- the detachable release film part 220 is arranged to be inclined at a predetermined angle so that a lot of the adhesive sheet part 110 for application per unit area of the release film 200 can be attached.
- the detachable release film unit 220 may be formed from 40° to a horizontal row or a vertical row. It is disposed inclined at 50°, and thus, the utilization area of the release film part 210 for fixing can be maximized.
- FIG. 3 is a process chart for explaining a method of manufacturing a medical dressing material according to an embodiment of the present invention.
- the medical dressing material according to the present invention includes a first step of preparing a lower support film 300 having a predetermined thickness, a second step of laminating a release film 200 having a predetermined thickness on the lower support film 300, A third step of molding the release film 200 so that it can be divided into a fixed release film part 210 and a separate release film part 220, laminating an adhesive sheet 100 on the release film 200
- the sixth step and the sixth step of laminating the upper protective film 400 may be included.
- the first step is a step of preparing a lower support film 300 having an adhesive layer having a predetermined thickness on one side thereof, as an example, in the lower support film 300, a release paper is attached to the surface on which the adhesive layer is formed. It may be in the form of a roll, but is not limited thereto.
- the second step is a step of laminating the release film 200 on the adhesive layer surface of the lower support film 300 in a state in which the release paper has been removed, and the lower support film 300 and the release film 200 are attached to each other by the adhesive layer.
- the release film 200 may be provided in a roll form, but is not limited thereto.
- the third step is a step of forming an incision line 211 so that it can be divided into a fixed release film part 210 and a detachable release film part 220, and as an example, it can be cut in the shape of a detachable release film part 220. It may be a molding machine equipped with a blade so that it is not limited thereto.
- the detachable release film part 220 was molded, and therefore, the adhesive sheet part partially overlapped with the release film part 220 due to the pressing phenomenon during molding ( 110) has been damaged, but in the present invention, since the detachable release film part 220 is molded before the adhesive sheet 100 is laminated, the adhesive sheet part 110 is not damaged at all.
- the lower support film 300 should not be cut even if the release film 200 has an incision line formed in the shape of the detachable release film part 220.
- the fourth step is a step of laminating the pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet 100 on the release film 200.
- one side or both sides of the release film 200 may be in the form of a roll to which the release paper is attached, but is not limited thereto. If the release paper is attached, the release paper must be separated and then stacked on the top of the release film 200. It's self-evident.
- the fifth step is a step of forming the pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet 100 so that it can be divided into the pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet portion 110 for coating and the detachable pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet portion 120, and as an example, it is cut into the shape of the pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet portion 110 for coating. It may be a molding machine equipped with a blade to be able to, but is not limited thereto.
- beveling may be simultaneously performed so that the central portion of the adhesive sheet portion 110 for application is convex and the edge of the central portion is formed with a smooth slope.
- the sixth step is a step of removing only the adhesive sheet part 120 for separation, while the adhesive sheet part 110 for coating is left on the release film 200
- the seventh step is the step of removing the adhesive sheet part 120 for separation This is a step of laminating the upper protective film 400 on the removed release film 200 and the upper surface of the adhesive sheet part 110 for application.
- a step of cutting the release film 200 to a predetermined size may be further performed between the sixth step and the seventh step, and a step of cutting the release film 200 to a predetermined size may be performed after the seventh step.
- a packaging step that is generally performed is performed, and a detailed description thereof is omitted since the packaging step may be performed by a known method.
- FIG. 5 and 6 are perspective views for explaining a method of using the medical dressing material of the present invention
- FIG. 7 is a perspective view showing after using the medical dressing material of the present invention.
- the detachable release film part 220 is removed from the application adhesive sheet part 110 while attaching the application adhesive sheet part 110 to the re-wound area holding the detachable release film part 220.
- incision line 212 first identification unit
- A, A′ circular diameter of separate release paper
- the attachment direction of the detachable release film part can be most reliably confirmed, so that only the detachable release film part It is possible to completely block the case of separation, and also prevent the phenomenon that the detachable release film part 220 is lifted near the incision line, and in addition, the detachable release film part 220 is formed before laminating the adhesive sheet 100 Therefore, there is an advantage that the adhesive sheet portion 110 is not damaged at all.
