经过对相关技术中提供的加湿器的结构进行分析,发现噪声的产生主要是由于外界空气直接作用在风机上,风机对高速空气进行加速,最终吹出的风速度较高并与周围组件发生摩擦,加速过程中产生振动,最终导致噪声的产生。
本公开中的加湿器通过在内胆位于第二进气口的上方设置于第一进气口至少一部分相对设置的阻挡面,使得外界空气由机体上的第一进气口进入后,不能直接进入第二进气口,而是被阻挡面阻挡进而速度变慢,导致直接进入到第二进气口内部的风量减小;同样,由于风机运行振动带来的噪声从第二进气口往外界传播时也不会直接从第一进气口进入大气,而是会收到阻挡面的阻挡,噪声不能直接从第一进气口传出,降低加湿器工作过程中的噪音,使得加湿器使用过程中更静音,提高用户体验。

3.本公开提供的加湿器,所述第一进气口所在的面与所述第二进气口所在的面在空间上相互垂直设置。通过将第一进气口与第二进气口所在的面在空间上相互垂直设置,使得阻挡面的设置对第一进气口的阻挡面积更大,隔离噪声 的效果更好,且第一进气口与第二进气口所在的面在空间上的设置更加方便。
4.本公开提供的加湿器,所述机体与所述内胆之间形成有香薰腔。通过在机体与内胆之间形成有香薰腔,使得外界空气由内胆进入风道时会经过香薰腔,使得空气更加清新。
5.本公开提供的加湿器,所述香薰腔底部设置有若干个支撑条,所述支撑条上设置有过孔。通过在香薰腔底部设置支撑条,并在支撑条上设置过孔,能够便于风道内的水珠由第二进气口流向第一进气口。
6.本公开提供的加湿器,所述第一进气口延伸至所述支撑条所在的面上。通过将第一进气口延伸至支撑条所在的面上,使得水珠能够直接由第一进气口流出至加湿器外部,防止水珠在加湿器内残留。
7.本公开提供的加湿器,还包括电气元件,设于所述机体内,位于所述风道外。通过将电气元件设置在风道外,使得风道能够将水珠隔离在电气元件的外侧,防止水珠接触电气元件,造成安全隐患。
8.本公开提供的加湿器,所述风道包括风道本体,所述风道本体围成容置腔,所述容置腔与所述第二进气口连通,所述容置腔内设有所述风机。通过设置风道本体,风道本体围成容置腔,将风机设置在容置腔内,使得风道结构更加简单。
9.本公开提供的加湿器,所述风机的进风口为两个,分别设于所述风机的两侧。通过将风机的进风口设置为两个,分别设于风机的两侧,使得风机的两侧能够同时进风,增大了风机的进风面积,从而使得风机能够将加湿器内的水雾吹的更高,能够增大加湿器的加湿面积,防止雾气仅吹至加湿器附件,不能对更大面积进行加湿,提高了加湿效果,进而提高用户体验。

具体实施方式
下面将结合附图对本公开的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例是本公开一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本公开中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本公开保护的范围。
此外,下面所描述的本公开不同实施方式中所涉及的技术特征只要彼此之 间未构成冲突就可以相互结合。
如图1-图7所示,本实施例中提供了一种加湿器,包括:机体1、内胆12、风道和风机5。
机体1上设有第一进气口2;内胆12设置在机体1内部,内胆12内部设置有风道,风道内设有风机5,内胆12上设有第二进气口3,第二进气口3和第一进气口2与风机5的进风口6连通,内胆12位于第二进气口3的上方设置有与第一进气口2至少一部分相对设置的阻挡面13。
通过在内胆12位于第二进气口3的上方设置于第一进气口2至少一部分相对设置的阻挡面13,使得外界空气由机体1上的第一进气口2进入后,不能直接进入第二进气口3,而是被阻挡面13阻挡进而速度变慢,导致直接进入到第二进气口内部的风量减小;同样,由于风机5运行振动带来的噪声从第二进气口3往外界传播时也不会直接从第一进气口2进入大气,而是会收到阻挡面13的阻挡,噪声不能直接从第一进气口2传出,降低加湿器工作过程中的噪音,使得加湿器使用过程中更静音,提高用户体验。
本实施例中,第一进气口2所在的面与第二进气口3所在的面在空间上互成角度设置。通过将第一进气口2和第二进气口3所在的面在空间上非平行设置,空气流经路线需转折后才能由第二进气口3进入风机的进风口6,可以更好的避免加湿器的噪声对用户的影响,其次,由于加湿器长时间使用,湿气由第一进气口2和第二进气口3会在风道内越聚越多最终会使得风道处的底座上残留水,水珠长期存留至风道处对风机5造成损坏,从而可以使水珠通过第一进气口2和第二进气口3排出风道,避免水珠对风机5造成损坏,提高加湿器的使用寿命。作为可变换的实施方式,也可以是,第二进气口3可以与第一进气口2相对设置,此时第一进气口2与第二进气口3之间彼此平行,同时第二进气口3的顶端低于第一进气口2的顶端,由于阻挡面13的存在,使得通过第 一进气口2流入的风无法全部进入到第二进气口3内部,进而减少进入风机5中的风量,从而减小噪声。
具体地,如图3-图5所示,本实施例中的第一进气口2所在的面与第二进气口3所在的面在空间上相互垂直设置。通过将第一进气口2与第二进气口3所在的面在空间上相互垂直设置,使得阻挡面13的设置对第一进气口2的阻挡面13积更大,隔离噪声的效果更好,且第一进气口2与第二进气口3所在的面在空间上的设置更加方便。作为可变换的实施方式,也可以是,第一进气口2所在的面与第二进气口3所在的面呈锐角或者钝角设置。
为了使得空气清新,本实施例中的机体1与内胆12之间形成有香薰腔9。通过在机体1与内胆12之间形成有香薰腔9,使得外界空气由内胆12进入风道时会经过香薰腔9,使得空气更加清新。作为可变换的实施方式,也可以是,机体1与内胆12仅间隔设置,不设置香薰腔。
具体地,如图5所示,本实施例中的香薰腔9内部设置香薰盒,香薰腔9底部设置有若干个支撑条14,支撑条14上设置有过孔。通过在香薰腔9底部设置支撑条14,并在支撑条14上设置过孔,能够便于风道内的水珠由第二进气口3流向第一进气口2。
本实施例中,第一进气口2可以设置在支撑条14所在面的上方。作为优选的实施方式,为了使得水珠更好的流出加湿器,本实施例中的第一进气口2延伸至支撑条14所在的面上。通过将第一进气口2延伸至支撑条14所在的面上,使得水珠能够直接由第一进气口2流出至加湿器外部,防止水珠在加湿器内残留。作为可变换的实施方式,也可以是,第一进气口2可以进一步向下延伸至支撑条所在面的下方,此时通过第一进气口2可以直接观察到支撑条下方的支撑板。
为了使得加湿器风道内的水珠清理的更干净,本实施例中的风道的底部还 设置了排水口4,排水口4的位置比第二进气口3的位置更低。作为可变换的实施方式,也可以是,风道的底部不设置排水口4,仅依靠第一进气口2和第二进气口3的组合实现水珠的外排。
具体地,如图3和图4所示,本实施例中的第一进气口2设置在机体1的侧壁上,并由侧壁延伸至机体1的底座上,内胆12的阻挡面13与机体1的侧壁相对设置,内胆12上的第二进气口3设置在内胆12的底壁上。作为可变换的实施方式,也可以是,内胆12的阻挡面13沿着第一进气口2的延伸方向延伸,阻挡面13完全与第一进气口2相对设置,第二进气口3与第一进气口2完全错开设置。
如图6所示,本实施例中的加湿器还包括电气元件7,设于机体1内,位于风道外。通过将电气元件7设置在风道外,使得风道能够将水珠隔离在电气元件7的外侧,防止水珠接触电气元件7,造成安全隐患。
本实施例中风道包括风道本体8,风道本体8设置在内胆12内,风道本体8围成容置腔,容置腔与第二进气口3连通,容置腔内设有风机5。通过设置风道本体8,风道本体8围成容置腔,将风机5设置在容置腔内,使得风道结构更加简单。作为可变换的实施方式,也可以是,风道本体8包括两个,分别为第一风道本体8和第二风道本体8,第一风道本体8设于风机5的一侧,第二风道本体8设于风机5的另一侧,第一风道本体8和第二风道本体8共同围成容置腔。作为可变换的实施方式,也可以是,内胆12为风道本体的一部分,阻挡面13即为风道本体与第一进气口2相对的侧壁。
本实施例中的风机5的进风口6为两个,分别设于风机5的两侧。具体地,本实施例中的风机5为双进风的离心风机5。通过将风机5的进风口6设置为两个,分别设于风机5的两侧,使得风机5的两侧能够同时进风,增大了风机5的进风面积,从而使得风机5能够将加湿器内的水雾吹的更高,能够增大加 湿器的加湿面积,防止雾气仅吹至加湿器附件,不能对更大面积进行加湿,提高了加湿效果,进而提高用户体验。作为可变换的实施方式,也可以是,风机5为单进风。
如图7所示,本实施例中的加湿器还包括雾化装置10,设于机体1内,风机5的出风口11设置在雾化装置10处。通过风机5的出风将雾化装置10的水雾吹向加湿器的外部,对用户的使用环境进行加湿。
显然,上述实施例仅仅是为清楚地说明所作的举例,而并非对实施方式的限定。对于所属领域的普通技术人员来说,在上述说明的基础上还可以做出其它不同形式的变化或变动。这里无需也无法对所有的实施方式予以穷举。而由此所引伸出的显而易见的变化或变动仍处于本公开创造的保护范围之中。

Claims (11)

  1. 一种加湿器,包括:
    机体(1),设有第一进气口(2);
    内胆(12),设置在所述机体(1)内部,所述内胆(12)内部设置有风道,所述风道内设有风机,所述内胆(12)上设有第二进气口(3),所述第二进气口和所述第一进气口与所述风机的进风口(6)连通,所述内胆(12)位于所述第二进气口(3)的上方设置有与所述第一进气口(2)至少一部分相对设置的阻挡面(13)。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的加湿器,其中,所述第一进气口(2)所在的面与所述第二进气口(3)所在的面在空间上互成角度设置。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的加湿器,其中,所述第一进气口(2)所在的面与所述第二进气口(3)所在的面在空间上相互垂直设置。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的加湿器,其中,所述机体(1)与所述内胆(12)之间形成有香薰腔(9)。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的加湿器,其中,所述香薰腔(9)底部设置有若干个支撑条(14),所述支撑条(14)上设置有过孔。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的加湿器,其中,所述第一进气口(2)延伸至所述支撑条(14)所在的面上。
  7. 根据权利要求1-6中任一项所述的加湿器,其中,还包括电气元件(7),设于所述机体(1)内,位于所述风道外。
  8. 根据权利要求1-6中任一项所述的加湿器,其中,所述风道包括风道本 体(8),所述风道本体(8)围成容置腔,所述容置腔与所述第二进气口连通,所述容置腔内设有所述风机(5)。
  9. 根据权利要求1-6中任一项所述的加湿器,其中,所述风机(5)的进风口(6)为两个,分别设于所述风机(5)的两侧。
  10. 根据权利要求1-6中任一项所述的加湿器,其中,还包括雾化装置(10),设于所述机体(1)内,所述风机(5)的出风口(11)设置在所述雾化装置(10)处。
  11. 根据权利要求1-6中任一项所述的加湿器,其中,还包括至少一个排水口(4),设于所述风道的底部。
