基于VTM的转账方法、装置、服务器和存储介质
本申请要求于2018年1月8日提交中国专利局、申请号为201810020501.4发明名称为“基于VTM的转账方法、装置、服务器和存储介质”的中国专利申请的优先权,其全部内容通过引用结合在申请中。
技术领域
本申请涉及金融业自助设备技术领域,尤其涉及基于VTM的转账方法、装置、服务器和存储介质。
背景技术
目前大部分银行的业务,都需要到柜台由业务员进行办理,这导致客户排队时间过长,最终导致客户流失或者体验下降,同时过多的业务就需要更多的工作人员,这会使用工成本增加。
因而现有的金融行业出现了VTM(Virtual Teller Machine,VTM终端又叫虚拟柜员机)部分替代业务员的工作,VTM服务是综合电子银行服务和人工柜台服务的新兴银行服务,其结合了视、听、自助和专人服务(业务员通过视频指引客户完成业务办理),例如业务员在视频中与客户交流,指导客户操作,该技术在方便了用户使用的同时,会出现用户操作时信息不安全的隐患。
上述内容仅用于辅助理解本申请的技术方案,并不代表承认上述内容是现有技术。
发明内容
本申请的主要目的在于提供一种基于VTM的转账方法、装置、服务器和存储介质,在即时人工转账时设置不同的验证方式,旨在降低基于VTM终端转账的风险性。
为实现上述目的,本申请提供一种基于VTM的转账方法,所述基于VTM的转账方法包括以下步骤:

接收基于VTM终端触发的转账请求,获取所述转账请求的转账信息,并根据所述转账信息判断是否触发即时人工转账指令;

接收远程坐席端根据转账信息确定的转账验证规则,以根据所述转账验证规则对触发转账请求的用户进行身份验证;
当检测到身份验证通过时,则给与用户账户验证授权并执行即时转账。

若所述生物特征验证信息与预存标准信息匹配,则触发转账请求的用户身份验证通过。
可选地,所述若所述验证规则中包含生物特征验证,则将所述生物特征验证信息与预存标准信息进行比对的步骤包括:
若所述验证规则中包含生物特征验证规则,则触发生物特征验证信息的获取指令;
根据所述获取指令开启预置采集装置,采集触发转账请求的用户指定角度的面部图像、指纹信息和/或者声纹信息;
将所述面部图像、指纹信息和/或者声纹信息作为生物特征验证信息,将所述生物特征验证信息与预存标准信息进行比对,以进行身份验证。
可选地,所述当检测到身份验证通过时,则给与用户账户验证授权并执行即时转账的步骤包括:
当检测到身份验证通过时,给与用户账户验证授权,并基于转账信息获取转账账户相关信息;
在所述VTM终端的显示界面上显示所述转账账户相关信息,以供用户进行确认;
接收基于VTM终端输入的确认指令,执行转账步骤。
可选地,所述若触发即时人工转账指令,则获取转账请求对应的用户账户信息,并为所述用户账户连接远程坐席端的步骤之后,包括:
当检测到基于VTM终端触发远程协助请求时,获取远程协助请求并设置共享密码;
将携带所述共享密码的远程协助请求,发送至远程坐席端,以使远程坐席端对VTM终端进行验证;
接收远程坐席端发送的验证结果,若验证通过, 则将VTM终端当前桌面远程共享至远程坐席端,以使远程坐席端对应业务员进行远程协助。
可选地,所述接收基于VTM终端触发的转账请求,获取所述转账请求的转账信息,并根据所述转账信息判断是否触发即时人工转账指令的步骤之后,包括:
若没有触发即时人工转账指令,则获取基于VTM终端输入的转账信息,并基于转账信息获取转账账户相关信息;
在所述VTM终端的显示界面上显示所述转账账户相关信息,以供用户进行确认;
接收基于VTM终端输入的确认指令,执行转账步骤。
此外,为实现上述目的,本申请还提供一种基于VTM的转账装置;
所述基于VTM的转账装置包括:
接收获取模块,用于接收基于VTM终端触发的转账请求,获取所述转账请求的转账信息,并根据所述转账信息判断是否触发即时人工转账指令;
获取连接模块,用于若触发即时人工转账指令,则获取转账请求对应的用户账户信息,并为所述用户账户连接远程坐席端;
身份验证模块,用于接收远程坐席端根据转账信息确定的转账验证规则,以根据所述转账验证规则对触发转账请求的用户进行身份验证;
验证转账模块,用于当检测到身份验证通过时,则给与用户账户验证授权并执行即时转账。
此外,为实现上述目的,本申请还提供一种服务器;
所述服务器包括:摄像头、存储器、处理器及存储在所述存储器上并可在所述处理器上运行的基于VTM的转账程序,其中:所述服务器与VTM终端、远程坐席端通信连接,所述摄像头,用于拍摄获取用户图片数据;
所述基于VTM的转账程序被所述处理器执行时实现如下步骤:
接收基于VTM终端触发的转账请求,获取所述转账请求的转账信息,并根据所述转账信息判断是否触发即时人工转账指令;
若触发即时人工转账指令,则获取转账请求对应的用户账户信息,并为所述用户账户连接远程坐席端;
接收远程坐席端根据转账信息确定的转账验证规则,以根据所述转账验证规则对触发转账请求的用户进行身份验证;
当检测到身份验证通过时,则给与用户账户验证授权并执行即时转账。
此外,为实现上述目的,本申请还提供一种存储介质;
所述存储介质上存储有基于VTM的转账程序,所述基于VTM的转账程序被处理器执行时实现以下的步骤:
接收基于VTM终端触发的转账请求,获取所述转账请求的转账信息,并根据所述转账信息判断是否触发即时人工转账指令;
若触发即时人工转账指令,则获取转账请求对应的用户账户信息,并为所述用户账户连接远程坐席端;
接收远程坐席端根据转账信息确定的转账验证规则,以根据所述转账验证规则对触发转账请求的用户进行身份验证;
当检测到身份验证通过时,则给与用户账户验证授权并执行即时转账。
本申请实施例提出的一种基于VTM的转账方法、装置、VTM终端和存储介质;基于VTM的转账方法包括以下步骤:接收基于VTM终端触发的转账请求,获取所述转账请求的转账信息,并根据所述转账信息判断是否触发即时人工转账指令;若触发即时人工转账指令,则获取转账请求对应的用户账户信息,并为所述用户账户连接远程坐席端;接收远程坐席端根据转账信息确定的转账验证规则,以根据所述转账验证规则对触发转账请求的用户进行身份验证;当检测到身份验证通过时,则给与用户账户验证授权并执行即时转账。服务器根据转账信息不同通过采用不同的验证规则对不同的转账用户进行身份验证,与此同时,用户可以基于VTM终端发起协助请求到连接远程坐席端,连接远程坐席端对应的业务员利用银行提供的密码登录到转账用户所使用的VTM终端,获取该用户的业务桌面以进行针对性的指导,使得用户可以更加便捷地进行转账操作,在保证用户操作体验的同时,减小了基于VTM终端转账的风险性。

具体实施方式
应当理解,此处所描述的具体实施例仅仅用以解释本申请,并不用于限定本申请。
由于现有技术中的基于VTM办理银行业务是根据柜面业务的办理流程,把这些流程统一搬到线上并配合一体机的信息采集控件及视频核身组件,完成临柜要求的业务,达到分流替代人工的目的。
本申请提供一种基于VTM的转账方法,基于VTM的转账方法应用于服务器,服务器与VTM终端、远程坐席端通信连接,如图6所示,服务器接收用户基于VTM终端触发的转账请求,获取转账请求的转账信息,并根据所述转账信息判断是否触发即时人工转账指令;若触发即时人工转账指令,则服务器获取转账请求对应的用户账户信息,并为用户账户连接远程坐席端,在远程坐席端对应的业务员接收转账请求时,服务器将转账信息发送至远程坐席端,以使远程坐席端(或者远程坐席端对应的业务员) 根据转账信息确定的转账验证规则,服务器接收远程坐席端根据转账信息确定的转账验证规则,以根据所述转账验证规则对触发转账请求的用户进行身份验证;当检测到身份验证通过时,则给与用户账户验证授权并执行即时转账。
如图1所示,图1是本申请实施例方案涉及的硬件运行环境的服务器结构示意图。本申请实施例服务器,如图1所示,该服务器可以包括:处理器1001,例如CPU,网络接口1004,用户接口1003,存储器1005,通信总线1002。其中,通信总线1002用于实现这些组件之间的连接通信。用户接口1003可以包括显示屏(Display)、输入单元比如键盘(Keyboard),可选用户接口1003还可以包括标准的有线接口、无线接口。网络接口1004可选的可以包括标准的有线接口、无线接口(如WI-FI接口)。存储器1005可以是高速RAM存储器,也可以是稳定的存储器(non-volatile memory),例如磁盘存储器。存储器1005可选的还可以是独立于前述处理器1001的存储装置。
可选地,服务器还可以包括摄像头、RF(Radio Frequency,射频)电路,传感器、音频电路、WiFi模块;输入单元,比显示屏,触摸屏;网络接口可选除无线接口中除WiFi外,蓝牙、探针、3G/4G/5G联网基站设备等等。其中,传感器比如光传感器、运动传感器以及其他传感器。服务器还可配置陀螺仪、气压计、湿度计、温度计、红外线传感器等其他传感器,在此不再赘述。
本领域技术人员可以理解,图1中示出的服务器结构并不构成对服务器的限定,可以包括比图示更多或更少的部件,或者组合某些部件,或者不同的部件布置。
如图1所示,该计算机软件产品存储在一个存储介质(存储介质:又叫计算机存储介质、计算机介质、可读介质、可读存储介质、计算机可读存储介质或者直接叫介质等,如ROM/RAM、磁碟、光盘)中,包括若干指令用以使得一台终端设备(可以是手机,计算机,服务器,空调器,或者网络设备等)执行本申请各个实施例所述的方法,作为一种计算机存储介质的存储器1005中可以包括操作***、网络通信模块、用户接口模块以及基于VTM的转账应用程序。
在图1所示的服务器中,网络接口1004主要用于连接后台数据库(云端),与后台数据库(云端),进行数据通信;用户接口1003主要用于连接客户端(用户端),与客户端进行数据通信;而处理器1001可以用于调用存储器1005中存储的基于VTM的转账应用程序,并执行本申请以下实施例提供的基于VTM的转账方法中的步骤。
参照图2,本申请基于VTM的转账方法的第一实施例中,所述基于VTM的转账方法包括:
步骤S10,接收基于VTM终端触发的转账请求,获取所述转账请求的转账信息,并根据所述转账信息判断是否触发即时人工转账指令。
用户在VTM终端上***银行卡,并在VTM终端上点击转账图标,以触发基于VTM终端的转账请求,与此同时,VTM终端检测到用户触发转账请求时,VTM终端显示界面上显示转账信息(转账信息包括收款方账号、姓名、金额);服务器接收用户基于VTM终端触发的转账请求,获取所述转账请求的转账信息,并根据所述转账信息判断是否触发即时人工转账指令,例如,用户转账金额超过预设值(预设值可以根据具体情况设置,例如,50000)时,VTM终端根据用户输入的转账金额自动触发即时人工转账指令,或者VTM终端的显示界面上有即时人工转账的按钮,用户基于人工转账的按钮人工触发即时人工转账指令,与VTM终端连接的服务器可以检测到用户是否基于人工转账的按钮触发即时人工转账指令。
步骤S10之后,还包括:
步骤 a1,若没有触发即时人工转账指令,则获取基于VTM终端输入的转账信息,并基于转账信息获取转账账户相关信息;
步骤 a2,在所述VTM终端的显示界面上显示所述转账账户相关信息,以供用户进行确认;
步骤 a3,接收基于VTM终端输入的确认指令,执行转账步骤。
具体地,若服务器检测到用户没有在VTM终端触发即时人工转账指令,则获取基于VTM终端输入的转账信息(转账信息:包括转账账户对应的账号,转账金额等),并基于转账信息获取转账账户相关信息,(转账账户相关信息,例如,收款人姓;)即,服务器根据用户输入的转账信息获取转账账户对应的信息,并将转账账户相关信息在所述VTM终端的显示界面上显示,以供用户进行确认;接收基于VTM终端输入的确认指令,执行转账步骤。
步骤S20,若触发即时人工转账指令,则获取转账请求对应的用户账户信息,并为所述用户账户连接远程坐席端。
若触发即时人工转账指令,则服务器获取转账请求对应的用户账户信息,即,服务器识别VTM终端上***的银行卡,并获取***的银行卡的账号、银行卡地址信息或者对应的开户人信息作为转账请求对应的用户账户信息,服务器根据用户账户信息为所述用户账户连接远程坐席端。具体地:
步骤 b1,若触发即时人工转账指令,则获取即时人工转账指令中携带的地理位置信息,以根据所述地理位置信息和全部远程坐席端所处状态为所述用户分配远程坐席端;
步骤 b2,接收基于远程坐席端发送的反馈信息,根据所述反馈信息判断所述远程坐席端对应业务员是否受理所述即时人工转账请求;
步骤 b3,若所述远程坐席端对应业务员受理所述即时人工转账请求,则为所述用户账户连接远程坐席端,并开启视频通信。
在本实施例的步骤中若触发即时人工转账指令,则获取即时人工转账指令中携带的地理位置信息,以根据所述地理位置信息和全部远程坐席端所处状态为所述用户分配远程坐席端;即,服务器根据银行卡的地址信息(或者VTM终端所在的地址)确定需要将转账请求发送的对应地址信息,服务器获取对应地址的远程坐席端所处的状态信息,并基于远程坐席端所处的状态信息为即时人工转账分配至对应的远程坐席端,例如,服务器获取VTM终端所处位置是广东省深圳市,服务器获取广东省深圳市所以远程坐席端的信息,并根据远程坐席端所处的状态将即时人工转账分配至对应的远程坐席端,服务器接收基于远程坐席端发送的反馈信息,根据所述反馈信息判断所述远程坐席端对应业务员是否受理所述即时人工转账请求;在远程坐席端对应业务员受理所述即时人工转账请求,则为所述用户账户连接远程坐席端,并开启视频通信。
远程坐席端根据转账信息中的转账金额,确定是否对发起转账请求的用户进行身份验证,即,远程坐席端获取所述转账信息中的转账金额,将所述转账金额与预设验证规则(预设验证规则中包含预选设置的不同转账金额对应的转账验证规则)进行比对;获取预设验证规则中与所述转账金额匹配的验证规则。
步骤S30,接收远程坐席端根据转账信息确定的转账验证规则,以根据所述转账验证规则对触发转账请求的用户进行身份验证。
服务器接收远程坐席端根据转账信息确定的转账验证规则,服务器根据远程坐席端确定的转账验证规则,对触发转账请求的用户进行身份验证,例如,用户转账金额为5000元,则远程坐席端确定的转账规则为手机动态密码验证,服务器则获取用户账户对应的手机号码,并将所述手机号码发送动态验证验证码,用户可以将自己手机收到的动态验证码发送至服务器进行用户进行身份验证;用户转账金额为50000元,则远程坐席端确定的转账规则为手机动态密码验证加用户指纹验证,服务器则获取用户账户对应的手机号码并将所述手机号码发送动态验证验证码,用户可以将自己手机收到的动态验证码和自己的指纹信息,发送至服务器进行用户进行身份验证。
步骤S40,当检测到身份验证通过时,则给与用户账户验证授权并执行即时转账。
在服务器检测到用户身份验证通过时,服务器给与用户账户验证授权,即,服务器在用户身份验证通过时,用户可以对该银行卡中的钱进行转账,具体地,服务器基于转账信息获取转账账户相关信息;服务器在VTM终端的显示界面上显示所述转账账户相关信息,以供用户进行确认;例如,VTM终端的显示界面上显示收款账户为:6523 xxxx xxxx xxxx545;收款方姓名:吴(xx),转账用户在VTM终端进行确认,服务器接收基于VTM终端输入的确认指令,执行转账步骤。
在本实施例中服务器根据转账信息不同通过采用不同的验证规则对不同的转账用户进行身份验证,与此同时,用户可以基于VTM终端发起协助请求到连接远程坐席端,连接远程坐席端对应的业务员利用银行提供的密码登录到转账用户所使用的VTM终端,获取该用户的业务桌面以进行针对性的指导,使得用户可以更加便捷地进行转账操作,在保证用户操作体验的同时,减小了基于VTM终端转账的风险性。
进一步的,参照图3,在本申请第一实施例的基础上,进一步提出了本申请本实施例,本实施例与本申请第一实施例的区别在于本实施例中进一步说明了根据生物特征验证转账用户的身份的方法;
所述基于VTM的转账方法包括:
步骤S31,接收远程坐席端根据转账信息确定的转账验证规则,并判断所述验证规则中是否包含生物特征验证。
服务器接收远程坐席端根据转账信息确定的转账验证规则,服务器获取远程坐席端确定的验证规则,并判断所述验证规则中是否包含生物特征验证(生物特征验证是指针对触发转账请求的人的验证,即,服务器将转账用户的生物特征与银行卡开卡人的生物特征进行比对,验证转账用户是否为银行卡开卡人,例如,服务器验证转账的用户头像与预选保存的用户图像是否相同)。
步骤S32,若所述验证规则中包含生物特征验证,则将所述生物特征验证信息与预存标准信息进行比对。
服务器确定若验证规则中包含生物特征验证规则,则触发生物特征验证信息的获取指令;服务器根据所述获取指令开启预置采集装置(预置采集装置根据需要采集的验证信息进行确定,若需要采集的验证信息是用户的面部图像,则采集装置是摄像头,若需要采集的验证信息是用户的指纹信息,则采集装置是指纹识别器,若需要采集的验证信息是用户的声纹信息,则采集装置是录音设置),采集触发转账请求的用户指定角度的面部图像、指纹信息或者声纹信息;服务器将所述面部图像、指纹信息和/或者声纹信息作为生物特征验证信息,将所述生物特征验证信息与预存标准信息(预存标准信息:是指用户在银行卡开卡是采集的信息,例如,银行卡开卡时的用户拍摄的照片信息、采集的用户指纹信息)进行比对,以进行身份验证。
步骤S33,若所述生物特征验证信息与预存标准信息匹配,则触发转账请求的用户身份验证通过。
服务器生物特征验证信息与预存标准信息匹配,则触发转账请求的用户身份验证通过,则服务器授予用户账户权限,用户可以对该银行卡对应的转账账户进行自动转账;若所述生物特征验证信息与预存标准信息不匹配,则触发转账请求的用户身份验证不通过,则服务器不授予用户账户权限,用户不可以对该银行卡对应的转账账户进行自动转账,同时服务器将该银行卡对应的账户进行锁定。
在本实施例中服务器对触发转账请求的用户进行验证,即服务器对转账人进行验证,在保证用户操作便捷性的同时提高了转账的账户的安全性,防止用户信息泄露造成的损失。
进一步的,参照图4,本申请基于VTM的转账方法的第二实施例中,说明了用户在即时人工转账时,用户可以进行桌面共享,所述基于VTM的转账方法包括:
步骤S50,当检测到基于VTM终端触发远程协助请求时,获取远程协助请求并设置共享密码。
用户可以利用VTM终端完成开卡、理财转账等业务,这样,就可以为客户提供24小时的服务;若用户在选择转账金融业务时,VTM终端自动调用该业务界面,提示客户如何完成转账,若客户不能理解VTM终端的提示,就可以通过视频与业务员进行交流,若在与业务员视频中,仍不能完成开卡业务(如找不到某功能按钮),此时就可以触发远程协助请求,VTM终端在接收到触发远程协助请求时,生成共享密码,并将共享密码添加到远程协助请求中,并发送至服务器,以使服务器将远程协助请求发送至远程坐席端请求业务员的远程协助。
步骤S60,将携带所述共享密码的远程协助请求,发送至远程坐席端,以使远程坐席端对VTM终端进行验证。
服务器将远程协助请求发送至远程坐席端,请求远程坐席端对应业务员的远程协助将携带所述共享密码的远程协助请求,具体地,服务器接收到VTM终端发送的远程协助请求(携带有共享密码),进而就可以提取远程协助请求中的共享密码,并根据共享密码发送至远程坐席端,以使远程坐席端对VTM终端进行验证,即远程坐席端将服务器发送的远程协助请求中的共享密码与预设的VTM终端中的共享密码(预设的VTM终端中的共享密码:是预先定义的共享密码)进行比对。
步骤S70,接收远程坐席端发送的验证结果,若验证通过, 则将VTM终端当前桌面远程共享至远程坐席端,以使远程坐席端对应业务员进行远程协助。
远程坐席端将服务器发送的远程协助请求中的共享密码与预设的VTM终端中的共享密码进行比对;若服务器发送的远程协助请求中的共享密码与预设的VTM终端中的共享密码匹配,则验证通过,服务器发送的远程协助请求中的共享密码与预设的VTM终端中的共享密码不匹配,则验证不通过,在验证通过时,远程坐席端对应业务员在接收到共享的桌面后,就可以具体的指导/协助用户操作以完成转账业务。
在本实施例中当客户需要远程协助时,发起协助请求到连接远程坐席端,连接远程坐席端对应的业务员利用银行提供的密码登录到该客户所使用的VTM终端,获取该客户的业务桌面以进行针对性的指导,使的用户的操作更加方便,避免了其他的终端设备进行病毒植入带来的安全隐患。
此外,参照图5,本申请实施例还提出一种基于VTM的转账装置,所述基于VTM的转账装置包括:
接收获取模块10,用于接收基于VTM终端触发的转账请求,获取所述转账请求的转账信息,并根据所述转账信息判断是否触发即时人工转账指令;
获取连接模块20,用于若触发即时人工转账指令,则获取转账请求对应的用户账户信息,并为所述用户账户连接远程坐席端;
身份验证模块30,用于接收远程坐席端根据转账信息确定的转账验证规则,以根据所述转账验证规则对触发转账请求的用户进行身份验证;
验证转账模块40,用于当检测到身份验证通过时,则给与用户账户验证授权并执行即时转账。
其中,基于VTM的转账装置的各个功能模块实现的步骤可参照本申请基于VTM的转账方法的各个实施例,此处不再赘述。
此外,本申请实施例还提出一种存储介质。
所述存储介质,又叫计算机存储介质上存储有基于VTM的转账程序,所述基于VTM的转账程序被处理器执行时实现上述实施例提供的基于VTM的转账方法中的操作。

Claims (20)

  1. 一种基于VTM的转账方法,其特征在于,所述基于VTM的转账方法应用于服务器,所述服务器与VTM终端、远程坐席端通信连接;
    所述基于VTM的转账方法包括以下步骤:
    接收基于VTM终端触发的转账请求,获取所述转账请求的转账信息,并根据所述转账信息判断是否触发即时人工转账指令;
    若触发即时人工转账指令,则获取转账请求对应的用户账户信息,并为所述用户账户连接远程坐席端;
    接收远程坐席端根据转账信息确定的转账验证规则,以根据所述转账验证规则对触发转账请求的用户进行身份验证;
    当检测到身份验证通过时,则给与用户账户验证授权并执行即时转账。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的基于VTM的转账方法,其特征在于,所述若触发即时人工转账指令,则获取转账请求对应的用户账户信息,并为所述用户账户连接远程坐席端的步骤,包括:
    若触发即时人工转账指令,则获取即时人工转账指令中携带的地理位置信息,以根据所述地理位置信息和全部远程坐席端所处状态为所述用户分配远程坐席端;
    接收基于远程坐席端发送的反馈信息,根据所述反馈信息判断所述远程坐席端对应业务员是否受理所述即时人工转账请求;
    若所述远程坐席端对应业务员受理所述即时人工转账请求,则为所述用户账户连接远程坐席端,并开启视频通信。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的基于VTM的转账方法,其特征在于,所述接收远程坐席端根据转账信息确定的转账验证规则,以根据所述转账验证规则对触发转账请求的用户进行身份验证的步骤包括:
    接收远程坐席端根据转账信息确定的转账验证规则,并判断所述验证规则中是否包含生物特征验证;
    若所述验证规则中包含生物特征验证,则将所述生物特征验证信息与预存标准信息进行比对;
    若所述生物特征验证信息与预存标准信息匹配,则触发转账请求的用户身份验证通过。
  4. 如权利要求3所述的基于VTM的转账方法,其特征在于,所述若所述验证规则中包含生物特征验证,则将所述生物特征验证信息与预存标准信息进行比对的步骤包括:
    若所述验证规则中包含生物特征验证规则,则触发生物特征验证信息的获取指令;
    根据所述获取指令开启预置采集装置,采集触发转账请求的用户指定角度的面部图像、指纹信息和/或者声纹信息;
    将所述面部图像、指纹信息和/或者声纹信息作为生物特征验证信息,将所述生物特征验证信息与预存标准信息进行比对,以进行身份验证。
  5. 如权利要求1所述的基于VTM的转账方法,其特征在于,所述当检测到身份验证通过时,则给与用户账户验证授权并执行即时转账的步骤包括:
    当检测到身份验证通过时,给与用户账户验证授权,并基于转账信息获取转账账户相关信息;
    在所述VTM终端的显示界面上显示所述转账账户相关信息,以供用户进行确认;
    接收基于VTM终端输入的确认指令,执行转账步骤。
  6. 如权利要求1所述的基于VTM的转账方法,其特征在于,所述若触发即时人工转账指令,则获取转账请求对应的用户账户信息,并为所述用户账户连接远程坐席端的步骤之后,包括:
    当检测到基于VTM终端触发远程协助请求时,获取远程协助请求并设置共享密码;
    将携带所述共享密码的远程协助请求,发送至远程坐席端,以使远程坐席端对VTM终端进行验证;
    接收远程坐席端发送的验证结果,若验证通过, 则将VTM终端当前桌面远程共享至远程坐席端,以使远程坐席端对应业务员进行远程协助。
  7. 如权利要求1所述的基于VTM的转账方法,其特征在于,所述接收基于VTM终端触发的转账请求,获取所述转账请求的转账信息,并根据所述转账信息判断是否触发即时人工转账指令的步骤之后,包括:
    若没有触发即时人工转账指令,则获取基于VTM终端输入的转账信息,并基于转账信息获取转账账户相关信息;
    在所述VTM终端的显示界面上显示所述转账账户相关信息,以供用户进行确认;
    接收基于VTM终端输入的确认指令,执行转账步骤。
  8. 一种基于VTM的转账装置,其特征在于,所述基于VTM的转账装置包括:
    接收获取模块,用于接收基于VTM终端触发的转账请求,获取所述转账请求的转账信息,并根据所述转账信息判断是否触发即时人工转账指令;
    获取连接模块,用于若触发即时人工转账指令,则获取转账请求对应的用户账户信息,并为所述用户账户连接远程坐席端;
    身份验证模块,用于接收远程坐席端根据转账信息确定的转账验证规则,以根据所述转账验证规则对触发转账请求的用户进行身份验证;
    验证转账模块,用于当检测到身份验证通过时,则给与用户账户验证授权并执行即时转账。
  9. 如权利要求8所述的基于VTM的转账装置,其特征在于,所述获取连接模块包括:
    获取分配单元,用于若触发即时人工转账指令,则获取即时人工转账指令中携带的地理位置信息,以根据所述地理位置信息和全部远程坐席端所处状态为所述用户分配远程坐席端;
    接收判断单元,用于接收基于远程坐席端发送的反馈信息,根据所述反馈信息判断所述远程坐席端对应业务员是否受理所述即时人工转账请求;
    受理连接单元,用于若所述远程坐席端对应业务员受理所述即时人工转账请求,则为所述用户账户连接远程坐席端,并开启视频通信。
  10. 如权利要求8所述的基于VTM的转账装置,其特征在于,所述身份验证模块包括:
    接收判断单元,用于接收远程坐席端根据转账信息确定的转账验证规则,并判断所述验证规则中是否包含生物特征验证;
    信息比对单元,用于若所述验证规则中包含生物特征验证,则将所述生物特征验证信息与预存标准信息进行比对;
    匹配验证单元,用于若所述生物特征验证信息与预存标准信息匹配,则触发转账请求的用户身份验证通过。
  11. 如权利要求10所述的基于VTM的转账装置,其特征在于,所述信息比对单元还用于:
    若所述验证规则中包含生物特征验证规则,则触发生物特征验证信息的获取指令;
    根据所述获取指令开启预置采集装置,采集触发转账请求的用户指定角度的面部图像、指纹信息和/或者声纹信息;
    将所述面部图像、指纹信息和/或者声纹信息作为生物特征验证信息,将所述生物特征验证信息与预存标准信息进行比对,以进行身份验证。
  12. 如权利要求8所述的基于VTM的转账装置,其特征在于,所述验证转账模块包括:
    验证获取单元,用于当检测到身份验证通过时,给与用户账户验证授权,并基于转账信息获取转账账户相关信息;
    显示提示单元,用于在所述VTM终端的显示界面上显示所述转账账户相关信息,以供用户进行确认;
    接收执行单元,用于接收基于VTM终端输入的确认指令,执行转账步骤。
  13. 一种服务器,其特征在于,所述服务器包括:摄像头、存储器、处理器及存储在所述存储器上并可在所述处理器上运行的基于VTM的转账程序,其中:所述服务器与VTM终端、远程坐席端通信连接,所述摄像头,用于拍摄获取用户图片数据;
    所述基于VTM的转账程序被所述处理器执行时实现如下步骤:
    接收基于VTM终端触发的转账请求,获取所述转账请求的转账信息,并根据所述转账信息判断是否触发即时人工转账指令;
    若触发即时人工转账指令,则获取转账请求对应的用户账户信息,并为所述用户账户连接远程坐席端;
    接收远程坐席端根据转账信息确定的转账验证规则,以根据所述转账验证规则对触发转账请求的用户进行身份验证;
    当检测到身份验证通过时,则给与用户账户验证授权并执行即时转账。
  14. 如权利要求13所述的服务器,其特征在于,所述基于VTM的转账程序中若触发即时人工转账指令,则获取转账请求对应的用户账户信息,并为所述用户账户连接远程坐席端的步骤,包括:
    若触发即时人工转账指令,则获取即时人工转账指令中携带的地理位置信息,以根据所述地理位置信息和全部远程坐席端所处状态为所述用户分配远程坐席端;
    接收基于远程坐席端发送的反馈信息,根据所述反馈信息判断所述远程坐席端对应业务员是否受理所述即时人工转账请求;
    若所述远程坐席端对应业务员受理所述即时人工转账请求,则为所述用户账户连接远程坐席端,并开启视频通信。
  15. 如权利要求13所述的服务器,其特征在于,所述基于VTM的转账程序中若所述验证规则中包含生物特征验证,则将所述生物特征验证信息与预存标准信息进行比对的步骤包括:
    若所述验证规则中包含生物特征验证规则,则触发生物特征验证信息的获取指令;
    根据所述获取指令开启预置采集装置,采集触发转账请求的用户指定角度的面部图像、指纹信息和/或者声纹信息;
    将所述面部图像、指纹信息和/或者声纹信息作为生物特征验证信息,将所述生物特征验证信息与预存标准信息进行比对,以进行身份验证。
  16. 如权利要求13所述的服务器,其特征在于,所述基于VTM的转账程序中所述当检测到身份验证通过时,则给与用户账户验证授权并执行即时转账的步骤包括:
    当检测到身份验证通过时,给与用户账户验证授权,并基于转账信息获取转账账户相关信息;
    在所述VTM终端的显示界面上显示所述转账账户相关信息,以供用户进行确认;
    接收基于VTM终端输入的确认指令,执行转账步骤。
  17. 一种存储介质,其特征在于,所述存储介质上存储有基于VTM的转账程序,所述基于VTM的转账程序被处理器执行时实现以下的步骤:
    接收基于VTM终端触发的转账请求,获取所述转账请求的转账信息,并根据所述转账信息判断是否触发即时人工转账指令;
    若触发即时人工转账指令,则获取转账请求对应的用户账户信息,并为所述用户账户连接远程坐席端;
    接收远程坐席端根据转账信息确定的转账验证规则,以根据所述转账验证规则对触发转账请求的用户进行身份验证;
    当检测到身份验证通过时,则给与用户账户验证授权并执行即时转账。
  18. 如权利要求17所述的服务器,其特征在于,所述基于VTM的转账程序被执行时所述若触发即时人工转账指令,则获取转账请求对应的用户账户信息,并为所述用户账户连接远程坐席端的步骤,包括:
    若触发即时人工转账指令,则获取即时人工转账指令中携带的地理位置信息,以根据所述地理位置信息和全部远程坐席端所处状态为所述用户分配远程坐席端;
    接收基于远程坐席端发送的反馈信息,根据所述反馈信息判断所述远程坐席端对应业务员是否受理所述即时人工转账请求;
    若所述远程坐席端对应业务员受理所述即时人工转账请求,则为所述用户账户连接远程坐席端,并开启视频通信。
  19. 如权利要求17所述的服务器,其特征在于,所述基于VTM的转账程序被执行时所述接收远程坐席端根据转账信息确定的转账验证规则,以根据所述转账验证规则对触发转账请求的用户进行身份验证的步骤包括:
    接收远程坐席端根据转账信息确定的转账验证规则,并判断所述验证规则中是否包含生物特征验证;
    若所述验证规则中包含生物特征验证,则将所述生物特征验证信息与预存标准信息进行比对;
    若所述生物特征验证信息与预存标准信息匹配,则触发转账请求的用户身份验证通过。
  20. 如权利要求17所述的服务器,其特征在于,所述基于VTM的转账程序被执行时所述若所述验证规则中包含生物特征验证,则将所述生物特征验证信息与预存标准信息进行比对的步骤包括:
    若所述验证规则中包含生物特征验证规则,则触发生物特征验证信息的获取指令;
    根据所述获取指令开启预置采集装置,采集触发转账请求的用户指定角度的面部图像、指纹信息和/或者声纹信息;
    将所述面部图像、指纹信息和/或者声纹信息作为生物特征验证信息,将所述生物特征验证信息与预存标准信息进行比对,以进行身份验证。
