本发明涉及网站对接领域,尤其涉及一种通过网站对接购买保险的方法、装置、设备及计算机可读存储介质。
背景技术
目前,随着社会的发展和人们安全意识的提高,人们逐渐意识到保险的重要性,越来越多的人加入了购买保险的行列。
目前,客户通过线上购买保险产品时,用户填写的健康状况信息十分简单,一般情况下,用户的健康状况只填写健康状态良好即可,无法全面了解客户真实的健康状态。
当通过渠道方进行保险产品推广时,某些渠道方没有收费方案,用户在渠道方看到推广的保险产品推广时,若此时用户需要购买,而渠道方没有收费方案,只能通过页面跳转方式跳转至对接的保险***,然后在保险***中进行购买,而在保险***中进行购买不便于渠道方统计销售数据;或者通过ESG平台与保险***进行对接,但通过ESG平台与保险***进行对接的流程复杂,且鉴权不便,并且需要额外对接支付平台或通过其它方法收费,场景多变,对接复杂。
发明内容
本发明的主要目的在于提出一种通过网站对接购买保险的方法、装置、设备及计算机可读存储介质,旨在解决通过页面跳转方式跳转至对接的保险***进行购买,不便于渠道方统计销售数据;通过ESG平台与保险***进行对接的流程复杂,且鉴权不便的技术问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供一种通过网站对接购买保险的方法,所述方法包括:
当在保险推广页面检测到购买保险产品指令时,获取当前用户选择的保险产品的保费;
将请求调取用户健康状况信息页面的信息发送至保险***;
在获得调取用户健康状况信息页面的权限之后,调取保险***中的用户健康状况信息页面,在所述用户健康状况信息页面中提取用户的健康状态信息,并根据用户的健康状况信息对用户进行智能核保;
在用户通过智能核保之后,提取保险***中的投保数据填写页面;
当接收到用户填写的投保数据之后,根据用户填写的投保数据及获取到的保费生成投保订单,以便用户进行支付。
可选地,所述获取当前用户选择的保险产品的保费的步骤包括:
通过接口从保险***获取当前用户点击的保险产品的保费;
或通过接口从保险***获取保费的计算规则,根据获取到的计算规则计算当前用户点击的保险产品的保费。

此外,为实现上述目的,本发明还提供一种计算机可读存储介质,所述计算机可读存储介质上存储有通过网站对接购买保险的程序,所述通过网站对接购买保险的程序被处理器执行时实现如上所述的通过网站对接购买保险的方法的步骤。

在本实施例中,该方法包括:
步骤S10,当在保险推广页面检测到购买保险产品指令时,获取当前用户选择的保险产品的保费;
在本实施例中,为了提高保险的推广度和宣传度,会通过与渠道方进行合作,在网页中进行保险推广,用户可以通过推广的保险信息获取保险的详细内容,从而进行购买,具体地,用户可以通过在渠道方的推广页面中点击进行推广的保险,从而触发购买保险产品指令,然后对用户点击的保险进行分析,从而获取用户当前选择的保险的具体类型,然后将获取到的保险的具体类型通过接口发送至保险***,所述接口具体可以为HTTP接口,以便保险***查询所述保险的具体保费,具体实施过程中,在获得保险的具体类型之后,也可以通过接口将获取所述保险保费的计算规则的信息发送至保险***,然后接收保险***发送的保费计算规则,然后根据所述保费计算规则计算保费,然后将获取到或者计算得到的保费在显示界面进行显示,以便用户获知具体的保费。
步骤S20,将请求调取用户健康状况信息页面的信息发送至保险***;
在获得用户选择的保险对应的保费之后,需要进一步获取保险***中的用户的具体健康状况,为了保证保险***中的用户数据安全,在进行调取之前,需要获得保险***的调取权限,因此,首先需要将请求调取用户健康状况信息页面的信息发送至保险***,以便保险***对发送请求的渠道方的身份进行核验,并在核验通过之后授予发送请求的渠道方调取用户健康状况信息页面的权限。
步骤S30,在获得调取用户健康状况信息页面的权限之后,调取保险***中的用户健康状况信息页面,在所述用户健康状况信息页面中提取用户的健康状态信息,并根据用户的健康状况信息对用户进行智能核保;
在获得用户选择的保险对应的保费之后,需要进一步获取保险***中的用户的具体健康状况,因此需要调取用户健康状况信息页面,其中,所述用户健康状况信息页面还可以为第三方的用户健康状态调查问答页面,并不局限为保险***的用户健康状态调查问答页面,当所述用户健康状况信息页面为保险***的用户健康状态调查问答页面时,在获得调取用户健康状况信息页面的权限之后,即可中保险***中进行调取,所述用户健康状态调查问答页面具体的形式为,页面中有具体的用户健康提问问题,比如提问用户是否患有某种疾病,用户需要根据实际情况选择回答是或否,然后在用户进行回答之后,根据用户的回答,继续提取下一个用户健康状态调查问答页面,继续对用户的健康状态进行提问,直到用户回答完所有相关问题,在用户回答完所有相关问题之后,根据用户的回答进行智能核保,即对用户的具体回答进行分析汇总,从而获得用户较详细的健康状况信息;然后即可根据用户的健康状况信息对用户进行审核,判断用户是否具备购买当前保险的资格,不需要人工参与进行核保。
步骤S40,在用户通过智能核保之后,提取保险***中的投保数据填写页面;
若用户通过智能核保,即用户具备购买当前保险的资格,则通过接口提取保险***中的投保数据填写页面,具体可以通过HTTP接口进行提取,以便用户进行填写投保数据,比如,投保人、被保险人和受益人的姓名、性别、年龄、职业、地址、电话等具体信息。
步骤S50,当接收到用户填写的投保数据之后,根据用户填写的投保数据及获取到的保费生成投保订单,以便用户进行支付。
当接收到用户填写完投保人、被保险人和受益人的姓名、性别、年龄、职业、地址、电话等具体信息之后,根据用户填写的投保具体数据及获取到的保费生成投保订单,以便用户进行支付。具体可以根据渠道方的收费方案,结合所述用户填写的投保具体数据及获取到的保费生成投保订单,然后通过当前渠道方的购买页面进行购买,也可以提取保险***的购买页面,通过所述保险***的购买页面进行购买。

在本实施例中,所述步骤S40包括:

在本实施例中,在用户通过智能核保之后,可以通过渠道方,可以通过当前渠道方的页面进行填写投保数据,从而生成订单,也可以通过保险***的购买页面,进行投保数据填写,其中,通过在当前渠道方进行投保数据填写在第一实施例中已经进行介绍,在此不再赘述;具体地,在通过保险***进行填写投保数据时,首先,在用户通过智能核保之后,将用户通过智能核保的信息反馈至保险***,从而控制所述保险***跳转至保险的购买页面;以便用户在保险***中填写投保数据,然后对用户是否输入投保数据进行检测,当检测到用户输入投保数据时,将用户输入的投保数据进行整理,然后再将用户填写的投保数据及获取到的保费发送至保险***,以供所述保险***生成投保订单,具体实施过程中,也可以通过保险***自行进行检测用户是否输入投保数据,然后直接根据用户输入的投保数据,及对应保费生成投保订单。进一步地,在保险***生成订单之后,可以实时检测用户是否完成支付,当检测到用户完成支付之后,将用户完成支付的信息通过数据回传反馈至渠道方,以便渠道方进行销售统计,进一步地,可以进一步对订单的各个状态进行跟进检测,比如检测用户是否触发撤回订单指令等,并将对应的信息反馈至渠道方,因此还可以通过数据回传将待支付;支付失败;支付成功;承保失败;承保成功;撤件;契撤;退保等信息反馈至渠道方。同时渠道方可选择需要数据回传的状态,其中具体可以通过接口进行数据回传,保单查询、契撤、承保、电子保单下载、核保、保费试算等的接口具体可以为HTTP接口。

获取模块,用于当在保险推广页面检测到购买保险产品指令时,获取当前用户选择的保险产品的保费;
发送模块,用于将请求调取用户健康状况信息页面的信息发送至保险***;
提取模块,用于在获得调取用户健康状况信息页面的权限之后,调取保险***中的用户健康状况信息页面,在所述用户健康状况信息页面中提取用户的健康状态信息,并根据用户的健康状况信息对用户进行智能核保;

参照图5,图5为本发明实施例方案涉及的硬件运行环境的设备结构示意图。
如图5所示,该通过网站对接购买保险的设备可以包括:处理器1001,例如CPU,网络接口1002,用户接口1003,存储器1004。这些组件之间的连接通信可以通过通信总线实现。网络接口1002可选的可以包括标准的有线接口(用于连接有线网络)、无线接口(如WI-FI接口、蓝牙接口、红外线接口等,用于连接无线网络)。用户接口1003可以包括显示屏(Display)、输入单元比如键盘(Keyboard),可选用户接口1003还可以包括标准的有线接口(例如用于连接有线键盘、有线鼠标等)和/或无线接口(例如用于连接无线键盘、无线鼠标)。存储器1004可以是高速RAM存储器,也可以是稳定的存储器(non-volatile memory),例如磁盘存储器。存储器1004可选的还可以是独立于前述处理器1001的存储装置。

如图5所示,作为一种计算机存储介质的存储器1004中可以包括操作***、网络通信模块、用户接口模块以及通过网站对接购买保险的程序。其中,操作***是管理和控制通过网站对接购买保险的设备硬件与软件资源的程序,支持网络通信模块、用户接口模块、通过网站对接购买保险的程序以及其他程序或软件的运行;网络通信模块用于管理和控制网络接口1002;用户接口模块用于管理和控制用户接口1003。

本发明还提供了一种计算机可读存储介质,所述计算机可读存储介质存储有一个或者多个程序,所述一个或者多个程序可被一个或者多个处理器执行,以实现上述通过网站对接购买保险的方法各实施例的步骤。
还需要说明的是,在本文中,术语“包括”、“包含”或者其任何其他变体意在涵盖非排他性的包含,从而使得包括一系列要素的过程、方法、物品或者装置不仅包括那些要素,而且还包括没有明确列出的其他要素,或者是还包括为这种过程、方法、物品或者装置所固有的要素。在没有更多限制的情况下,由语句“包括一个……”限定的要素,并不排除在包括该要素的过程、方法、物品或者装置中还存在另外的相同要素。
通过以上的实施方式的描述,本领域的技术人员可以清楚地了解到上述实施例方法可借助软件加必需的通用硬件平台的方式来实现,当然也可以通过硬件,但很多情况下前者是更佳的实施方式。基于这样的理解,本发明的技术方案本质上或者说对现有技术做出贡献的部分可以以软件产品的形式体现出来,该计算机软件产品存储在一个存储介质(如ROM/RAM、磁碟、光盘)中,包括若干指令用以使得一台终端设备(可以是手机,计算机,服务器,空调器,或者网络设备等)执行本发明各个实施例的方法。

Claims (20)

  1. 一种通过网站对接购买保险的方法,其特征在于,所述方法包括以下步骤:
    当在保险推广页面检测到购买保险产品指令时,获取当前用户选择的保险产品的保费;
    将请求调取用户健康状况信息页面的信息发送至保险***;
    在获得调取用户健康状况信息页面的权限之后,调取保险***中的用户健康状况信息页面,在所述用户健康状况信息页面中提取用户的健康状态信息,并根据用户的健康状况信息对用户进行智能核保;
    在用户通过智能核保之后,提取保险***中的投保数据填写页面;
    当接收到用户填写的投保数据之后,根据用户填写的投保数据及获取到的保费生成投保订单,以便用户进行支付。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的通过网站对接购买保险的方法,其特征在于,所述获取当前用户选择的保险产品的保费的步骤包括:
    通过接口从保险***获取当前用户点击的保险产品的保费;
    或通过接口从保险***获取保费的计算规则,根据获取到的计算规则计算当前用户点击的保险产品的保费。
  3. 如权利要求1所述的通过网站对接购买保险的方法,其特征在于,所述当接收到用户填写的投保数据之后,根据用户填写的投保数据及获取到的保费生成投保订单,以便用户进行支付的步骤包括:
    当接收到用户填写的投保数据之后,根据用户填写的投保数据、获取到的保费结合当前保险推广页面的收费方案,生成对应的保险订单; 或者,提取保险***提供的保险订单,以便用户进行支付。
  4. 如权利要求1所述的通过网站对接购买保险的方法,其特征在于,所述根据用户填写的投保数据及获取到的保费生成投保订单的步骤之后,还包括:
    接收保险***通过数据回传反馈的订单状态发生变化信息,并根据订单的具体状态进行销售数据统计。
  5. 如权利要求1所述的通过网站对接购买保险的方法,其特征在于,所述获取当前用户点击的保险产品的保费,并将获取到的保费进行展示的步骤包括:
    通过接口获取当前用户点击的保险产品的保费,并将获取到的保费在保险推广页面进行展示;
    或,根据所述购买保险产品指令进行页面跳转,对接跳转至保险***,控制所述保险***获取当前用户点击的保险产品的保费,并将获取到的保费进行展示。
  6. 如权利要求1所述的通过网站对接购买保险的方法,其特征在于,所述将获取到的保费进行展示的步骤之后,还包括:
    根据所述购买保险产品指令控制保险***提取用户填写的健康状态信息,并根据用户的健康状况信息对用户进行智能核保。
  7. 如权利要求1所述的通过网站对接购买保险的方法,其特征在于,所述根据用户的健康状况信息对用户进行智能核保的步骤之后,还包括:
    在用户通过智能核保之后,控制所述保险***跳转至保险的购买页面;
    当接收到用户填写的投保数据之后,将用户填写的投保数据及获取到的保费发送至保险***,以供所述保险***生成投保订单。
  8. 一种通过网站对接购买保险的装置,其特征在于,所述装置包括:
    获取模块,用于当在保险推广页面检测到购买保险产品指令时,获取当前用户选择的保险产品的保费;
    发送模块,用于将请求调取用户健康状况信息页面的信息发送至保险***;
    提取模块,用于在获得调取用户健康状况信息页面的权限之后,调取保险***中的用户健康状况信息页面,在所述用户健康状况信息页面中提取用户的健康状态信息,并根据用户的健康状况信息对用户进行智能核保;
    在用户通过智能核保之后,提取保险***中的投保数据填写页面;
    生成投保订单模块,当接收到用户填写的投保数据之后,根据用户填写的投保数据及获取到的保费生成投保订单,以便用户进行支付。
  9. 一种通过网站对接购买保险的设备,其特征在于,所述通过网站对接购买保险的设备包括通过网站对接购买保险的程序,所述通过网站对接购买保险的程序被所述通过网站对接购买保险的设备执行时实现下步骤:
    当在保险推广页面检测到购买保险产品指令时,获取当前用户选择的保险产品的保费;
    将请求调取用户健康状况信息页面的信息发送至保险***;
    在获得调取用户健康状况信息页面的权限之后,调取保险***中的用户健康状况信息页面,在所述用户健康状况信息页面中提取用户的健康状态信息,并根据用户的健康状况信息对用户进行智能核保;
    在用户通过智能核保之后,提取保险***中的投保数据填写页面;
    当接收到用户填写的投保数据之后,根据用户填写的投保数据及获取到的保费生成投保订单,以便用户进行支付。
  10. 如权利要求9所述的通过网站对接购买保险的设备,其特征在于,所述通过网站对接购买保险的程序被所述通过网站对接购买保险的设备执行时,还实现如下步骤:
    通过接口从保险***获取当前用户点击的保险产品的保费;
    或通过接口从保险***获取保费的计算规则,根据获取到的计算规则计算当前用户点击的保险产品的保费。
  11. 如权利要求9所述的通过网站对接购买保险的设备,其特征在于,所述通过网站对接购买保险的程序被所述通过网站对接购买保险的设备执行时,还实现如下步骤:
    当接收到用户填写的投保数据之后,根据用户填写的投保数据、获取到的保费结合当前保险推广页面的收费方案,生成对应的保险订单;或者,提取保险***提供的保险订单,以便用户进行支付。
  12. 如权利要求9所述的通过网站对接购买保险的设备,其特征在于,所述通过网站对接购买保险的程序被所述通过网站对接购买保险的设备执行时,还实现如下步骤:
    接收保险***通过数据回传反馈的订单状态发生变化信息,并根据订单的具体状态进行销售数据统计。

    根据所述购买保险产品指令控制保险***提取用户填写的健康状态信息,并根据用户的健康状况信息对用户进行智能核保。
  15. 如权利要求9所述的通过网站对接购买保险的设备,其特征在于,所述通过网站对接购买保险的程序被所述通过网站对接购买保险的设备执行时,还实现如下步骤:
    在用户通过智能核保之后,控制所述保险***跳转至保险的购买页面;
    当接收到用户填写的投保数据之后,将用户填写的投保数据及获取到的保费发送至保险***,以供所述保险***生成投保订单。
  16. 一种计算机可读存储介质,其特征在于,所述计算机可读存储介质上存储有通过网站对接购买保险的程序,所述通过网站对接购买保险的程序被处理器执行时,以实现下步骤:
    当在保险推广页面检测到购买保险产品指令时,获取当前用户选择的保险产品的保费;
    将请求调取用户健康状况信息页面的信息发送至保险***;
    在获得调取用户健康状况信息页面的权限之后,调取保险***中的用户健康状况信息页面,在所述用户健康状况信息页面中提取用户的健康状态信息,并根据用户的健康状况信息对用户进行智能核保;
    在用户通过智能核保之后,提取保险***中的投保数据填写页面;
    当接收到用户填写的投保数据之后,根据用户填写的投保数据及获取到的保费生成投保订单,以便用户进行支付。
  17. 如权利要求16所述的计算机可读存储介质,其特征在于,所述通过网站对接购买保险的程序被处理器执行时,还实现以下步骤:
    通过接口从保险***获取当前用户点击的保险产品的保费;
    或通过接口从保险***获取保费的计算规则,根据获取到的计算规则计算当前用户点击的保险产品的保费。
  18. 如权利要求16所述的计算机可读存储介质,其特征在于,所述通过网站对接购买保险的程序被处理器执行时,还实现以下步骤:
    当接收到用户填写的投保数据之后,根据用户填写的投保数据、获取到的保费结合当前保险推广页面的收费方案,生成对应的保险订单;
    或者,提取保险***提供的保险订单,以便用户进行支付。
  19. 如权利要求16所述的计算机可读存储介质,其特征在于,所述通过网站对接购买保险的程序被处理器执行时,还实现以下步骤:
