在以下描述中,为了清楚展示本发明的结构及工作方式,将借助诸多方向性词语进行描述,但是应当将“前”、“后”、“左”、“右”、“外”、“内”、“向外”、“向内”、“上”、“下”等词语理解为方便用语,而不应当理解为限定性词语。
如图1所示,智能家居监控装置100包括传感器模块1、数据存储模块2、人体监测模块3、处理模块4、通信模块5和报警模块6。传感器模块1、数据存储模块2、人体监测模块3、通信模块5和报警模块6均与处理模块4电连接。传感器模块1和人体监测模块3分别监测住宅内各家用设备的状态信息和人体信息。处理模块4将上述状态信息和人体信息进行处理并与数据存储模块内预存的相关状态信息进行比较分析和处理,然后根据处理结果来输出执行指令。这里,执行指令可以是直接控制家用设备进行相关动作,也可以是通过通信模块发送报警信息到报警模块,还可以是通过通信模块将相关信息发送给外部设备,例如用户的手持设备,例如手机或平板电脑。
传感器模块1由多个传感器集成一体,用于采集家用设备的第一参数数据,比如温度、湿度、声音、光照度、气体流速等。传感器模块1可以包括温度传感器、湿度传感器、气体传感器、光线传感器、图像传感器和声音传感器中的两种或更多种。传感器模块1将采集到的家用电器设备的第一参数数据传送给处理模块4。
数据存储模块2用于存储数据表,例如表1所示的数据表。数据表中存储有家用电器设备在多种场景下多个传感器的工作指标,即第二参数数据。每个场景可以对应有相应的序号01,02,...等。第二参数数据用作与第一参数数据比对的标准数据。处理模块4可获取数据存储模块2中存储的数据表。数据存储模块2中的数据表可以进行增加、删除、修改或查看操作,以适应于不同型号、不同功率的家用电器设备。

人体监测模块3用于监测特定范围内有没有人的信号值。这可以通过监测人体发出的红外线信号来实现,也可以通过摄像头采集人体图像来实现。例如,人体监测模块3是红外监测模块,可以监测人体的温度信息。人体监测模块3将监测到的人体的信号值传送给处理模块4。
处理模块4获取第一参数数据、来自数据表的第二参数数据和人体的信号值,并对第一参数数据、第二参数数据和人体的信号值进行比对、分析,并输出执行指令。执行指令例如是控制家用设备的开关的指令,或者是发出报警信号的指令等。
通信模块5可以采用wifi模块、zigbee模块、蓝牙模块等任何合适的通信模块。通信模块5的主要作用是使得智能家居监控装置100与家用设备、外部其他设备等进行通信。
报警模块6用于在家用设备出现异常情况时进行发出警报。报警模块6可以集成于智能家居监控装置100内,也可以分开设置,还可以集成于或采用外部设备的相关器件,诸如采用手机或平板电脑内的相关器件。应理解,也可以不设置报警模块6。
以下结合具体家用设备来描述本申请的智能家居监控装置100的工作。
实施例一
空调监控
传感器模块1监测到的数据如下:气体传感器监测的气体流速值为1000m 3/h,湿度传感器监测的湿度值为60%RH,温度传感器监测的温度值为23℃,声音传感器监测的音量值为20dB,光线传感器监测的光照度值近乎为0。处理模块4将上述数据与存储器模块2中存储的数据表中的各种场景的工作指标进行比对,判定位于场景1的工作指标内。人体监测模块3监测到的信号值为0(家中无人),处理模块4通过无线通信模块5将场景1序号(01)和相应的场景信息(家用空调在工作)发送给移动终端,移动终端可以发送关闭指令给处理模块4进行关闭家用空调。
实施例二
房屋安全监控
传感器模块1监测到的数据如下:气体传感器监测的气体流速值为1000m 3/h,湿度传感器监测的湿度值为60%RH,温度传感器监测的温度值为23℃,声音传感器监测的音量值为90dB,光线传感器监测的光照度值近乎为0。处理模块4将上述数据与存储器模块2中存储的数据表中的各种场景的工作指标进行比对,无法判定位于某个特定的工作指标内。人体监测模块3监测到的信号值为0(家中无人)。处理模块4将声音数据异常及图像数据发送给移动终端,移动终端可以通过查看图像数据分析家中是否安全。
实施例三
灯具监控
传感器模块1监测到的数据如下:光线传感器监测的光照度值为1000Lux,湿度传感器监测的湿度为50%RH,温度传感器监测的温度值为20℃,声音传感器监测的音量值近乎为0,气体传感器监测的气体流速值近乎为0。处理模块4将上述数据与存储器模块2中存储的数据表中的各种场景的工作指标进行比对,判定位于场景2的工作指标内。人体监测模块3监测到的信号值为0(家中无人)。处理模块4通过无线通信模块5将场景2序号(02)和相应的场景信息(家用灯在工作)发送给移动终端,移动终端可以发送关闭指令给处理模块4进行关闭家用灯具。
实施例四
煤气灶监控1
传感器模块1监测到的数据如下:光线传感器监测的光照度值为1500Lux,气体传感器监测的气体流速值为200m 3/h,温度传感器监测的温度值为1000℃,湿度传感器监测的湿度值30%RH,声音传感器监测的音量值近乎为0。处理模块4将上述数据与存储器模块2中存储的数据表中的各种场景的工作指标进行比对,判定位于场景3的工作指标内。人体监测模块3监测到的信号值为0(家中无人)。处理模块4通过无线通信模块5将场景3序号(03)和相应的场景信息(家用煤气在工作)发送给移动终端,移动终端可以发送关闭指令给处理模块4进行关闭家用煤气。
实施例五
煤气灶监控2
传感器模块1监测到的数据如下:光线传感器监测的光照度值为1500Lux,气体传感器监测的气体流速值为200m 3/h,温度传感器监测的温度值为1000℃,湿度传感器监测的湿度值30%RH,声音传感器监测的音量值近乎为0,处理模块4将上述数据与存储器模块2中存储的数据表中的各种场景的工作指标进行比对,判定位于场景3的工作指标内,人体监测模块3监测到的信号值为1(家中有人),处理模块4通过无线通信模块5将场景3序号(03)和相应的场景信息(家用煤气在工作)发送给移动终端,并每隔一段时间(比如半小时)通过报警模块6发出报警声提醒家人,移动终端也可以根据实际情况发送关闭指令给处理模块4进行关闭家用煤气。
上述的智能家居监控装置可以与外部移动终端组成种智能家居监控***。移动终端可以是手机或平板电脑等。智能家居监控装置中的处理模块通过无线方式与移动终端通信连接。一实施例中,处理模块与移动终端通过3G或4G信号传输。另一实施例中,处理模块与移动终端通过拨号连接方式连接。移动终端也可以安装与本发明的监控装置相对应的App,实时查询家用电器设备的工作情况,也可以将位置发送给监控装置,起到告知的作用。移动终端甚至可以通过App回复处理模块发来的信息。
图2示出根据本发明的另一实施例的智能家居监控***的***框图。如图2所示,智能家居监控***200包括智能家居监控装置7和触发装置8。智能家居监控装置用于监控家用设备的使用情况。触发装置布置成能够监测常驻人员的当前位置,并且能够根据常驻人员的当前位置来决定是否触发智能家居监控装置开始进行监控工作。即,当家里有人,尤其是有常驻人员时,智能家居监控装置处于待机状态,并不对家用设备进行监控,由此节省电源。而当家里没有常驻人员时,则智能家居监控装置开始进行监控工作。这里,常驻人员可以包括夫妻、父母、子女以及其他在一段时期经常住在这个家里的人员。
触发装置可同时对所有常驻人员进行监测。当触发装置监测到的常驻人员的当前位置至少有一个未超出预存的位置信息范围时,则智能家居监控装置保持待机状态。优选地,触装置布置成能够监测常驻人员所携带的移动终端发射出的当前位置信号,并与触发装置内预存的位置信息进行比较,当触发装置监测到的常驻人员的当前位置均超出预存的位置信息范围时,则触发装置触发智能家居监控装置进行监控工作。即,触发装置具有信号接收模块和处理模块,可接收来自预设定的常驻人员的移动终端发出的信息,并对这些信息进行处理,然后根据处理结果来发送相应指令给智能家居监控装置,以使得智能家居监控装置采取相应的动作,比如待机或开始进行监控。这里,较佳的是触发装置布置成接收以组的形式发出的常驻人员的当前位置,并对组内的每个常驻人员的当前位置与预存的位置信息范围进行对比判断。这里,移动终端可以为安装有GPS模块的手机、平板电脑或智能可穿戴设备。
本实施例中,智能家居监控装置可包括传感器模块,数据存储模块,处理模块,以及唤醒模块。传感器模块和数据存储模块均与处理模块电连接。传感器模块用于采集家用设备的第一参数数据。数据存储模块用于存储数据表。处理模块用于接收第一参数数据和数据表,并对第一参数数据和数据表进行处理,然后输出执行指令。例如是控制家用设备的开关的指令,或者是发出报警信号的指令等。唤醒模块与触发装置通信连接,并根据来自触发装置的信号来决定是否唤醒智能家居监控装置开始进行监控工作。
本实施例中,智能家居监控装置的传感器模块、数据存储模块和处理模块 可以采用与上述实施例相同或者相似的元器件。第一参数数据和数据表也可与上述实施例相同。
本实施例中,智能家居监控装置不用时时在工作,只有当移动终端定位结果不在有效范围内才启动,可以延长装置的使用寿命。相比人体红外信号监测手段来监测人体是否存在,将移动终端定位结果形成组的方式来判断,可以提高监测正确率,设置有效范围,可以灵活调整监测范围。
本申请的智能家居监控装置的各传感器能采集到家用设备等的多种状态信息,将其与预设的数据进行比较,从而判断出当前的家庭状况,并进行相应的处理。本发明可以提高人们居住的舒适度、安全性以及人们随时对家庭状况的实时监测。
以上已详细描述了本发明的较佳实施例,但应理解到,若需要,能修改实施例的方面来采用·各种专利、申请和出版物的方面、特征和构思来提供另外的实施例。
考虑到上文的详细描述,能对实施例做出这些和其它变化。一般而言,在权利要求中,所用的术语不应被认为限制在说明书和权利要求中公开的具体实施例,而是应被理解为包括所有可能的实施例连同这些权利要求所享有的全部等同范围。

Claims (20)

  1. 一种智能家居监控装置,其特征在于,包括:
    传感器模块,用于采集家用设备的第一参数数据;
    数据存储模块,用于存储数据表;
    人体监测模块,用于监测特定范围内是否有人存在的信号值;
    处理模块,用于接收所述第一参数数据、所述数据表和所述信号值,并对所述第一参数数据、所述数据表和所述信号值进行处理,然后输出执行指令;以及
    所述传感器模块、所述数据存储模块、所述人体监测模块均与所述处理模块电连接。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的智能家居监控装置,其特征在于,所述传感器模块包括多个传感器,所述多个传感器集成一体。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的智能家居监控装置,其特征在于,所述多个传感器具有以下传感器中的2种或更多种:温度传感器、湿度传感器、气体传感器、光线传感器、图像传感器和声音传感器。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的智能家居监控装置,其特征在于,所述数据存储模块包括:
    存储单元,用于存储所述数据表;以及
    更新单元,用于增加、删除、查看或修改所述存储单元中的数据表。
  5. 根据权利要求2所述的智能家居监控装置,其特征在于,所述数据表中存储有所述家用设备在多个场景下所述多个传感器采集到的第二参数数据。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的智能家居监控装置,其特征在于,所述处理模块包括:
    接收单元,用于接收所述第一参数数据、所述数据表和所述信号值;
    比较单元,用于比较所述第一参数数据和所述数据表;以及
    输出单元,用于根据所述比较单元所比较的结果和所述信号值输出执行指令。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的智能家居监控装置,其特征在于,所述执行指令包括:报警和/或发出通知和/或关闭家用设备。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的智能家居监控装置,其特征在于,所述智能家居监控装置进一步包括:
    电连接于所述处理模块的通信模块,用于在所述处理模块与移动终端之间进行通信;和/或
    报警模块,电连接于所述处理模块,用于发出报警信号。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的智能家居监控装置,其特征在于,所述人体监测模块布置成监测特定范围内人体发射出的红外线的信号值。
  10. 一种智能家居监控***,其特征在于,包括:
    权利要求1中所述的智能家居监控装置;
    移动终端;以及
    所述智能家居监控装置中的处理模块通过无线方式与所述移动终端通信连接。
  11. 一种智能家居监控***,其特征在于,包括:
    智能家居监控装置,所述智能家居监控装置用于监控家用设备的使用情况;以及
    触发装置,所述触发装置与所述智能家居监控装置通信连接并布置成能够监测常驻人员的当前位置,并且能够根据常驻人员的当前位置来决定是否触发所述智能家居监控装置开始进行监控工作。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的智能家居监控***,其特征在于,所述触发装置进一步布置成当所述触发装置监测到的常驻人员的当前位置至少有一个未超出预存的位置信息范围时,则所述智能家居监控装置保持待机状态。
  13. 根据权利要求11所述的智能家居监控***,其特征在于,所述触发装置进一步布置成接收以组的形式发出的常驻人员的当前位置,并对组内的每个常驻人员的当前位置与预存的位置信息范围进行对比判断。
  14. 根据权利要求11所述的智能家居监控***,其特征在于,所述触发装置布置成能够监测每个常驻人员所携带的移动终端发射出的当前位置信号,并与所述触发装置内预存的位置信息进行比较,当所述触发装置监测到的常驻人员的当前位置均超出预存的位置信息范围时,则所述触发装置触发所述智能家居监控装置进行监控工作。
  15. 根据权利要求14所述的智能家居监控***,其特征在于,所述移动终端为安装有GPS模块的手机、平板电脑或智能可穿戴设备。
  16. 根据权利要求11所述的智能家居监控***,其特征在于,所述智能家居监控装置包括:
    传感器模块,用于采集家用设备的第一参数数据;
    数据存储模块,用于存储数据表;
    处理模块,用于接收所述第一参数数据和所述数据表,并对所述第一参数数据和所述数据表进行处理,然后输出执行指令;
    所述传感器模块和所述数据存储模块均与所述处理模块电连接;以及
    唤醒模块,所述唤醒模块与所述触发装置通信连接,并根据来自所述触发装置的信号来决定是否唤醒所述智能家居监控装置开始进行监控工作。
  17. 根据权利要求16所述的智能家居监控装置,其特征在于,所述传感器模块包括多个传感器,所述多个传感器集成一体。
  18. 根据权利要求16所述的智能家居监控装置,其特征在于,所述数据表中存储有所述家用设备在多个场景下所述多个传感器采集到的第二参数数据。
  19. 根据权利要求16所述的智能家居监控装置,其特征在于,所述处理模块包括:
    接收单元,用于接收所述第一参数数据和所述数据表;
    比较单元,用于比较所述第一参数数据和所述数据表;以及
    输出单元,用于根据所述比较单元所比较的结果输出执行指令。
  20. 根据权利要求16所述的智能家居监控装置,其特征在于,所述智能家居监控装置进一步包括:
    电连接于所述处理模块的通信模块,用于在所述处理模块与移动终端之间进行通信;和/或
    报警模块,电连接于所述处理模块,用于发出报警信号。
