La solution proposé consiste en un dispositif d'arrêt d'eau dans lequel une pluralité de dispositifs d'arrêt d'eau (10) sont combinés pour former une unité d'arrêt d'eau (1) qui empêche l'entrée d'eau dans une région fixe, le dispositif d'arrêt d'eau étant caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend, dans le but de former une unité d'arrêt d'eau linéaire (1) dans laquelle les dispositifs d'arrêt d'eau sont agencés de façon placée étroitement dans une ligne dans la direction horizontale, des parties saillantes cylindriques qui font saillie aux deux extrémités de sections de corps qui reçoivent l'eau, et des parties de raccordement qui se raccordent en entrant en prise avec des sections évidées en forme de rainure qui ont une section transversale arquée.
