Claims (10)

- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 센서 사용 정보는상기 메모리에 기등록된 등록 센서 사용 정보, 상기 센서 모듈과 상기 트랜스미터가 접속 연결시 생성된 생성 센서 사용 정보, 상기 트랜스미터를 통해 상기 사용자 단말기로부터 수신한 수신 센서 사용 정보를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 연속 생체정보 측정장치.
- 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 등록 센서 사용 정보는 상기 센서 모듈의 식별자, 제조일, 생산 로트(lot) 중 적어도 어느 하나이며,상기 생성 센서 사용 정보는 상기 센서 모듈의 사용 시작 시각, 상기 트랜스미터의 식별자 중 적어도 어느 하나이며,상기 수신 센서 사용 정보는 상기 사용자 단말기로부터 수신한 사용자 정보인 것을 특징으로 하는 연속 생체정보 측정장치.
- 제 3 항에 있어서, 상기 센서 모듈은상기 생성 센서 사용 정보를 생성하여 상기 메모리에 등록 저장하고 상기 수신 센서 사용 정보를 수신하여 상기 메모리에 등록 저장하는 저장 제어부를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 연속 생체정보 측정장치.
- 제 4 항에 있어서, 상기 저장 제어부는상기 센서 모듈과 상기 트랜스미터가 접속시 접속 시각을 판단하거나 상기 트랜스미터와 상기 사용자 단말기 사이에서 페어링 연결시 최초 페어링 시각을 판단하여 상기 접속 시각 또는 최초 페어링 시각을 사용 시작 시각의 정보로 생성하고, 생성한 사용 시작 시각의 정보를 상기 메모리에 등록 저장하는 것을 특징으로 하는 연속 생체정보 측정장치.

- 제 4 항에 있어서, 상기 센서 모듈은측정한 생체 정보와 등록 저장된 사용자 정보의 조합으로부터 측정 메시지를 생성하고 상기 측정 메시지를 상기 트랜스미터를 통해 상기 사용자 단말기로 송신 제어하는 메시지 관리부를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 연속 생체정보 측정장치.
- 제 7 항에 있어서, 상기 메시지 관리부는측정한 상기 생체 정보를 상기 사용자 정보로 암호화하여 측정 메시지를 생성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 연속 생체정보 측정장치.
- 제 4 항에 있어서, 상기 저장 제어부는상기 사용 시작 시각 정보를 생성시 상기 센서 모듈의 등록 저장된 상기 센서 모듈의 제조일 정보 또는 생산 로트(LOT) 정보를 상기 트랜스미터를 통해 상기 사용자 단말기로 송신하는데,상기 제조일 정보는 상기 사용자 단말기에서 상기 센서 모듈의 유효기간을 판단하는데 이용되거나,상기 생산 로트 정보는 상기 사용자 단말기에서 상기 센서 모듈의 불량 여부를 판단하는데 이용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 연속 생체정보 측정장치.
- 제 7 항에 있어서, 상기 메시지 관리부는상기 사용 시작 시각 정보로부터 상기 센서 모듈의 사용기간을 판단하며 상기 센서 모듈의 사용기간이 만료된 경우 만료 메시지를 생성하여 상기 트랜스미터를 통해 상기 사용자 단말기로 상기 만료 메시지를 송신 제어하는 것을 특징으로 하는 연속 생체정보 측정장치.
