本申请涉及家用电器技术领域,具体涉及一种家用水处理设备及其安装方法。
背景技术
目前市场上销售的家用水处理设备,例如饮水机、净饮机等立式净饮水设备均采用侧板作为支撑主体,由于侧板的厚度较薄容易发生形变,家用水处理设备受限于侧板结构强度,具有整机结构的结构强度低且稳定性差的问题。并且,由于家用水处理设备采用侧板作为支撑主体,生产装配时其侧板需要优先安装,为了降低安装难度防止侧板位移,需要先采用卧装的方式将左侧板和右侧板安装固定在底座上,并在左侧板和右侧板其二者之间安装中托板,之后将立式净饮水设备竖直放置,采用立装的方式将水泵、电子冰胆等安装在中托板上,并将用于储物和/或储存水的下框架安装至中托板和底座之间。由于采用侧板作为支撑主体,现有的家用水处理设备需要先卧装再立装,难以一人单独完成上述安装工作,还具有安装过程繁琐、装配效率低的问题。
发明内容
因此,本申请旨在提供一种家用水处理设备及其安装方法,以解决现有技术中的家用水处理设备采用侧板作为支撑结构,具有结构强度低、稳定性差和安装难度高的问题。为此,本申请提供一种家用水处理设备,包括
下框架;
中托板,用于装配所述家用水处理设备的配件,所述中托板设置在所述下框架上方且与所述下框架配合相连,所述下框架为支撑所述中托板及其上所述配件的支撑主体;
装饰侧板,安装在所述支撑主体侧部。
所述中托板与所述下框架的顶部相抵接。
所述中托板通过第一卡接结构与所述下框架配合相连。
所述下框架的上端设有朝向所述中托板方向延伸的连接部,所述中托板的侧部与所述连接部配合卡接相连。
所述第一卡接结构包括设置在所述连接部上的第一插槽,所述中托板的侧部与所述第一插槽配合插接相连。

本申请的技术方案,具有如下优点:
1、本申请提供的家用水处理设备,中托板安装在下框架上,下框架为家用水处理设 备的支撑主体,将装饰侧板作为外观装饰配件,安装在支撑主体上,通过下框架固定支撑中托板以及中托板上的家用水处理设备配件,避免了现有技术中家用水处理设备采用侧板作为支撑主体,中托板需要固定安装在侧板上,通过侧板固定支撑中托板以及中托板上的家用水处理设备配件,由于侧板的厚度较薄、结构强度差,导致侧板容易在中托板和中托板上的配件的重力作用下发生形变,从而导致家用水处理设备整机结构强度低的问题。而且,因为现有技术中采用侧板作为支撑主体,为了固定其它零部件并保证侧板的安装精度,需要首先将侧板安装在底座之后再将下框架和中托板安装在侧板上,侧板的长度较长且容易发生变形,安装难度高且需要多人配合安装,为了降低侧板的安装难度防止侧板位移,需要将侧板放倒采用卧装的方式将左侧板和右侧板安装固定在底座上,并将中托板固定在侧板上。在侧板的安装工作完成后,由于水泵、电子冰胆等设备需要压在中托板上,并且下框架需要压在底座上,为保证水泵、电子冰胆和下框架的安装精度和使用可靠性,需要将立式净饮水设备竖直放置,再通过立装的方式将水泵、电子冰胆等安装在中托板上,并将下框架安装至中托板和底座之间,以保证中托板可靠地承托水泵、电子冰胆等设备,底座可靠地承托下框架。但是,上述先卧装再立装的家用水处理设备安装方式,使家用水处理设备的安装过程非常繁琐,难以单人完成上述安装工作,严重影响家用水处理设备的装配效率。本申请中的下框架为家用水处理设备的支撑主体,通过下框架固定中托板,侧板仅作为装饰配件,不再作为支撑件支撑中托板,由于下框架的横截面面积更大、体积更大且不容易发生形变,可以有效地支撑中托板并对侧板进行固定。而且,本申请中的侧板不作为支撑件也无需优先安装,在家用水处理设备安装过程中,采用立式安装方式将中托板固定在下框架上,之后再将装饰侧板固定在下框架和中托板上组成家用水处理设备,其中,下框架和中托板者共同与装饰侧板相接触,装饰侧板和支撑主体的连接面大于现有安装方式中将侧板固定在底座上,工作人员可以独立完成上述装饰侧板的安装工作,同时也不需要先卧装再立装,有效地简化了家用水处理设备的安装步骤,提高了安装效率。采用下框架和中托板作为支撑主体可以有效地提高家用水处理设备的结构强度低、提高结构稳定性和安装效率。
2、本申请提供的家用水处理设备,中托板的底部与下框架的顶部抵接相连,中托板和设置在其上的水泵和电子冰胆以及其它零部件的重量均压在下框架上,通过下框架对中托板和其上的零件有效地支撑,下框架的体积较大,具有承载能力强且不容易变形的优点,可以牢固可靠地支撑中托板和其上的零件。
3、本申请提供的家用水处理设备,中托板通过第一卡接结构与下框架配合卡接相连,通过卡接固定的方式将中托板预先固定在下框架上,具有操作简单方便的优点,有效地降 低了工作人员的操作难度,提高家用水处理设备的安装效率。
4、本申请提供的家用水处理设备,下框架的上端具有朝向中托板方向延伸的连接部,中托板的侧部与连接部配合卡接相连,通过在下框架上设置朝向中托板方向延伸的连接部可以有效地提高下框架和中托板的连接面,使下框架和中托板固定的更加牢固。
5、本申请提供的家用水处理设备,连接部上设置有第一插槽,第一插槽与中托板的侧部配合插接相连,通过插接结构将中托板插接在第一插槽内可以有效地降低工作人员的安装难度,并且第一插槽和中托板的连接面较大,连接部可以有效地对中托板进行固定,对中托板进行有效地固定。

下框架1,如图5和图6所示,固定安装在底座2上,所述下框架1的下层具有用于容置浓水的第一腔体15,上层具有用于储物的第二腔体16,所述下框架1的上端设有朝向所述中托板4方向延伸的连接部5,所述中托板4的侧部与所述连接部5配合卡接相连,所述中托板4先通过第一卡接结构与所述连接部4配合相连,再通过螺钉进一步固定相连,所述第一卡接结构包括设置在所述连接部5上的第一插槽6,所述中托板4的侧部与所述第一插槽6配合插接相连,以及设置在所述连接部5上的第一卡钩7,以及设置在所述连接部5上与所述第一卡钩7配合相连的第一卡槽。中托板通过卡接结构与连接部配合相连,再通过螺钉将中托板和连接部牢固固定,既有效地降低中托板的安装难度,提升中托板的安装效率,还保证了中托板的安装牢固程度;
底座2,如图7至图9所示,所述底座2上设置有朝向所述下框架1设置的第二卡钩12,所述下框架1的底部设置有与所述第二卡钩12配合相连的第二卡槽13,相互配合的第二卡钩和第二卡槽可以有效地限制下框架与底座相分离,保证下框架与底座牢固可靠地固定在一起,所述下框架1底部设置有朝向所述底座2设置的限位凸台,所述底座2上设有与所述限位凸台相适配的限位凹槽17。上述位于所述下框架1和所述底座2的连接面上相互适配的限位凸台和限位凹槽17可以简单有效地防止下框架和底座发生水平方向的位移,保证下框架和底座的连接可靠性。所述限位凹槽6包括两个环形凹槽,两个所述环形凹槽分别设置在所述底座2左右两侧的外轮廓方向上,可以有效地防止应力集中,提高限位凹槽的限位能力。并且,所述下框架1和所述底座2上设有相对设置的第三连接孔14,所述下框架1和所述底座2通过穿过所述第三连接孔14的螺钉固定相连。螺钉可以进一步地牢固可靠地将下框架和底座固定在一起;并且,所述底座2的左右两侧分别设置有第二插槽21,所述装饰侧板3底部设置有朝向所述底座2弯折的翻边,所述翻边***所述第二插槽21内,实现装饰侧板和底座的预固定,所述装饰侧板3和所述底座2上设有相对设置的第四连接孔22,所述装饰侧板3和所述底座2通过穿过所述第四连接孔22的固定螺钉固定相连;
中托板4,如图4所示,其上装配有水泵和电子冰胆等家用水处理设备的配件,所述中托板4设置在所述下框架1上方且与所述下框架1配合相连,所述下框架1和所述底座2组成支撑所述中托板4及其上所述配件的支撑主体,装饰侧板3安装在所述支撑主体侧部,将下框架固定安装在底座上,中托板安装在下框架上,下框架和底座组成家用水处理设备的支撑主体,将装饰侧板作为外观装饰配件,安装在支撑主体上,通过下框架固定支撑中托板以及中托板上的家用水处理设备配件,避免了现有技术中家用水处理设备采用侧板作为支撑主体,中托板需要固定安装在侧板上,通过侧板固定支撑中托板以及中托板上的家用水处理设备配件,由于侧板的厚度较薄、结构强度差,导致侧板容易在中托板和中托板上的配件的重力作用下发生形变,从而导致家用水处理设备整机结构强度低的问题。而且,因为现有技术中采用侧板作为支撑主体,为了固定其它零部件并保证侧板的安装精度,需要首先将侧板安装在底座之后再将下框架和中托板安装在侧板上,侧板的长度较长且容易发生变形,安装难度高且需要多人配合安装,为了降低侧板的安装难度防止侧板位移,需要将侧板放倒采用卧装的方式将左侧板和右侧板安装固定在底座上,并将中托板固定在侧板上。在侧板的安装工作完成后,由于水泵、电子冰胆等设备需要压在中托板上,并且下框架需要压在底座上,为保证水泵、电子冰胆和下框架的安装精度和使用可靠性,需要将立式净饮水设备竖直放置,再通过立装的方式将水泵、电子冰胆等安装在中托板上,并将下框架安装至中托板和底座之间,以保证中托板可靠地承托水泵、电子冰胆等设备,底座可靠地承托下框架。但是,上述先卧装再立装的家用水处理设备安装方式,使家用水处理设备的安装过程非常繁琐,难以单人完成上述安装工作,严重影响家用水处理设备的装配效率。本申请中的中托板、下框架和底座三者组成家用水处理设备的支撑主体,通过下框架固定中托板,侧板仅作为装饰配件,不再作为支撑件支撑中托板,由于下框架的横截面面积更大、体积更大且不容易发生形变,可以有效地支撑中托板并对侧板进行固定。而且,本申请中的侧板不作为支撑件也无需优先安装,在家用水处理设备安装过程中,采用立式安装方式将作为支撑主体的下框架安装在底座上,再将中托板固定在下框架上,之后再将装饰侧板固定在下框架、中托板和底座上组成家用水处理设备,其中,下框架、中托板和底座三者共同与装饰侧板相接触,装饰侧板和支撑主体的连接面大于现有安装方式中将侧板固定在底座上,工作人员可以独立完成上述装饰侧板的安装工作,同时也不需要先卧装再立装,有效地简化了家用水处理设备的安装步骤,提高了安装效率。采用下框架和中托板作为支撑主体可以有效地提高家用水处理设备的结构强度低、提高结构稳定性和安装效率。所述中托板4为中空结构,中空的中托板重量较轻,且更容易发生形变能够有效地吸收水处理设备掉落带来的冲击力。所述中托板4的底部设有与所述下框架1的上端 面相抵接的凸出结构11。所述凸出结构11包括朝向所述下框架1方向弯折成L形结构的第一条形凸筋18,以及朝向所述下框架1方向其横截面逐渐变窄的第二条形凸筋19。中托板底部的凸出结构与下框架的顶部抵接相连,中托板和设置在其上的水泵和电子冰胆以及其它零部件的重量均压在下框架上,通过下框架对中托板和其上的零件有效地支撑,下框架的体积较大,具有承载能力强且不容易变形的优点,可以牢固可靠地支撑中托板和其上的零件。而且,L形结构的第一条形凸筋可以有效地提高凸筋与下框架的上端面的接触面,保证下框架对中托板有效地支撑。第二条形凸筋与中托板的连接面大于第二条形凸筋对应下框架的连接面,使第二条形凸筋牢固可靠地固定在中托板。
在本实施例中,所述中托板4和所述下框架1上设有相对设置的第一连接孔8,所述装饰侧板3的边缘位置具有朝向所述下框架1方向弯折的折边10,所述折边10上设有与所述第一连接孔8相对设置的第二连接孔9,所述装饰侧板3、所述下框架1和所述中托板4三者通过穿过所述第一连接孔8和所述第二连接孔9的螺钉固定相连。通过螺钉既可以简单有效地装饰侧板、下框架和中托板固定在一起,有效地简化了家用水处理设备的安装步骤,提高了安装效率。装饰侧板的边缘位置具有朝向下框架方向弯折的折边,第二连接孔设置在折边上,具有折边的装饰侧板可以有效地与下框架的外轮廓相贴合,使下框架和装饰侧板连接的更加牢固。
当然,本申请申请对家用水处理设备不做具体限制,在其它实施例中,家用水处理设备还可以是饮水机。
当然,本申请申请对下框架1的内部结构不做具体限制,在其它实施例中,下框架1内还可以放置水泵、储水腔或者净水设备等。
当然,本申请申请对下框架1和中托板4的连接方式不做具体限制,在其它实施例中,下框架1和中托板4为通过一体成型制造的一体式结构,一体式的下框架1和中托板4具有牢固性好的优点。
当然,本申请申请对下框架1底部是否设置有底座不做具体限制,在其它实施例中,下框架1底部成型有底座。
当然,本申请申请对下框架1、中托板4和底座2的连接方式不做具体限制,在其它实施例中,下框架1、中托板4和底座2三者一体成型组成水处理设备的支撑主体。
本实施例中家用水处理设备的安装步骤如下:
所述下框架1先通过第三卡接结构与所述底座2预固定;
在预固定后,所述下框架1和所述底座2通过第二连接件固定相连;
所述中托板4先通过第一卡接结构与所述下框架1预固定;
在预固定后,所述下框架1和所述中托板4再通过第一连接件固定相连;
将所述家用水处理设备的配件安装在所述中托板4的上方,使所述下框架1和所述底座2组成支撑所述中托板4及其上所述配件的支撑主体;
将所述装饰侧板3与所述底座2、下框架1和中托板4同时装配使所述装饰侧板3位于所述支撑主体的两侧。
显然,上述实施例仅仅是为清楚地说明所作的举例,而并非对实施方式的限定。对于所属领域的普通技术人员来说,在上述说明的基础上还可以做出其它不同形式的变化或变动。这里无需也无法对所有的实施方式予以穷举。而由此所引伸出的显而易见的变化或变动仍处于本申请创造的保护范围之中。

Claims (30)

  1. 一种家用水处理设备,其特征在于,包括
    下框架(1);
    中托板(4),用于装配所述家用水处理设备的配件,所述中托板(4)设置在所述下框架(1)上方且与所述下框架(1)配合相连,所述下框架(1)为支撑所述中托板(4)及其上所述配件的支撑主体;
    装饰侧板(3),安装在所述支撑主体侧部。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的家用水处理设备,其特征在于,所述中托板(4)与所述下框架(1)的顶部相抵接。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的家用水处理设备,其特征在于,所述中托板(4)通过第一卡接结构与所述下框架(1)配合相连。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的家用水处理设备,其特征在于,所述下框架(1)的上端设有朝向所述中托板(4)方向延伸的连接部(5),所述中托板(4)的侧部与所述连接部(5)配合卡接相连。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的家用水处理设备,其特征在于,所述第一卡接结构包括设置在所述连接部(5)上的第一插槽(6),所述中托板(4)的侧部与所述第一插槽(6)配合插接相连。
  6. 根据权利要求4或5所述的家用水处理设备,其特征在于,所述第一卡接结构包括设置在所述连接部(5)和所述中托板(4)二者其一上的第一卡钩(7),以及设置在所述连接部(5)和所述中托板(4)二者另一上的第一卡槽。
  7. 根据权利要求1至6中任一项所述的家用水处理设备,其特征在于,所述中托板(4)和所述下框架(1)上设有相对设置的第一连接孔(8),所述中托板(4)和所述下框架(1)通过穿过所述第一连接孔(8)的第一连接件固定相连。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的家用水处理设备,其特征在于,所述装饰侧板(3)上设有与所述第一连接孔(8)相对设置的第二连接孔(9),所述装饰侧板(3)、所述下框架(1)和所述中托板(4)三者通过穿过所述第一连接孔(8)和所述第二连接孔(9)的第一连接件固定相连。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的家用水处理设备,其特征在于,所述装饰侧板(3)的边缘位置具有朝向所述下框架(1)方向弯折的折边(10),所述第二连接孔(9)设置在所述 折边(10)上,所述第二连接孔(9)与设置在所述下框架(1)和所述中托板(4)前后侧的第一连接孔(8)相对设置。
  10. 根据权利要求2至9中任一项所述的家用水处理设备,其特征在于,所述中托板(4)的底部设有与所述下框架(1)的上端面相抵接的凸出结构(11)。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的家用水处理设备,其特征在于,所述凸出结构(11)包括朝向所述下框架(1)方向弯折成L形结构的第一条形凸筋(18)。
  12. 根据权利要求10或11所述的家用水处理设备,其特征在于,所述凸出结构(11)包括朝向所述下框架(1)方向其横截面逐渐变窄的第二条形凸筋(19)。
  13. 根据权利要求1至12中任一项所述的家用水处理设备,其特征在于,所述中托板(4)为中空结构。
  14. 根据权利要求1至13中任一项所述的家用水处理设备,其特征在于,还包括底座(2),所述下框架(1)固定安装在所述底座(2)上,所述下框架(1)和所述底座(2)组成支撑所述中托板(4)及其上所述配件的支撑主体。
  15. 根据权利要求14所述的家用水处理设备,其特征在于,所述装饰侧板(3)通过第二卡接结构与所述底座(2)配合相连。
  16. 根据权利要求15所述的家用水处理设备,其特征在于,所述第二卡接结构包括设置在所述装饰侧板(3)和所述底座(2)二者其一上的凸出部(20),以及设置在所述装饰侧板(3)和所述底座(2)二者另一上并与所述凸出部(20)配合插接相连的第二插槽(21)。
  17. 根据权利要求16所述的家用水处理设备,其特征在于,所述凸出部(20)为位于所述装饰侧板(3)底部并朝向所述底座(2)弯折的翻边,所述第二插槽(21)设置在底座(2)的外轮廓上。
  18. 根据权利要求14至17中任一项所述的家用水处理设备,其特征在于,所述装饰侧板(3)和所述底座(2)上设有相对设置的第四连接孔(22),所述装饰侧板(3)和所述底座(2)通过穿过所述第四连接孔(22)的第三连接件固定相连。
  19. 根据权利要求14所述的家用水处理设备,其特征在于,所述下框架(1)通过第三卡接结构与所述底座(2)配合相连。
  20. 根据权利要求19所述的家用水处理设备,其特征在于,所述第三卡接结构包括设置在所述下框架(1)和所述底座(2)二者其一上的第二卡钩(12),以及设置在所述下框架(1)和所述底座(2)二者另一上的第二卡槽(13)。
  21. 根据权利要求14至20中任一项所述的家用水处理设备,其特征在于,所述下框 架(1)和所述底座(2)的连接面上设有用于限制其二者相对水平移动的限位结构。
  22. 根据权利要求21所述的家用水处理设备,其特征在于,所述限位结构包括设置在所述下框架(1)和所述底座(2)二者其一上的限位凸台,以及设置在所述下框架(1)和所述底座(2)二者另一上且与所述限位凸台相适配的限位凹槽(17)。
  23. 根据权利要求14至22中任一项所述的家用水处理设备,其特征在于,所述下框架(1)和所述底座(2)上设有相对设置的第三连接孔(14),所述下框架(1)和所述底座(2)通过穿过所述第三连接孔(14)的第二连接件固定相连。
  24. 根据权利要求1至23中任一项所述的家用水处理设备,其特征在于,所述家用水处理设备为***,所述下框架(1)具有用于容置浓水的第一腔体(15)以及用于储物的第二腔体(16)。
  25. 根据权利要求24所述的家用水处理设备,其特征在于,所述中托板(4)上设置有水泵和/或电子冰胆。
  26. 一种权利要求1-25中任一项所述的家用水处理设备的安装方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
    S1将所述下框架(1)安装在所述底座(2)上;
    S2将所述中托板(4)安装在所述下框架(1)的上方,使所述下框架(1)和所述底座(2)组成所述支撑主体;
    S3将所述装饰侧板(3)装配在所述支撑主体的两侧。
  27. 根据权利要求26所述的家用水处理设备的安装方法,其特征在于,将所述下框架(1)安装在所述底座(2)上的步骤包括:
    所述下框架(1)先通过第三卡接结构与所述底座(2)预固定;
    在预固定后,所述下框架(1)和所述底座(2)通过第三连接件固定相连。
  28. 根据权利要求26所述的家用水处理设备的安装方法,其特征在于,将所述中托板(4)安装在所述下框架(1)的上方,使所述下框架(1)和所述底座(2)组成所述支撑主体的步骤包括:
    所述中托板(4)先通过第一卡接结构与所述下框架(1)预固定;
    在预固定后,所述下框架(1)和所述中托板(4)通过第一连接件固定相连。
  29. 根据权利要求26所述的家用水处理设备的安装方法,其特征在于,将所述装饰侧板(3)装配在所述支撑主体的两侧的步骤包括:
    所述装饰侧板(3)先通过第二卡接结构与所述底座(2)预固定;
    在预固定后,所述装饰侧板(3)和所述底座(2)通过第三连接件固定相连。
  30. 根据权利要求26所述的家用水处理设备的安装方法,其特征在于,将装饰侧板(3)装配在所述支撑主体的两侧的步骤包括:
    通过所述装饰侧板(3)与所述底座(2)装配使所述装饰侧板(3)位于所述支撑主体的两侧;或者,
    通过所述装饰侧板(3)与所述下框架(1)装配使所述装饰侧板(3)位于所述支撑主体的两侧;或者
    通过所述装饰侧板(3)与所述底座(2)、下框架(1)同时装配使所述装饰侧板(3)位于所述支撑主体的两侧。
