本发明涉及精密机床技术领域,特别是涉及一种高效率低成本多功能精密机床。
背景技术
传统的普通数控机床一般只有一个主轴和一个与之垂直的副轴来实现铣槽或钻孔,加工比较复杂的工件时需要将工件拆下换向或转向,这样工件的拆下再装上就大大限制了其加工精度。
而具有三个动力轴(通常称五轴)以上的精密加工中心不需要将工件换向或转向就能够加工比较复杂的工件并达到高精度要求,但是这样的五轴精密加工中心价格非常昂贵,至少是数倍于普通数控机床的价格。
发明内容
为解决以上技术问题,本发明提供一种高效率低成本多功能精密机床,并能够在不拆下工件的前提下对工件进行加工。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供了如下方案:
本发明提供一种高效率低成本多功能精密机床,包括床身、第一工件固定机构、第二工件固定机构和刀具机构;所述第一工件固定机构和所述第二工件固定机构分别设置于所述床身顶部的一侧,所述刀具机构设置于所述床身中部。
可选的,所述第一工件固定机构包括第一横向导轨、第一纵向滑台、第一水平主轴动力头和第一夹头;所述第一横向导轨固定设置于所述床身上,所述第一纵向滑台滑动设置于所述第一横向导轨上,所述第一水平主轴动力头设置于所述第一纵向滑台上,所述第一夹头设置于所述第一水平主轴动力头的动力输出端上。
可选的,所述第一夹头为内涨式夹头。

本发明中的高效率低成本多功能精密机床主要结构包括床身以及设置于床身上的第一工件固定机构、第二工件固定机构和刀具机构;第一工件固定机构和第二工件固定机构分别具有夹持工件的内涨式夹头和软爪卡盘,不仅能够驱动工件进行旋转,还能使工件进行横向和纵向的线性位移,因而可以先通过内涨式夹头夹持工件以加工工件的一端,再通过软爪卡盘夹持工件的另一端以加工工件的另一端,因此能够在不拆下工件的前提下对工件进行加工,且本发明中的高效率低成本多功能精密机床结构简单,具有较高的工件的夹持转换效率以及加工效率。

所述第二工件固定机构包括第二横向导轨3、第二纵向滑台5、第二水平主轴动力头7和软爪卡盘9;所述第二横向导轨3固定设置于所述床身1上,所述第二纵向滑台5滑动设置于所述第二横向导轨3上,所述第二水平主轴动力头7设置于所述第二纵向滑台5上,所述软爪卡盘9设置于所述第二水平主轴动力头7的动力输出端上。

以加工圆筒形零件为例,通过内涨式夹头8固定工件14的一端,第一水平主轴动力头6带动工件14旋转,车削工件14另一端的台阶和内外倒角,后侧的垂直组合动力头旋转,通过第一水平主轴动力头6移动对工件14进行铣油槽、钻孔,第一水平主轴动力头6向右边移动把工件14送入软爪卡盘9中夹紧,第二水平主轴动力头7带动工件14旋转,车削工件14一端台阶和内外倒角,完成工件14加工取出工件14,进入下一加工循环。
