待销售的目标车型的推荐信息的内容和/或目标场所中的推荐位或网络推荐位;其中,所述目标场所中的推荐位可以理解为目标场所中的实体广告推荐位,例如纸质版的广告推荐或者目标场所中的各电子屏的推荐等等;所述网络推荐位可以理解为网络平台的广告推荐位等等。
在本公开实施例中,所述评价结果可以用于反映当前资源配置数据已配置一段时间 后、给成交量带来的影响的大小的数据。示例性的,所述评价结果可包括资源配置数据已配置一段时间后、目标车型的成交量的变化。
在一些实施例中,所述调整所述资源配置数据,包括:对资源配置数据在数量、时间、空间范围内进行匹配、流动和重组。
在一些实施例中,所述输出所述评价结果对应的资源调整建议,包括:输出针对资源配置数据在数量、时间、空间范围内进行匹配、流动和重组的资源调整建议。
本公开实施例提供的技术方案,获取目标场所的目标车型在预设时间范围内的热度及成交量;基于所述热度和所述成交量,对所述目标车型的资源配置数据进行评价,得到所述资源配置数据的评价结果;根据所述评价结果,调整所述资源配置数据或输出所述评价结果对应的资源调整建议;如此,能够节省数据整理所耗费的时间,即解决了因人为进行数据整理而造成的耗时耗力的问题。并且,由于成交量是直接能够反映成功成交的数据,且热度是对成交量带来较大影响的数据,因此,热度与成交量二者结合,能够有效反映目标车型的资源配置情况是否合理,使评价结果更具有针对性,即仅仅针对目标车型而言进行资源配置情况的分析。这样就可以基于获取到的数据得到目标车型的资源配置数据的评价结果,从而可以基于评价结果合理调整针对于目标车型的资源配置数据,即资源配置情况。也就意味着,本公开实施例能够更准确的掌握目标车型的热度及成交量的数据,而且能够给出目标车型的资源配置数据的评价结果,还能给出合理的资源配置数据的资源调整建议,有利于根据资源配置数据的评价结果和调整方案进行针对性的工作和服务,从而在基于数据整理结果,锁定影响成交量的核心因素的情况下,合理规划基于目标车型的资源分配情况,以进一步提高顾客体验和销售转换率。
考虑到目标场所内通常部署着多个图像采集装置,因此,可以借助图像采集装置采集到的视频图像,掌握目标场所的目标车型在预设时间范围内的热度及成交量。因此,在一些实施例中,所述步骤101可包括:
步骤1011、基于所述预设时间范围内到访的多个人物的视频图像,确定目标车型对应的总停留时长;
步骤1012、基于所述目标车型对应的总停留时长,确定所述目标车型的热度。
在一种可能的实现方式中,步骤1011,包括:
步骤1011a:基于多张所述视频图像中出现目标人物的位置信息和所述目标车型所处区域的位置信息,确定所述目标人物所在的车型区域;
步骤1011b:根据多张所述视频图像的采集时间和所述目标人物所在的车型区域,确定多张所述视频图像中所述目标人物在所述目标车型所处区域内的停留时长;
步骤1011c:根据多个所述目标人物在所述目标车型所处区域内的停留时长,确定所述目标车型对应的总停留时长。
可以理解,所述目标人物可以包括除被列为白名单以外的人。
其中,所述白名单可以包括对成交量影响较小甚至不存在影响的人,通常属于白名单的人往往不包括到访目标场所的顾客。比如,白名单可以包括下述至少之一:4S店的员工、保洁人员、维修师傅、快递人员、外卖人员等等。需要说明的是,所述白名单中的人员可根据目标场所的管理人员的需求进行设定或调整。
在一种可选实施例中,对图像采集装置的视频图像进行识别时,先判断当前被识别对象是否属于白名单,如果属于白名单,则忽略所述当前被识别对象;如果不属于白名单,判定当前被识别对象为目标人物,并对该目标人物分别在多个车型所处区域的停留时长进行记录、分析。
本实施例中,所述车型所处区域大于或等于该车型车辆的车身所占区域,所述车型所处区域可由***自动确定,或者通过工作人员采用人工的方式确定。实际应用中,每 个车型所处区域都可有独立的编号等标识,将各标识与车型所处的区域进行关联;每个车型可对应多个区域。
需要说明的是,在一种实施方式中,车型和区域的对应关系,可基于用户手动设置而确定。在另一种实施方式中,车型和区域的对应关系,也可基于***自动设置而确定,比如***可基于车身的形状自动确定对应的车型,确定车型对应的标识,在基于该车辆所在的区域将该区域与车型对应的标识关联。
在一些实施例中,每个车型对应一个区域。示例性地,哈弗H6车型汽车在区域1展示,哈弗H7车型汽车在区域2展示,哈弗M6车型汽车在区域3展示,哈弗F7车型汽车在区域4展示。
在另一些实施例中,相同车型可对应一个或多个区域。示例性地,哈弗H6车型汽车在区域1和区域2展示,哈弗H7车型汽车在区域3和区域4展示,哈弗M6车型汽车在区域5展示,哈弗F7车型汽车在区域6展示。
在一些实施例中,车型和区域的关系可以预先确定。比如,可由目标场所的管理人员设置车型和区域的关系,或者基于车辆位置确定车型和区域的关系。
在一些实施方式中,确定单个所述目标人物在所述目标车型所处区域内的停留时长,包括:响应于所述目标人物的相邻出现在所述目标车型所处区域且所述相邻出现所对应的时间差小于或等于预设时间阈值,将所述相邻出现所对应的时间差计入所述目标人物在所述目标车型所处区域的停留时长。
在另一些实施方式中,确定单个所述目标人物在所述目标车型所处区域内的停留时长,包括:响应于所述目标人物的相邻出现在所述目标车型所处区域所对应的时间差大于预设时间阈值,确定不将所述相邻出现所对应的时间差计入所述目标人物在所述对应的车型区域的停留时长。
需要说明的是,所述预设时间阈值可根据实际情况或数据维护人员需求进行设定或调整。
例如,假设预设时间阈值为5分钟(min),负责采集图像和图像识别处理的前端服务器每隔1分钟向负责关注车型分析的后台服务器发送一次报文,该报文中含有各个目标人物的时间信息和位置信息;后台服务器接收到了关于目标人物D的到访信息的报文,具体包括目标人物D在9:00出现在第1车型区域;在第7分钟时,后台服务器接收到了关于目标人物D的到访信息,具体包括目标人物D在9:07出现在第1车型区域;而在9:00至9:07中的各时间点,后台服务器均没有接收到关于目标人物D的报文,则后台服务器判定目标人物D实际上只是被抓拍到,不记录目标人物D的停留时长。
又例如,假设在第1分钟时,后台服务器接收到了关于目标人物B的到访信息,具体包括目标人物B在9:01出现在第1车型区域;在第2分钟时,后台服务器接收到了关于目标人物B的到访信息,具体包括目标人物B在9:02出现在第2车型区域,在第3分钟、4分钟、5分钟,6分钟、7分钟,后台服务器均没有接收到关于目标人物B的报文,则后台服务器判定目标人物B实际上已经离开,不记录目标人物B的停留时长。
再例如,假设在第1分钟时,后台服务器接收到了关于目标人物C的到访信息,具体包括目标人物C在9:01出现在第1车型区域;在第2分钟时,后台服务器接收到了关于目标人物C的到访信息,具体包括目标人物C在9:02出现在第2车型区域,在第3分钟、4分钟、5分钟,6分钟、7分钟,后台服务器均没有接收到关于目标人物C的报文,那么,则后台服务器判定目标人物C在第一车型区域的停留时间为1分钟。
如此,通过设定预设时间阈值来确定每个目标人物对车型区域的停留时长,从而为 确定目标人物的关注车型提供更为合理的、更为精确的数据基础。
为了便于统计停留时长,在一些实施例中,为每个车型区域配置独立的累加器;以设定时间段为单位,通过所述累加器对所述车型区域出现的目标人物的停留时长进行累加,得到所述设定时间段内所述车型区域的累计停留时长;将所述设定时间范围内的至少一个所述设定时间段的所述车型区域的累计停留时长进行累加,得到所述车型区域的总停留时长。进一步地,响应于所述设定时间段超时,对所述累加器进行重置。
需要说明的是,所述设定时间段可根据数据维护人员需求进行设定或调整。
为了保证数据的实时性,以设定时间段为一天为例,每天的每一个车型都有一个单独的累加器,一天结束时存储该累加器所累加得到的数值,然后对该累加器重置,以便于统计下一天的目标人物停留时长。
示例性地,预设时间范围包括3个设定时间段,第1车型区域在第1个设定时间段的累计停留时长为t1,第1车型区域在第2个设定时间段的累计停留时长为t2,第1车型区域在第3个设定时间段的累计停留时长为t3,那么,在该预设时间范围内,第1车型区域的累计总停留时长为t1+t2+t3。
为了更好地实现对单个目标人物的服务,在一些实施例中,所述方法还包括:基于每个目标人物对于多个目标车型的停留时长信息,确定所述每个目标人物的关注车型。例如,某个目标人物在目标车型1的停留时长为20分钟,在目标车型1的停留时长为5分钟,则可表明该目标人物比较关注目标车型1。
如此,确定单个目标人物的关注车型,在目标人物下次到访时,便于销售人员对目标人物进行针对***,从而提高目标人物体验和销售转换率。
在一些实施例中,所述步骤101可包括:从本地或第一设备获取目标车型在预设时间范围内的成交量。
这里,所述第一设备是能够与所述电子设备连接的设备。本公开实施例中,并不对所述第一设备与所述电子设备的连接方式进行限定,该连接方式可以是有线连接,还可以是无线连接。
如此,能为后续确定目标车型的资源配置数据的评价结果提供更为精确的数据基础。
在一些实施例中,步骤102包括:
步骤1021:根据所述热度与预设热度之间的大小关系,得到第一对比结果;
步骤1022:根据所述成交量与预设成交量之间的大小关系,得到第二对比结果;
步骤1023:基于所述第一对比结果和所述第二对比结果,确定所述评价结果。
在本公开实施例中,所述预设热度可以是指期望达到的热度,所述预设成交量可以是指期望达到的成交量。预设热度和/或预设成交量,可以根据针对目标车型投入的时间、人力成本等,和/或商业需求,预先进行设置,在此对于设置方式等不予限定。
在本公开实施例中,所述第一比对结果表示热度和预设热度的大小的对比结果。例如,所述第一对比结果包括:热度大于或等于预设热度;或者,热度小于预设热度。可以理解,第一比对结果表征目标车型对应的当前热度是否满足预设热度(即是否满足预期)。
在本公开实施例中,所述第二比对结果表示成交量和预设成交量的大小的对比结果。例如,所述第二对比结果包括:成交量大于或等于预设成交量;或者,成交量小于预设成交量。可以理解,第二比对结果表征目标车型对应的成交量是否满足预设成交量(即交易销售的情况是否满足预期)。
在一种可能的实现方式中,基于所述第一对比结果和所述第二对比结果,确定所述评价结果,包括如下至少一项:在所述第一比对结果表示所述热度大于或等于所述预设 热度,且所述第二比对结果表示所述成交量小于所述预设成交量的情况下,确定所述评价结果为第一评价结果;在所述第一比对结果表示所述热度小于所述预设热度,且所述第二比对结果表示所述成交量大于或等于所述预设成交量的情况下,确定所述评价结果为第二评价结果;在所述第一比对结果表示所述热度小于所述预设热度,且所述第二比对结果表示所述成交量小于所述预设成交量的情况下,确定所述评价结果为第三评价结果。
本实施例中,所述评价结果包括至少两个等级,不同等级对应的待调整的资源配置数据的种类不同,和/或,不同等级对应的资源配置数据的调整方式不同。
可以理解,第一评价结果、第二评价结果和第三评价结果,是不同的评价结果,即不同等级的评价结果。
如此,能够给出关于目标车型的资源配置数据的评价结果,有助于后续根据该评价结果给出针对目标车型的资源配置数据的调整方案,从而有助于工作人员根据调整方案进行针对性工作和服务,从而提高顾客体验和销售转换率。
在一些实施方式中,根据所述评价结果,调整所述资源配置数据,包括如下至少一项:在所述评价结果包括所述第一评价结果的情况下,调整所述资源配置数据的内容,所述资源配置数据包括线上资源配置数据和/或线下资源配置数据;在所述评价结果包括所述第二评价结果的情况下,调整所述线下资源配置数据的内容;在所述评价结果包括所述第三评价结果的情况下,调整所述线上资源配置数据和所述线下资源配置数据的内容。
在一些实施方式中,根据所述评价结果,输出所述评价结果对应的资源调整建议,可包括如下至少一项:在所述评价结果包括所述第一评价结果的情况下,输出第一资源调整建议,所述第一资源调整建议中包括对所述资源配置数据包括的线上资源配置数据和/或线下资源配置数据进行调整;在所述评价结果包括所述第二评价结果的情况下,输出第二资源调整建议,所述第二资源调整建议包括对所述资源配置数据包括的线下资源配置数据的内容进行调整;在所述评价结果包括所述第三评价结果的情况下,输出第三资源调整建议,所述第三资源调整建议包括对所述资源配置数据包括的所述线上资源配置数据和所述线下资源配置数据的内容进行调整。
在本公开实施例中,“线上”可以是指基于电子商务网站的商品或服务的在线交易的一种商务模式。例如,线上资源配置数据至少包括如下的一项或是多项的组合:网页中产品呈现位置、呈现时间、广告推送的内容、电视广播等内容等等,当然也可以包括多于或是少于上述例举情况的内容,在此对于线上资源配置数据的具体内容不予限定,结合不同的场景、需求,可以选取相同或是不同的线上资源配置数据。
在本公开实施例中,“线下”可以是指基于实体店的商品或服务的实际体验的一种商务模式。例如,线下资源配置数据至少包括如下的一项或是多项的组合:实体店中广告牌的摆放位置、实体店中产品放置位置、实体店中显示屏显示对象的频次和时间等内容,当然也可以包括多于或是少于上述例举情况的内容,在此对于线下资源配置数据的具体内容不予限定,结合不同的场景、需求,可以选取相同或是不同的线下资源配置数据。
如此,能够有助于根据资源配置数据的调整方案,来指导调整目标车型的资源配置,从而有助于工作人员根据调整方案进行针对性工作和服务,从而提高顾客体验和销售转换率。
在一种实现方式中,所述线下资源配置数据的内容可以至少包括所述目标车型的放置位置、售价、售后服务、资源配置数据推送方式中的至少一项。所述线上资源配置数据的内容可以至少包括所述目标车型相关信息的呈现位置、售价、售后服务、资源配置 数据推送方式中的至少一项。
其中,上述资源配置数据推送方式可以至少包括资源配置数据的推送时间、相邻两次资源配置数据的推送间隔、推送资源配置数据的途径中的至少一项。
示例性地,若预设时间范围内的热度大于或等于预设热度,且成交量小于预设成交量(即上述第一评价结果)的情况下,调整线上资源配置数据和/或线下资源配置数据。例如,调整线上资源配置的内容包括:降低目标车型的售价、延长保修期、增加辅助性赠品、加大返现力度、增大消息推送频率等等。又例如,调整线下资源配置的内容包括:将目标车型的摆放位置与热度低的车型的摆放位置对调、降低目标车型的售价、延长保修期、加大赠品力度、增大消息推送频率等等。
在上述第一评价结果的情况下,输出第一资源调整建议,所述第一资源调整建议中包括对线上资源配置数据和/或线下资源配置数据进行调整。例如,第一资源调整建议中包括的对线上资源配置数据的调整建议可包括:降低目标车型的售价、延长保修期、增加辅助性赠品、加大返现力度、增大消息推送频率等等。又例如,第一资源调整建议中包括的对线下资源配置数据的调整建议可包括:将目标车型的摆放位置与热度低的车型的摆放位置对调、降低目标车型的售价、延长保修期、加大赠品力度、增大消息推送频率等等。
示例性地,若预设时间范围内的热度小于预设热度,且成交量大于或等于预设成交量(即上述第二评价结果)的情况下,调整线下资源配置数据的内容。例如,调整目标车型的摆放位置等等,可以将目标车型的摆放位置与热度高的车型的摆放位置对调,增大消息推送频率。
在上述第二评价结果的情况下,输出第二资源调整建议,所述第二资源调整建议中包括对线下资源配置数据的内容进行调整。例如,第二资源调整建议中包括的对线下资源配置数据的调整建议可包括:调整目标车型的摆放位置等等。

为了方便目标场所的工作人员基于实际场景需求,自主选择预设时间范围,从而得到更具有针对性的评价结果及相应的调整方案。因此,在一种实现方式中,工作人员可以通过终端输入查询条件,以锁定需要得出评价结果及相应调整方案的预设时间范围。即在一些实施例中,在所述方法应用于一种服务器的情况下,所述方法还包括:接收终端发送的查询条件,所述查询条件至少包括所述预设时间范围;响应于所述查询条件,获取目标场所的目标车型在预设时间范围内的热度及成交量;基于所述热度和所述成交量,对所述目标车型的资源配置数据进行评价,得到所述资源配置数据的评价结果;根据所述评价结果,调整所述资源配置数据。
如此,可为终端提供查询服务,能为终端提供某一时间范围内车型的评价结果和资源配置数据的调整方案,便于工作人员根据车型的评价结果和资源配置数据的调整方案制定工作计划,以提升顾客体验和销售转化率。
本公开实施例提供的技术方案,获取目标场所的目标车型在预设时间范围内的热度及成交量;基于所述热度和所述成交量,对所述目标车型的资源配置数据进行评价,得到所述资源配置数据的评价结果;根据所述评价结果,调整所述资源配置数据或输出所述评价结果对应的资源调整建议;如此,能够更准确的掌握目标车型的热度及成交量的数据,而且能够给出目标车型的资源配置数据的评价结果,还能给出合理的资源配置数据的调整方案,有利于根据资源配置数据的评价结果和调整方案进行针对性的工作和服务,从而在基于数据整理结果,锁定影响成交量的核心因素的情况下,合理规划基于目标车型的资源分配情况,以进一步提高顾客体验和销售转换率。
在一些实施例中,上述方法可以应用于一种服务器,其中,服务器可以为云端服务器和/或前端服务器,例如,上述方法由前端服务器(例如视频一体机)和云端服务器实现,其中,前端服务器对采集图像进行人脸和人体跟踪,得到人脸和人体跟踪结果,并基于人脸和/或人体图像的质量确定基于哪种图像信息进行行人识别,再向云端服务器发送确定的图像信息;云端服务器在接收到前端服务器发送的图像信息之后,基于接收到的图像信息查询对应的数据库,得到行人识别结果,并向终端发送相应的各种处理结果。
基于此,在一些可选实施例中,所述根据所述评价结果,输出所述评价结果对应的资源调整建议,包括:向终端发送所述评价结果对应的资源调整建议,以使所述终端通 过显示界面展示至少部分所述资源调整建议。
本实施例中,服务器可将目标车型的热度和车型的成交量等信息,以及车型的资源配置数据的评价结果、评价结果对应的调整方案等信息发送至终端,以通过终端显示上述信息,便于相关工作人员可快速的看到当前目标车型的热度和车型的成交量等信息,以及车型的资源配置数据的评价结果、评价结果对应的调整方案,便于相关工作人员可对目标车型的相关的资源配置数据进行快速调整。
在一些实施例中,所述方法应用于一种终端,所述根据所述评价结果,输出所述评价结果对应的资源调整建议,包括:通过所述终端的显示界面展示至少部分所述评价结果对应的资源调整建议。
本实施例中,终端可将目标车型的热度和车型的成交量等信息,以及车型的资源配置数据的评价结果、评价结果对应的调整方案等信息通过显示界面进行至少部分信息的展示,以通过终端对上述信息的展示,便于相关工作人员可快速的看到当前目标车型的热度和车型的成交量等信息,以及车型的资源配置数据的评价结果、评价结果对应的调整方案,便于相关工作人员可对目标车型的相关的资源配置数据进行快速调整。
本公开实施例提供了一种资源配置数据的处理方法,应用于终端,该终端包括但不限于固定终端和/或移动终端,例如,所述固定终端包括但不限于PC、或者电视等;所述移动终端包括但不限于手机、或平板电脑、或可穿戴式设备等。如图2所示,所述方法包括以下步骤。

图3示出了一种车型热度展示界面,如图3所示,在展示界面上展示有门店车型热度排行,当然,在展示界面上还可以展示其他数据。
其中,同一车型的停留时长的计算方式包括:计算所有目标人物在预设时间段内在各个车型区域的驻留时长,同一车型区域驻留时长进行累加。
为了保证数据的实时性,采取数据流处理的实现方式,每天的每一个车型都有一个单独的停留时间累加器,一天结束时将该累加器落盘。
实际应用中,终端上接收时间范围为历史某一天D1的查询条件,服务器基于该查询条件从数据库中筛选出D1上每个车型的停留时长,排序后得到车型热度排行。

通过展示界面,可供4S店销售和门店探知到门店目标人物对各个车型的关注度热度,结合门店车型推广需要和营销策略,对4S店内车型的摆放及营销活动效果反馈提供数据支撑;尤其对区域公司、经销商和主机厂来说,可以足不出户远程获知到各个门店目标人物群体对各个车型的关注度强弱,以支撑运营决策和对销售/门店的工作效果评价。

实际应用中,上述的通信模块40的具体结构可对应于通信接口,所述通信接口在实际应用中可通过通信模组(包含:基础通信套件、操作***、通信模块、标准化接口和协议等)及收发天线实现。上述显示处理模块50的具体结构可对应于处理器结合显示屏。上述输入模块60的具体结构可对应于处理器。所述处理器具体的结构可以为CPU、MCU、DSP或PLC等具有处理功能的电子元器件或电子元器件的集合。其中,所述处理器包括可执行代码,所述可执行代码存储在存储介质中,所述处理器可以通过总线等通信接口与所述存储介质中相连,在执行具体的各单元的对应功能时,从所述存储介质中读取并运行所述可执行代码。所述存储介质用于存储所述可执行代码的部分优选为非瞬间存储介质。
本公开实施例提供的资源配置数据的处理装置,能够更准确的掌握目标车型的热度及成交量的数据,而且能够给出目标车型的资源配置数据的评价结果,还能给出合理的资源配置数据的调整方案,有利于根据资源配置数据的评价结果和调整方案进行针对性的工作和服务,从而在基于数据整理结果,锁定影响成交量的核心因素的情况下,合理规划基于目标车型的资源分配情况,以进一步提高顾客体验和销售转换率。
本公开实施例还记载了一种资源配置数据的处理装置,图6为本公开实施例提供的资源配置数据的处理装置的硬件组成结构示意图,如图6所示,所述装置包括:存储器62、处理器61及存储在存储器62上并可在处理器61上运行的计算机程序,所述处理器61执行所述程序时实现前述任意一个技术方案提供的应用于电子设备或应用于终端的资源配置数据的处理方法。
本领域技术人员应当理解,图4或图5所示的资源配置数据的处理装置中各处理单元的功能可通过运行于处理器上的程序而实现,也可通过具体的逻辑电路而实现。
本公开实施例提供的资源配置数据的处理装置,能够更准确的掌握目标车型的热度及成交量的数据,而且能够给出目标车型的资源配置数据的评价结果,还能给出合理的资源配置数据的调整方案,有利于根据资源配置数据的评价结果和调整方案进行针对性的工作和服务,从而在基于数据整理结果,锁定影响成交量的核心因素的情况下,合理规划基于目标车型的资源分配情况,以进一步提高顾客体验和销售转换率。
可选地,在资源配置数据的处理装置应用于服务器的情况下,所述资源配置数据的处理装置还包括通信接口64。通信接口64用于资源配置数据的处理装置与其他设备之间有线或无线方式的通信。
可选地,在资源配置数据的处理装置应用于终端的情况下,所述资源配置数据的处理装置还包括显示器65。显示器65可以包括液晶显示器(LCD,Liquid Crystal Display)和触控面板(TP,Touch Panel)。如果屏幕包括触控面板,屏幕可以由触摸屏来实现,以接收来自用户的输入信号。
可以理解,资源配置数据的处理装置中的各个组件通过总线***63耦合在一起。可理解,总线***63用于实现这些组件之间的连接通信。总线***63除包括数据总线之外,还包括电源总线、控制总线和状态信号总线。但是为了清楚说明起见,在图6中将各种总线都标为总线***63。
可以理解,存储器62可以是易失性存储器或非易失性存储器,也可包括易失性和非易失性存储器两者。其中,非易失性存储器可以是只读存储器(Read Only Memory,ROM)、可编程只读存储器(Programmable Read-Only Memory,PROM)、可擦除可编程只读存储器(Erasable Programmable Read-Only Memory,EPROM)、电可擦除可编程只读存储器(Electrically Erasable Programmable Read-Only Memory,EEPROM)、磁性随机存取存储器(Ferromagnetic Random Access Memory,FRAM)、快闪存储器(Flash Memory)、磁表面存储器、光盘、或只读光盘(Compact Disc Read-Only Memory,CD-ROM);磁表面存储器可以是磁盘存储器或磁带存储器。易失性存储器可以是随机存取存储器(Random Access Memory,RAM),其用作外部高速缓存。通过示例性但不是限制性说明,许多形式的RAM可用,例如静态随机存取存储器(Static Random Access Memory,SRAM)、同步静态随机存取存储器(Synchronous Static Random Access Memory,SSRAM)、动态随机存取存储器(Dynamic Random Access Memory,DRAM)、同步动态随机存取存储器(Synchronous Dynamic Random Access Memory,SDRAM)、双倍数据速率同步动态随机存取存储器(Double Data Rate Synchronous Dynamic Random Access Memory,DDRSDRAM)、增强型同步动态随机存取存储器(Enhanced Synchronous Dynamic Random Access Memory,ESDRAM)、同步连接动态随机存取存储器(SyncLink Dynamic Random Access Memory,SLDRAM)、直接内存总线随机存取存储器(Direct Rambus Random Access Memory,DRRAM)。本公开实施例描述的存储器62旨在包括但不限于这些和任意其它适合类型的存储器。
上述本公开实施例揭示的方法可以应用于处理器61中,或者由处理器61实现。处理器61可能是一种集成电路芯片,具有信号的处理能力。在实现过程中,上述方法的各步骤可以通过处理器61中的硬件的集成逻辑电路或者软件形式的指令完成。上述的处理器61可以是通用处理器、DSP,或者其他可编程逻辑器件、分立门或者晶体管逻辑器件、分立硬件组件等。处理器61可以实现或者执行本公开实施例中的公开的各方法、步骤及逻辑框图。通用处理器可以是微处理器或者任何常规的处理器等。结合本公开实施例所公开的方法的步骤,可以直接体现为硬件译码处理器执行完成,或者用译码处理器中的硬件及软件模块组合执行完成。软件模块可以位于存储介质中,该存储介质位于存储器62,处理器61读取存储器62中的信息,结合其硬件完成前述方法的步骤。
在示例性实施例中,资源配置数据的处理装置可以被一个或多个应用专用集成电路(Application Specific Integrated Circuit,ASIC)、DSP、可编程逻辑器件(Programmable Logic Device,PLD)、复杂可编程逻辑器件(Complex Programmable Logic Device,CPLD)、FPGA、通用处理器、控制器、MCU、微处理器(Microprocessor)、或其他电子元件实现,用于执行前述方法。
本公开实施例还记载了一种计算机存储介质,所述计算机存储介质中存储有计算机可执行指令,所述计算机可执行指令用于执行前述各个实施例所述的应用于电子设备的资源配置数据的处理方法;或者,所述计算机可执行指令用于执行前述各个实施例所述的应用于终端的资源配置数据的处理方法。也就是说,所述计算机可执行指令被处理器执行之后,能够实现前述任意一个技术方案提供的应用于电子设备或应用于终端的资源配置数据的处理方法。
本领域技术人员应当理解,本实施例的计算机存储介质中各程序的功能,可参照前 述各实施例所述的应用于电子设备或应用于终端的资源配置数据的处理方法的相关描述而理解。
本公开实施例还提供了一种计算机程序,所述计算机程序使得计算机执行本公开实施例所述的应用于电子设备或应用于终端的资源配置数据的处理方法。

Claims (27)

  1. 一种资源配置数据的处理方法,所述方法包括:
    获取目标场所的目标车型在预设时间范围内的热度及成交量;
    基于所述热度和所述成交量,对所述目标车型的资源配置数据进行评价,得到所述资源配置数据的评价结果;
    根据所述评价结果,调整所述资源配置数据或输出所述评价结果对应的资源调整建议。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中,所述基于所述热度和所述成交量,对所述目标车型的资源配置数据进行评价,得到所述资源配置数据的评价结果,包括:
    根据所述热度与预设热度之间的大小关系,得到第一对比结果;
    根据所述成交量与预设成交量之间的大小关系,得到第二对比结果;
    基于所述第一对比结果和所述第二对比结果,确定所述评价结果。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中,所述预设时间范围包括第一预设时间范围和第二预设时间范围;
    所述基于所述热度和所述成交量,对所述目标车型的资源配置数据进行评价,得到所述资源配置数据的评价结果,包括:
    确定在所述第一预设时间范围内的所述热度,相对于在所述第二预设时间范围内的所述热度的第一变化趋势;
    确定在所述第一预设时间范围内的所述成交量,相对于在所述第二预设时间范围内的所述成交量的第二变化趋势;
    基于所述第一变化趋势和所述第二变化趋势,确定所述评价结果。
  4. 根据权利要求2或3所述的方法,其中,所述评价结果包括至少两个等级;
    不同等级对应的待调整的资源配置数据的种类不同,和/或,不同等级对应的资源配置数据的调整方式不同。
  5. 根据权利要求2所述的方法,其中,所述基于所述第一对比结果和所述第二对比结果,确定所述评价结果,包括如下至少一项:
    在所述第一比对结果表示所述热度大于或等于所述预设热度,且所述第二比对结果表示所述成交量小于所述预设成交量的情况下,确定所述评价结果为第一评价结果;
    在所述第一比对结果表示所述热度小于所述预设热度,且所述第二比对结果表示所述成交量大于或等于所述预设成交量的情况下,确定所述评价结果为第二评价结果;
    在所述第一比对结果表示所述热度小于所述预设热度,且所述第二比对结果表示所述成交量小于所述预设成交量的情况下,确定所述评价结果为第三评价结果。
  6. 根据权利要求3所述的方法,其中,所述基于所述第一变化趋势和所述第二变化趋势,确定所述评价结果,包括如下至少一项:
    在所述第一变化趋势为上升趋势,且所述第二趋势为下降趋势的情况下,确定所述评价结果为第一评价结果;
    在所述第一变化趋势为下降趋势,且所述第二趋势为上升趋势的情况下,确定所述评价结果为第二评价结果;
    在所述第一变化趋势为下降趋势,且所述第二趋势为下降趋势的情况下,确定所述评价结果为第三评价结果。
  7. 根据权利要求5或6所述的方法,其中,所述根据所述评价结果,调整所述资源配置数据,包括如下至少一项:
    在所述评价结果包括所述第一评价结果的情况下,调整所述资源配置数据的内容,所述资源配置数据包括线上资源配置数据和/或线下资源配置数据;
    在所述评价结果包括所述第二评价结果的情况下,调整所述线下资源配置数据的内容;
    在所述评价结果包括所述第三评价结果的情况下,调整所述线上资源配置数据和所述线下资源配置数据的内容。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的方法,其中,所述线下资源配置数据的内容至少包括所述目标车型的放置位置、售价、售后服务、资源配置数据推送方式中的至少一项;
    和/或,所述线上资源配置数据的内容至少包括所述目标车型相关信息的呈现位置、售价、售后服务、资源配置数据推送方式中的至少一项;
    和/或,所述资源配置数据推送方式至少包括资源配置数据的推送时间、相邻两次资源配置数据的推送间隔、推送资源配置数据的途径中的至少一项。
  9. 根据权利要求1至8中任意一项所述的方法,其中,所述获取目标场所的目标车型在预设时间范围内的热度,包括:
    基于所述预设时间范围内到访的多个人物的视频图像,确定目标车型对应的总停留时长;
    基于所述目标车型对应的总停留时长,确定所述目标车型的热度。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的方法,其中,所述基于所述预设时间范围内到访的多个人物的视频图像,确定目标车型对应的总停留时长,包括:
    基于多张所述视频图像中出现目标人物的位置信息和所述目标车型所处区域的位置信息,确定所述目标人物所在的车型区域;
    根据多张所述视频图像的采集时间和所述目标人物所在的车型区域,确定多张所述视频图像中所述目标人物在所述目标车型所处区域内的停留时长;
    根据多个所述目标人物在所述目标车型所处区域内的停留时长,确定所述目标车型对应的总停留时长。
  11. 根据权利要求1至10中任意一项所述的方法,其中,所述方法应用于一种服务器,所述根据所述评价结果,输出所述评价结果对应的资源调整建议,包括:
    向终端发送所述评价结果对应的资源调整建议,以使所述终端通过显示界面展示至少部分所述资源调整建议。
  12. 根据权利要求1至10中任意一项所述的方法,其中,所述方法应用于一种终端,所述根据所述评价结果,输出所述评价结果对应的资源调整建议,包括:
    通过所述终端的显示界面展示至少部分所述评价结果对应的资源调整建议。
  13. 一种资源配置数据的处理装置,所述装置包括:
    获取模块,配置为获取目标场所的目标车型在预设时间范围内的热度及成交量;
    评价模块,配置为基于所述热度和所述成交量,对所述目标车型的资源配置数据进行评价,得到所述资源配置数据的评价结果;
    执行模块,配置为根据所述评价结果,调整所述资源配置数据或输出所述评价结果对应的资源调整建议。
  14. 根据权利要求13所述的装置,其中,所述评价模块,配置为根据所述热度与预设热度之间的大小关系,得到第一对比结果;根据所述成交量与预设成交量之间的大小关系,得到第二对比结果;基于所述第一对比结果和所述第二对比结果,确定所述评价结果。
  15. 根据权利要求13所述的装置,其中,所述预设时间范围包括第一预设时间范围和第二预设时间范围;所述评价模块,配置为确定在所述第一预设时间范围内的所述 热度,相对于在所述第二预设时间范围内的所述热度的第一变化趋势;确定在所述第一预设时间范围内的所述成交量,相对于在所述第二预设时间范围内的所述成交量的第二变化趋势;基于所述第一变化趋势和所述第二变化趋势,确定所述评价结果。
  16. 根据权利要求14或15所述的装置,其中,所述评价结果包括至少两个等级;不同等级对应的待调整的资源配置数据的种类不同,和/或,不同等级对应的资源配置数据的调整方式不同。
  17. 根据权利要求14所述的装置,其中,所述评价模块,配置为基于所述第一对比结果和所述第二对比结果,确定所述评价结果,包括如下至少一项:在所述第一比对结果表示所述热度大于或等于所述预设热度,且所述第二比对结果表示所述成交量小于所述预设成交量的情况下,确定所述评价结果为第一评价结果;在所述第一比对结果表示所述热度小于所述预设热度,且所述第二比对结果表示所述成交量大于或等于所述预设成交量的情况下,确定所述评价结果为第二评价结果;在所述第一比对结果表示所述热度小于所述预设热度,且所述第二比对结果表示所述成交量小于所述预设成交量的情况下,确定所述评价结果为第三评价结果。
  18. 根据权利要求15所述的装置,其中,所述评价模块,配置为基于所述第一变化趋势和所述第二变化趋势,确定所述评价结果,包括如下至少一项:在所述第一变化趋势为上升趋势,且所述第二趋势为下降趋势的情况下,确定所述评价结果为第一评价结果;在所述第一变化趋势为下降趋势,且所述第二趋势为上升趋势的情况下,确定所述评价结果为第二评价结果;在所述第一变化趋势为下降趋势,且所述第二趋势为下降趋势的情况下,确定所述评价结果为第三评价结果。
  19. 根据权利要求17或18中任意一项所述的装置,其中,所述执行模块,配置为根据所述评价结果,调整所述资源配置数据,包括如下至少一项:在所述评价结果包括所述第一评价结果的情况下,调整所述资源配置数据的内容,所述资源配置数据包括线上资源配置数据和/或线下资源配置数据;在所述评价结果包括所述第二评价结果的情况下,调整所述线下资源配置数据的内容;在所述评价结果包括所述第三评价结果的情况下,调整所述线上资源配置数据和所述线下资源配置数据的内容。
  20. 根据权利要求19所述的装置,其中,所述线下资源配置数据的内容至少包括所述目标车型的放置位置、售价、售后服务、资源配置数据推送方式中的至少一项;
    和/或,所述线上资源配置数据的内容至少包括所述目标车型相关信息的呈现位置、售价、售后服务、资源配置数据推送方式中的至少一项;
    和/或,所述资源配置数据推送方式至少包括资源配置数据的推送时间、相邻两次资源配置数据的推送间隔、推送资源配置数据的途径中的至少一项。
  21. 根据权利要13至20中任意一项所述的装置,其中,所述获取模块,配置为基于所述预设时间范围内到访的多个人物的视频图像,确定目标车型对应的总停留时长;基于所述目标车型对应的总停留时长,确定所述目标车型的热度。
  22. 根据权利要求21所述的装置,其中,所述获取模块,配置为基于多张所述视频图像中出现目标人物的位置信息和所述目标车型所处区域的位置信息,确定所述目标人物所在的车型区域;根据多张所述视频图像的采集时间和所述目标人物所在的车型区域,确定多张所述视频图像中所述目标人物在所述目标车型所处区域内的停留时长;根据多个所述目标人物在所述目标车型所处区域内的停留时长,确定所述目标车型对应的总停留时长。
  23. 根据权利要求13至22任一项所述的装置,其中,所述装置应用于一种服务器;所述执行模块,配置为向终端发送所述评价结果对应的资源调整建议,以使所述终端通过显示界面展示至少部分所述资源调整建议。
  24. 根据权利要求13至22任一项所述的装置,其中,所述装置应用于一种终端;所述执行模块,配置为通过所述终端的显示界面展示至少部分所述评价结果对应的资源调整建议。
  25. 一种资源配置数据的处理装置,所述装置包括:存储器、处理器及存储在存储器上并可在处理器上运行的计算机程序,所述处理器执行所述程序时实现权利要求1至12任一项所述的资源配置数据的处理方法。
  26. 一种计算机存储介质,所述计算机存储介质存储有计算机程序,所述计算机程序被处理器执行时,使得所述处理器执行权利要求1至12任一项所述的资源配置数据的处理方法。
  27. 一种计算机程序,所述计算机程序使得计算机执行权利要求1至12任一项所述的资源配置数据的处理方法。
