端子座生产设备 技术领域
本发明涉及端子座生产技术领域,特别是涉及一种端子座生产设备。
背景技术
目前,端子台,端子台又称端子座,端子座是用于电路连接的一种电子元器件,也叫端子排、电连接器等。端子座的壳体是指插头插座的外壳、连接螺帽、尾部附件。外壳作用是保护绝缘体和接触体等电连接器内部零件不被损伤。上面的定位键槽保证插头与插座定位。连接螺帽用于插头座连接和分离。尾部附件用于保护导线与接触体端接处不受损伤并用于固定电缆。壳体还具有一定电磁屏蔽作用。壳体一般采用铝合金加工而成。钢壳体多用于玻璃封焊和耐高温电连接器。端子座的绝缘体由装插针绝缘体、装插孔绝缘体。界面封严体、封线体等组成。用以保持插针插孔在设定位置上,并使各个接触体之间及各接触体与壳体之间相互电气绝缘。通过绝缘体加界面封严体封线体取得封严措施,来提高电连接器的耐环境性能。为适应产品的耐高温,低温,阻燃,保证零件几何尺寸稳定可靠。绝缘体大都采用热固塑料模塑成形。界面封严体、封线体采用硅橡胶模压等成形。
在实际的端子座生产过程中,需要把按钮这一元件装配到端子座上,此时,就需要设计到端子座的上料,现有的企业为了节约成本,多数采用人工上下料的方式,但人工上下料的方式无法进行批量上下料,上下料效率十分低;此外,由于人工需要大量的人力物力,需要企业配备多名上下料工人对端子座进行上下料,这无疑会增加企业的运营成本,不利于企业的产出;再者,人工上下料的方式,很容易造成端子座的损坏,例如人工上下料端子座的过程中,可能因手滑的原因导致端子座跌落至地面,导致端子座的损坏。
发明内容
本发明的目的是克服现有技术中的不足之处,提供一种能够自动对端子座进行上下料操作的,同时可以批量对端子座进行上下料的,无需配备多名上下料人员的,上下料效率高的,节约企业运营成本的以及还能够很好的保护端子座的端子座生产设备。
本发明的目的是通过以下技术方案来实现的:
一种端子座生产设备,包括:
基座;
运输套件,所述运输套件包括底框、顶框、左限位边框、右限位边框、若干侧边杆和若干运输辊,所述底框与所述基座连接,所述底框远离所述基座的底部设置有缓冲垫,所述缓冲垫远离所述底框的一侧面上设置有若干防滑凹纹,各所述防滑凹纹以相同间隔均匀分布在所述缓冲垫上,所述左限位边框设置于所述顶框一侧上,所述右限位边框设置于所述顶框的另一侧上,所述左限位边框和所述右限位边框的侧壁上均设置有缓冲棉条,各所述侧边杆的一端均与所述顶框连接,各所述侧边杆和的另一端均与所述顶框连接,各所述运输辊均设置于所述顶框上,在一个所述运输辊中,所述运输辊包括动力杆和筒体,所述动力杆的一端转动安装于所述顶框上,所述动力杆的另一端转动安装于所述顶框上,所述筒体套设于所述动力杆的外侧壁上,且所述筒体的表面位置处上设置有防滑环;
若干治具架,在一个所述治具架中,所述治具架包括治具本体和若干凸柱、若干磁吸件和若干铁片,所述治具本体包括缓冲面板、防水面板、防火面板和承重面板,所述缓冲面板、所述防水面板、所述防火面板和所述承重面板顺序堆叠形成所述治具本体,所述缓冲面板远离所述防水面板的一侧面上开设有若干凹槽,所述承重面板远离所述防火面板的一侧面上开设有端子座放置槽体,所述防水面板的侧壁上开设有滑槽,各所述凸柱均设置于所述承重面板远离所述防火面板的一侧面上,各所述铁片一一对应设置于各所述凹槽内,各所述磁吸件一一对应设置于各所述凸柱上,所述磁吸件用于吸附所述铁片;
端子座上料装置,所述端子座上料装置包括升降框体、壳体、正向升降套件和反向升降套件,所述升降框体设置于所述基座上,所述壳体设置于所述升 降框体的底部,所述正向升降套件包括正向链条驱动器、正向主动轮、第一正向链轮件、正向从动轮、正向传动带、第二正向链轮件和正向链条,所述正向链条驱动器设置于所述壳体内,所述正向主动轮与所述正向链条驱动器的驱动轴连接,所述第一正向链轮件转动安装于所述升降框体上,所述正向从动轮设置于所述第一正向链轮件上,所述正向传动带分别与所述正向主动轮和所述正向从动轮传动连接,所述第二正向链轮件转动安装于所述升降框体上,所述正向链条分别与所述第一正向链轮件和所述第二正向链轮件传动连接,所述正向链条上设置有若干正向抵持长块,所述反向升降套件包括反向链条驱动器、反向主动轮、第一反向链轮件、反向从动轮、反向传动带、第二反向链轮件和反向链条,所述反向链条驱动器设置于所述壳体内,所述反向主动轮与所述反向链条驱动器的驱动轴连接,所述第一反向链轮件转动安装于所述升降框体上,所述反向从动轮设置于所述第一反向链轮件上,所述反向传动带分别与所述反向主动轮和所述反向从动轮传动连接,所述第二反向链轮件转动安装于所述升降框体上,所述反向链条分别与所述第一反向链轮件和所述第二反向链轮件传动连接,所述反向链条上设置有若干反向抵持长块;
推料装置,所述推料装置包括安装面板、推料驱动器、推板和若干引导杆体,所述安装面板设置于所述升降框体上,所述推料驱动器设置于所述安装面板上,所述推板与所述推料驱动器的驱动轴连接,各所述引导杆的一端与所述推板连接,各所述引导杆的另一端穿设所述安装面板,且各所述引导杆均能够相对所述安装面板滑动;
限位装置,所述限位装置包括垂直升降驱动器、垂直升降面板、左限位套件和右限位套件,所述垂直升降驱动器设置于所述升降框体上,所述垂直升降面板与所述垂直升降驱动器的驱动轴连接,所述左限位套件包括左限位驱动器和左限位板,所述左限位驱动器设置于所述垂直升降面板的一端上,所述左限位板与所述左限位驱动器的驱动轴连接,所述左限位板上设置有左限位凸起条,所述左限位凸起条的高度小于所述滑槽的高度,所述左限位驱动器用于驱动所述左限位板往靠近所述滑槽的方向移动,以使所述左限位凸起条落入所述滑槽内,所述右限位套件包括右限位驱动器和右限位板,所述右限位驱动器设置于 所述垂直升降面板的另一端上,所述右限位板与所述右限位驱动器的驱动轴连接,所述右限位板上设置有右限位凸起条,所述右限位凸起条的高度小于所述滑槽的高度,所述右限位驱动器用于驱动所述右限位板往靠近所述滑槽的方向移动,以使所述右限位凸起条落入所述滑槽内;
端子座夹持机构,所述端子座夹持机构包括基台、端子夹持装置和下料斜块,所述基台设置于所述基座上,所述端子夹持装置设置于所述基座上,所述端子夹持装置用于夹持端子座,所述下料斜块设置于所述基座上。
在其中一个实施方式中,所述端子夹持装置包括座体、转动驱动器、丝杆、块体、平移驱动器、平移块、竖直升降驱动器、夹手驱动器和两个夹手,所述座体设置于所述基座上,所述转动驱动器设置于所述座体上,所述丝杆的一端与所述转动驱动器的驱动轴连接,所述丝杆的另一端转动安装于所述座体上,所述块体与所述丝杆相螺接,所述平移驱动器设置于所述块体上,所述平移块与所述平移驱动器的驱动轴连接,所述竖直升降驱动器设置于所述平移块上,所述夹手驱动器与所述竖直升降驱动器的驱动轴连接,两个所述夹手均与所述夹手驱动器的驱动轴连接。
在其中一个实施方式中,所述端子夹持装置还包括导杆,所述导杆设置于所述座体上,所述块体滑动设置于所述导杆上。
在其中一个实施方式中,两个所述夹手的侧壁上均设置有防护绵体,所述防护绵体上设置有防护凹粒。
在其中一个实施方式中,所述端子座夹持机构还包括锁紧件,所述下料斜块上开设有过孔,所述基座上开设有螺纹孔,所述锁紧件的端部穿设所述过孔,所述锁紧件的端部螺合于所述螺纹孔内。

如此,需要说明的是,基座100起到承载的作用;运输套件200起到运输端子座;若干治具架300起到放置端子座的作用;端子座上料装置400用于对端子座进行上料;推料装置500用于把治具架300推料至预定工位;限位装置600用于对治具架300起到限位固定的作用;端子座夹持机构700用于对夹持并转移端子座。
请参阅图2,运输套件200包括底框210、顶框220、左限位边框230、右限位边框240、若干侧边杆250和若干运输辊260,底框与基座连接,底框远离基座的底部设置有缓冲垫,缓冲垫远离底框的一侧面上设置有若干防滑凹纹,各防滑凹纹以相同间隔均匀分布在缓冲垫上,左限位边框设置于顶框一侧上,右限位边框设置于顶框的另一侧上,左限位边框和右限位边框的侧壁上均设置有缓冲棉条,各侧边杆的一端均与顶框连接,各侧边杆和的另一端均与顶框连接,各运输辊均设置于顶框上,在一个运输辊中,运输辊包括动力杆和筒体,动力杆的一端转动安装于顶框上,动力杆的另一端转动安装于顶框上,筒体套设于动力杆的外侧壁上,且筒体的表面位置处上设置有防滑环。
请一并参阅图2、图3和图4,在一个治具架300中,治具架300包括治具本体310和若干凸柱320、若干磁吸件330和若干铁片340,治具本体310包括缓冲面板、防水面板、防火面板和承重面板,缓冲面板、防水面板、防火面板和承重面板顺序堆叠形成治具本体,缓冲面板远离防水面板的一侧面上开设有若干凹槽311,承重面板远离防火面板的一侧面上开设有端子座放置槽体312,防水面板的侧壁上开设有滑槽313,各凸柱均设置于承重面板远离防火面板的一 侧面上,各铁片一一对应设置于各凹槽内,各磁吸件一一对应设置于各凸柱上,磁吸件用于吸附铁片。
如此,需要说明的是,当需要上料端子座时,首先,把端子座对应放入端子座放置槽体312,端子座放置槽体312起到对端子座限位固定的作用,而后,把治具本体310放置在运输辊260上,再把治具本体310往靠近端子座上料装置的方向移动,完成对治具本体310的上料。
还需要说明的是,由于磁吸件330和铁片340的设置,使得能够一次性上料多个治具架300,具体操作为:把第N个治具架300的磁吸件330对准第N+1个治具架300的铁片340,第N个治具架300的磁吸件330吸附住第N+1个治具架300的铁片340,完成堆叠,使得上料人员能够一次性上料多个治具架300,即一次性上料多个端子座,大大提高了上料效率。
还需要说明的是,底框210、顶框220和若干侧边杆250均起到承载的作用;左限位边框230和右限位边框240均起到限位的作用,防止治具架300在运输辊260上传输时发生位置偏移,进而导致治具架300跌落至地面,即导致端子座直接跌落至地面,损坏端子座;缓冲垫的设置,能够起到缓冲的作用,防止运输套件200承载过多的重量而损坏;防滑凹纹的设置,能够起到防滑的作用,防止运输套件200发生位置的偏移;防滑环的设置,能够增加筒体与治具架300之间的摩擦力,让治具架300能够更好的运输;缓冲棉条的设置,能够起到缓冲的作用,防止治具架300与左限位边框230或者右限位边框240碰撞时损坏左限位边框230或者右限位边框240。
还需要说明的是,缓冲面板起到缓冲的作用;防水面板起到防水的作用;防火面板起到防火的作用;承重面板起到承重的作用。需要强调的是,防水面板和防火面板的设置,能够延长治具本体310的使用寿命,防止治具本体310在极端条件下损坏;缓冲面板起到缓冲的作用,防止治具本体310承受过多的重量而损坏。
请再次参阅图2,端子座上料装置400包括升降框体410、壳体420、正向升降套件430和反向升降套件440,升降框体410设置于基座100上,壳体420设置于升降框体的底部,正向升降套件430包括正向链条驱动器、正向主动轮 431、第一正向链轮件432、正向从动轮433、正向传动带434、第二正向链轮件435和正向链条436,正向链条驱动器设置于壳体内,正向主动轮与正向链条驱动器的驱动轴连接,第一正向链轮件转动安装于升降框体上,正向从动轮设置于第一正向链轮件上,正向传动带分别与正向主动轮和正向从动轮传动连接,第二正向链轮件转动安装于升降框体上,正向链条分别与第一正向链轮件和第二正向链轮件传动连接,正向链条上设置有若干正向抵持长块4361,反向升降套件包括反向链条驱动器、反向主动轮、第一反向链轮件、反向从动轮、反向传动带、第二反向链轮件和反向链条,反向链条驱动器设置于壳体内,反向主动轮与反向链条驱动器的驱动轴连接,第一反向链轮件转动安装于升降框体上,反向从动轮设置于第一反向链轮件上,反向传动带分别与反向主动轮和反向从动轮传动连接,第二反向链轮件转动安装于升降框体上,反向链条分别与第一反向链轮件和第二反向链轮件传动连接,反向链条上设置有若干反向抵持长块。
如此,需要说明的是,当治具架300移动至端子座上料装置400时,正向链条驱动器驱动正向主动轮431转动,在正向传动带434的带动下,正向从动轮433也同样转动,进而带动第一正向链轮件432和第二正向链轮件435顺时针转动,最终带动正向链条436转动,由于正向链条436上设置有正向抵持长块4361,因此,当正向链条436转动时,抵持长块4361会与缓冲面板发生接触,把治具架300往远离运输套件200的方向移动;同理,反向链条驱动器驱动反向主动轮转动,在反向传动带的带动下,反向从动轮也同样转动,进而带动第一反向链轮件和第二反向链轮件逆时针转动,最终带动反向链条转动,由于反向链条上设置有反向抵持长块,因此,当反向链条转动时,抵持长块会与缓冲面板发生接触,把治具架往远离运输套件的方向移动。因此,通过上述过程,能够把装载有端子座的治具架300进行上料操作。
请参阅图5,推料装置500包括安装面板510、推料驱动器520、推板530和若干引导杆体540,安装面板510设置于升降框体上,推料驱动器设置于安装面板上,推板与推料驱动器的驱动轴连接,各引导杆的一端与推板连接,各引导杆的另一端穿设安装面板,且各引导杆均能够相对安装面板滑动。
请参阅图6,限位装置600包括垂直升降驱动器610、垂直升降面板620、 左限位套件630和右限位套件640,垂直升降驱动器设置于升降框体上,垂直升降面板与垂直升降驱动器的驱动轴连接,左限位套件630包括左限位驱动器631和左限位板632,左限位驱动器设置于垂直升降面板的一端上,左限位板与左限位驱动器的驱动轴连接,左限位板上设置有左限位凸起条6321,左限位凸起条的高度小于滑槽的高度,左限位驱动器用于驱动左限位板往靠近滑槽的方向移动,以使左限位凸起条落入滑槽内,右限位套件640包括右限位驱动器641和右限位板641,右限位驱动器设置于垂直升降面板的另一端上,右限位板与右限位驱动器的驱动轴连接,右限位板上设置有右限位凸起条6411,右限位凸起条的高度小于滑槽的高度,右限位驱动器用于驱动右限位板往靠近滑槽的方向移动,以使右限位凸起条落入滑槽内。
如此,需要说明的是,当治具架300移动至预定的高度位置处时,此时,左限位驱动器用于驱动左限位板往靠近滑槽的方向移动,以使左限位凸起条落入滑槽内,右限位驱动器用于驱动右限位板往靠近滑槽的方向移动,以使右限位凸起条落入滑槽内,此时,左限位凸起条和右限位凸起条因为落入滑槽内,对治具架300起到限位的作用,而后,推料装置500启动工作,推料驱动器520驱动推板530往靠近治具架300的方向移动,推动治具架300,由于左限位凸起条和右限位凸起条的存在,治具架300能够相对左限位凸起条和右限位凸起条移动。
请一并参阅图1,端子座夹持机构700包括基台710、端子夹持装置720和下料斜块730,基台710设置于基座100上,端子夹持装置720设置于基座100上,端子夹持装置720用于夹持端子座,下料斜块730设置于基座100上。
如此,需要说明的是,推料装置500可以把装载有端子座的第N个治具架300移动至基台710上,此时,端子夹持装置720夹持端子座至相应的工位上,当端子座成功装配到按钮这一部件后,端子夹持装置720再把装配有按钮的端子座放入端子座放置槽体312内,而后,推料装置500把第N+1个治具架300移动至基台710上,当第N+1个治具架300移动至基台710时,第N+1个治具架300会把第N个治具架300推动至下料斜块730上,由于下料斜块730具有一定的斜度,使得第N个治具架300能够依靠自身所受的重力完成下料,上述 过程即完成了端子座的下料过程。
进一步地,请再次参阅图7,在一实施方式中,端子夹持装置720包括座体721、转动驱动器722、丝杆723、块体724、平移驱动器725、平移块726、竖直升降驱动器727、夹手驱动器728和两个夹手729,座体设置于基座上,转动驱动器设置于座体上,丝杆的一端与转动驱动器的驱动轴连接,丝杆的另一端转动安装于座体上,块体与丝杆相螺接,平移驱动器设置于块体上,平移块与平移驱动器的驱动轴连接,竖直升降驱动器设置于平移块上,夹手驱动器与竖直升降驱动器的驱动轴连接,两个夹手均与夹手驱动器的驱动轴连接。
如此,需要说明的是,当需要夹持端子座时,转动驱动器722驱动丝杆723转动,带动块体724移动,而后平移驱动器725驱动平移块726移动,调整两个夹手729在水平方向的位置,而后,竖直升降驱动器727驱动夹手驱动器728往靠近端子座的方向移动,夹手驱动器728驱动两个夹手729相互靠近,完成端子座的夹持操作,把端子座转移至预定位置处。
进一步地,在一实施方式中,端子夹持装置720还包括导杆,导杆设置于座体上,块体滑动设置于导杆上。
如此,需要说明的是,导杆的设置,能够让块体724移动的更加平稳和快速。
进一步地,在一实施方式中,两个夹手的侧壁上均设置有防护绵体,防护绵体上设置有防护凹粒。
如此,需要说明的是,防护绵体的设置,能够防止两个夹手因夹持力过大而损坏端子座;防护凹粒的设置,能够增加与端子座之间的摩擦力,更容易夹持住端子座。
进一步地,在一实施方式中,端子座夹持机构还包括锁紧件,下料斜块上开设有过孔,基座上开设有螺纹孔,锁紧件的端部穿设过孔,锁紧件的端部螺合于螺纹孔内。
如此,需要说明的是,锁紧件的设置、过孔和螺纹孔的开设,当下料斜块需要更换时,把锁紧件旋出螺纹孔即可完成对下料斜块的更换。
具体地,在一实施方式中,筒体为橡胶筒体。
如此,需要说明的是,筒体的具体材料可采用橡胶材质制作,让筒体具备一定的缓冲性能,保护治具架300。
具体地,在一实施方式中,磁吸件为磁铁;正向链条驱动器为电机;反向链条驱动器为电机;反向链条驱动器为电机;推料驱动器和垂直升降驱动器均为气缸。
本发明的端子座生产设备,通过设置基座、运输套件、若干治具架、端子座上料装置、推料装置、限位装置及端子座夹持机构,能够自动对端子座进行上下料操作,同时可以批量对端子座进行上下料,无需配备多名上下料人员,上下料效率高,节约企业运营成本的以及还能够很好的保护端子座。

    运输套件,所述运输套件包括底框、顶框、左限位边框、右限位边框、若干侧边杆和若干运输辊,所述底框与所述基座连接,所述底框远离所述基座的底部设置有缓冲垫,所述缓冲垫远离所述底框的一侧面上设置有若干防滑凹纹,各所述防滑凹纹以相同间隔均匀分布在所述缓冲垫上,所述左限位边框设置于所述顶框一侧上,所述右限位边框设置于所述顶框的另一侧上,所述左限位边框和所述右限位边框的侧壁上均设置有缓冲棉条,各所述侧边杆的一端均与所述顶框连接,各所述侧边杆和的另一端均与所述顶框连接,各所述运输辊均设置于所述顶框上,在一个所述运输辊中,所述运输辊包括动力杆和筒体,所述动力杆的一端转动安装于所述顶框上,所述动力杆的另一端转动安装于所述顶框上,所述筒体套设于所述动力杆的外侧壁上,且所述筒体的表面位置处上设置有防滑环;
    若干治具架,在一个所述治具架中,所述治具架包括治具本体和若干凸柱、若干磁吸件和若干铁片,所述治具本体包括缓冲面板、防水面板、防火面板和承重面板,所述缓冲面板、所述防水面板、所述防火面板和所述承重面板顺序堆叠形成所述治具本体,所述缓冲面板远离所述防水面板的一侧面上开设有若干凹槽,所述承重面板远离所述防火面板的一侧面上开设有端子座放置槽体,所述防水面板的侧壁上开设有滑槽,各所述凸柱均设置于所述承重面板远离所述防火面板的一侧面上,各所述铁片一一对应设置于各所述凹槽内,各所述磁吸件一一对应设置于各所述凸柱上,所述磁吸件用于吸附所述铁片;
    端子座上料装置,所述端子座上料装置包括升降框体、壳体、正向升降套件和反向升降套件,所述升降框体设置于所述基座上,所述壳体设置于所述升降框体的底部,所述正向升降套件包括正向链条驱动器、正向主动轮、第一正向链轮件、正向从动轮、正向传动带、第二正向链轮件和正向链条,所述正向链条驱动器设置于所述壳体内,所述正向主动轮与所述正向链条驱动器的驱动轴连接,所述第一正向链轮件转动安装于所述升降框体上,所述正向从动轮设 置于所述第一正向链轮件上,所述正向传动带分别与所述正向主动轮和所述正向从动轮传动连接,所述第二正向链轮件转动安装于所述升降框体上,所述正向链条分别与所述第一正向链轮件和所述第二正向链轮件传动连接,所述正向链条上设置有若干正向抵持长块,所述反向升降套件包括反向链条驱动器、反向主动轮、第一反向链轮件、反向从动轮、反向传动带、第二反向链轮件和反向链条,所述反向链条驱动器设置于所述壳体内,所述反向主动轮与所述反向链条驱动器的驱动轴连接,所述第一反向链轮件转动安装于所述升降框体上,所述反向从动轮设置于所述第一反向链轮件上,所述反向传动带分别与所述反向主动轮和所述反向从动轮传动连接,所述第二反向链轮件转动安装于所述升降框体上,所述反向链条分别与所述第一反向链轮件和所述第二反向链轮件传动连接,所述反向链条上设置有若干反向抵持长块;
    推料装置,所述推料装置包括安装面板、推料驱动器、推板和若干引导杆体,所述安装面板设置于所述升降框体上,所述推料驱动器设置于所述安装面板上,所述推板与所述推料驱动器的驱动轴连接,各所述引导杆的一端与所述推板连接,各所述引导杆的另一端穿设所述安装面板,且各所述引导杆均能够相对所述安装面板滑动;
    限位装置,所述限位装置包括垂直升降驱动器、垂直升降面板、左限位套件和右限位套件,所述垂直升降驱动器设置于所述升降框体上,所述垂直升降面板与所述垂直升降驱动器的驱动轴连接,所述左限位套件包括左限位驱动器和左限位板,所述左限位驱动器设置于所述垂直升降面板的一端上,所述左限位板与所述左限位驱动器的驱动轴连接,所述左限位板上设置有左限位凸起条,所述左限位凸起条的高度小于所述滑槽的高度,所述左限位驱动器用于驱动所述左限位板往靠近所述滑槽的方向移动,以使所述左限位凸起条落入所述滑槽内,所述右限位套件包括右限位驱动器和右限位板,所述右限位驱动器设置于所述垂直升降面板的另一端上,所述右限位板与所述右限位驱动器的驱动轴连接,所述右限位板上设置有右限位凸起条,所述右限位凸起条的高度小于所述滑槽的高度,所述右限位驱动器用于驱动所述右限位板往靠近所述滑槽的方向移动,以使所述右限位凸起条落入所述滑槽内;
    端子座夹持机构,所述端子座夹持机构包括基台、端子夹持装置和下料斜块,所述基台设置于所述基座上,所述端子夹持装置设置于所述基座上,所述端子夹持装置用于夹持端子座,所述下料斜块设置于所述基座上。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的端子座生产设备,其特征在于,所述端子夹持装置包括座体、转动驱动器、丝杆、块体、平移驱动器、平移块、竖直升降驱动器、夹手驱动器和两个夹手,所述座体设置于所述基座上,所述转动驱动器设置于所述座体上,所述丝杆的一端与所述转动驱动器的驱动轴连接,所述丝杆的另一端转动安装于所述座体上,所述块体与所述丝杆相螺接,所述平移驱动器设置于所述块体上,所述平移块与所述平移驱动器的驱动轴连接,所述竖直升降驱动器设置于所述平移块上,所述夹手驱动器与所述竖直升降驱动器的驱动轴连接,两个所述夹手均与所述夹手驱动器的驱动轴连接。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的端子座生产设备,其特征在于,所述端子夹持装置还包括导杆,所述导杆设置于所述座体上,所述块体滑动设置于所述导杆上。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的端子座生产设备,其特征在于,两个所述夹手的侧壁上均设置有防护绵体,所述防护绵体上设置有防护凹粒。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的端子座生产设备,其特征在于,所述端子座夹持机构还包括锁紧件,所述下料斜块上开设有过孔,所述基座上开设有螺纹孔,所述锁紧件的端部穿设所述过孔,所述锁紧件的端部螺合于所述螺纹孔内。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的端子座生产设备,其特征在于,所述筒体为橡胶筒体。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的端子座生产设备,其特征在于,所述磁吸件为磁铁。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的端子座生产设备,其特征在于,所述正向链条驱动器为电机。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的端子座生产设备,其特征在于,所述反向链条驱动器为电机。
  10. 根据权利要求1所述的端子座生产设备,其特征在于,所述推料驱动器和所述垂直升降驱动器均为气缸。
