背景技术
目前的按摩机芯调整按摩力度的方式普遍采用的是通过光电开关传感器读取机芯顶出码盘的信号来控制按摩力度。通过码盘的信号变化,从而将整个按摩机芯的顶出过程分成多个档位,并以程序软件来控制不同应用场景的档位以及各个档位对应的按摩力度,这种划挡方式所得到的按摩力度不够精准,无法满足人体的按摩需求,也不能产生最舒适的按摩条件。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是:提供一种可有效精确监控按摩力度的按摩机芯。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的技术方案为:
一种按摩机芯,包括第一摆臂、第二摆臂和设于第二摆臂上的压力传感器、控制模块及驱动模块,该驱动模块驱动该第二摆臂运动,该控制模块与该压力传感器及该驱动模块连接;
所述第一摆臂的一端通过一个转动轴与第二摆臂可转动连接,所述第一摆臂的另一端设有第一按摩件;

Claims (6)

  1. 一种按摩机芯,其特征在于,包括第一摆臂、第二摆臂和设于第二摆臂上的压力传感器、控制模块及驱动模块,该驱动模块驱动该第二摆臂运动,该控制模块与该压力传感器及该驱动模块连接;
    所述第一摆臂的一端通过一个转动轴与第二摆臂可转动连接,所述第一摆臂的另一端设有第一按摩件;
    所述压力传感器的一端固定在该第二摆臂上,所述压力传感器的另一端固定在该第一摆臂上且远离该转动轴设置;当该第一摆臂受力转动时,该第一摆臂的一端会对该压力传感器施加压力,该压力传感器通过检测该压力判断该第一摆臂所受力的大小并将判断结果传送给该控制模块。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的按摩机芯,其特征在于,还包括设于第二摆臂上的固定块,所述固定块远离第二摆臂的一面设有固定件,所述压力传感器的一端通过固定件固定在固定块上。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的按摩机芯,其特征在于,所述第二摆臂为Y形结构,所述第一摆臂的一端与第二摆臂的一端可转动连接,所述第二摆臂的另一端设有第二按摩件,所述第一摆臂远离第二按摩件的一侧设有卡合部,所述卡合部随第一按摩件朝远离第二按摩件方向转动而抵设于第二摆臂的一端的侧壁上。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的按摩机芯,其特征在于,还包括机架、连杆和转轴,所述机架上设有滑轨,所述第二摆臂套设于转轴上且绕转轴可转动设置,所述转轴沿滑轨可移动设置,所述连杆的一端与第二摆臂的一端可转动连接,所述连杆的另一端与机架可转动连接,所述连杆的转动面与滑轨的轴向平行设置,所述第一按摩件随第二摆臂沿滑轨的移动朝靠近或远离转轴的方向可移动设置。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的按摩机芯,其特征在于,还包括移动座,所述移动座上设有与滑轨适配的滑轮,所述转轴套设于移动座内。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的按摩机芯,其特征在于,所述驱动模块包括驱动电机,所述驱动电机驱动移动座移动,所述驱动电机与控制模块电连接。
