在电视直播领域,用户观看电视节目的方式长期以来都处于一种单向沟通模式,即你播我看,这种单向内容传播模式,用户可与之讨论节目的只限于有限范围,多数情况下家庭成员每个人喜欢的节目不同,所以更多情况是个人独自欣赏节目内容。
随着互联网技术的发展,出现一些在观看电视节目时进行实时讨论的技术,例如,在电视上安装社交软件,在观看电视节目时通过电视机上的社交软件与其他的观众进行交流,但是,这种方式在电视上输入文字的体验差,导致用户不能及时地发出评论信息或者快速的获取到其他用户的评论,并且在观看节目的同时需要在电视上开启社交软件,会影响电视节目的观看;或者,用户在观看一些电视节目后,到一些影视评论网站发表相关的评论信息,但是,这种评论方式实时性非常低,用户一般不会在观看节目的过程中,中断观看去进行评论。
总之,现有的获取电视节目评论的方式实时性差,导致用户不能方便快捷的获取电视节目的评论信息,影响用户的观看体验。

本发明提出的电视与移动终端的互动方法及***,服务器获取智能电视当前的节目图像和定位标识,对图像信息进行识别,确定该智能电视当前播放的电视节目的节目信息,将该节目信息发送至与智能电视的定位标识与智能电视的定位标识匹配的移动终端,以使该移动终端从移动直播平台获取与智能电视当前播放的电视节目相关的直播或者直播评论,也就是说,用户在使用智能电视观看电视节目时,将移动终端与智能电视连接在同一局域网内,使它们具有同样的定位标识,因此,服务器能够基于同样的定位标识将智能电视上播放的电视节目的节目信息发送至用户的移动终端上,那么用户即可基于接收到的节目信息从移动直播平台获取与电视节目匹配的直播或者直播评论,极大地提高了获取电视节目评论的实时性,而且用户通过移动终端获取直播或者直播评论时,并不影响智能电视上电视节目的播放。

本发明提供一种电视与移动终端的互动方法。参照图1所示,为本发明电视与移动终端的互动方法第一实施例的流程图。
在本实施例中,该电视与移动终端的互动方法包括:
步骤S10,服务器获取智能电视的当前节目图像和智能电视的定位标识;
步骤S20,所述服务器对所述当前节目图像进行识别,确定所述智能电视当前所播放的节目信息;
步骤S30,所述服务器将所述节目信息发送至定位标识与所述智能电视的定位标识匹配的移动终端;
步骤S40,所述移动终端基于接收到的所述节目信息从移动直播平台获取与所述智能电视当前所播放节目相关的直播或直播评论。
可以理解的是,本实施例中,电视节目可以是直播节目或者回看的电视节目。移动终端可以是手机、平板电脑等,以下以手机为例进行说明,但是本实施例的方法并不局限于此。提供一台服务器,智能电视和手机分别通过网关与该服务器建立通信,例如,智能电视和手机在同一局域网内,通过局域网的网关与服务器建立连接。
在智能电视和手机上分别提供一款应用,用户在提供智能电视观看电视节目时,可以开启该应用,并且在需要通过手机获取智能电视播放的电视节目的节目信息时,开启手机上的应用。
用户在使用智能电视和手机时,一般会将手机和智能电视连接在家里的同一无线路由器上,而同一个无线路由器对外的IP地址是相同的,或者,当手机与智能电视连接在同一无线路由器上时,其地理位置是非常接近的,也就是说,手机与智能电视具有相同或者相近的定位标识,如IP地址或者位置信息等。在一实施方式中,优先以IP地址作为定位标识,当手机和智能电视均运行上述应用时,使用的网络IP地址是相同的。在手机上开启上述应用时,将手机当前使用的家庭局域网对外的IP地址发送至服务器。
智能电视在播放电视节目的过程中,可以按照预设频率将当前播放的电视画面进行截图处理,获取图像信息,或者将当前帧画面作为图像信息上传到服务器,在上传图像信息的同时,将智能电视的IP地址一起上传至服务器。服务器在接收到图像信息和IP地址时,对图像信息进行识别,以获取智能电视当前播放的电视节目的节目信息;当获取到的智能电视的IP地址与手机的IP地址相同时,就可以将节目信息发送至与IP地址对应的手机。
此外,手机在获取到节目信息后,可以基于接收到的节目信息向移动直播平台发起针对所述电视节目的直播或者对相关的直播进行评论。
可选地,作为一种实施方式,电视与移动终端的互动方法还包括:
所述服务器获取所述移动终端的IP地址;
所述服务器判断该移动终端的IP地址是否与所述智能电视的IP地址相同;
若所述移动终端的IP地址与所述智能电视的IP地址相同,则判定两者的IP地址匹配。
服务器获取智能电视的IP地址,将节目信息和IP地址关联并存储,在该实施例提出的方法中,服务器可以主动将节目信息发送至手机,也可以是在手机发起节目查询请求时,将节目信息发送给手机。例如,当用户想要通过手机获取某一电视节目的直播时,基于手机发起节目查询请求,手机在发起节目查询请求时,在其中加载当前手机使用的家庭局域网对外的IP地址,服务器在接收到节目查询请求时,从中提取手机的IP地址,在提取到IP地址时,查找存储的中与该IP地址对应的智能电视当前播放的电视节目的节目信息,发送至手机,手机在获取到节目信息后,可以基于接收到的节目信息从移动直播平台获取对应的电视节目的直播或者直播评论。
用户通过手机向移动直播平台发送直播获取请求,在手机上观看其他的观众对自己感兴趣的电视节目的直播或者直播评论,移动直播平台在接收到手机发送的直播获取请求时,从其中获取节目信息,进而将与该节目信息关联的直播或者直播评论发送至该手机。可以理解的是,本发明提出的方法中,用户的直播不仅可以在用户观看直播节目时能够供其他用户观看,而且在观众回看或者重播电视节目时,同样能够将其他观众之前的直播提供给用户进行观看并评论。
进一步地,作为一种实施方式,当所述移动终端的IP地址与所述智能电视的IP地址不相同时,电视与移动终端的互动方法进一步还包括:
所述服务器分别获取所述移动终端与所述智能电视的位置信息;
所述服务器根据所述位置信息判断所述移动终端与所述智能电视是否处于同一位置范围内;
若所述移动终端与所述智能电视处于同一位置范围内,则判定所述移动终端的IP地址与所述智能电视的IP地址匹配。
可以理解的是,用户在使用手机时,可能使用的是蜂窝网路,此时手机的IP地址与智能电视的IP地址就不再一致,可以利用手机和智能电视的地理位置非常接近,使手机获取智能电视当前播放的电视节目的节目信息。智能电视在上传图像信息和IP地址的同时,上传当前的位置信息,例如,在智能电视中设置定位模块,获取当前的位置信息。同样地,手机在向服务器发送节目查询请求时,在节目查询请求中携带当前的位置信息,当服务器接收到智能电视的位置信息和IP地址时,可以根据手机和智能电视当前的位置信息判断它们是否处于同一位置范围内,若是,则判定手机与智能电视的IP地址匹配。否则认为它们的IP地址不匹配。
可以理解的是,手机进行定位获取位置信息时,允许有一定的误差范围,因此,当智能电视与手机的位置信息在误差范围内时,认为其处于同一位置范围内。而且,本实施例中的节目信息包括但不限于电视节目的节目名称、频道名称以及播放时间。
本实施例提出的电视与移动终端的互动方法,获取智能电视当前的节目图像和IP地址,对图像信息进行识别,确定该智能电视当前播放的电视节目的节目信息,将该节目信息发送至与智能电视的IP地址与智能电视的IP地址匹配的移动终端,以使该移动终端从移动直播平台获取与智能电视当前播放的电视节目相关的直播或者直播评论,也就是说,用户在使用智能电视观看电视节目时,将移动终端与智能电视连接在同一局域网内,使它们具有同样的对外IP地址,因此,服务器能够基于同样的IP地址将智能电视上播放的电视节目的节目信息发送至用户的移动终端上,那么用户即可基于接收到的节目信息从移动直播平台获取与电视节目匹配的直播或者直播评论,极大地提高了获取电视节目评论的实时性,而且用户通过移动终端获取直播或者直播评论时,并不影响智能电视上电视节目的播放。
基于第一实施例提出本发明基于电视节目的移动直播方法的第二实施例。参照图2所示,在本实施例中,该基于电视节目的移动直播方法还包括:
步骤S50,所述服务器根据所述当前节目图像侦测所述智能电视当前所播放节目是否发生变化;
步骤S60,若所述智能电视当前所播放节目发生变化,则所述服务器发送改变后的电视节目的节目信息至所述移动终端。
由于智能电视播放的电视节目会发生变化,可以根据当前节目图像侦测智能电视当前播放的电视节目是否发生变化,为了用户能够通过手机及时获取变化后的节目信息,如电视节目发生变化,则将变化后的电视节目的节目信息发送到与智能电视具有同一IP地址或者位置信息的手机。
或者,通过手机上的应用向服务器发起节目订阅请求,服务器在接收到手机发送的节目订阅请求后,从节目订阅请求中获取手机的IP地址,并确定与该IP地址匹配的节目信息是否发生变化,若发生变化,则将改变后的电视节目的节目信息推送至手机。同样的,若手机使用的是蜂窝网络,则在接收到节目订阅请求后根据位置信息查找匹配的节目信息返回至手机。
本发明还提出一种电视与移动终端的互动***。
参照图3所示,为本发明电视与移动终端的互动***中服务器的第一实施例的功能模块示意图。
在该实施例中,该电视与移动终端的互动***包括服务器、移动终端以及智能电视,其中,服务器包括以下模块:
信息获取模块10,用于获取智能电视的当前节目图像和智能电视的定位标识;
节目识别模块20,用于对所述当前节目图像进行识别,确定所述智能电视当前所播放的节目信息;
信息发送模块30,用于将所述节目信息发送至定位标识与所述智能电视的定位标识匹配的移动终端;
移动终端用于:基于接收到的所述节目信息从移动直播平台获取与所述智能电视当前所播放节目相关的直播或直播评论。
可以理解的是,本实施例中,电视节目可以是直播节目或者回看的电视节目。智能电视和手机分别通过网关与服务器建立通信,例如,智能电视和手机在同一局域网内,通过局域网的网关与服务器建立连接。

可以理解的是,用户在使用手机时,可能使用的是蜂窝网路,此时手机的IP地址与智能电视的IP地址就不再一致,可以利用手机和智能电视的地理位置非常接近,使手机获取智能电视当前播放的电视节目的节目信息。智能电视在上传图像信息和IP地址的同时,上传当前的位置信息,例如,在智能电视中设置定位模块,获取当前的位置信息。同样地,手机在向服务器发送节目查询请求时,在节目查询请求中携带当前的位置信息,当服务器接收到智能电视的位置信息和IP地址时,信息判断模块40可以根据手机和智能电视当前的位置信息判断它们是否处于同一位置范围内,若是,则判定手机与智能电视的IP地址匹配。否则认为它们的IP地址不匹配。
可以理解的是,手机进行定位获取位置信息时,允许有一定的误差范围,因此,当智能电视与手机的位置信息在误差范围内时,信息判断模块40认为其处于同一位置范围内。而且,本实施例中的节目信息包括但不限于电视节目的节目名称、频道名称以及播放时间。
本实施例提出的电视与移动终端的互动***,获取智能电视当前的节目图像和IP地址,对图像信息进行识别,确定该智能电视当前播放的电视节目的节目信息,将该节目信息发送至与智能电视的IP地址与智能电视的IP地址匹配的移动终端,以使该移动终端从移动直播平台获取与智能电视当前播放的电视节目相关的直播或者直播评论,也就是说,用户在使用智能电视观看电视节目时,将移动终端与智能电视连接在同一局域网内,使它们具有同样的对外IP地址,因此,服务器能够基于同样的IP地址将智能电视上播放的电视节目的节目信息发送至用户的移动终端上,那么用户即可基于接收到的节目信息从移动直播平台获取与电视节目匹配的直播或者直播评论,极大地提高了获取电视节目评论的实时性,而且用户通过移动终端获取直播或者直播评论时,并不影响智能电视上电视节目的播放。
基于第一实施例提出本发明基于电视节目的移动直播***的第二实施例。在本实施例中,节目识别模块20还用于:根据所述当前节目图像侦测所述智能电视当前所播放节目是否发生变化;
信息发送模块30还用于:若所述智能电视当前所播放节目发生变化,则发送改变后的电视节目的节目信息至所述移动终端。
由于智能电视播放的电视节目会发生变化,节目识别模块20根据当前节目图像侦测智能电视当前播放的电视节目是否发生变化,为了用户能够通过手机及时获取变化后的节目信息,如电视节目发生变化,信息发送模块30将变化后的电视节目的节目信息发送到与智能电视具有同一IP地址或者位置信息的手机。
或者,用户通过手机上的应用向服务器发起节目订阅请求,服务器在接收到手机发送的节目订阅请求后,从节目订阅请求中获取手机的IP地址,节目识别模块20确定与该IP地址匹配的节目信息是否发生变化,若发生变化,信息发送模块30将改变后的电视节目的节目信息推送至手机。同样的,若手机使用的是蜂窝网络,则服务器在接收到节目订阅请求后根据位置信息查找匹配的节目信息返回至手机。
以上仅为本发明的优选实施例,并非因此限制本发明的专利范围,凡是利用本发明说明书及附图内容所作的等效结构或等效流程变换,或直接或间接运用在其他相关的技术领域,均同理包括在本发明的专利保护范围内。

Claims (17)

  1. 一种电视与移动终端的互动方法,其特征在于,所述电视与移动终端的互动方法包括:
    服务器获取智能电视的当前节目图像和智能电视的定位标识;
    所述服务器对所述当前节目图像进行识别,确定所述智能电视当前所播放的节目信息;
    所述服务器将所述节目信息发送至定位标识与所述智能电视的定位标识匹配的移动终端;
    所述移动终端基于接收到的所述节目信息从移动直播平台获取与所述智能电视当前所播放节目相关的直播或直播评论;
    所述定位标识为IP地址,则所述服务器将所述节目信息发送至定位标识与所述智能电视的定位标识匹配的移动终端的步骤之前,所述电视与移动终端的互动方法还包括:
    所述服务器获取所述移动终端的IP地址;
    所述服务器判断该移动终端的IP地址是否与所述智能电视的IP地址相同;
    若所述移动终端的IP地址与所述智能电视的IP地址相同,则判定两者的IP地址匹配;
    当所述移动终端的IP地址与所述智能电视的IP地址不相同时,所述电视与移动终端的互动方法进一步还包括:
    所述服务器分别获取所述移动终端与所述智能电视的位置信息;
    所述服务器根据所述位置信息判断所述移动终端与所述智能电视是否处于同一位置范围内;
    若所述移动终端与所述智能电视处于同一位置范围内,则判定所述移动终端的IP地址与所述智能电视的IP地址匹配;
    所述节目信息包括所述电视节目的节目名称、频道名称和频道标识。
  2. 一种电视与移动终端的互动方法,其特征在于,所述电视与移动终端的互动方法包括:
    服务器获取智能电视的当前节目图像和智能电视的定位标识;
    所述服务器对所述当前节目图像进行识别,确定所述智能电视当前所播放的节目信息;
    所述服务器将所述节目信息发送至定位标识与所述智能电视的定位标识匹配的移动终端;
    所述移动终端基于接收到的所述节目信息从移动直播平台获取与所述智能电视当前所播放节目相关的直播或直播评论。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的电视与移动终端的互动方法,其特征在于,所述定位标识为IP地址,则所述服务器将所述节目信息发送至定位标识与所述智能电视的定位标识匹配的移动终端的步骤之前,所述电视与移动终端的互动方法还包括:
    所述服务器获取所述移动终端的IP地址;
    所述服务器判断该移动终端的IP地址是否与所述智能电视的IP地址相同;
    若所述移动终端的IP地址与所述智能电视的IP地址相同,则判定两者的IP地址匹配。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的电视与移动终端的互动方法,其特征在于,当所述移动终端的IP地址与所述智能电视的IP地址不相同时,所述电视与移动终端的互动方法进一步还包括:
    所述服务器分别获取所述移动终端与所述智能电视的位置信息;
    所述服务器根据所述位置信息判断所述移动终端与所述智能电视是否处于同一位置范围内;
    若所述移动终端与所述智能电视处于同一位置范围内,则判定所述移动终端的IP地址与所述智能电视的IP地址匹配。
  5. 根据权利要求2所述的电视与移动终端的互动方法,其特征在于,所述节目信息包括所述电视节目的节目名称、频道名称和频道标识。
  6. 根据权利要求2所述的电视与移动终端的互动方法,其特征在于,所述电视与移动终端的互动方法还包括:
    所述服务器根据所述当前节目图像侦测所述智能电视当前所播放节目是否发生变化;
    若所述智能电视当前所播放节目发生变化,则所述服务器发送改变后的电视节目的节目信息至所述移动终端。
  7. 根据权利要求3所述的电视与移动终端的互动方法,其特征在于,所述电视与移动终端的互动方法还包括:
    所述服务器根据所述当前节目图像侦测所述智能电视当前所播放节目是否发生变化;
    若所述智能电视当前所播放节目发生变化,则所述服务器发送改变后的电视节目的节目信息至所述移动终端。
  8. 根据权利要求4所述的电视与移动终端的互动方法,其特征在于,所述电视与移动终端的互动方法还包括:
    所述服务器根据所述当前节目图像侦测所述智能电视当前所播放节目是否发生变化;
    若所述智能电视当前所播放节目发生变化,则所述服务器发送改变后的电视节目的节目信息至所述移动终端。
  9. 根据权利要求5所述的电视与移动终端的互动方法,其特征在于,所述电视与移动终端的互动方法还包括:
    所述服务器根据所述当前节目图像侦测所述智能电视当前所播放节目是否发生变化;
    若所述智能电视当前所播放节目发生变化,则所述服务器发送改变后的电视节目的节目信息至所述移动终端。
  10. 一种电视与移动终端的互动***,其特征在于,所述电视与移动终端的互动***包括服务器、移动终端以及智能电视,其中所述服务器包括:
    信息获取模块,用于获取智能电视的当前节目图像和智能电视的定位标识;
    节目识别模块,用于对所述当前节目图像进行识别,确定所述智能电视当前所播放的节目信息;
    信息发送模块,用于将所述节目信息发送至定位标识与所述智能电视的定位标识匹配的移动终端;
    所述移动终端用于:基于接收到的所述节目信息从移动直播平台获取与所述智能电视当前所播放节目相关的直播或直播评论。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的电视与移动终端的互动***,其特征在于,所述信息获取模块还用于:
    获取所述移动终端的IP地址;
    所述电视与移动终端的互动***还包括:
    信息判断模块,判断该移动终端的IP地址是否与所述智能电视的IP地址相同;
    以及,若所述移动终端的IP地址与所述智能电视的IP地址相同,则判定两者的IP地址匹配。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的电视与移动终端的互动***,其特征在于,所述信息获取模块还用于:分别获取所述移动终端与所述智能电视的位置信息;
    所述信息判断模块还用于:根据所述位置信息判断所述移动终端与所述智能电视是否处于同一位置范围内;
    以及,若所述移动终端与所述智能电视处于同一位置范围内,则判定所述移动终端的IP地址与所述智能电视的IP地址匹配。
  13. 根据权利要求10所述的电视与移动终端的互动***,其特征在于,所述节目信息包括所述电视节目的节目名称、频道名称以及播放时间。
  14. 根据权利要求10所述的电视与移动终端的互动***,其特征在于,所述节目识别模块还用于:根据所述当前节目图像侦测所述智能电视当前所播放节目是否发生变化;
    所述信息发送模块还用于:若所述智能电视当前所播放节目发生变化,则发送改变后的电视节目的节目信息至所述移动终端。
  15. 根据权利要求11所述的电视与移动终端的互动***,其特征在于,所述节目识别模块还用于:根据所述当前节目图像侦测所述智能电视当前所播放节目是否发生变化;
    所述信息发送模块还用于:若所述智能电视当前所播放节目发生变化,则发送改变后的电视节目的节目信息至所述移动终端。
  16. 根据权利要求12所述的电视与移动终端的互动***,其特征在于,所述节目识别模块还用于:根据所述当前节目图像侦测所述智能电视当前所播放节目是否发生变化;
    所述信息发送模块还用于:若所述智能电视当前所播放节目发生变化,则发送改变后的电视节目的节目信息至所述移动终端。
  17. 根据权利要求13所述的电视与移动终端的互动***,其特征在于,所述节目识别模块还用于:根据所述当前节目图像侦测所述智能电视当前所播放节目是否发生变化;
    所述信息发送模块还用于:若所述智能电视当前所播放节目发生变化,则发送改变后的电视节目的节目信息至所述移动终端。
