图4为本发明实施例提出的一种接线装置的结构中辅助线示意图;
其中,10-接线盒盖,20-接线垫片,30-密封端子,301-接线柱,3011-第一连接件,3012-第二连接件,3013-第三连接件,40-壳盖,50-引线,60-固定部件,70-第一直线,80-第二直线,90-第三直线。
具体实施方式
下面将结合示意图对本发明提出的一种接线装置及压缩机进行更详细的描述。根据下列描述和权利要求书,本发明的优点和特征将更清楚。需说明的是,附图均采用非常简化的形式且均使用非精准的比例,仅用以方便、明 晰地辅助说明本发明实施例的目的。
在本发明的描述中,需要理解的是,术语“中心”、“上”、“下”、“左”、“右”等指示的方位或者位置关系为基于附图所示的方位或位置关系,仅是为了便于描述本发明和简化描述,而不是指示或暗示所指的装置或元件必须具有特定的方位、以特定的方位构造和操作,因此不能理解为对本发明的限制。
此外,术语“第一”、“第二”仅用于描述目的,而不能理解为指示或暗示相对重要性或者隐含指明所指示的技术特征的数量。由此,限定有“第一”、“第二”的特征可以明示或者隐含地包括一个或者更多个该特征。在本发明的描述中,“多个”的含义是至少两个,例如两个,三个等,除非另有明确具体的限定。
如图3和图4所示,本发明实施例提出一种接线装置,包括接线盒盖10、接线垫片20以及密封端子30,所述接线装置设置在所述压缩机的壳盖40上。所述接线盒盖10设置在所述接线垫片20上并形成一腔体空间,所述密封端子30设置在所述腔体空间内并与所述接线垫片20连接,所述腔体空间在远离所述密封端子30的一端设置有接线开口,所述接线开口用于作为引线50的出口。所述密封端子30上设置有3个接线柱301,每个所述接线柱301上沿所述接线柱301背离所述壳盖40的延伸方向均连接有一片状连接件,分别为:第一连接件3011、第二连接件3012、第三连接件3013。所述第一连接件3011、所述第二连接件3012、所述第三连接件3013所在的平面均沿靠近所述接线开口的方向延伸,即所述第一连接件3011、所述第二连接件3012、所述第三连接件3013均朝向所述接线开口延伸,且所述第一连接件3011、所述第二连接件3012和所述第三连接件3013的朝靠近所述接线开口方向延伸的端部用于与引线连接。所述第一连接件3011、所述第二连接件3012和所述第三连接件3013连接的引线的出线方向保持顺向。
本发明实施例提供的接线装置将密封端子30里的S极、R极、C极也即所述第一连接件3011、所述第二连接件3012以及所述第三连接件3013的朝向均设置为向所述接线开口的方向。这样的结构设计可以让引线50不再需要 经过任何缠绕或者弯折就可以顺畅出线,有利于提高生产过程中的工作效率,如图3所述,三根引出线的出线方向一致,可以使得三根所述接线柱301的受力均匀,降低由于接线柱301的受力不均引起的安全隐患。此外,引出线的出线方向一致,就不存在有局部走线和线叠加的问题,使得接线盒盖10内部空间布局更加合理,进一步提高了装置的安全性。
在本申请实施例中,所述第一连接件3011、所述第二连接件3012、所述第三连接件3013分别通过焊接的方式与三个接线柱301固定连接。在本申请的其他实施方式中,所述第一连接件3011、所述第二连接件3012、所述第三连接件3013也可以分别通过可拆卸连接的方式与三个接线柱301连接,例如,可以通过插接的方式连接。
优选的,所述第一连接件3011、所述第二连接件3012、所述第三连接件3013分别位于各自所连的接线柱301的同侧,从而更加易于引线的连接。如图3所示,在本申请实施例中,所述第一连接件3011、所述第二连接件3012、所述第三连接件3013分别位于各自所连的接线柱301的(基本)左侧的位置。进一步的,所述第一连接件3011和所述第二连接件3012均有靠近所述第三连接件3013的第一端和和远离所述第三连接件3013的第二端,其中,所述第一连接件3011的第一端和所述第二连接件3012的第一端相远离,所述第一连接件3011的第二端和所述第二连接件3012的第二端相靠近,或者,所述第一连接件3011的第二端和所述第二连接件3012的第二端之间的距离较所述第一连接件3011的第一端和所述第二连接件3012的第一端之间的距离近,以使所述第一连接件3011和所述第二连接件3012呈八字形,从而更加易于引线的连接。
进一步地,所述密封端子30的底座上有一点a,所述a距离3个所述接线柱的直线距离相等,所述接线盒盖10在所述接线开口处的一端为开口端,所述开口端在所述壳盖40上的沿垂直于第一平面方向的投影为线段m,所述线段m的中点为c,所述第一平面为所述壳盖40上所述密封端子30所在的平面。所述线段m在所述第一平面上的中垂线为第一直线70,经过所述a沿垂直于所述第一直线70的方向有一第二直线80,经过所述a与所述c有一第 三直线90,所述第一直线70与所述第二直线80的交点为d,所述a到所述d的直线距离为H,所述c到所述d的直线距离为L。需要注意的是,在本实施例中,所述密封接线柱301于第一平面上的投影为圆形,因此,a点处于至三个所述投影的圆心等距的位置,但是也可能会存在密封接线柱301不是圆形形状的情况,这时就需要选择离三个接线柱301于第一平面上的投影的中心的距离相等的点作为a点。
所述第一连接件3011沿垂直于所述第一平面的方向投影为第一投影线,所述第二连接件3012沿垂直于所述第一平面的方向投影为第二投影线,所述第三连接件3013沿垂直于所述第一平面的方向投影为第三投影线。所述第一投影线与所述第三直线90的夹角为α,所述α范围为[0°,arctan(H/L)]。也即S极接线柱上的第一连接件3011与第三直线90的夹角范围为[0°,arctan(H/L)]。将S极接线柱上的第一连接件3011的角度设置在这个范围内可以保证S极接线柱上的第一连接件3011是朝向所述接线开口的位置,当然这个角度还可以有适度的微调,具体需要根据压缩机实际需要来调整。
为了将R极接线柱的延伸方向限制在朝向所述接线开口的方向内,所述第二投影线与所述第三直线90的夹角为β,所述β范围为[0°,arctan(L/H)]。也即R极接线柱上的第二连接件3012与第三直线90的夹角范围为[0°,arctan(L/H)]。将R极接线柱上的第二连接件3012的角度设置在这个范围内可以保证R极接线柱上的第二连接件3012是朝向所述接线开口的位置,当然这个角度还可以有适度的微调,具体需要根据压缩机实际需要来调整。
类似地,为了将C极接线柱的延伸方向限制在朝向所述接线开口的方向内,所述第三投影线与所述第三直线90的夹角为γ,所述γ范围为[arctan(H/L),arctan(L/H)]。也即C极接线柱上的第三连接件3013与第三直线90的夹角范围为[arctan(H/L),arctan(L/H)]。将C极接线柱上的第三连接件3013的角度设置在这个范围内可以保证C极接线柱上的第三连接件3013是朝向所述接线开口的位置,当然这个角度还可以有适度的微调,具体需要根据压缩机实际需要来调整。
需要注意的是,在本发明实施例中所述片状连接件可以选用金属片,当 然并不局限于金属片这一种材料,还可以是其他可用于导电的材料均可。具体应用需根据实际需求来选择。
可选地,所述接线装置还可包括固定部件60,所述固定部件60用于将所述接线装置固定在所述壳盖40上。所述固定部件60可以是螺母以及螺栓,所述螺母以及所述螺栓用于配合使用以将所述接线装置固定在所述壳盖40上固定。所述固定部件60数量可以不止一个,多个固定部件60的配合以使得所述接线装置的稳定性更强。
本发明实施例还提出一种压缩机,包括上述特征描述中任一项所述的接线装置。
综上所述,本发明提出一种接线装置以及压缩机,包括接线盒盖、接线垫片以及密封端子,所述接线装置设置在所述压缩机的壳盖上。所述密封端子上设置有3个接线柱,每个所述接线柱上沿所述接线柱背离所述壳盖的延伸方向均连接有一片状连接件,分别为:第一连接件、第二连接件、第三连接件。所述第一连接件、所述第二连接件、所述第三连接件均沿靠近所述接线开口的方向延伸以使所述引线的出线方向一致。本发明提出的结构可以让引出线出线顺畅,提高生产效率。三根引出线的出线方向一致,使得密封接线柱受力均匀,无安全隐患。同时出线方向一致,不会有局部走线,线叠加的问题,使接线盒盖内部空间合理布局,进一步提高了装置的安全性。

Claims (9)

  1. 一种接线装置,用于压缩机,其特征在于,包括接线盒盖、接线垫片以及密封端子,所述接线装置设置在所述压缩机的壳盖上;
    所述接线盒盖设置在所述接线垫片上并与所述接线垫片形成一腔体空间,所述密封端子设置在所述腔体空间内并与所述接线垫片连接,所述腔体空间在远离所述密封端子的一端设置有接线开口,所述接线开口用于作为引线的出口;
    所述密封端子上设置有3个接线柱,每个所述接线柱上沿所述接线柱背离所述壳盖的延伸方向均连接有一片状连接件,分别为:第一连接件、第二连接件和第三连接件;
    所述第一连接件、所述第二连接件和所述第三连接件均沿靠近所述接线开口的方向延伸,且所述第一连接件、所述第二连接件和所述第三连接件的朝靠近所述接线开口方向延伸的端部用于与引线连接;
    所述第一连接件、所述第二连接件和所述第三连接件连接的引线的出线方向保持顺向。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的接线装置,其特征在于,所述密封端子上具有第一点a,所述第一点a距离3个所述接线柱的直线距离相等,所述接线盒盖在所述接线开口处的一端为开口端,所述开口端在所述壳盖上的沿垂直于第一平面方向的投影为线段m,所述线段m的中点为第二点c,所述第一平面为所述密封端子所在的平面;
    所述线段m在所述第一平面上的中垂线为第一直线,经过所述第一点a沿垂直于所述第一直线的方向有一第二直线,经过所述第一点a与所述第二点c有一第三直线,所述第一直线与所述第二直线的交点为第三点d,所述第一点a到所述第三点d的直线距离为第一距离H,所述第二点c到所述第三点d的直线距离为第二距离L;
    所述第一连接件沿垂直于所述第一平面的方向投影为第一投影线,所述第二连接件沿垂直于所述第一平面的方向投影为第二投影线,所述第三连接 件沿垂直于所述第一平面的方向投影为第三投影线;
    所述第一投影线与所述第三直线的夹角为第一夹角α,所述第一夹角α范围为[0°,arctan(H/L)]。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的接线装置,其特征在于,所述第二投影线与所述第三直线的夹角为第二夹角β,所述第二夹角β范围为[0°,arctan(L/H)]。
  4. 如权利要求2所述的接线装置,其特征在于,所述第三投影线与所述第三直线的夹角为第三夹角γ,所述第三夹角γ范围为[arctan(H/L),arctan(L/H)]。
  5. 如权利要求1所述的接线装置,其特征在于,所述片状连接件为金属片。
  6. 如权利要求1所述的接线装置,其特征在于,还包括固定部件,所述固定部件用于将所述接线装置固定在所述壳盖上。
  7. 如权利要求6所述的接线装置,其特征在于,所述固定部件包括螺母以及螺栓,所述螺母以及所述螺栓配合使用以将所述接线装置固定在所述壳盖上。
  8. 如权利要求6所述的接线装置,其特征在于,所述固定部件的数量为多个。
  9. 一种压缩机,其特征在于,包括如权利要求1-8中任一项所述的接线装置。
