背景技术
目前,洗衣机已普及使用,洗衣机包括滚桶洗衣机、波轮式洗衣机、搅拌式洗衣机、双动力式洗衣机。
带烘干功能的产品有单独的烘干机、有洗涤烘干一体的滚筒机、有洗涤烘干一体的波轮机。
洗涤烘干一体的波轮机,适用于亚洲市场,但是用户普遍反映洗干一体波轮机在烘干大量衣物时,由于衣物翻滚不畅,烘干时间过长且烘干效率低。另外,洗涤程序中,洗衣粉洗涤剂溶解不充分,衣物洗不干净,洗涤时间过长。

技术问题
从内桶顶部吹来的热风,一方面不能及时充分利用,就从出风口循环走,烘干效率低;另一方面,热风从波轮机的顶部进入到内桶,不能吹动及吹散衣物,烘干后的衣物有褶皱。
技术解决方案
本发明基于上述现有技术中的缺陷,解决洗干一体波轮机烘干时效率低,且衣物有褶皱的问题,以及洗衣不干净的问题。

所述进气阀电机不动作时,所述阀体的下管口被所述阀塞堵住与上管口不导通;所述进气阀电机动作时,所述阀塞、阀簧被压缩变短,阀体的下管口与所上管口导通。
所述连接管采用三元乙丙橡胶的耐高温材料。
本发明还涉及再一技术方案所述的波轮机。 进一步地,在上述方案的基础上,烘干模块的进风口分为两路即上进风口和下进风口,下进风口与所述外桶底的进风***连接,自下而上往内桶中送风;上进风口与内桶相通,自上而下往内桶中送风,形成立体进风,全方位烘干衣物。
本发明还涉及一种桶底进风的洗干一体波轮机的控制方法,包括洗涤、漂洗、脱水、烘干程序,当用户选择烘干功能时,在所述烘干程序中包括如下步骤:
H1、 烘干程序启动,所述烘干模块开始工作,产生热风;
H2、同时,所述控制***发出指令,所述进气阀电机动作,所述进气阀部件打开;
H3、热风流经所述热风通路,自下而上往内桶中送风,烘干衣物;
H4、所述控制***监测烘干程度,直至烘干完成。
本发明还涉及一种桶底进风的洗干一体波轮机的控制方法,包括洗涤、漂洗、脱水、烘干程序,在洗涤程序中可以选择加热洗涤功能,当用户选择加热洗涤功能时,在所述洗衣程序中包括如下步骤:
X1、 洗衣程序启动,所述烘干模块开始工作,产生热风;
X2、同时,所述控制***发出指令,所述进气阀电机动作,所述进气阀部件打开;
X3、热风流经所述热风通路,自下而上往内桶中送风,加热桶内的洗涤水;
X4、所述控制***监测洗涤水的温度,达到设定值30度时,烘开始洗涤。
所述控制***控制进风的风速,风力大小根据水位高低而定,风力范围值为3N至10N。
进一步地,还包括温度传感装置和湿度传感装置,当烘干模块工作时,温度传感装置会实时检测所述内桶内的温度,当温度高于设定值60℃,控制***降低烘干模块出风温度或者烘干模块停止工作;当湿度传感装置的阻值达到无穷大时,烘干停止工作。
有益效果
通过采用上述的技术方案,本发明在结构上通过改进热风口的结构和风路,改进控制***,实现在烘干衣物时,衣物能有效翻滚,提高烘干效率,降低衣物皱褶,满足用户的个性化需求。另外,在洗涤时,也可选择热风自下而上加热功能,加速洗衣粉、洗涤剂的溶解,提高衣物洗净比。

结合附图,对本发明桶底进风的洗干一体波轮机实施例的技术方案进行详细描述。
最佳实施例
本发明专利申请中,进风是指热风从烘干模块进入内桶,出风是指风从内桶离开,返回到烘干模块或者直接排出机外。
一种桶底进风的洗干一体波轮机,包括:波轮机的支撑部件的箱体;位于所述箱体中的外桶,其顶部有进水口、具有进风口和出风口的烘干模块,其底部有排水***、传动***;位于所述外桶中的内桶,,桶底安装有波轮;安装在箱体上部的控制盘座上的控制***,用于程序控制、温度和湿度监测。箱体、控制盘座、波轮等与现有技术通用结构未有图示出。
参见图2至图5所示的洗干一体波轮机的桶体总成的正面、俯视、仰视和剖开示意图,对洗干一体波轮机的桶体总成进行详细描述。
外桶总成包括外桶1、内桶2、波轮等,外桶1的上部安装有烘干模块3,烘干模块3有加热件、进风口4、回风口5等;外桶1的外底部安装有排水***和进风***。外桶1的底面开设有与进风***连接的管口。进风***包括进气阀部件8、进气阀电机9。烘干模块3的进风口4通过连接管7与进气阀部件8连接。连接管7输送的是热风,选用耐高温材料,比如三元乙丙橡胶(EPDM)。
参见图5至图8所示,对进风***进行描述。进气阀部件8包括阀体81, 阀体81开设有三个口,分别是与外桶底部进气口连接的上管口811,与连接管7连接的下管口812, 安装有阀盖86的水平管口813,阀体81的水平管段内装阀塞87、阀簧83,阀管84 ,拉簧85。连接臂82的一端与拉簧85连接,另一端与进气阀电机9连接。
当洗干一体波轮机未启动烘干、加热功能时,进气阀电机9不动作,所述阀体的下管口812被所述阀塞87堵住与上管口811不导通;当洗干一体波轮机启动烘干加热功能时,进气阀电机9动作,阀塞87、阀簧83被压缩变短,阀体的下管口812与所上管口811导通,烘干模块产生的热风通过进风口4、连接管7、进气阀部件8,从外桶1的底部进入到内外桶中。
本发明还涉及上述桶底进风的洗干一体波轮机的控制方法,包括洗涤、漂洗、脱水、烘干程序,当用户选择烘干功能时,自下而上往内桶中送风,烘干衣物。即在所述烘干程序中包括如下步骤:H1、 烘干程序启动,所述烘干模块开始工作,产生热风;H2、同时,所述控制***发出指令,所述进气阀电机动作,所述进风阀部件打开;H3、热风流经所述热风通路,自下而上往内桶中送风,烘干衣物;H4、所述控制***监测烘干程度,直至烘干完成。洗干一体波轮机安装有温度传感装置和湿度传感装置,当烘干模块工作时,温度传感装置会实时检测内桶温度,当检测到桶内温度高于60℃,传感装置报警,控制***降低烘干模块出风温度或者给烘干模块断电停止工作;另外,在烘干过程中,当湿度传感装置的阻值达到无穷大时,表示衣物烘干,烘干模块停止工作,若烘干模块继续工作,传感装置报警。湿度传感装置工作原理当有水汽时电阻值是导通的,无水汽时电阻值是无穷大。
本发明还涉及上述桶底进风的洗干一体波轮机的控制方法,包括洗涤、漂洗、脱水、烘干程序,当用户选择加热洗涤功能时,自下而上往内桶中送风,加热桶内的水,洗涤衣物。即当用户选择加热洗衣功能时,在所述洗衣程序中包括如下步骤:X1、 洗衣程序启动,所述烘干模块开始工作,产生热风;X2、同时,所述控制***发出指令,所述进气阀电机动作,所述进风阀部件打开;X3、热风流经所述热风通路,自下而上往内桶中送风,加热桶内的洗涤水;X4、所述控制***监测洗涤水的温度,达到设定值30度时,开始洗涤。同样的,温度传感装置会实时检测内桶温度,当检测到桶内温度高于60℃,传感装置报警,控制***降低烘干模块出风温度或者给烘干模块断电停止工作。
洗干一体波轮机在洗涤时,烘干模块、进气***工作,向外桶底部输送热风,加热洗涤水,使洗衣粉或者洗衣液溶解充分,洗净效果达到最佳,水面有喷涌效果。
本发明的实施方式
实施例二
本发明还涉及再一技术方案所述的波轮机,即将现有技术和本发明申请的技术有机结合。即在现有技术的烘干模块基础上,将进风口分为两路即上进风口和下进风口,下进风口与所述外桶底的进风***连接,自下而上往内桶中送风;上进风口与内桶相通,自上而下往内桶中送风,形成立体进风,全方位烘干衣物。
实施例二所涉及的波轮机的控制方法,同最佳实施例的控制方法。    综上所述,采用桶底进风的洗干一体波轮机及控制方法,在洗衣/烘干过程中从桶底进风,进行洗衣/烘干,达到洗衣干净,烘干效率高,降低衣物皱褶。
当然,本发明并不限于上述举例,对进风口的装置简单的改变,对加热洗涤程序、烘干程序的不同组合,对于本领域技术人员来说显而易见的技术方案,在不脱离本发明桶底进风加热的精神或范围情况下,对本发明做的这种修改和改变在本发明权利要求及其等同替换的范围内,本发明涵盖这样的修改和改变。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种桶底进风的洗干一体波轮机,包括:
    箱体,为波轮机的支撑部件;
    外桶,位于所述箱体中,外桶顶部有进水口、具有进风口和出风口的烘干模块,外桶底部有排水***、传动***;
    内桶,位于所述外桶中,桶底安装有波轮;
    控制***,安装在箱体上部的控制盘座上,用于程序控制、温度和湿度监测;
    其特征在于:
    所述外桶底部还安装有包括进气阀部件、进气阀电机的进风***;
    所述外桶底开设进气管口,其与进气阀部件连接;
    所述烘干模块的进风口通过一连接管与进气阀部件连接形成热风通路,自下而上往内桶中送风;
    所述控制***对进气阀部件的开关进行控制。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的桶底进风的洗干一体波轮机,其特征在于:
    所述进气阀部件包括阀体、阀塞、阀簧、拉簧、阀管、阀盖、连接臂,其中阀体开有上、下、水平三个方向的管口,分别是与所述外桶的进气管口、所述连接管、阀盖相连接。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的桶底进风的洗干一体波轮机,其特征在于:所述连接臂的一端连接所述拉簧,另一端连接所述进气阀电机,连接臂的拉开距离大于等于所述阀体下管口的直径。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的桶底进风的洗干一体波轮机,其特征在于:所述进气阀电机不动作时,所述阀体的下管口被所述阀塞堵住与上管口不导通;所述进气阀电机动作时,所述阀塞、阀簧被压缩变短,阀体的下管口与所上管口导通。
  5. 根据权利要求2所述的桶底进风的洗干一体波轮机,其特征在于:所述连接管采用三元乙丙橡胶耐高温材料。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的桶底进风的洗干一体波轮机,其特征在于:所述烘干模块的进风口又分支出一上进风口,上进风口与所述内桶相通,自上而下往所述内桶进风。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的桶底进风的洗干一体波轮机的控制方法,其特征在于:包括洗涤、漂洗、脱水、烘干程序,其特征在于,当用户选择烘干功能时,在所述烘干程序中包括如下步骤:
    H1、 烘干程序启动,所述烘干模块开始工作,产生热风;
    H2、同时,所述控制***发出指令,所述进气阀电机动作,所述进气阀部件打开;
    H3、热风流经所述热风通路,自下而上往内桶中送风,烘干衣物;
    H4、所述控制***监测烘干程度,直至烘干完成。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的桶底进风的洗干一体波轮机的控制方法,包括洗涤、漂洗、脱水、烘干程序,其特征在于,洗涤程序还设有加热洗衣功能,当用户选择加热洗衣功能时,在所述洗涤程序中包括如下步骤:
    X1、 洗衣程序启动,所述烘干模块开始工作,产生热风;
    X2、同时,所述控制***发出指令,所述进气阀电机动作,所述进气阀部件打开;
    X3、热风流经所述热风通路,自下而上往内桶中送风,加热桶内的洗涤水;
    X4、所述控制***监测洗涤水的温度,达到设定值30度时,开始洗涤。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的桶底进风的洗干一体波轮机的控制方法,其特征在于:在加热洗涤程序中,所述控制***控制进风的风速,风力大小根据水位高低而定,风力范围值为3N至10N。
  10. 根据权利要求7或8所述的桶底进风的洗干一体波轮机的控制方法,其特征在于:还包括温度传感装置和湿度传感装置,当烘干模块工作时,温度传感装置会实时检测内桶中温度,当温度高于设定值60℃,控制***降低烘干模块出风温度或者烘干模块停止工作;当湿度传感装置的阻值达到无穷大时,烘干模块停止工作。
