Definitions

  • the present invention relates to a medical or cosmetic skin application sheet, and more particularly to an adhesive sheet in which an adhesive and a film are laminated.
  • a technique has been developed in which the drug permeation efficiency is significantly improved compared to the application method by piercing the stratum corneum with a fine needle, that is, a microneedle.
  • a microneedle array is formed by accumulating a large number of these microneedles on a substrate.
  • a microneedle patch is a product that is easy to use by adding an adhesive tape for adhering the microneedle array to the skin, a cover sheet for maintaining a sterile condition until use, and the like to make the product easy to use.
  • microneedles are made of a substance that dissolves in the body and disappears by metabolism, such as sugar, even if the needle breaks and remains in the skin, it does not cause an accident. Moreover, if the drug is contained in the sugar, the drug can be easily administered intradermally or subcutaneously by dissolving the inserted microneedle in the body (Patent Document 2).
  • a microneedle made of a biosoluble polymer substance such as hyaluronic acid or collagen
  • moisture in the skin diffuses into the microneedle, and the needle portion inserted into the skin swells and then dissolves.
  • hyaluronic acid or collagen diffuses into the skin to develop an anti-wrinkle effect, or a drug or valuable substance previously dissolved in the needle portion diffuses into the skin (Patent Documents 3 and 4).
  • the microneedle array In order for the microneedles to swell and dissolve in the skin, the microneedle array must be stably held on the skin surface during that time.
  • an adhesive protective tape having a larger area than that of the microneedle array is placed on the microneedle array and pressed against the skin surface, and the adhesiveness of the protective tape holds the adhesive protective tape in close contact.
  • this adhesive protective tape has a great influence on the solubility of the microneedle in the skin.
  • a protective adhesive tape having high water vapor permeability water entering the microneedle array evaporates from the skin, the microneedles do not swell sufficiently, and the rate at which the drug is released into the skin decreases. Therefore, it is important for the tape to prevent moisture loss from the skin.
  • the adhesive sheet for skin or the protective adhesive sheet for microneedles has low water vapor permeability. If a support having low water vapor permeability is used to achieve this, the rigidity of the entire sheet is increased, and when it is applied, the movement of the skin cannot be followed so that skin irritation is likely to occur.
  • a sheet for topical skin application is required to have properties that combine the ODT effect and the elasticity of the sheet, as well as the adhesive effect for fixing it to the skin for a certain period of time.
  • An object of the present invention is to provide a topical skin application sheet which has a high affinity for skin and is excellent in ODT effect and elasticity.
  • the present inventors have developed an adhesive layer having a high affinity with the skin and being excellent in sticking for a long period of time like an acrylic adhesive, but having a high moisture permeability and hardly exhibiting an ODT effect, and a rubber adhesive having a low moisture permeability and an excellent ODT. It was confirmed that a three-layer sheet using an agent and a highly stretchable film such as a urethane film as a laminated support achieves both the ODT effect and the stretchability. Since the adhesiveness between the rubber-based adhesive and the acrylic-based adhesive is not always good and sometimes peels off, in order to further improve the physical properties, a polyurethane sheet is placed between the rubber-based adhesive layer and the acrylic-based adhesive layer. The interposition of the above improved the lamination, succeeded in creating a pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet excellent in stretchability and skin compatibility, and excellent in ODT effect, and completed the present invention.
  • a laminated adhesive sheet for skin obtained by laminating a skin adhesive layer, a protective adhesive layer, and a highly stretchable support in this order.
  • a laminated adhesive sheet for skin obtained by laminating a skin adhesive layer, an intermediate layer, a protective adhesive layer, and a highly stretchable support in this order.
  • the drug is an antipyretic anti-inflammatory analgesic, an antiepileptic agent, an antipsychotic agent, an antidepressant/anxiety agent, an antiparkinsonian agent, an antidepressant, an antidementia agent, a hypnotic, a sedative, an antispasmodic, a muscle relaxant.
  • Agent autonomic nerve agent, cerebral circulation/metabolic agent, cardiotonic agent, antianginal agent, hypertensive/arrhythmic agent, vasodilator, antihypertensive agent, pressor agent, diuretic, respiratory stimulant, antitussive/expectorant,
  • the adhesive sheet according to [12] which is selected from the group consisting of a bronchodilator, an asthma/nasal allergy therapeutic agent, a respiratory agent, a cold agent, an antiemetic agent, an antacid agent and an antiulcer agent.
