一种平衡式污染物清洁***
本申请要求于2019年4月22日提交中国专利局、申请号为CN201910325023.2申请名称为平衡式污染物清洁***的中国专利申请的优先权,其全部内容通过引用结合在本申请中。
技术领域
本申请实施例涉及烟气收集装置领域,具体涉及一种平衡式污染物清洁***。
背景技术
在日常生活中,家里的客厅、卧室都会安装空调,这样夏天就不会被炎热所困扰,冬天也不会被寒冷所扰。随着家居环境不断改善和人们对生活质量的完美追求,厨房安装空调问题越来越受到人们的关注。目前,厨房空调市场需求巨大,但真正购买者却不多,原因值得深思。比如在南方,夏天4月到10月厨房工作温度平均在33度以上。然而由于厨房的油烟多,严重影响了厨房空调的使用效果和寿命。由于没有对灶台发出的油烟和热量进行阻隔,油烟和热量依然会扩散至厨房其它角落,因此只能通过提高油烟机的功率来减小油烟和热量的扩散,但是这样会进一步增加耗电量,且效果不明显。此外,即使厨房里安装了空调,油烟机在工作时会将大量的室内冷空气排出,并使室外的热空气对流进入厨房,使厨房里的温度迅速升高。同样的,对于冬天开暖气的厨房,由于油烟机将大量的热空气排出室外,冷空气对流进入厨房,从而使厨房的温度迅速降低,厨房里跟室外一样寒冷,因此现有的油烟机对厨房内的温度影响大,厨房空调或者暖气设备并不能发挥其正常的功效。
申请内容
为此,本申请实施例提供一种平衡式污染物清洁***,以解决现有的厨房设备存在油烟排净率低,能耗高,以及对厨房内的温度影响大的问题。
为了实现上述目的,本申请实施例提供一种平衡式污染物清洁***,所述平衡式污染物清洁***包括:
风机;
喷气装置,所述喷气装置设置于被屏蔽物体的外周,所述喷气装置上设置有多个喷气口,所述喷气装置的进气口与所述风机的出气口通过管线连接,当所述喷气口喷气时,喷出的气流在被屏蔽物体的外周形成一圈风帘;
吸气装置,所述吸气装置设置于所述被屏蔽物体的上方,所述吸气装置用于吸走被屏蔽物体产生的污染物和热量,以及所述喷气口喷出的空气;
控制装置,所述控制装置用于控制所述风机输出的气流大小,并根据所述风机输出的气流大小调节所述吸气装置的吸气量。
进一步地,所述吸气装置为油烟机。
进一步地,所述控制装置包括控制模块、气体流量计、电压控制器和调速按键,所述控制模块分别与气体流量计、电压控制器、调速按键、油烟机的驱动线路板电连接,所述电压控制器与所述风机电连接。
进一步地,所述控制模块为单片机。
进一步地,相邻两个所述喷气口之间的距离相等。
进一步地,所述被屏蔽物体为燃气灶。
进一步地,所述气体流量计的型号为HQLUGB。
进一步地,所述单片机的型号为STM8S103。
本申请实施例具有如下优点:
1、本申请实施例的平衡式污染物清洁***通过喷气装置进行喷气,从而在燃气灶的四周形成一圈风帘,将烹饪时产生的热量和油烟阻隔在风帘内并最终通过吸气装置排走,从而提高了热量和油烟的排净率,同时通过风帘将油烟与厨师进行有效隔离,减小油烟对厨师身体造成的伤害。
2、本申请实施例的平衡式污染物清洁***通过控制装置控制风机输出的气流大小,并根据风机输出的气流大小调节吸气装置的吸气量,可有效减小能耗;由于风帘将风帘内的空气与厨房内的空气阻隔开(风帘的作用与商场风幕机的作用相同),因此不管是冬天供暖还是夏天开空调,厨房内的空气都不会受油烟机影响(冷气或者暖气不会被抽走排出,不需要增加更多的冷气或者暖气来补充),因此更加节能。

如图1所示,平衡式污染物清洁***包括风机10、喷气装置20、吸气装置30和控制装置,风机10用于为喷气装置20提供稳定的空气流。本实施例的喷气装置20由四根中空管21首尾依次连接构成,喷气装置20设置于被屏蔽物体50的外周,本实施例中的被屏蔽物体50为燃气灶,喷气装置20呈矩形,当然,喷气装置20的形状并不限定于此,具体根据被屏蔽物体50的形状确定。每根中空管21的外周面上向上设置有多个喷气口22,优选的,相邻两个喷气口22之间的距离相等。本实施例中的其中一根中空管21设置有进气口,进气口与风机10的出气口通过管线连接,当然也可在每根中空管21设置进气口并将其与风机10的出气口单独连接。由于四根中空管21的内部是连通的,因此其内部压力相等,从而确保每个喷气口22喷出气流的流速也是相等的,当喷气口22喷气时,喷出的气流在燃气灶的外周形成一圈风帘。
如图2所示,吸气装置30用于吸走被屏蔽物体50产生的污染物和热量,以及喷气口22喷出的空气,吸气装置30设置于被屏蔽物体50的上方,本实施例中吸气装置30为油烟机,油烟机通过螺栓固定安装于墙体上,并处于燃气灶的正上方。油烟机的尺寸大于风帘围成的面积,以确保将 产生的热量和油烟全部吸走,提高热量和油烟的排净率。
如图3所示,控制装置用于控制风机10输出的气流大小,并根据风机10输出的气流大小调节吸气装置30吸气量。控制装置包括控制模块41、气体流量计42、电压控制器43和调速按键44,控制模块41分别与气体流量计42、电压控制器43、调速按键44、油烟机的驱动线路板电连接,电压控制器43与风机10电连接。控制模块41在本实施例中为单片机,单片机的型号为STM8S103,该型号的单片机兼容性较好,可以与目前市场上大多数油烟机的驱动线路板相兼容。气体流量计42用于测量风机10输出气流的实时流量,并将其转化成电信号发送至控制模块41,气体流量计42安装于风机10的出气口,本实施例中的气体流量计42的型号为HQLUGB,该型号的气体流量计42具有精度高和体积小的优点。调速按键44用于向控制模块41发送流量调节指令,控制模块41接收到流量调节指令后向电压控制器43发送电压调节指令,电压控制器43接收到电压调节指令后通过改变输出给风机10的电压来改变风机10的输出功率,进而改变风机10输出的气流大小。
烹饪时,打开油烟机的同时打开风机10,风机10输的气流通过每一个喷气口22均匀喷出,喷出的气流在燃气灶的四周形成一圈风帘,将烹饪时产生的热量和油烟阻隔在风帘内并最终通过吸气装置30排走,从而提高了热量和油烟的排净率,同时通过风帘将油烟与厨师进行有效隔离,减小油烟对厨师身体造成的伤害。若在使用过程中,风帘不足以完全将燃气灶产生的油烟和热量阻隔,可通过按压调速按键44增大喷气口22喷出的气流大小,控制模块41根据气体流量计42测量的流量大小增大油烟机的吸气量,实现闭环控制,从而将热量和油烟彻底阻隔于风帘内,通过控制装置控制风机10输出的气流大小,并根据风机10输出的气流大小调节吸气装置30的吸气量,可有效减小能耗;由于风帘将风帘内的空气与厨房内的空气阻隔开(风帘的作用与商场风幕机的作用相同),因此不管是冬天供暖还是夏天开空调,厨房内的空气都不会受油烟机影响(冷气或者暖气不会被抽走排出,不需要增加更多的冷气或者暖气来补充), 因此更加节能。

  1. 一种平衡式污染物清洁***,其特征在于,所述平衡式污染物清洁***包括:
    风机;
    喷气装置,所述喷气装置设置于被屏蔽物体的外周,所述喷气装置上设置有多个喷气口,所述喷气装置的进气口与所述风机的出气口通过管线连接,当所述喷气口喷气时,喷出的气流在被屏蔽物体的外周形成一圈风帘;
    吸气装置,所述吸气装置设置于所述被屏蔽物体的上方,所述吸气装置用于吸走被屏蔽物体产生的污染物和热量,以及所述喷气口喷出的空气;
    控制装置,所述控制装置用于控制所述风机输出的气流大小,并根据所述风机输出的气流大小调节所述吸气装置的吸气量。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的平衡式污染物清洁***,其特征在于,所述吸气装置为油烟机。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的平衡式污染物清洁***,其特征在于,所述控制装置包括控制模块、气体流量计、电压控制器和调速按键,所述控制模块分别与气体流量计、电压控制器、调速按键、油烟机的驱动线路板电连接,所述电压控制器与所述风机电连接。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的平衡式污染物清洁***,其特征在于,所述控制模块为单片机。
  5. 根据权利要求1、2、3或4所述的平衡式污染物清洁***,其特征在于,相邻两个所述喷气口之间的距离相等。
