在PCB钻孔工艺后,需要通过专用设备将PIN针拆除,当前市场上一部分是PCB生产厂家是通过人工一叠叠将PIN拆除,另一部分PCB生产厂家通过非标的自动化拆PIN设备将PIN针拆除。
在实际生产过程中,每叠PCB钻孔前,由垫木板+PCB板(2PNL或3PNL)+铝片组合而成。非标自动化拆PIN设备在拆除PIN针后,还需要自动将铝片、PCB板、垫木板分离并将铝片、垫木板分类存放,让PCB板通过流水线输送带送至下一工位。
由于PCB生产厂家生产外形尺寸规格较多,拆PIN设备需要兼容多种生产规格PCB板。
技术问题
当前市场现有非标自动拆PIN设备,一般是将分离后铝片通过机械手臂存放在机台的侧面,同时由于铝片外形尺寸各不相同,表面钻孔多且没规律,带来以下问题:(1)非标自动拆PIN设备的宽度至少在2米以上,对于场地的要求较高;(2)铝片尺寸不一,设备更换型号时需要人工手动调节执行端,对作业水平要求较高;(3)铝片下料采用吸附方式,当铝片定位偶然偏差较大时,下料过程出现掉铝片现场。
技术解决方案

抓取机构位于第一输送机构靠近第二输送机构的两个滚筒之间的间隙的上方,因此第一升降机构在将隔离板推动至超出第一输送机构靠近第二输送机构的两个滚筒之间的间隙的上方阻挡PCB板的输送时,PCB板的边缘会位于抓取机构的下方,则铝片的边缘也会位于抓取机构的下方,便于抓取机构位于铝片的边缘进行抓取以抬起铝片。
其中,基座上对应所述隔离板设置有开口,以使隔离板在上升的过程中能穿过基座进入到第一输送机构的相邻两滚筒之间从而达到阻挡第一输送机构上的PCB板继续移动的目的。
进一步的,所述基座上还设置有两个导轨,所述两个导轨分别设置于所述两个第一安装板的外侧且与所述第一安装板平行设置,所述导轨上可滑动地设置有滑块,所述分离条的两端分别固定设置于所述两个导轨上的滑块上,所述基座上还设置有第一驱动机构,所述第一驱动机构与所述滑块驱动连接,用以驱动所述滑块沿着所述导轨往复滑动。
其中,第一驱动机构可以为气缸。
进一步的,所述第二输送机构包括固定设置于所述基座上的两个相互平行的第二安装板,所述第二安装板之间可转动地设置有若干相互平行的滚筒,所述两个第二安装板分别对齐两个第一安装板设置。
两个第二安装板分别对齐两个第一安装板设置,便于将第二输送机构与第一输送机构拼合在一起形成输送机构,从而使得PCB在输送机构上顺畅地移动。
进一步的,所述机架上还设置有导向板,所述导向板位于所述导轴与所述收集腔之间,所述导向板的上端与所述分离条平齐设置,所述导向板的下端朝向所述收集腔倾斜设置。
连接皮带经过导向板与导轴之间,且导向板的上端与位于导轴与分离条之间的连接皮带平齐,因此随着连接皮带移动的铝片会移动到导向板的上端并沿着导向板的倾斜度滑动到收集腔中,优选地,收集腔的底部水平设置将导向板与水平方向的夹角设置为30-40°可以保证铝片能水平地落到收集腔的底部;另外,收集腔可以设置为与外界空间连通,用于将手推车放入到收集腔内,以使铝片直接水平地叠放到手推车上,用以方便地对铝片进行运输。
进一步的,所述机架上设置有第二升降机构和第三升降机构,所述第二升降机构与所述基座驱动连接,用以驱动所述基座上下往复移动,所述第三升降机构与所述抓取机构驱动连接,用于驱动所述抓取机构上下往复移动。
第二升降机构和第三升降机构可以为气缸,其中,第二升降机构用于驱动基座上下移动,第三升降机构用于驱动抓取机构上下移动。
有益效果
本发明可以将铝片收集到第二输送机构的下方,进而可以利用第二输送机构的下方的空间,从而减少本发明在水平方向的空间占有率,降低对于厂房面积的要求。另外,本发明使用分隔板分离铝片的方式对PCB板的铝片进行分离,可以避免铝片偏转划伤PCB板以及避免因铝片掉落而对PCB板造成损伤。

本发明的最佳实施方式
为了便于本领域技术人员理解,下面将结合附图以及实施例对本发明做进一步详细描述:
如图1-4,一种PCB铝片下料机构,包括机架1,所述机架1上水平设置有输送机构,所述输送机构由第一输送机构和第二输送机构拼合而成,所述第二输送机构固定设置于所述机架1上,所述机架1上还设置有收集腔11,所述收集腔11位于所述第二输送机构的下方;所述机架1上可移动地设置有基座5,所述第一输送机构设置于所述基座5,所述基座5上设置有分离条27,所述分离条27可沿着所述第一输送机构的输送方向往复移动地设置于所述第一输送机构的上方;所述机架1上还设置有导轴24,所述导轴24可转动地设置于所述第二输送机构的下方且所述导轴24与所述分离条27位于同一水平高度,所述分离条27靠近所述第二输送机构的一侧固定设置有连接皮带26,所述连接皮带26远离所述分离条27的一端绕过所述导轴24延伸至所述第二输送机构的下方的收集腔11中;所述机架1上还可上下移动地设置有抓取机构42,所述抓取机构42位于所述第一输送机构靠近所述第二输送机构的一端的上方。
本发明用于将拆PIN处理后的PCB板6上方的铝片分离出PCB板6,其中,本发明处于初始状态时,第一输送机构位于第二输送机构的下方与前一拆PIN工序的输送机构相连接。
本发明的工作流程为:首先,第一输送机构承接来自上一工序的已经拆PIN完成的PCB板6,并将PCB板6输送至靠近第二输送机构,并使得PCB板6的边缘位于抓取机构42的下方,然后抓取机构42下移抓住PCB板6的上方的铝片的边缘,并将铝片的边缘向上抬起至超过分离条27的高度使得铝片处于倾斜状态,然后基座5上的分离条27拉动连接皮带26朝向PCB板6移动,直至分离条27将铝片完全与PCB板6分离,此时连接皮带26远离分隔条的一端被沿着导轴24向上拉动、铝片未被抬起的一端位于与分离条27连接的连接皮带26上,然后抓取装置放下铝片,将铝片放置在连接皮带26上;然后分离条27复位,连接皮带26由于自重的作用沿着导轴24下滑,因此连接皮带26会带动铝片沿着连接皮带26进入到收集腔11中,完成铝片的收集;然后第一输送机构上升与第二输送机构拼合成输送机构,并将第一输送机构上的PCB板6输送到第二输送机构上,然后由第二输送机构将PCB板6输送至下一工序。
其中,可以在连接皮带26远离分离条27的一段设置配重块,用以拉直连接皮带26并保证分离条27在复位的过程中连接皮带26能顺利落回到收集腔11的底部。
本发明可以将铝片收集到第二输送机构的下方,进而可以利用第二输送机构的下方的空间,从而减少本发明在水平方向的空间占有率,降低对于厂房面积的要求。另外,本发明使用分隔板分离铝片的方式对PCB板6的铝片进行分离,可以避免铝片偏转划伤PCB板6以及避免因铝片掉落而对PCB板6造成损伤。
进一步的,所述机架1上还设置有阻挡机构。
阻挡机构用于阻挡PCB板6在第一输送机构上的移动,使得第一输送机构上的PCB板6的边缘停在抓取装置的下方,便于抓取装置对于铝片的边缘的抓取。
其中,抓取机构42为真空吸盘,由于铝片的边缘一般不会设置有孔结构,因此将使用真空吸盘对铝片的边缘进行吸附可以保证将铝板吸起。
进一步的,所述第一输送机构包括固定设置于所述基座5上的两个相互平行的第一安装板21,所述第一安装板21之间可转动地设置有若干相互平行的滚筒22,所述阻挡机构包括可上下移动地设置于所述机架1上的阻隔板23,所述阻隔板23竖直设置于所述第一输送机构的下方,且所述阻隔板23位于所述第一输送机构靠近所述第二输送机构的两个滚筒22之间,所述机架1上还设置有第一升降机构41,所述第一升降机构41与所述阻隔板23驱动连接,用以驱动所述阻隔板23上下移动。
其中,第一升降机构41可以为气缸。
抓取机构42位于第一输送机构靠近第二输送机构的两个滚筒22之间的间隙的上方,因此第一升降机构41在将隔离板推动至超出第一输送机构靠近第二输送机构的两个滚筒22之间的间隙的上方阻挡PCB板6的输送时,PCB板6的边缘会位于抓取机构42的下方,则铝片的边缘也会位于抓取机构42的下方,便于抓取机构42位于铝片的边缘进行抓取以抬起铝片。
其中,基座5上对应所述隔离板设置有开口,以使隔离板在上升的过程中能穿过基座5进入到第一输送机构的相邻两滚筒22之间从而达到阻挡第一输送机构上的PCB板6继续移动的目的。
进一步的,所述基座5上还设置有两个导轨51,所述两个导轨51分别设置于所述两个第一安装板21的外侧且与所述第一安装板21平行设置,所述导轨51上可滑动地设置有滑块52,所述分离条27的两端分别固定设置于所述两个导轨51上的滑块52上,所述基座5上还设置有第一驱动机构,所述第一驱动机构与所述滑块52驱动连接,用以驱动所述滑块52沿着所述导轨51往复滑动。
其中,第一驱动机构可以为气缸。
进一步的,所述第二输送机构包括固定设置于所述基座5上的两个相互平行的第二安装板31,所述第二安装板31之间可转动地设置有若干相互平行的滚筒32,所述两个第二安装板31分别对齐两个第一安装板21设置。
两个第二安装板31分别对齐两个第一安装板21设置,便于将第二输送机构与第一输送机构拼合在一起形成输送机构,从而使得PCB在输送机构上顺畅地移动。
进一步的,所述机架1上还设置有导向板25,所述导向板25位于所述导轴24与所述收集腔11之间,所述导向板25的上端与所述分离条27平齐设置,所述导向板25的下端朝向所述收集腔11倾斜设置。
连接皮带26经过导向板25与导轴24之间,且导向板25的上端与位于导轴24与分离条27之间的连接皮带26平齐,因此随着连接皮带26移动的铝片会移动到导向板25的上端并沿着导向板25的倾斜度滑动到收集腔11中,优选地,收集腔11的底部水平设置将导向板25与水平方向的夹角设置为30-40°可以保证铝片能水平地落到收集腔11的底部;另外,收集腔11可以设置为与外界空间连通,用于将手推车7放入到收集腔11内,以使铝片直接水平地叠放到手推车7上,用以方便地对铝片进行运输。
进一步的,所述机架1上设置有第二升降机构和第三升降机构,所述第二升降机构与所述基座5驱动连接,用以驱动所述基座5上下往复移动,所述第三升降机构与所述抓取机构42驱动连接,用于驱动所述抓取机构42上下往复移动。
第二升降机构和第三升降机构可以为气缸,其中,第二升降机构用于驱动基座5上下移动,第三升降机构用于驱动抓取机构42上下移动。

工业实用性
本发明可以将铝片收集到第二输送机构的下方,以利用第二输送机构的下方的空间减少本发明在水平方向的空间占有率。另外,本发明使用分隔板分离铝片的方式对PCB板的铝片进行分离,可以避免铝片偏转划伤PCB板以及避免因铝片掉落而对PCB板造成损伤。

Claims (7)

  1. 一种PCB铝片下料机构,其特征在于,包括机架,所述机架上水平设置有输送机构,所述输送机构由第一输送机构和第二输送机构拼合而成,所述第二输送机构固定设置于所述机架上,所述机架上还设置有收集腔,所述收集腔位于所述第二输送机构的下方;所述机架上可移动地设置有基座,所述第一输送机构设置于所述基座,所述基座上设置有分离条,所述分离条可沿着所述第一输送机构的输送方向往复移动地设置于所述第一输送机构的上方;所述机架上还设置有导轴,所述导轴可转动地设置于所述第二输送机构的下方且所述导轴与所述分离条位于同一水平高度,所述分离条靠近所述第二输送机构的一侧固定设置有连接皮带,所述连接皮带远离所述分离条的一端绕过所述导轴延伸至所述第二输送机构的下方的收集腔中;所述机架上还可上下移动地设置有抓取机构,所述抓取机构位于所述第一输送机构靠近所述第二输送机构的一端的上方。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的PCB铝片下料机构,其特征在于,所述机架上还设置有阻挡机构。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的PCB铝片下料机构,其特征在于,所述第一输送机构包括固定设置于所述基座上的两个相互平行的第一安装板,所述第一安装板之间可转动地设置有若干相互平行的滚筒,所述阻挡机构包括可上下移动地设置于所述机架上的阻隔板,所述阻隔板竖直设置于所述第一输送机构的下方,且所述阻隔板位于所述第一输送机构靠近所述第二输送机构的两个滚筒之间,所述机架上还设置有第一升降机构,所述第一升降机构与所述阻隔板驱动连接,用以驱动所述阻隔板上下移动。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的PCB铝片下料机构,其特征在于,所述基座上还设置有两个导轨,所述两个导轨分别设置于所述两个第一安装板的外侧且与所述第一安装板平行设置,所述导轨上可滑动地设置有滑块,所述分离条的两端分别固定设置于所述两个导轨上的滑块上,所述基座上还设置有第一驱动机构,所述第一驱动机构与所述滑块驱动连接,用以驱动所述滑块沿着所述导轨往复滑动。
  5. 根据权利要求2所述的PCB铝片下料机构,其特征在于,所述第二输送机构包括固定设置于所述基座上的两个相互平行的第二安装板,所述第二安装板之间可转动地设置有若干相互平行的滚筒,所述两个第二安装板分别对齐两个第一安装板设置。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的PCB铝片下料机构,其特征在于,所述机架上还设置有导向板,所述导向板位于所述导轴与所述收集腔之间,所述导向板的上端与所述分离条平齐设置,所述导向板的下端朝向所述收集腔倾斜设置。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的PCB铝片下料机构,其特征在于,所述机架上设置有第二升降机构和第三升降机构,所述第二升降机构与所述基座驱动连接,用以驱动所述基座上下往复移动,所述第三升降机构与所述抓取机构驱动连接,用于驱动所述抓取机构上下往复移动。
