Le procédé d'ouverture de casier de livraison express comprend les étapes consistant à : envoyer un message de collecte, le message de collecte comprenant une première interface d'affichage et une première zone interactive, la première interface d'affichage étant utilisée pour afficher le casier de livraison express stockant l'élément de livraison express de la personne qui collecte et des premières informations de localisation du casier de livraison express ; recevoir une commande d'ouverture de casier, la commande d'ouverture de casier étant produite au moyen de la première zone interactive, et la commande d'ouverture de casier comprenant des secondes informations d'emplacement de l'emplacement de la personne qui collecte ; déterminer la distance, la distance étant déterminée au moyen des premières informations d'emplacement et des secondes informations d'emplacement ; et, lorsque la distance satisfait une première condition de distance, commander l'ouverture de la porte du casier de livraison express.
