本発明の他の特徴については、本明細書及び添付図面の記載により明らかにする。
吸収性物品と、前記吸収性物品を包装する包装材と、を有する吸収性物品包装体であって、前記吸収性物品は、非肌側面において、ずれ止め用の粘着部が配置された粘着部配置領域を有し、前記吸収性物品包装体は、外側から視認可能な図柄を有し、前記吸収性物品包装体の外側面における前記図柄の最高光沢度は、前記粘着部配置領域の最低光沢度以上であることを特徴とする吸収性物品包装体である。
以下、本発明に係る吸収性物品として生理用ナプキンを例に挙げて実施形態を説明する。ただし、吸収性物品は包装材に内包されるものであり、使用者の着衣に固定して使用する吸収性物品であればよく、パンティーライナーや吸収パッド(軽失禁用パッド)等の吸収性物品であってもよい。
図1は、生理用ナプキン1(以下「ナプキン」という)を肌側から見た平面図である。図2は、ナプキン1を非肌側から見た平面図である。図3は、ナプキン1の概略断面図である。
3.0gf/cm2で加圧して測定した値を取得して比較する方法を例示できる。ナプキン1の密度の比較としては、ナプキン1を厚さ方向に切った断面を電子顕微鏡等で拡大した画像に基づき比較する方法を例示できる。
図4は、包装材30の外側面を示す図である。すなわち、ナプキン1を包装材30で包装した吸収性物品包装体40(後述)の外側から視認される面を示す図である。
図5Aは、吸収性物品包装体40の開封面40Aを示す図であり、図5Bは、吸収性物品包装体40の反開封面40Bを示す図である。図6は、第1折り部F1が展開された吸収性物品包装体40を示す図である。図7は、図6から第2折り部F2が展開された吸収性物品包装体40を示す図である。
図8は、実施例1~3及び比較例1~3の評価結果を示す表である。図9は、主要メタリック図柄51の幅の説明図である。
次に、較正用標準板の上に、皺が発生していないように平らにサンプルを置く。主要メタリック図柄51、52の測定は、吸収性物品包装体40の外側面を上にして行う。また、図5Aや図5Bに示すように吸収性物品包装体40の形態(すなわち、包装材30がナプキン1を内包して折り畳まれている状態)で測定することが好ましい。粘着部配置領域A1、A2の測定は、ナプキン1の非肌側面を上にして行う。また、図2に示すように、ナプキン1が展開している状態で測定することが好ましい。
次に、サンプルの上に光沢度計を置き、入射角が60°の光源でサンプルを照射し、サンプルから反射した反射光を光検出器により60°の受光角で受光する。この時の反射光の強さ(光沢度計の測定結果)を、サンプルの光沢度(Gs)として記録する。なお、同一の測定箇所につき、複数回(例えばN=10)の測定を行い、その最大値(又は平均値や最小値)を、その測定箇所の光沢度とする。
包装材30の図柄については、複数の測定箇所の各光沢度の中の最大値(最高光沢度)を図8の表に記した。
表面シート2については、肌側面を上にしたナプキン1の上に光沢度計を置き、表面シート2の複数箇所の光沢度を測定した。複数の測定箇所の各光沢度の中の最小値(最低光沢度)を図8の表に記した。
バックシート4については、非肌側面を上にしたナプキン1の上に光沢度計を置き、バックシート4(接着剤が塗布されていない領域)の複数箇所の光沢度を測定した。複数の測定箇所の各光沢度の中の最小値(最低光沢度)を図8の表に記した。
図10Aは、吸収性物品包装体40のパッケージ60の斜視図である。図10B及び図10Cは、パッケージ60が有する吸収性物品包装体40A、40Bの主要メタリック図柄51A、51Bの説明図である。

- 吸収性物品と、前記吸収性物品を包装する包装材と、を有する吸収性物品包装体であって、
前記吸収性物品は、非肌側面において、ずれ止め用の粘着部が配置された粘着部配置領域を有し、
前記吸収性物品包装体は、外側から視認可能な図柄を有し、
前記吸収性物品包装体の外側面における前記図柄の最高光沢度は、前記粘着部配置領域の最低光沢度以上であること
を特徴とする吸収性物品包装体。 - 請求項1に記載の吸収性物品包装体であって、
前記吸収性物品は、吸収体と、前記吸収体よりも肌側に配置された液透過性の表面シートと、を有し、
前記吸収性物品の肌側面において前記表面シートが露出している領域の最低光沢度と、前記吸収性物品の非肌側面において前記粘着部配置領域以外の領域の最低光沢度と、のうちの少なくとも一方は、4以下であることを特徴とする吸収性物品包装体。 - 請求項1又は2に記載の吸収性物品包装体であって、
前記吸収性物品の非肌側面の半分以上の面積の領域が白色であり、
前記包装材も白色であることを特徴とする吸収性物品包装体。 - 請求項1から3の何れか1項に記載の吸収性物品包装体であって、
開封端を止着する止着テープを有し、
前記図柄は、前記吸収性物品包装体の第1面に設けられた第1図柄と、前記吸収性物品包装体の第2面に設けられた第2図柄と、を有し、
前記第1図柄の最高光沢度、及び、前記第2図柄の最高光沢度は、前記粘着部配置領域の最低光沢度以上であり、
前記第1図柄の面積、及び、前記第2図柄の面積は、前記止着テープの面積よりも大きいことを特徴とする吸収性物品包装体。 - 請求項4に記載の吸収性物品包装体であって、
前記吸収性物品包装体は、前記開封端が展開された状態で視認可能な内部図柄を有し、
前記内部図柄の最高光沢度は、前記粘着部配置領域の最低光沢度以上であることを特徴とする吸収性物品包装体。 - 請求項5に記載の吸収性物品包装体であって、
前記第2面に前記開封端が設けられており、
前記第2図柄の面積は、前記第1図柄の面積よりも小さく、
前記内部図柄の面積は、前記第2図柄の面積よりも小さいことを特徴とする吸収性物品包装体。 - 請求項1から6の何れか1項に記載の吸収性物品包装体であって、
開封端に沿う幅方向を有し、
前記幅方向において、前記図柄の幅は、前記包装材に包装されている状態の前記吸収性物品の幅以下であることを特徴とする吸収性物品包装体。 - 請求項7に記載の吸収性物品包装体であって、
前記幅方向における前記包装材の両側端部を接合している一対の接合部と、
前記吸収性物品包装体の外側から視認可能な背景図柄と、を有し、
前記背景図柄の最高光沢度は、前記粘着部配置領域の最低光沢度以上であり、
前記幅方向における前記接合部と前記吸収性物品との間に、前記背景図柄が配置されていることを特徴とする吸収性物品包装体。 - 請求項1から8の何れか1項に記載の吸収性物品包装体であって、
前記図柄は、金属粒子を有するインクで印刷されていることを特徴とする吸収性物品包装体。 - 請求項1から9の何れか1項に記載の吸収性物品包装体であって、
前記吸収性物品は、吸収体と、前記吸収体よりも肌側に配置された液透過性の表面シートと、を有し、
前記表面シートは、前記表面シートの全質量に対して50質量%以上の綿繊維を含むことを特徴とする吸収性物品包装体。 - 請求項1から10の何れか1項に記載の吸収性物品包装体を内包する吸収性物品包装体のパッケージであって、
