背景技术
随着科技的发展,空调器、加湿器、净化器等家电设备已经成为用户日常生活中不可或缺的设备,为用户的生活带来了极大便利。目前,一些家电设备已具备语音控制功能,比如空调器,用户可通过语音控制空调器的运行,从而使得用户操控空调器更加便捷。只是,在对家电设备进行语音控制时,用户只能发出指定的语音指令,对于用户口语化的、较为模糊的语音指令则无法被识别,进而无法对家电设备进行控制。因此,家电设备的语音控制还不够智能化。
发明内容
本申请的主要目的在于提出一种家电设备的控制方法、装置、家电设备及可读存储介质,旨在解决现有技术中家电设备的语音控制不够智能化的技术问题。
为实现上述目的,本申请提供一种家电设备的控制方法,所述家电设备的控制方法包括以下步骤:
在获取到非标准格式的用户语音指令时,将所述用户语音指令转化为对应的文本信息;
根据所述文本信息,获得对应的标准格式的家电设备控制指令;
根据确定的所述家电设备控制指令,控制家电设备的运行。
可选地,所述根据所述文本信息,获得对应的标准格式的家电设备控制指令的步骤包括:
查询预设的家电设备控制信息数据表,确定与所述文本信息匹配的控制信息;其中,所述家电设备控制信息数据表中包含有家电设备对应的多种控制信息;
根据匹配的所述控制信息,生成所述标准格式的家电设备控制指令。
可选地,所述查询预设的家电设备控制信息数据表,确定与所述文本信息匹配的控制信息的步骤包括:
分别计算所述文本信息与所述家电设备控制信息数据表中每种控制信息的相似度;
将最高相似度所对应的控制信息,确定为与所述文本信息匹配的所述控制信息。
可选地,所述根据匹配的所述控制信息,生成所述标准格式的家电设备控制指令的步骤包括:
在匹配的所述控制信息为不含控制参数的控制信息时,根据所述控制信息,生成所述家电设备控制指令;
在匹配的所述控制信息为含控制参数的控制信息时,提取所述文本信息中的控制关键字,并根据所述控制关键字以及所述控制信息,生成所述家电设备控制指令。
可选地,所述将最高相似度所对应的控制信息,确定为与所述文本信息匹配的所述控制信息的步骤包括:
将最高相似度与预设相似度阈值进行比较;
若所述最高相似度大于或等于所述预设相似度阈值,则将所述最高相似度所对应的控制信息,确定为与所述文本信息匹配的所述控制信息。
可选地,所述将最高相似度与预设相似度阈值进行比对的步骤之后,还包括:
若所述最高相似度小于所述预设相似度阈值,则发出相应的指令识别失败提示信息。
可选地,所述根据所述文本信息,获得对应的标准格式的家电设备控制指令的步骤之后,还包括:
输出所述家电设备控制指令,以供用户对所述家电设备控制指令进行确认;
所述根据确定的所述家电设备控制指令,控制家电设备的运行的步骤包括:
在接收到语音确认指令时,根据确定的所述家电设备控制指令,控制家电设备的运行。
此外,为实现上述目的,本申请还提出一种家电设备的控制装置,所述家电设备的控制装置包括:存储器、处理器及存储在所述存储器上并可在所述处理器上运行的家电设备控制程序,所述家电设备控制程序被所述处理器执行时实现如上文所述的家电设备的控制方法的步骤。
此外,为实现上述目的,本申请还提出一种家电设备,所述家电设备包括存储器、处理器及存储在所述存储器上并可在所述处理器上运行的家电设备控制程序,所述家电设备控制程序被所述处理器执行时实现如上文所述的家电设备的控制方法的步骤。
此外,为实现上述目的,本申请还提出一种计算机可读存储介质,所述计算机可读存储介质上存储有家电设备控制程序,所述家电设备控制程序被处理器执行时实现如上文所述的家电设备的控制方法的步骤。
本申请提出的方案,在获取到非标准格式的用户语音指令时,通过将该用户语音指令转化为对应的文本信息,然后根据该文本信息,获得对应的标准格式的家电设备控制指令,从而根据标准格式的家电设备控制指令,实现控制家电设备的运行。因此,在对家电设备进行语音控制时,用户不再必须发出指定的具有标准格式的语音指令,即使用户发出的是口语化的、模糊的非标准格式的用户语音指令,也可以实现对家电设备进行语音控制,从而提高了语音控制家电设备的智能性。

本申请目的的实现、功能特点及优点将结合实施例,参照附图做进一步说明。

应当理解,此处所描述的具体实施例仅仅用以解释本申请,并不用于限定本申请。
本申请实施例的解决方案主要是:在获取到非标准格式的用户语音指令时,通过将该用户语音指令转化为对应的文本信息,然后根据该文本信息,获得对应的标准格式的家电设备控制指令,从而根据标准格式的家电设备控制指令,实现控制家电设备的运行。因此,在对家电设备进行语音控制时,用户不再必须发出指定的具有标准格式的语音指令,即使用户发出的是口语化的、模糊的非标准格式的用户语音指令,也可以实现对家电设备进行语音控制。通过本申请实施例的技术方案,解决了家电设备的语音控制不够智能化的问题。
本申请实施例提出一种家电设备。
参照图1,图1为本申请实施例方案涉及的家电设备的硬件运行环境的结构示意图。
本申请中,家电设备可以为空调器,也可以为加湿器、净化器、除湿器等电器设备。
在后续的描述中,使用用于表示元件的诸如“模块”、“部件”或“单元”的后缀仅为了有利于本申请的说明,其本身没有特定的意义。因此,“模块”、“部件”或“单元”可以混合地使用。
如图1所示,该家电设备可以包括:处理器1001、通信总线1002、用户接口1003、网络接口1004、存储器1005。其中,通信总线1002用于实现这些组件之间的连接通信。用户接口1003可以包括显示屏(Display)、输入单元比如键盘(Keyboard),可选用户接口1003还可以包括标准的有线接口、无线接口。网络接口1004可选的可以包括标准的有线接口、无线接口(如WI-FI接口)。存储器1005可以是高速RAM存储器,也可以是稳定的存储器(non-volatile memory),例如磁盘存储器。存储器1005可选的还可以是独立于前述处理器1001的存储装置。
本领域技术人员可以理解,图1中示出的家电设备结构并不构成对家电设备的限定,可以包括比图示更多或更少的部件,或者组合某些部件,或者不同的部件布置。
如图1所示,作为一种计算机存储介质的存储器1005中可以包括操作***、网络通信模块、用户接口模块以及家电设备控制程序。
本申请中,家电设备通过处理器1001调用存储器1005中存储的家电设备控制程序,并执行以下操作:
在获取到非标准格式的用户语音指令时,将所述用户语音指令转化为对应的文本信息;
根据所述文本信息,获得对应的标准格式的家电设备控制指令;
根据确定的所述家电设备控制指令,控制家电设备的运行。
进一步地,处理器1001可以调用存储器1005中存储的家电设备控制程序,还执行以下操作:

若所述最高相似度小于所述预设相似度阈值,则发出相应的指令识别失败提示信息。

在接收到语音确认指令时,根据确定的所述家电设备控制指令,控制家电设备的运行。
本实施例通过上述方案,在获取到非标准格式的用户语音指令时,通过将该用户语音指令转化为对应的文本信息,然后根据该文本信息,获得对应的标准格式的家电设备控制指令,从而根据标准格式的家电设备控制指令,实现控制家电设备的运行。因此,在对家电设备进行语音控制时,用户不再必须发出指定的具有标准格式的语音指令,即使用户发出的是口语化的、模糊的非标准格式的用户语音指令,也可以实现对家电设备进行语音控制,从而提高了语音控制家电设备的智能性。
基于上述硬件结构,提出本申请家电设备的控制方法实施例。
参照图2,图2为本申请家电设备的控制方法第一实施例的流程示意图。
在第一实施例中,所述家电设备的控制方法包括以下步骤:
步骤S10,在获取到非标准格式的用户语音指令时,将所述用户语音指令转化为对应的文本信息;
步骤S20,根据所述文本信息,获得对应的标准格式的家电设备控制指令;
步骤S30,根据确定的所述家电设备控制指令,控制家电设备的运行。
随着科技的发展,空调器、加湿器、净化器等家电设备已经成为用户日常生活中不可或缺的设备,为用户的生活带来了极大便利。目前,一些家电设备已具备语音控制功能,比如空调器,用户可通过语音控制空调器的运行,从而使得用户操控空调器更加便捷。只是,在对家电设备进行语音控制时,用户只能发出指定的语音指令,对于用户口语化的、较为模糊的语音指令则无法被识别,进而无法对家电设备进行控制。因此,家电设备的语音控制还不够智能化。
为了使家电设备的语音控制更加智能,本申请提出了一种家电设备的控制方法,应用于家电设备或者家电设备的控制设备,如家电设备的遥控器、遥控手机等。对于用户发出的口语化的、较为模糊的语音指令也可以被识别,从而实现对家电设备的语音控制。
具体地,本实施例中,当用户需要对家电设备进行语音控制时,用户发出相应的用户语音指令,如“打开空调”、“关闭空调”、“将温度设定为26度”等等。该用户语音指令可以是预先指定的为标准格式的语音指令,也可以是用户口语化的、模糊的非标准格式的用户语音指令。
在该家电设备的控制方法应用于家电设备时,可选地,家电设备上预先设置有相应的语音采集模块,当用户发出相应的用户语音指令时,通过该语音采集模块采集用户发出的用户语音指令,家电设备获取语音采集模块采集到的用户语音指令。
在获得用户语音指令时,若用户语音指令是预先指定的为标准格式的语音指令,则直接根据该用户语音指令,控制家电设备的运行。具体地控制方式与现有的语音控制方式一样,因此,在此就不再赘述。若用户语音指令是非标准格式的用户语音指令,则家电设备首先将该用户语音指令转化为对应的文本信息。
之后,家电设备根据该文本信息,生成可以被识别的标准格式的家电设备控制指令。例如,提取该文本信息中的控制关键字,根据该控制关键字,生成可以被识别的标准格式的家电设备控制指令。
在生成可以被识别的标准格式的家电设备控制指令后,根据该家电设备控制指令,执行相应的操作,从而控制家电设备的运行。
在该家电设备的控制方法应用于家电设备的控制设备时,可选地,家电设备的控制设备上预先设置有相应的语音采集模块,当用户发出相应的用户语音指令时,通过该语音采集模块采集用户发出的用户语音指令,家电设备的控制设备获取语音采集模块采集到的用户语音指令。
在获得用户语音指令时,若用户语音指令是预先指定的为标准格式的语音指令,则直接根据该用户语音指令,控制家电设备的运行。具体地控制方式与现有的语音控制方式一样,因此,在此就不再赘述。若用户语音指令是非标准格式的用户语音指令,则家电设备的控制设备首先将该用户语音指令转化为对应的文本信息。
之后,家电设备的控制设备根据该文本信息,生成可以被识别的标准格式的家电设备控制指令。例如,提取该文本信息中的控制关键字,根据该控制关键字,生成可以被识别的标准格式的家电设备控制指令。
在生成可以被识别的标准格式的家电设备控制指令后,家电设备的控制设备根据该家电设备控制指令,控制家电设备的运行。例如,将该家电设备控制指令发送至家电设备,当家电设备接收到该家电设备控制指令时,根据该家电设备控制指令执行相应的操作。
本实施例提供的方案,在获取到非标准格式的用户语音指令时,通过将该用户语音指令转化为对应的文本信息,然后根据该文本信息,获得对应的标准格式的家电设备控制指令,从而根据标准格式的家电设备控制指令,实现控制家电设备的运行。因此,在对家电设备进行语音控制时,用户不再必须发出指定的具有标准格式的语音指令,即使用户发出的是口语化的、模糊的非标准格式的用户语音指令,也可以实现对家电设备进行语音控制,从而提高了语音控制家电设备的智能性。
进一步地,基于第一实施例提出本申请家电设备的控制方法第二实施例,在本实施例中,如图3所示,所述步骤S20包括:
步骤S21,查询预设的家电设备控制信息数据表,确定与所述文本信息匹配的控制信息;其中,所述家电设备控制信息数据表中包含有家电设备对应的多种控制信息;
步骤S22,根据匹配的所述控制信息,生成所述标准格式的家电设备控制指令。
本实施例中,预先设置有家电设备控制信息数据表,该家电设备控制信息数据表中包含有家电设备对应的多种控制信息。可以理解的是,该家电设备控制信息数据表可以存储于家电设备中,也可以是存储于家电设备的控制设备中。
以该家电设备的控制方法应用于家电设备为例进行说明,家电设备包括有语音转换文字模块、文本分类模块、指令规则模块和控制指令接收模块。
在家电设备获取到非标准格式的用户语音指令后,家电设备通过语音转换文字模块将该用户语音指令转化为对应的文本信息,然后,家电设备的文本分类模块查询该家电设备控制信息数据表,从家电设备对应的多种控制信息中,确定与该文本信息匹配的控制信息。之后,家电设备的指令规则模块根据所确定的匹配的控制信息,获得对应的标准格式的家电设备控制指令,并将该家电设备控制指令发送至控制指令接收模块,由控制指令接收模块接收指令规则模块所生成的该家电设备控制指令。
可选地,如图4所示,所述步骤S21包括:
步骤S211,分别计算所述文本信息与所述家电设备控制信息数据表中每种控制信息的相似度;
步骤S212,将最高相似度所对应的控制信息,确定为与所述文本信息匹配的所述控制信息。
可选地,在将用户语音指令转化为对应的文本信息之后,查询预设的家电设备控制信息数据表,分别计算该文本信息与家电设备控制信息数据表中每种控制信息的相似度P(xi),假设家电设备控制信息数据表中包含n种控制信息,则P(x1)+ P(x2)+……+ P(xi)+……+ P(xn)=1。然后,将计算得到的各个相似度进行比较,确定出其中的最高相似度,将该最高相似度所对应的控制信息,确定为与文本信息匹配的控制信息。
下面以家电设备为空调器为例,对生成家电设备控制指令的操作进行详细说明。
当空调器将用户语音指令转化为对应的文本信息后,查询预设的空调器控制信息数据表,如表1所示,该空调器控制信息数据表中包含的控制信息有:开空调、关空调、空调设定温度、空调设定风速、空调设定风向和空调设定模式。空调器分别计算文本信息与空调器控制信息数据表中每一种控制信息的相似度。

例如,假设获取到的用户语音指令为“我想把空调设为自动模式”,将该用户语音指令转化为对应的文本信息后,分别计算得到该文本信息与表1中各种控制信息的相似度如表2所示:该文本信息与“开空调”控制信息的相似度为0.01,该文本信息与“关空调”控制信息的相似度为0.01,该文本信息与“空调设定温度”控制信息的相似度为0.01,该文本信息与“空调设定风速”控制信息的相似度为0.01,该文本信息与“空调设定风向”控制信息的相似度为0.01,该文本信息与“空调设定模式”控制信息的相似度为0.95。

将计算得到的各个相似度进行比较,即可确定其中的最高相似度为0.95,该最高相似度对应的控制信息为“空调设定模式”,则将“空调设定模式”确定为与文本信息匹配的控制信息。
可选地,所述步骤S22包括:
步骤a,在匹配的所述控制信息为不含控制参数的控制信息时,根据所述控制信息,生成所述家电设备控制指令;
步骤b,在匹配的所述控制信息为含控制参数的控制信息时,提取所述文本信息中的控制关键字,并根据所述控制关键字以及所述控制信息,生成所述家电设备控制指令。
可选地,家电设备控制信息数据表中所包含的控制信息可以分为两种类型:不含控制参数的控制信息和含控制参数的控制信息。例如,以表1所示的空调器控制信息数据表为例,开空调和关空调为不含控制参数的控制信息,空调设定温度、空调设定风速、空调设定风向和空调设定模式为含控制参数的控制信息。
当与文本信息匹配的控制信息为不含控制参数的控制信息时,根据该控制信息,生成对应的家电设备控制指令。当与文本信息匹配的控制信息为含控制参数的控制信息时,则先提取出文本信息中的控制关键字,然后,根据所提取的控制关键字以及确定的与文本信息匹配的控制信息,生成对应的家电设备控制指令。
例如,仍以空调器为家电设备为例,若与文本信息匹配的控制信息为“开空调”,也即为不含控制参数的控制信息,则空调器根据该“开空调”控制信息,生成对应的空调器控制指令为开空调。若与文本信息匹配的控制信息为“空调设定模式”,也即为含控制参数的控制信息,则空调器提取出文本信息中的控制关键字,如“自动模式”,根据该控制关键字以及所确定的匹配的控制信息“空调设定模式”,生成对应的空调器控制指令,如“空调设定自动模式”。
可选地,所述步骤S212包括:
步骤c,将最高相似度与预设相似度阈值进行比较;
步骤d,若所述最高相似度大于或等于所述预设相似度阈值,则将所述最高相似度所对应的控制信息,确定为与所述文本信息匹配的所述控制信息。
为了进一步提高语音控制家电设备的精准性,还预先设置一预设相似度阈值,例如,设置该预设相似度阈值为0.6,本领域技术人员可以理解的是,该预设相似度阈值可根据实际情况进行灵活设置,在此不做限制。
在计算得到文本信息与各控制信息的相似度,确定出其中的最高相似度后,将最高相似度与预设相似度阈值进行比较,判断两者的大小。若最高相似度大于或等于预设相似度阈值,则将最高相似度所对应的控制信息,确定为与文本信息匹配的控制信息。若最高相似度小于预设相似度阈值,则说明在各控制信息中不存在控制信息与文本信息匹配,此时,家电设备不进行响应处理。
进一步地,所述步骤c之后,还包括:
步骤e,若所述最高相似度小于所述预设相似度阈值,则发出相应的指令识别失败提示信息。
若在将最高相似度与预设相似度阈值进行比较后,判断最高相似度小于预设相似度阈值,也即在各控制信息中不存在控制信息与文本信息匹配,此时,家电设备发出相应的指令识别失败提示信息。例如,发出相应的如“语音识别失败”的语音提示信息。当用户获取到该提示信息后,可根据该提示信息,重新发出用户语音指令,以实现对家电设备进行语音控制。
以上是对该家电设备的控制方法应用于家电设备的情况进行的说明,对于该家电设备的控制方法应用于家电设备的控制设备的情况,与应用于家电设备的情况类似,因此,在此不再赘述。
本实施例提供的方案,在将用户语音指令转化为对应的文本信息之后,分别计算该文本信息与预设的家电设备控制信息数据表中各控制信息的相似度,将最高相似度所对应的控制信息确定为与文本信息匹配的控制信息,之后,根据匹配的控制信息,生成对应的家电设备控制指令,也即将非标准格式的用户语音指令映射为标准格式的家电设备控制指令,从而实现对家电设备进行控制,因此,进一步提高了语音控制家电设备的智能性。
进一步地,基于第一实施例或第二实施例提出本申请家电设备的控制方法第三实施例,在本实施例中,如图5所示,所述步骤S20之后,还包括:
步骤S40,输出所述家电设备控制指令,以供用户对所述家电设备控制指令进行确认;
所述步骤S30包括:
步骤S31,在接收到语音确认指令时,根据确定的所述家电设备控制指令,控制家电设备的运行。
为了提高用户的交互体验,本实施例中,当家电设备或家电设备的控制设备生成标准格式的家电设备控制指令后,并不直接根据该家电设备的控制指令,控制家电设备的运行,而是先输出该家电设备控制指令。例如,将该家电设备控制指令进行语音输出,或者将该家电设备控制指令进行文本输出。对于该家电设备控制指令的输出方式在此并不做限制。在输出该家电设备控制指令后,用户即可对该家电设备控制指令进行确认。若用户确认该家电设备控制指令无误,用户可以发出相应的语音确认指令,当接收到该语音确认指令时,才根据该家电设备的控制指令,控制家电设备的运行。若用户确认该家电设备控制指令有误,则用户可重新发出用户语音指令。当再次获取到用户语音指令时,重复执行上述实施例中的步骤,直至用户确认家电设备控制指令无误时,发出相应的语音确认指令,在接收到该语音确认指令时,才根据该家电设备的控制指令,控制家电设备的运行,以实现对家电设备进行语音控制。
可以理解的是,用户除了可以发出语音确认指令以外,也可以执行其他相应的确认操作,从而触发相应的确认指令。当接收到该确认指令时,再根据家电设备控制指令,控制家电设备的运行。
本实施例提供的方案,当生成对应的家电设备控制指令后,先输出该家电设备控制指令,以供用户对该家电设备控制指令进行确认,在接收到语音确认指令时,才根据该家电设备控制指令,控制家电设备的运行。该实施例的方案中,通过让用户对家电设备控制指令进行确认,从而提高了用户的交互体验。
此外,本申请实施例还提出一种家电设备的控制装置。
本申请家电设备的控制装置中设置有家电设备的处理器1001、存储器1005,家电设备的控制装置通过处理器1001调用存储器1005中存储的家电设备控制程序,并执行以下操作:
在获取到非标准格式的用户语音指令时,将所述用户语音指令转化为对应的文本信息;
根据所述文本信息,获得对应的标准格式的家电设备控制指令;
根据确定的所述家电设备控制指令,控制家电设备的运行。
进一步地,处理器1001可以调用存储器1005中存储的家电设备控制程序,还执行以下操作:

输出所述家电设备控制指令,以供用户对所述家电设备控制指令进行确认;
在接收到语音确认指令时,根据确定的所述家电设备控制指令,控制家电设备的运行。
本实施例提供的方案,在获取到非标准格式的用户语音指令时,通过将该用户语音指令转化为对应的文本信息,然后根据该文本信息,获得对应的标准格式的家电设备控制指令,从而根据标准格式的家电设备控制指令,实现控制家电设备的运行。因此,在对家电设备进行语音控制时,用户不再必须发出指定的具有标准格式的语音指令,即使用户发出的是口语化的、模糊的非标准格式的用户语音指令,也可以实现对家电设备进行语音控制,从而提高了语音控制家电设备的智能性。
此外,本申请实施例还提出一种计算机可读存储介质,所述计算机可读存储介质上存储有空调器控制程序,所述空调器控制程序被处理器执行时实现如下操作:
在获取到非标准格式的用户语音指令时,将所述用户语音指令转化为对应的文本信息;
根据所述文本信息,获得对应的标准格式的家电设备控制指令;
根据确定的所述家电设备控制指令,控制家电设备的运行。
进一步地,所述家电设备控制程序被处理器执行时还实现如下操作:
查询预设的家电设备控制信息数据表,确定与所述文本信息匹配的控制信息;其中,所述家电设备控制信息数据表中包含有家电设备对应的多种控制信息;
根据匹配的所述控制信息,生成所述标准格式的家电设备控制指令。
进一步地,所述家电设备控制程序被处理器执行时还实现如下操作:
分别计算所述文本信息与所述家电设备控制信息数据表中每种控制信息的相似度;
将最高相似度所对应的控制信息,确定为与所述文本信息匹配的所述控制信息。
进一步地,所述家电设备控制程序被处理器执行时还实现如下操作:
在匹配的所述控制信息为不含控制参数的控制信息时,根据所述控制信息,生成所述家电设备控制指令;
在匹配的所述控制信息为含控制参数的控制信息时,提取所述文本信息中的控制关键字,并根据所述控制关键字以及所述控制信息,生成所述家电设备控制指令。
进一步地,所述家电设备控制程序被处理器执行时还实现如下操作:
将最高相似度与预设相似度阈值进行比较;
若所述最高相似度大于或等于所述预设相似度阈值,则将所述最高相似度所对应的控制信息,确定为与所述文本信息匹配的所述控制信息。
进一步地,所述家电设备控制程序被处理器执行时还实现如下操作:
若所述最高相似度小于所述预设相似度阈值,则发出相应的指令识别失败提示信息。
进一步地,所述挡风板操作模式包括直吹模式、无风感模式和关闭模式,所述家电设备控制程序被处理器执行时还实现如下操作:
输出所述家电设备控制指令,以供用户对所述家电设备控制指令进行确认;
在接收到语音确认指令时,根据确定的所述家电设备控制指令,控制家电设备的运行。
本实施例提供的方案,在获取到非标准格式的用户语音指令时,通过将该用户语音指令转化为对应的文本信息,然后根据该文本信息,获得对应的标准格式的家电设备控制指令,从而根据标准格式的家电设备控制指令,实现控制家电设备的运行。因此,在对家电设备进行语音控制时,用户不再必须发出指定的具有标准格式的语音指令,即使用户发出的是口语化的、模糊的非标准格式的用户语音指令,也可以实现对家电设备进行语音控制,从而提高了语音控制家电设备的智能性。
需要说明的是,在本文中,术语“包括”、“包含”或者其任何其他变体意在涵盖非排他性的包含,从而使得包括一系列要素的过程、方法、物品或者***不仅包括那些要素,而且还包括没有明确列出的其他要素,或者是还包括为这种过程、方法、物品或者***所固有的要素。在没有更多限制的情况下,由语句“包括一个……”限定的要素,并不排除在包括该要素的过程、方法、物品或者***中还存在另外的相同要素。

通过以上的实施方式的描述,本领域的技术人员可以清楚地了解到上述实施例方法可借助软件加必需的通用硬件平台的方式来实现,当然也可以通过硬件,但很多情况下前者是更佳的实施方式。基于这样的理解,本申请的技术方案本质上或者说对现有技术做出贡献的部分可以以软件产品的形式体现出来,该计算机软件产品存储在如上所述的一个存储介质(如ROM/RAM、磁碟、光盘)中,包括若干指令用以使得一台终端设备(可以是手机,计算机,服务器,或者网络设备等)执行本申请各个实施例所述的方法。

Claims (18)

  1. 一种家电设备的控制方法,其中,所述家电设备的控制方法包括以下步骤:
    在获取到非标准格式的用户语音指令时,将所述用户语音指令转化为对应的文本信息;
    根据所述文本信息,获得对应的标准格式的家电设备控制指令;
    根据确定的所述家电设备控制指令,控制家电设备的运行。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的家电设备的控制方法,其中,所述根据所述文本信息,获得对应的标准格式的家电设备控制指令的步骤之后,还包括:
    输出所述家电设备控制指令,以供用户对所述家电设备控制指令进行确认;
    所述根据确定的所述家电设备控制指令,控制家电设备的运行的步骤包括:
    在接收到语音确认指令时,根据确定的所述家电设备控制指令,控制家电设备的运行。
  3. 如权利要求1所述的家电设备的控制方法,其中,所述根据所述文本信息,获得对应的标准格式的家电设备控制指令的步骤包括:
    查询预设的家电设备控制信息数据表,确定与所述文本信息匹配的控制信息;其中,所述家电设备控制信息数据表中包含有家电设备对应的多种控制信息;
    根据匹配的所述控制信息,生成所述标准格式的家电设备控制指令。
  4. 如权利要求3所述的家电设备的控制方法,其中,所述根据所述文本信息,获得对应的标准格式的家电设备控制指令的步骤之后,还包括:
    输出所述家电设备控制指令,以供用户对所述家电设备控制指令进行确认;
    所述根据确定的所述家电设备控制指令,控制家电设备的运行的步骤包括:
    在接收到语音确认指令时,根据确定的所述家电设备控制指令,控制家电设备的运行。
  5. 如权利要求3所述的家电设备的控制方法,其中,所述根据匹配的所述控制信息,生成所述标准格式的家电设备控制指令的步骤包括:
    在匹配的所述控制信息为不含控制参数的控制信息时,根据所述控制信息,生成所述家电设备控制指令;
    在匹配的所述控制信息为含控制参数的控制信息时,提取所述文本信息中的控制关键字,并根据所述控制关键字以及所述控制信息,生成所述家电设备控制指令。
  6. 如权利要求3所述的家电设备的控制方法,其中,所述查询预设的家电设备控制信息数据表,确定与所述文本信息匹配的控制信息的步骤包括:
    分别计算所述文本信息与所述家电设备控制信息数据表中每种控制信息的相似度;
    将最高相似度所对应的控制信息,确定为与所述文本信息匹配的所述控制信息。
  7. 如权利要求6所述的家电设备的控制方法,其中,所述根据所述文本信息,获得对应的标准格式的家电设备控制指令的步骤之后,还包括:
    输出所述家电设备控制指令,以供用户对所述家电设备控制指令进行确认;
    所述根据确定的所述家电设备控制指令,控制家电设备的运行的步骤包括:
    在接收到语音确认指令时,根据确定的所述家电设备控制指令,控制家电设备的运行。
  8. 如权利要求6所述的家电设备的控制方法,其中,所述将最高相似度所对应的控制信息,确定为与所述文本信息匹配的所述控制信息的步骤包括:
    将最高相似度与预设相似度阈值进行比较;
    若所述最高相似度大于或等于所述预设相似度阈值,则将所述最高相似度所对应的控制信息,确定为与所述文本信息匹配的所述控制信息。
  9. 如权利要求8所述的家电设备的控制方法,其中,所述将最高相似度与预设相似度阈值进行比对的步骤之后,还包括:
    若所述最高相似度小于所述预设相似度阈值,则发出相应的指令识别失败提示信息。
  10. 如权利要求6所述的家电设备的控制方法,其中,所述根据匹配的所述控制信息,生成所述标准格式的家电设备控制指令的步骤包括:
    在匹配的所述控制信息为不含控制参数的控制信息时,根据所述控制信息,生成所述家电设备控制指令;
    在匹配的所述控制信息为含控制参数的控制信息时,提取所述文本信息中的控制关键字,并根据所述控制关键字以及所述控制信息,生成所述家电设备控制指令。
  11. 如权利要求10所述的家电设备的控制方法,其中,所述根据所述文本信息,获得对应的标准格式的家电设备控制指令的步骤之后,还包括:
    输出所述家电设备控制指令,以供用户对所述家电设备控制指令进行确认;
    所述根据确定的所述家电设备控制指令,控制家电设备的运行的步骤包括:
    在接收到语音确认指令时,根据确定的所述家电设备控制指令,控制家电设备的运行。
  12. 如权利要求10所述的家电设备的控制方法,其中,所述将最高相似度所对应的控制信息,确定为与所述文本信息匹配的所述控制信息的步骤包括:
    将最高相似度与预设相似度阈值进行比较;
    若所述最高相似度大于或等于所述预设相似度阈值,则将所述最高相似度所对应的控制信息,确定为与所述文本信息匹配的所述控制信息。
  13. 如权利要求12所述的家电设备的控制方法,其中,所述根据所述文本信息,获得对应的标准格式的家电设备控制指令的步骤之后,还包括:
    输出所述家电设备控制指令,以供用户对所述家电设备控制指令进行确认;
    所述根据确定的所述家电设备控制指令,控制家电设备的运行的步骤包括:
    在接收到语音确认指令时,根据确定的所述家电设备控制指令,控制家电设备的运行。
  14. 如权利要求12所述的家电设备的控制方法,其中,所述将最高相似度与预设相似度阈值进行比对的步骤之后,还包括:
    若所述最高相似度小于所述预设相似度阈值,则发出相应的指令识别失败提示信息。
  15. 如权利要求14所述的家电设备的控制方法,其中,所述根据所述文本信息,获得对应的标准格式的家电设备控制指令的步骤之后,还包括:
    输出所述家电设备控制指令,以供用户对所述家电设备控制指令进行确认;
    所述根据确定的所述家电设备控制指令,控制家电设备的运行的步骤包括:
    在接收到语音确认指令时,根据确定的所述家电设备控制指令,控制家电设备的运行。
  16. 一种家电设备的控制装置,其中,所述家电设备的控制装置包括:存储器、处理器及存储在所述存储器上并可在所述处理器上运行的家电设备控制程序,所述家电设备控制程序被所述处理器执行时实现如权利要求1所述的家电设备的控制方法的步骤。
  17. 一种家电设备,其中,所述家电设备包括存储器、处理器及存储在所述存储器上并可在所述处理器上运行的家电设备控制程序,所述家电设备控制程序被所述处理器执行时实现如权利要求1所述的家电设备的控制方法的步骤。
  18. 一种计算机可读存储介质,其中,所述计算机可读存储介质上存储有家电设备控制程序,所述家电设备控制程序被处理器执行时实现如权利要求1所述的家电设备的控制方法的步骤。
