现有技术中也有遮阳和挡雨一体的车载遮阳装置安装在车顶上方,通过伸出的遮阳板进行遮阳及挡雨。在行驶过程中,当遮阳板伸出遮阳或避雨时,遮阳板或多或少会受到风阻的举升力,在多次使用过程中,很容易出现车载遮阳装置的壳体的上盖的前端受力较大,易破裂,影响车载遮阳装置的使用寿命。

如图5所示,壳体10为扁平的结构,壳体10包括上盖11、底板12和挡水板13,上盖11和底板12的左右两侧和后端均闭合连接,上盖11和底板12在前端设有开口,上盖11和底板12围合成一个具有开口的腔体。底板12的下表面与车辆的顶部适配,底板12的下表面设有安装部,安装部为螺栓或卡接件等部件,安装部可与车辆的顶部可拆卸式固定或焊接固定连接。挡水板13安装在上盖11和底板12之间的开口处,并与底板12固定连接,挡水板13的上边边缘与上盖11的下表面围合成一个避让口14,该避让口14与遮阳板30的纵向截面形状适配,避让口14起到避让和导向的作用,遮阳板30可穿过避让口14做伸缩移动。上盖11包括前端的平整部和后端的异形部,异形部上设有凸起或凹下的肋条,该肋条为前后方向设置,以加强上盖11的强度,平整部仅为前端边缘的一小部分。
如图6所示,具体的,上盖11的两侧设有朝下对称弯曲的弯曲部111,两侧的弯曲部111的底部连接有水平的安装部112,上盖11的后端朝下倾斜设置。上盖11可通过SMC模压工艺一体成型,或通过多个部件拼接固定而成。上盖11的安装部112贴合在底板12上,并通过螺钉进行可拆卸式的固定。底板12的前端两侧靠近边缘的位置设置有安装孔,使得底板12的前端两侧可通过螺钉固定在车顶上,现有技术中因为底部12的前端两侧无固定,在汽车行驶过程中将底部12抬起,本底部12通过在两侧边缘处固定安装,有效避免了进风被抬起的风险,提高了底部12安装的稳定性。
如图7所示,上盖11的前端下表面设有凸出的加强筋113,加强筋113为三角网格的加强带,具有重量轻强度高的优点。加强筋113从上盖11的一侧延伸到另一侧,即从一侧的弯曲部111延伸到另一侧的弯曲部111,覆盖在上盖11的整个左右方向上。加强筋113加强了上盖11的前端强度,尤其是加强了两侧弯曲部111的强度,避免了上盖11前端破裂的风险。具体的,加强筋113位于上盖11的平整部的下端,加强筋113可起到定型的作用,保持上盖11两端弯曲状态的稳定。
如图8和图9所示,本实施例中,在上盖11的两个安装部112的前端下表面设有凸出的支撑部114,支撑部114为片状或柱状结构,底板12上设有与支撑部114分别对应的两个支撑槽121,上盖11安装在底板12上后,上盖11的支撑部114容置在底板12的支撑槽121内,支撑槽121的深度可大于支撑部114的长度,支撑槽121主要起避让的作用,同时也起到了左右前后方向的限位作用。当车载遮阳装置需要拆卸上盖11进行维护或维修时,上盖11被拆卸后,无需倒放在地面或其他台面上,可直接正放通过两个支撑部114和上盖11的后端支撑在地面或其他台面上,避免倒放后上盖11上表面被刮花,也避免了正放后上盖11的前端下方直接着地,从而避免了上盖11的前端下方的受损。
如图8和图10所示,上盖11的弯曲部111的底部前端为朝前下方倾斜延伸的卡接部111a,该卡接部111a为倒三角结构,底板12的两侧设有与卡接部111a对应的卡接槽122,该卡接槽122为与卡接部111a适配的三角卡槽。在安装前,上盖11可通过两侧的卡接部111a快速准确的定位卡接到底板12上,在安装后,卡接部111a也起到了限位的作用,提高了上盖11的稳定性,并且卡接部111a朝前下延伸设置,故形成可了一个卡扣结构,可将上盖11牢牢卡在底板12上,进一步提高了上盖11前端的结构稳定性。
如图6所示,本实施例中,滑轨20包括第一滑轨21和第二滑轨22,第一滑轨21和第二滑轨22安装在壳体10的腔体内的两侧,第一滑轨21和第二滑轨22沿着前后方向安装在底板12的上表面。第一滑轨21和第二滑轨22的结构一致,第一滑轨21和第二滑轨22均包括固定轨和滑动轨,固定轨通过L型的连接件23固定安装在底板12的上表面,第一滑轨21和第二滑轨22相对的面上设有对称的滑槽,滑动轨可滑动的安装在固定轨的滑槽内,滑动轨的上下两端安装有滚珠与固定轨滑动连接,滑动轨的上下两端设有凹槽,滑槽的上下两端也设有对应的凹槽,滚珠卡在滑动轨和固定辊的凹槽内,滚珠起到了滑动的作用,也起到了限位滑动轨的作用,滚珠限制了滑动轨左右方向的移动。
本实施例中,第一滑轨21和第二滑轨22均为包括固定轨和滑动轨的两段式结构,第一滑轨21和第二滑轨22也可为三段式结构,在滑动轨内通过同样的方式再安装一个滑动轨,三段式结构具有两段移动的滑动轨,从而在收缩尺寸一致的情况下,具有更大的展开行程。
如图11所示,本实施例中,遮阳板30为有色透明的弧形板,为PC材质板,遮阳板30具有防紫外线、防老化等优点。遮阳板30的下表面与第一滑轨21和第二滑轨22的滑动轨连接,由于第一滑轨21和第二滑轨22的滑动轨卡在固定轨内,只有侧面露出,故遮阳板30通过L型的连接件23与第一滑轨21和第二滑轨22的滑动轨固定连接,遮阳板30和滑动轨分别通过螺钉与连接件23固定连接。具体的,遮阳板30与第一滑轨21和第二滑轨22平行设置,遮阳板30的中后部与第一滑轨21和第二滑轨22连接,保证了遮阳板30具有足够的行程。
遮阳板30的前端和两侧分别具有朝下延伸的前挡板31和侧挡板32,并且前挡板31和侧挡板32均为倾斜设置。遮阳板30安装在滑轨20上,前挡板31始终露出于壳体10的腔体,遮阳板30的其他部分可穿过避让口14移动至壳体10的腔体。如图3和图4所示,遮阳板30具有露出于壳体10的遮阳位,如图1和图2所示,遮阳板30具有隐藏在壳体10内的隐藏位,在隐藏位状态下,遮阳板30挡住了避让口14,并且遮阳板30的前端刚好容置在避让口14前端的位置上,使得遮阳板30与壳体10形成一个整体结构,提高了整体的稳定性。
如图6所示,本实施例中,驱动机构40安装在壳体10的腔体内,驱动机构40为绳轮式玻璃升降器,绳轮式玻璃升降器为现有技术中成熟的直线驱动器件,绳轮式玻璃升降器主要包括电机、绳索、驱动导轨和驱动滑块,电机和驱动导轨安装在底板12上,驱动导轨安装在第一滑轨21和第二滑轨22之间,并且与第一滑轨21和第二滑轨22平行,驱动导轨的两端安装有滑轮,绳索呈三角形,绳索与电机和两个滑轮连接,驱动滑块可滑动的安装在驱动滑轨上,驱动滑块与绳索连接,驱动滑块与遮阳板30的下表面固定连接,从而电机通过绳索和驱动滑块驱动遮阳板30的滑动。
在其他实施例中,驱动机构40也可为直线气缸、直线电机等直线驱动机构。
如图5所示,本实施例中,避让口14为扁平的n字形结构,遮阳板30两侧的侧挡板32可穿过避让口14移动。为了防止水进入到壳体10的腔体内,在避让口14上安装有挡水减震圈15,挡水减震圈15为橡胶材质的空心管,挡水减震圈15在弹性变形的作用下始终包裹住遮阳板30,挡水减震圈15除了防水,还起到了减震的作用。挡水减震圈15也为可实心或部分空心的弹性橡胶条,同样可起到挡水的作用。
一种实施例中,在挡水板13的上端设置挡水减震件16,挡水减震件16位于避让口14的外侧下方,挡水减震件16同样为橡胶材质的空心管,挡水减震件16可防止遮阳板30的前挡板31在回缩后与挡水板13的碰撞,挡水减震件16凸出于挡水板13,具有很好的挡水效果,防止了水从下面进入到避让口14内。挡水减震件16与挡水减震圈15可为一体式结构。挡水减震圈15和挡水减震件16为损耗件,挡水减震圈15和挡水减震件16通过卡接的方式安装,有利于挡水减震圈15和挡水减震件16的更换。
一种实施例中,遮阳板30的下表面磨砂处理,形成磨砂表面,遮阳板30的其他表面为光滑表面,磨砂的下表面可起到散射太阳光的作用,从而可实现更好的遮阳效果。其他位于外侧的表面为光滑表面,使得遮阳板30更为美观。在其他实施例中,遮阳板30的上表面也可磨砂处理,或者遮阳板30的所有表面均为磨砂面。
一种实施例中提供了一种车辆,车辆为轿车、皮卡车或大巴车等,车辆包括车体和上述实施例中的车载遮阳装置,车载遮阳装置的整体安装在车体的顶部,车载遮阳装置的底板12的安装部通过螺钉可拆卸的方式安装在车体的顶部,或者通过焊接的方式直接固定在车体的顶部。车载遮阳装置的上盖11固定在底板12上,底板12固定在车体上,分层固定,具有更高的结构稳定性,也方便车载遮阳装置的拆装维护。
安装有车载遮阳装置的车辆,在行驶的过程中可将遮阳板30伸出,遮阳板30能够起到遮阳和挡雨的作用。
车体内还可安装控制装置与驱动机构40连接,控制装置设置有按钮在驾驶室,驾驶员可通过按钮控制遮阳板30的伸缩。
以上应用了具体个例对本发明进行阐述,只是用于帮助理解本发明,并不用以限制本发明。对于本领域的一般技术人员,依据本发明的思想,可以对上述具体实施方式进行变化。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种车载遮阳装置,其特征在于,包括:
    壳体,所述壳体包括上盖、底板和挡水板,上盖和底板的左右两侧和后端均闭合连接,上盖和底板围合成前端具有开口的腔体,挡水板安装在底板上,并位于开口处,挡水板和上盖之间形成避让口;所述上盖的前端下表面设置有凸出的加强筋,所述加强筋从上盖的一侧延伸到另一侧;
    遮阳板,所述遮阳板通过滑轨可滑动的安装在所述腔体内,所述遮阳板具有穿过所述避让口的遮阳位和隐藏在所述腔体内的隐藏位,所述避让口的边缘安装有挡水减震圈,所述挡水减震圈为具有弹性的部件,所述挡水减震圈始终包覆住所述遮阳板;
    以及驱动机构,所述驱动机构安装在所述腔体内,所述驱动机构的输出端与所述遮阳板连接,用于驱动遮阳板的伸缩。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的车载遮阳装置,其特征在于,所述加强筋为三角网格状的加强带。
  3. 如权利要求1所述的车载遮阳装置,其特征在于,所述上盖的两侧设有朝下对称的弯曲部,所述弯曲部的底部连接有安装部,两侧的所述安装部的前端下表面分别设有凸出的支撑部,所述底板上设有与所述支撑部对应的支撑槽。
  4. 如权利要求1所述的车载遮阳装置,其特征在于,所述上盖的弯曲部的底部前端为朝前下方倾斜延伸的卡接部,所述底部上设有与所述上盖的卡接部对应的卡槽。
  5. 如权利要求4所述的车载遮阳装置,其特征在于,所述上盖的卡接部为倒三角结构,所述底板的卡槽为对应的倒三角槽。
  6. 如权利要求1所述的车载遮阳装置,其特征在于,所述挡水减震圈为空心橡胶管。
  7. 如权利要求1所述的车载遮阳装置,其特征在于,所述壳体的前端设有挡水减震件,所述挡水减震件靠近所述避让口设置,所述挡水减震件为弹性结构。
  8. 如权利要求7所述的车载遮阳装置,其特征在于,所述挡水减震件为空心橡胶管。
  9. 如权利要求1所述的车载遮阳装置,其特征在于,所述底板的前端两侧靠近边缘处设有安装孔。
  10. 一种车辆,包括车体,其特征在于,还包括如权利要求1至9中任一项所述的车载遮阳装置,所述底板安装在所述车体的顶部,所述壳体的避让口朝向车体的前方。
