背景技术

为达以上目的,本申请提供一种座椅基座,用于固定儿童安全座椅,包括:
ISOFIX连接杆,所述ISOFIX连接杆的一端用于与汽车的儿童座椅接口连接;
水平滑杆,所述ISOFIX连接杆的另一端与所述水平滑杆连接;
固定板,所述固定板上设有倾斜设置的滑槽,所述水平滑杆***所述滑槽中并沿所述滑槽滑动。

参见图2~图4,本实施例提供一种用于固定儿童安全座椅的座椅基座,包括ISOFIX连接杆1、水平滑杆2、固定板3、拉板4、U型扣板5和壳体6。所述ISOFIX连接杆1的一端用于与汽车的儿童座椅接口连接;所述ISOFIX连接杆1的另一端与所述水平滑杆2连接。所述固定板3上设有倾斜设置的滑槽301,所述水平滑杆2***所述滑槽301中。所述拉板4的一端套设在所述水平滑杆2上并与所述水平滑杆2同轴转动连接。所述U型扣板5的开口端与所述固定板3转动连接,所述U型扣板5的中部与所述拉板4的另一端转动连接;转动所述U型扣板5可使所述水平滑杆2沿所述滑槽301滑动。所述U型扣板5贯穿所述壳体6并延伸至所述壳体6的上方,所述壳体6上设有固定插槽601,当所述U型扣板5转动至***所述固定插槽601中时,所述水平滑杆2被固定于所述滑槽301的上端。优选地,所述滑槽301靠近儿童座椅接口的一端低于远离儿童座椅接口的一端。
具体地,本实施例提供的滑槽301倾斜设置,当发生车祸或者急刹车时,固定板3不会直直地沿水平方向前滑,而是会沿着滑槽301倾斜向上滑动,通过重力来降低固定板3向前的动量,从而提高儿童安全座椅在汽车急停时的可靠性。进一步地,传统的水平滑杆2限位方式需要多次操作,十分不便,本实施例提供的U型扣板5,可以轻松实现水平滑杆2的定位,方便简单且实用可靠。
本实施例中,座椅基座还包括支架7、第一立板8、第一上卡板9、第一拉簧10、第一下卡板11、第二拉簧12、拉杆13和横拉部14。所述固定板3与所述支架7固定连接。所述第一立板8与所述支架7固定连接,所述第一立板8的顶部设有用于与儿童安全座椅的底部卡接的第一卡槽801。所述第一上卡板9的上端与所述第一立板8转动连接,所述第一上卡板9设有圆弧部。所述第一拉簧10与所述第一上卡板9的下端连接,用于驱动所述第一上卡板9转动以使所述圆弧部挡住所述第一卡槽801的开口。所述第一下卡板11的中部与所述第一立板8转动连接,所述第一下卡板11靠近所述圆弧部的一端设有卡口。所述第二拉簧12与所述第一下卡板11 连接,用于驱动所述卡口卡住所述圆弧部以限制所述第一上卡板9继续转动。所述拉杆13的一端与所述第一上卡板9的下端连接。所述横拉部14与所述拉杆13连接,用于拉动所述拉杆13以使所述圆弧部转离所述第一卡槽801的开口。
具体地:
①在一般状态下,第一上卡板9因受第一拉簧10的影响逆时针转动,第一下卡板11因受第二拉簧12的影响顺时针转动,直至卡扣抵住圆弧部,此时第一卡槽801被第一上卡板9和第二上卡板挡住;
②儿童安全座椅的底部一般设有前水平杆,当将儿童安全座椅的底部从上往下压入第一卡槽801时,前水平杆克服第一拉簧10和第二拉簧12的拉力,将第一上卡板9和第一下卡板11挤开,然后进入到第一卡槽801中,由于前水平杆的直径不大,所以当前水平杆进入到第一卡槽801的槽底时,第一上卡板9在第一拉簧10的作用下重新逆时针转动,最终圆弧部转动至第一卡槽801上方并将前水平杆锁在第一卡槽801中;
③当需要释放儿童安全座椅时,向前拉动横拉部14,横拉部14通过拉杆13使第一上卡板9顺时针转动,圆弧部转离第一卡槽801的开口处,往上提起儿童安全座椅即可使儿童安全座椅与座椅基座脱离。
进一步地,座椅基座还包括第二立板15、第二上勾板16、第三拉簧17、第二下勾板18和扭簧19。所述第二立板15与所述支架7的固定连接,所述第二立板15的顶部设有用于与儿童安全座椅的底部卡接的第二卡槽1501。所述第二上勾板16的中部与所述第二立板15转动连接,所述第二上勾板16的上部设有倒钩;所述拉杆13的另一端与所述第二上勾板16的下端连接。所述第三拉簧17与所述横拉部14连接,用于通过所述拉杆13驱动所述倒钩转动至挡住所述第二卡槽1501的开口。所述第二下勾板18的中部与所述第二立板15转动连接,所述第二下勾板18卡进所述倒钩的一端位于所述倒钩的下方。所述扭簧19与所述第二下勾板18连接,用于驱动所述第二下勾板18转动至挡住所述第二卡槽1501。
具体地:
①在一般状态下,第二上卡板因受第三拉簧17的影响逆时针转动,第二下卡板因受扭簧19的影响也逆时针转动,直至第二下卡板被倒钩所勾 住,此时第二卡槽1501被第二上卡板和第二上卡板挡住;
②儿童安全座椅的底部一般还设有后水平杆,当将儿童安全座椅的底部从上往下压入第二卡槽1501时,后水平杆克服第三拉簧17和扭簧19的作用力,将第二上卡板和第二下卡板挤开,然后进入到第二卡槽1501中,由于后水平杆的直径不大,所以当后水平杆进入到第二卡槽1501的槽底时,第二上卡板在第三拉簧17的作用下重新逆时针转动,最终倒钩转动至第二卡槽1501上方并将后水平杆锁在第二卡槽1501中;
③当需要释放儿童安全座椅时,向前拉动横拉部14,横拉部14通过拉杆13使第二上卡板顺时针转动,倒钩转离第二卡槽1501的开口处,往上提起儿童安全座椅即可使儿童安全座椅与座椅基座脱离。
优选地,座椅基座还包括支撑脚20,竖直设置的所述支撑脚20与所述支架7固定连接,所述支撑脚20的长度可调。
参见图5,ISOFIX连接杆1的虎口与汽车扣合,通过可以沿箭头④倾斜向上滑动的水平滑杆2与儿童安全座椅连接,其中,水平滑杆2的位置较低,儿童安全座椅***重心21位置较高(儿童安全座椅***含婴儿、座椅基座和儿童安全座椅),当汽车因受到撞击或者因急刹车而突然停止时,儿童安全座椅***重心21和水平滑杆2与ISOFIX连接杆1的虎口等,三者将往三点共线的趋势发生相对运动,由于水平滑杆2的位置比传统限位件200高,水平滑杆2位于所述其它两点连线之上方,儿童安全座椅的上部则由于惯性会有一个沿箭头⑤逆时针转动的趋势,同理,儿童安全座椅中的婴儿的头部也会存在沿箭头⑤逆时针转动的趋势,该转动的趋势可以减少婴儿的头部位移量,从而避免险情的发生。
于本实施例中,为了保证当儿童安全座椅运动至极限位置时,儿童安全座椅的上部由于惯性会有一个沿箭头⑤逆时针转动的趋势,可以使座椅基座与汽车座椅安装好后,滑槽与水平面之间的倾斜角度大于45°。进一步地,若使壳体6的底部为一平整平面,且座椅基座与汽车座椅安装好后该平整平面与座椅的椅面贴合,也可以使滑槽301与平整平面之间的倾斜角度大于45°。
进一步地,将滑槽301设置成倾斜的方式,可能会导致ISOFIX连接杆1与汽车的儿童座椅接口连接时ISOFIX连接杆1会沿着倾斜的滑槽301 后退,这或许会为座椅基座的安装带来不必要的麻烦,相应地,本实施例提供的U型扣板则5可以很好的解决该问题,一旦将U型扣板5的位置定好,则ISOFIX连接杆1就不会发生后退的情况。优选地,本实施例提供的U型扣板5只是限制ISOFIX连接杆1后退的其中一种方式,也可才采用制动电机等其它方式限制ISOFIX连接杆1的后退,此处不再赘述。
以上实施例仅用以说明本申请的技术方案,而非对其限制;尽管参照前述实施例对本发明进行了详细的说明,本领域的普通技术人员应当理解:其依然可以对前述各实施例所记载的技术方案进行修改,或者对其中部分技术特征进行等同替换;而这些修改或者替换,并不使相应技术方案的本质脱离本发明各实施例技术方案的精神和范围。

Claims (6)

  1. 一种座椅基座,用于固定儿童安全座椅,其特征在于,包括:
    ISOFIX连接杆(1),所述ISOFIX连接杆(1)的一端用于与汽车的儿童座椅接口连接;
    水平滑杆(2),所述ISOFIX连接杆(1)的另一端与所述水平滑杆(2)连接;
    固定板(3),所述固定板(3)上设有倾斜设置的滑槽(301),所述水平滑杆(2)***所述滑槽(301)中并沿所述滑槽(301)滑动。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的座椅基座,其特征在于,所述滑槽(301)靠近儿童座椅接口的一端低于远离儿童座椅接口的一端。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的座椅基座,其特征在于,还包括:
    拉板(4),所述拉板(4)的一端套设在所述水平滑杆(2)上并与所述水平滑杆(2)同轴转动连接;
    U型扣板(5),所述U型扣板(5)的开口端与所述固定板(3)转动连接,所述U型扣板(5)的中部与所述拉板(4)的另一端转动连接;转动所述U型扣板(5)可使所述水平滑杆(2)沿所述滑槽(301)滑动;
    壳体(6),所述U型扣板(5)贯穿所述壳体(6)并延伸至所述壳体(6)的上方,所述壳体(6)上设有固定插槽(601),当所述U型扣板(5)转动至***所述固定插槽(601)中时,所述水平滑杆(2)被固定于所述滑槽(301)的上端。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的座椅基座,其特征在于,还包括:
    支架(7),所述固定板(3)与所述支架(7)固定连接;
    第一立板(8),所述第一立板(8)与所述支架(7)固定连接,所述第一立板(8)的顶部设有用于与儿童安全座椅的底部卡接的第一卡槽(801);
    第一上卡板(9),所述第一上卡板(9)的上端与所述第一立板(8)转动连接,所述第一上卡板(9)设有圆弧部;
    第一拉簧(10),所述第一拉簧(10)与所述第一上卡板(9)的下端连接,用于驱动所述第一上卡板(9)转动以使所述圆弧部挡住所述第一卡槽(801)的开口;
    第一下卡板(11),所述第一下卡板(11)的中部与所述第一立板(8)转动连接,所述第一下卡板(11)靠近所述圆弧部的一端设有卡口;
    第二拉簧(12),所述第二拉簧(12)与所述第一下卡板(11)连接,用于驱动所述卡口卡住所述圆弧部以限制所述第一上卡板(9)继续转动;
    拉杆(13),所述拉杆(13)的一端与所述第一上卡板(9)的下端连接;
    横拉部(14),所述横拉部(14)与所述拉杆(13)连接,用于拉动所述拉杆(13)以使所述圆弧部转离所述第一卡槽(801)的开口。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的座椅基座,其特征在于,还包括:
    第二立板(15),所述第二立板(15)与所述支架(7)的固定连接,所述第二立板(15)的顶部设有用于与儿童安全座椅的底部卡接的第二卡槽(1501);
    第二上勾板(16),所述第二上勾板(16)的中部与所述第二立板(15)转动连接,所述第二上勾板(16)的上部设有倒钩;所述拉杆(13)的另一端与所述第二上勾板(16)的下端连接;
    第三拉簧(17),所述第三拉簧(17)与所述横拉部(14)连接,用于通过所述拉杆(13)驱动所述倒钩转动至挡住所述第二卡槽(1501)的开口;
    第二下勾板(18),所述第二下勾板(18)的中部与所述第二立板(15)转动连接,所述第二下勾板(18)卡进所述倒钩的一端位于所述倒钩的下方;
    扭簧(19),所述扭簧(19)与所述第二下勾板(18)连接,用于驱动所述第二下勾板(18)转动至挡住所述第二卡槽(1501)。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的座椅基座,其特征在于,还包括:
    支撑脚(20),竖直设置的所述支撑脚(20)与所述支架(7)固定连接,所述支撑脚(20)的长度可调。
