易拉瓶盖冲压成型出料装置,其中料带(1)在成型机(2)中冲压制得易拉瓶盖(3),成型的易拉瓶盖在料带上对应形成的冲孔中随料带向前传送,所述出料装置包括导料夹板(4),该导料夹板上设有用于料带穿过的导向腔,所述导料夹板输入端的底板上设有出料口(5)。以及一种出料方法,所述出料方法为:冲压成型的易拉瓶盖随料带向前传送而进入导料夹板中,当易拉瓶盖经过出料口时在其自重的作用下,易拉瓶盖从出料口落下与料带分离,从而实现易拉瓶盖的自动出料。该出料装置利用料带向前传送以将成型的易拉瓶盖送出成型机,然后再利用重力的作用实现易拉瓶盖和料带的分离,最终实现易拉瓶盖的自动出料。该出料方法无需使用到气吹装置,极大降低了生产成本,也不会影响瓶盖的冲压质量。

易拉瓶盖冲压成型出料装置及其出料方法 技术领域
本发明涉及易拉瓶盖生产领域,具体涉及易拉瓶盖冲压成型出料装置及其出料方法。
背景技术
易拉瓶盖在冲压成型完成后需要进行收集,目前收集方式是通过吹气使瓶盖落入收集槽中,吹气的方法会使得瓶盖加工过程中产生偏差,而且需要配备吹气装置,存在耗能,生产成本高等缺点。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术的不足,提供一种效率高、生产成本低的易拉瓶盖冲压成型出料装置及其出料方法。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用以下技术方案:
易拉瓶盖冲压成型出料装置,料带在成型机中冲压制得易拉瓶盖,成型的易拉瓶盖在料带上对应形成的冲孔中随料带向前传送,所述出料装置包括导料夹板,导料夹板设在成型机下模具的输出端一侧,所述导料夹板上设有用于料带穿过的导向腔,所述导料夹板输入端的底板上设有出料口。
所述出料装置还包括第一导料轨,该第一导料轨的输入端与出料口承接。
所述导料轨斜向下设置。
所述导料夹板输出端的一侧上方设有对导料夹板传送出的料带进行切碎的切刀,该切刀随成型机的上模座上下反复运动。
所述导料夹板输出端的一侧下方设有第二导料轨。
所述第二导料轨输入端的上方设有护罩。
所述第二导料轨斜向下设置。
采用本发明出料装置的出料方法为:冲压成型的易拉瓶盖随料带向前传送而进入导料夹板中,当易拉瓶盖经过出料口时在其自重的作用下,易拉瓶盖从出料口落下与料带分离, 从而实现易拉瓶盖的自动出料。
本发明采用以上技术方案,利用料带向前传送以将成型的易拉瓶盖送出成型机,然后再利用重力的作用实现易拉瓶盖和料带的分离,最终实现易拉瓶盖的自动出料。上述方法,无需使用到气吹装置,极大降低了生产成本,也不会影响瓶盖的冲压质量。

具体实施方式
如图1或图2所示,本发明易拉瓶盖冲压成型出料装置,料带1在成型机2中冲压制得易拉瓶盖3,成型的易拉瓶盖3在料带1上对应形成的冲孔中随料带1向前传送,所述出料装置包括导料夹板4,导料夹板4设在成型机2下模具22的输出端一侧,导料夹板4上设有用于料带1穿过的导向腔,所述导料夹板4输入端的底板上设有出料口5。
所述出料装置还包括第一导料轨6,该第一导料轨6的输入端与出料口5承接,第一导料轨6斜向下设置。通过第一导料轨6可以方便、有序地对易拉瓶盖3进行收集。
采用本发明出料装置的出料方法为:冲压成型的易拉瓶盖3随料带1向前传送而进入导料夹板4中,当易拉瓶盖3经过出料口5时在其自重的作用下,易拉瓶盖3从出料口5落下与料带1分离,从而实现易拉瓶盖3的自动出料。而料带1则继续向前传送最终从导料夹板4穿出。
另外,导料夹板4输出端的一侧上方设有对导料夹板4传送出的料带1进行切碎的切刀7,该切刀7随成型机2的上模座21上下反复运动。料带1与易拉瓶盖3分离后由导料夹板4穿出,切刀7随成型机2上模座21上下反复运动的过程中对料带1伸出导料夹板4的部分进行切碎。上述结构利用成型机2上模座21作为驱动切刀7上下运动的动力源,无需额外的动力源,不仅设备空间紧凑而且降低了设备的成本。
导料夹板4输出端的一侧下方设有倾斜设置的第二导料轨8,第二导料轨8斜向下设置。通过第二导料轨8可以方便、有序地对切碎的废料进行收集,同时为了防止料带1在切碎的过程中废料产生飞溅,在第二导料轨8输入端的上方设置护罩9。

  1. 易拉瓶盖冲压成型出料装置,料带在成型机中冲压制得易拉瓶盖,成型的易拉瓶盖在料带上对应形成的冲孔中随料带向前传送,其特征在于:所述出料装置包括导料夹板,导料夹板设在成型机下模具的输出端一侧,所述导料夹板上设有用于料带穿过的导向腔,所述导料夹板输入端的底板上设有出料口。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的易拉瓶盖冲压成型出料装置,其特征在于:所述出料装置还包括第一导料轨,该第一导料轨的输入端与出料口承接。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的易拉瓶盖冲压成型出料装置,其特征在于:所述第一导料轨斜向下设置。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的易拉瓶盖冲压成型出料装置,其特征在于:所述导料夹板输出端的一侧上方设有对导料夹板传送出的料带进行切碎的切刀,该切刀随成型机的上模座上下反复运动。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的易拉瓶盖冲压成型出料装置,其特征在于:所述导料夹板输出端的一侧下方设有第二导料轨。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的易拉瓶盖冲压成型出料装置,其特征在于:所述第二导料轨输入端的上方设有护罩。
  7. 根据权利要求5所述的易拉瓶盖冲压成型出料装置,其特征在于:所述第二导料轨斜向下设置。
  8. 采用权利要求1所述的出料装置的出料方法,其特征在于:所述出料方法为:冲压成型的易拉瓶盖随料带向前传送而进入导料夹板中,当易拉瓶盖经过出料口时在其自重的作用下,易拉瓶盖从出料口落下与料带分离,从而实现易拉瓶盖的自动出料。
