本申请涉显示器领域,特别涉及一种基板、显示面板和显示装置。
背景技术
越来越多的显示器需要使用壁挂的方式固定,包括电视、监视器、公共场所显示器等,这种方式具有节省空间的优势,已经渐渐成为设计方向。
目前的显示器实现壁挂时,需要通过壁挂架实现,因此显示器不能贴合墙体。
这里的陈述仅提供与本申请有关的背景信息,而不必然地构成现有技术。
申请内容
本申请的主要目的是提出一种基板,在该基板设置为显示装置时,能减小显示装置实现壁挂时与墙体的距离。
为实现上述目的,本申请公开了一种基板,设置为显示装置,在本申请的一实施例中,所述基板包括:
基板主体;和
挂扣连接部,所述挂扣连接部固定于所述基板主体的边缘,所述挂扣连接部设有贯穿孔。

本申请技术方案的基板包括基板主体和挂扣连接部,挂扣连接部固定于基板主体的边缘,挂扣连接部设有贯穿孔。在该基板设置为显示装置时,不再需要对显示装置为实现壁挂而在显示装置上设置相应的结构,由于挂扣连接部的设置,通过在墙体上设置挂钩,挂扣通过贯穿孔紧扣挂扣连接部,从而实现对显示装置支撑,如此实现显示装置的壁挂。又由于挂扣连接部是固定在基板主体的边缘,因此,显示装置的背面可以做到完全贴合墙体,从而降低显示装置与墙体之间的间隙。

下面将结合本申请实施例中的附图,对本申请实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本申请的一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本申请中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有作出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本申请保护的范围。

目前的显示装置中,例如电视、监视器等,为了实现固定,通常采用底座实现坐立固定,或者采用壁挂架实现壁挂。
在显示装置通过底座实现坐立固定时,需要通过底座与显示装置结合,然后放置在支承平台上。例如,在电视机实现坐立固定时,电视机需要安装底座,然后放置在电视柜上。如此,虽然实现了电视机的支撑,但是电视柜的设置挤占了较大的空间,成本也会更高。
在显示装置通过壁挂架实现壁挂时,显示装置的背面需要与壁挂架结合,然后壁挂架需要固定在墙体上。例如,在电视机实现壁挂固定时,电视机的背面与壁挂架固定。如此,虽然实现了电视机的支撑,但是电视机与墙体之间需要容纳壁挂架,那么电视机不能贴合墙体,电视机依然较大程度地凸出墙体。
因此,为了能实现显示装置1的壁挂而又能减少与墙体之间的距离,本申请的主要解决方案是:所述基板100包括基板主体110以及挂扣连接部120,所述挂扣连接部120固定于所述基板主体110的边缘,所述挂扣连接部120设有贯穿孔121。本申请技术方案的基板100包括基板主体110和挂扣连接部120,挂扣连接部120固定于基板主体110的边缘,挂扣连接部120设有贯穿孔121。在该基板100设置为显示装置1时,不再需要对显示装置1为实现壁挂而在显示装置1上设置相应的结构。由于挂扣连接部120的设置,通过在墙体上设置挂钩400并通过贯穿孔121紧扣挂扣连接部120,从而实现对显示装置1支撑,如此实现显示装置1的壁挂。又由于挂扣连接部120是固定在基板主体110的边缘,因此,显示装置1的背面可以做到完全贴合墙体,从而降低显示装置1与墙体之间的间隙。
基于上述问题,本申请提出一种基板100,设置为显示装置1。
在本申请的一实施例中,如图1至图3所示,所述基板100包括:
基板主体110;和
挂扣连接部120,所述挂扣连接部120固定于所述基板主体110的边缘,所述挂扣连接部120设有贯穿孔121。
显示装置1为一种输出信息的装置,又称为显示器,它能将计算机的数据变换成各种文字、数字、符号或图像显示出来,并可借助计算机随时增添、删改、变换显示内容,显示装置1根据原理的不同可分为液晶显示器、有机发光二极管显示器等。
在液晶显示器和有机发光二极管显示器中的显示面板部分均需要使用到基板。例如,对于液晶显示器,液晶显示器的显示面板由阵列基板和彩膜基板构成,在阵列基板和彩膜基板之间填充液晶。阵列基板和彩膜基板分别是基板的一种,两者的材质可以一致(例如为玻璃基板),两者上所形成的结构不同。又例如,对于有机发光二极管显示器,有机发光二极管显示器具有阵列基板,在阵列基板上设置有机自发光层。也即,基板是显示装置中的显示面板的一个重要部件,利用基板制备成显示面板后,与背光源安装至外壳中,从而形成一个显示装置。
在本实施例中,参见图1所示,基板100包括基板主体110以及挂扣连接部120。一般来说,基板主体110包括显示区和位于显示区***的非显示区,显示区即为可以显示内容的区域,非显示区为不显示内容的区域。例如,对于液晶面板的阵列基板来说,阵列基板的显示区中主要设有薄膜晶体管(TFT)、像素电极、储存电容等,阵列基板的非显示区主要设有扇出走线等。又例如,对于液晶面板的彩膜基板来说,彩膜基板的显示区主要设有黑矩阵、彩色滤光膜等,彩膜基板上每种颜色的彩色滤光膜与阵列基板上的单位像素一一对应。也即,挂扣连接部120固定于基板主体110的边缘为固定于基板主体110的非显示区,应用该基板110制备成显示面板2后,并不会对显示面板2的显示效果造成影响。
挂扣连接部120固定于基板主体110的边缘,对挂扣连接部120实现固定即可实现整块基板100的固定,在应用该基板100制备成显示装置1后,固定挂扣连接部120即可实现显示装置1的壁挂。具体为,参见图2和图3所示,应用该基板100制备成显示面板2,显示面板2和背光源一起组装到外壳300中,挂扣连接部120凸出于外壳300,通过在墙体上设置挂钩400,挂扣连接部120的贯穿孔121扣于该挂钩400,也即挂扣连接部120固定在该挂钩400,如此实现了显示装置1的壁挂。由于显示装置1是通过挂扣连接部120实现壁挂的,那么显示装置1上不再需要实现壁挂而设置的相应的结构,显示装置1和墙体之间也不再需要设置壁挂架,显示装置1可以完全贴合墙体,从而就减小了显示装置1与墙体之间的间隙。由于显示装置1实现壁挂时通过基板100实现,那么显示装置的外壳300可以进一步地进行轻量化处理,从而可以降低整个显示装置1的重量。
在本申请的一实施例中,如图1至图3所示,所述挂扣连接部120固定于所述基板主体110的顶部。在本实施例中,在应用基板100制备成显示装置1后,并且在显示装置1实现壁挂时,显示装置1在受到重力的作用会有向下坠落的趋势,因此在本实施例中,将挂扣连接部120固定于基板主体110的顶部,挂扣连接部120凸出于显示装置1的顶部,在挂扣连接部120扣于挂钩400时,实现了对整个显示装置1的提拉,显示装置1具有绕与挂钩400的连接点向下转动的趋势,从而使得显示装置1更为贴紧于墙体,此时墙体也具有对显示装置1的支撑,从而使得整个显示装置1更为稳固。
在本申请的一实施例中,所述挂扣连接部120固定于所述基板主体110的侧部。在本实施例中,显示装置1呈矩形,即长度大于宽度,以达到更好的视觉效果,例如一些16:9的电视。由于这些显示装置1具有较长的长度,通过将挂扣连接部120固定在基板主体110的侧部,也即从两侧实现对显示装置1的支撑,避免支撑不足而导致显示装置1处于壁挂时出现摆动。
在本申请的一实施例中,所述挂扣连接部120固定于所述基板主体110的顶部和侧部。在本实施例中,挂扣连接部120固定于基板主体110的顶部和侧部,因此,在应用本实施例的基板100制备成的显示装置1具备上述将挂扣连接部120固定于基板主体110的顶部或侧部所带来的效果,在此不再重复赘述。此外,由于通过将挂扣连接部120固定于基板主体110的顶部和侧部,在横向和纵向上实现对显示装置1的固定,使得显示装置1的壁挂效果更为稳固。
挂扣连接部120不限于一个,形状可以为多种,例如半圆形、例如三角形。为了进一步地提高基板100的切割效率,在本申请的一实施例中,如图1所示,所述挂扣连接部120呈矩形。每个显示装置的基板100为通过一整块基板切割而成,因此在本实施例中,将挂扣连接部120设置呈矩形,有利于在切割一整块基板时提高切割效率。
在本申请的一实施例中,如图1和图2所示,所述挂扣连接部120呈矩形,所述贯穿孔121呈矩形。与上一实施例类似的是,本实施例中的挂扣连接部120呈矩形,以利于在切割一整块基板时提高切割效率。本实施例的贯穿孔121也呈矩形,在切割的时候也能提高切割效率,当然,在本申请的另一实施例中,贯穿孔也可呈圆形、椭圆形等。
进一步地,为了保证基板100在显示装置1处于悬挂时不容易受力破裂,所述贯穿孔置121于所述挂扣连接部120的中间位置,所述贯穿孔121的边缘与所述挂扣连接部120的边缘之间的距离相同。在本实施例中,显示装置1实现壁挂是通过挂扣连接部120扣于墙体实现的,因此基板100承载着显示装置1的整体重量,通过将贯穿孔121置于挂扣连接部120的中间位置,且贯穿孔121的边缘与挂扣连接部120的边缘之间的距离相同,从而使得挂扣连接部120的受力更为均衡,防止由于受力而而局部出现裂纹。
在本申请的一实施例中,所述挂扣连接部120与所述基板主体110一体成型。在本实施例中,基板100的材质为玻璃基板,这里的一体成型即在制备基板时制备出一整块尺寸较大的基板,然后通过切割得出本实施例中的基板100,切割得到的基板100包含了基板主体110和挂扣连接部120,此基板主体110和挂扣连接部120视为一体成型。
以下给出了玻璃基板的两种制备方法:
浮法玻璃制造方法:让经过初步冷却处理的融化玻璃膏浮着流过充满还原气体的平坦熔融锡床,玻璃膏粘度较低,可利用挡板或拉杆控制玻璃的厚度,在流过液化锡床的过程中玻璃膏渐渐地固化成玻璃平板,然后利用导轮将固化后的玻璃平板引出,并实现退火。使用此方法生产的玻璃基板的尺寸可以做得很大,并且产量也很高。
溢流熔融制造方法:以低粘度的均质玻璃膏导入铂合金所制成的流孔漏板槽中,利用重力和下拉的力量及模具开孔的大小来控制玻璃的厚度,其中温度和流孔开孔大小决定了玻璃基板的产量,流孔开孔大小和下引速度决定玻璃基板的厚度,温度分布决定玻璃基板的翘曲。使用此方法生产的玻璃基板,没有浮法玻璃制造方法所引起的表面损伤现象。
制备成的一整块尺寸较大的玻璃基板后,通过对其进行切割形成设置为显示装置1的基板100。
在本申请的一实施例中,所述基板100为彩膜基板或阵列基板。
在本实施例中,阵列基板上设有薄膜晶体管、信号线、像素电极、存储电容和周边的保护电路。具体为,阵列基板上设有多个像素,每个像素包含开关器件薄膜晶体管、存储电容和像素电极。薄膜晶体管的栅极连接在扫描线上,薄膜晶体管的源极连接在数据线上,漏极连接在像素电极上。
彩膜基板上设有黑矩阵、彩色滤光膜、外层保护膜(overcoat)和透明导电膜ITO(铟锡氧化物半导体透明导电膜)。彩色滤光膜可以为红绿蓝三原色的彩色滤光膜,彩膜基板上每种衍射的滤光膜与阵列基板上的单位像素一一对应。
在液晶显示装置中,液晶显示装置的显示面板包含了彩膜基板和阵列基板,彩膜基板和/或阵列基板采用上述实施例中的基板100结构,从而在液晶显示装置实现壁挂时,不再需要在液晶显示装置和墙体之间增加壁挂架,使得液晶显示装置更为贴合墙体。
本申请还公开了一种显示面板2。
在本申请的一实施例中,所述显示面板2包括上述任一实施例中的基板100。
在本实施例中,显示面板2包括液晶显示面板、有机发光二极管显示面板等。本实施例的基板100的具体结构参照上述实施例,由于本实施例的显示面板2的基板100采用了上述实施例的技术方案,因此至少具有上述实施例的技术方案所带来的效果,在此不再一一赘述。
基板100的结构参照上述实施例的基板的结构:即基板100包括基板主体110以及挂扣连接部120,挂扣连接部120固定于基板主体110的边缘,挂扣连接部120设有贯穿孔121。
在本申请的一实施例中,所述基板100为彩膜基板;
所述显示面板2还包括:
阵列基板,所述阵列基板和所述彩膜基板相对设置;和

液晶层为由多种液晶分子混合调配而成,填充于彩膜基板和阵列基板之间。液晶分子作为各向异性晶体,形成了光学各向异性,光学各向异性的结构具有偏光功能。在外加电压控制下,由于液晶具有介电各向异性的特点,液晶分子发生转动,使得液晶的折射率或透光率也发生相应的变换,从而控制出光亮。在撤销外加电压后,液晶依靠弹性势能恢复到施加外力前的状态。

彩膜基板,所述彩膜基板为上述任一实施例的基板100;
阵列基板,所述阵列基板为上述任一实施例的基板100;和
液晶层,所述液晶层设于所述彩膜基板的基板主体和所述阵列基板的基板主体之间。
本实施例的显示面板2为液晶显示面板,其中,彩膜基板的结构参照上述实施例的基板100的结构,即彩膜基板包括基板主体110以及挂扣连接部120,挂扣连接部120固定于基板主体110的边缘,挂扣连接部120设有贯穿孔121;阵列基板的结构参照上述实施例的基板100的结构,即阵列基板包括基板主体110以及挂扣连接部120,挂扣连接部120固定于基板主体110的边缘。因此,利用本实施例的显示面板2组装形成显示装置1后,通过固定阵列基板的挂扣连接部120和固定彩膜基板的挂扣连接部120即可实现整个显示装置1的壁挂,由于阵列基板和彩膜基板均设有挂扣连接部,因此能使得整体的承载更为稳固。
液晶层为由多种液晶分子混合调配而成,填充于彩膜基板和阵列基板之间。液晶分子作为各向异性晶体,形成了光学各向异性,光学各向异性的结构具有偏光功能。在外加电压控制下,由于液晶具有介电各向异性的特点,液晶分子发生转动,使得液晶的折射率或透光率也发生相应的变换,从而控制出光亮。在撤销外加电压后,液晶依靠弹性势能恢复到施加外力前的状态。
本申请还提出一种显示装置1。
参见图2和图3所示,在本申请的一实施例中,所述显示装置包括上述任一实施例的显示面板2。
在本实施例中,该显示面板2的具体结构参照上述实施例,由于本实施例的显示装置1的显示面板2采用了上述实施例的技术方案,因此至少具有上述实施例的技术方案所带来的效果,在此不再一一赘述。
在本申请的一实施例中,所述显示装置1还包括外壳300,所述显示面板2安装于所述外壳300,所述挂扣连接部120凸出于所述外壳300设置。在本实施例中,外壳300的作用在于对显示面板2形成保护,挂扣连接部120凸出于外壳300,可以直接通过挂扣连接部120悬挂于墙体上的挂钩400,不必在外壳300和墙体之间设置壁挂架,使得外壳300紧贴墙体。
在显示面板2为有机发光二极管显示面板时,显示装置1不再需要背光模块;在显示面板2为液晶显示面板时,显示装置1还需要安装有背光模块,以提供显示面板显示所需的光源。

Claims (20)

  1. 一种基板,其中,所述基板包括:
    基板主体;和
    挂扣连接部,所述挂扣连接部固定于所述基板主体的边缘,所述挂扣连接部设有贯穿孔。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的基板,其中,所述挂扣连接部固定于所述基板主体的顶部和/或侧部。
  3. 如权利要求1所述的基板,其中,所述挂扣连接部呈矩形。
  4. 如权利要求1所述的基板,其中,所述挂扣连接部呈矩形,所述贯穿孔呈矩形。
  5. 如权利要求1所述的基板,其中,所述挂扣连接部与所述基板主体一体成型。
  6. 如权利要求1所述的基板,其中,所述基板为彩膜基板或阵列基板。
  7. 一种显示面板,其中,所述显示面板包括基板;
    所述基板包括:
    基板主体;和
    挂扣连接部,所述挂扣连接部固定于所述基板主体的边缘,所述挂扣连接部设有贯穿孔。
  8. 如权利要求7所述的显示面板,其中,所述挂扣连接部固定于所述基板主体的顶部和/或侧部。
  9. 如权利要求7所述的显示面板,其中,所述挂扣连接部呈矩形。
  10. 如权利要求7所述的显示面板,其中,所述挂扣连接部呈矩形,所述贯穿孔呈矩形。
  11. 如权利要求7所述的显示面板,其中,所述挂扣连接部与所述基板主体一体成型。
  12. 如权利要求7所述的显示面板,其中,所述基板为彩膜基板或阵列基板。
  13. 如权利要求7所述的显示面板,其中,所述基板为彩膜基板;
    所述显示面板还包括:
    阵列基板,所述阵列基板和所述彩膜基板相对设置;和
    液晶层,所述液晶层设于所述阵列基板和所述彩膜基板的基板主体之间。
  14. 如权利要求7所述的显示面板,其中,所述基板为阵列基板;
    所述显示面板还包括:
    彩膜基板,所述彩膜基板和所述阵列基板相对设置;和
    液晶层,所述液晶层设于所述彩膜基板和所述阵列基板的基板主体之间。
  15. 一种显示装置,其中,所述显示装置包括显示面板;
    所述显示面板包括基板;
    所述基板包括:
    基板主体;和
    挂扣连接部,所述挂扣连接部固定于所述基板主体的边缘,所述挂扣连接部设有贯穿孔。
  16. 如权利要求15所述的显示装置,其中,所述挂扣连接部固定于所述基板主体的顶部和/或侧部。
  17. 如权利要求15所述的显示装置,其中,所述挂扣连接部呈矩形。
  18. 如权利要求15所述的显示装置,其中,所述挂扣连接部呈矩形,所述贯穿孔呈矩形。
  19. 如权利要求15所述的显示装置,其中,所述挂扣连接部与所述基板主体一体成型。
  20. 如权利要求15所述的显示装置,其中,所述显示装置还包括外壳,所述显示面板安装于所述外壳,所述挂扣连接部凸出于所述外壳设置。
