本发明涉及空调器领域,尤其涉及一种终端控制方法、装置以及计算机可读存储介质。
背景技术
随着人工智能技术的发展,人们对家电设备的智能化要求越来越高,用户家中的智能家电设备也越来越多,用户往往希望通过某一个终端来控制所有家电设备。
控制所有家电设备可通过单独的控制器来控制所有连接的终端,也可通过某个终端与服务器的通讯来控制所有连接的家电设备,实现对多个家电设备的控制。由于该方案中需要通过中转终端对被控终端进行控制,用户发送控制信号后往往不知道终端是否响应发送的控制信号,使得对终端控制不够准确。
发明内容
本发明的主要目的在于提供一种终端控制方法、装置以及计算机可读存储介质,旨在解决现有技术中对终端控制不够准确的技术问题。
为解决上述问题,本发明提供一种终端控制方法,所述终端控制包括:
在接收到控制信号时,获取所述控制信号对应的被控终端;

该终端的状态可通过状态标记实现,例如在在接收到所述被控终端上传的状态异常的信息时,标记所述控制终端状态异常,或者,在所述被控终端断开连接时,标记所述控制终端状态异常;获取所述被控终端的状态的步骤包括:获取所述被控终端的状态标记。被控终端的状态包括故障、断电以及断开连接等多种。
在被控终端恢复正常或者被控终端恢复连接时,可将被控终端的异常状态标记修改为正常状态。被控终端的状态标记可通过标志位实现。
步骤S30,在所述被控终端的状态异常时,生成状态异常的第一提示信息。
第一提示信息可为被控终端状态异常,也可为被控终端暂时无法响应该控制指令。在生成该第一提示信息之后,将生成的第一提示信息可发送至预设的终端,也可发送至触发该控制信号的终端。
在本实施例中,生成第一提示信息后,向发送所述控制信号的终端发送所述第一提示信息,以供所述终端输出所述第一提示信息;或者,获取发送所述控制信号的用户对应的用户标识,并向所述用户标识关联的终端发送所述第一提示信息,以供所述终端输出所述第一提示信息。
本实施例公开的终端控制方法,在接收到控制信号时,获取所述控制信号对应的被控终端,获取所述被控终端的状态,在所述被控终端的状态异常时,说明被控终端无法响应该控制指令,则生成状态异常的第一提示信息,使得用户根据该提示信息可及时知晓控制指令无法及时响应,提高对终端控制的准确性。
进一步地,参照图3,基于第一实施例提出本发明终端控制方法第二实施例,在本实施例中,所述步骤S30之后还包括:
步骤S40,存储所述控制信号对应的控制指令;
步骤S50,在所述被控终端恢复正常时,控制所述被控终端响应所述控制指令。
在控制被控终端响应所述控制指令之后,获取被控终端反馈的响应信息,在接收到该响应信息时,向发送所述控制信号的终端反馈已响应的提示信息。
在存储该控制指令的同时可存储该控制指令对应的执行时间点,同时将该控制指令、执行时间点以及被控终端的标识关联保存,以便于在该执行时间点到达之前向被控终端发送该控制指令,即存储所述控制信号对应的控制指令的步骤之后包括:存储所述控制指令的执行时间点;在所述被控终端的状态恢复正常且当前时间点位于所述执行时间点之前时,执行所述控制所述被控终端响应所述控制指令;在所述执行时间点之前所述被控终端的状态未恢复正常时,删除存储的所述控制指令。
在到达在所述执行时间点之前所述被控终端的状态未恢复正常时,说明被控终端已经无法执行该控制指令,可直接生成无法响应的第二提示信息,以提示用户无法响应所述控制信号。在生成第二提示信息后,可向发送所述控制信号的终端发送所述第二提示信息,以供所述终端输出所述第二提示信息;或者,获取发送所述控制信号的用户对应的用户标识,并向所述用户标识关联的终端发送所述第二提示信息,以供所述终端输出所述第二提示信息。
本实施例公开的技术方案,在被控终端恢复正常时,控制所述被控终端响应所述控制指令,使得被控终端可及时响应该控制指令。
进一步地,参照图4,基于第二实施例提出本发明终端控制方法第三实施例,在本实施例中,步骤S50包括:
步骤S51,在所述被控终端恢复正常时,获取当前时间点与所述控制指令的执行之间点之间的时间间隔;
步骤S52,根据所述时间间隔以及所述控制信号中的控制信息重新生成控制指令;
步骤S53,控制所述被控终端响应重新生成的控制指令。
例如,用户发送的控制信号为3个小时后开启电饭煲,在当前时间点为13:00时,开启电饭煲的指令的执行时间点则为16:00;在电饭煲恢复正常的时间点为15:00时,时间间隔为1h,则向电饭煲发送一小时后开启的指令。
本实施例通过对控制指令执行时间间隔的修改,使得对终端控制更加精确。
进一步地,参照图5,基于第二实施例提出本发明终端控制方法第四实施例,在本实施例中,步骤S30之后,所述终端控制方法还包括:
步骤S60,在接收到取消控制的信号时,删除存储的所述控制指令。
用户在查看到第一提示信息后可能会取消之前发送的控制信号,或者用户也可能改变计划取消之前发送的控制信号,此时可删除存储的控制指令,以避免在控制取消后对被控终端的重复控制。
本发明还提供一种终端控制装置,该终端控制装置包括存储器、处理器及存储在存储器上并可在处理器上运行的终端控制程序,终端控制程序被处理器执行时实现如以上实施例的终端控制方法的步骤。
本发明还提供一种计算机可读存储介质,计算机可读存储介质上存储有终端控制程序,终端控制程序被处理器执行时实现如以上实施例的终端控制方法的各个步骤。
需要说明的是,在本文中,术语“包括”、“包含”或者其任何其他变体意在涵盖非排他性的包含,从而使得包括一系列要素的过程、方法、物品或者***不仅包括那些要素,而且还包括没有明确列出的其他要素,或者是还包括为这种过程、方法、物品或者***所固有的要素。在没有更多限制的情况下,由语句“包括一个……”限定的要素,并不排除在包括该要素的过程、方法、物品或者***中还存在另外的相同要素。

Claims (13)

  1. 一种终端控制方法,其特征在于,所述终端控制包括:
    在接收到控制信号时,获取所述控制信号对应的被控终端;
    获取所述被控终端的状态;
    在所述被控终端的状态异常时,生成状态异常的第一提示信息。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的终端控制方法,其特征在于,所述生成状态异常的第一提示信息的步骤之后,所述终端控制方法还包括:
    存储所述控制信号对应的控制指令;
    在所述被控终端恢复正常时,控制所述被控终端响应所述控制指令。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的终端控制方法,其特征在于,所述控制所述被控终端响应所述控制指令的步骤之后,还包括:
    获取被控终端反馈的响应信息;
    在接收到该响应信息时,向发送所述控制信号的终端反馈已响应的提示信息。
  4. 如权利要求2所述的终端控制方法,其特征在于,所述存储所述控制信号的步骤之后,所述终端控制方法还包括:
    存储所述控制指令的执行时间点;
    在所述被控终端的状态恢复正常且当前时间点位于所述执行时间点之前时,执行所述控制所述被控终端响应所述控制指令;
    在所述执行时间点之前所述被控终端的状态未恢复正常时,删除存储的所述控制指令。
  5. 如权利要求4所述的终端控制方法,其特征在于,所述删除存储的所述控制信号之后,所述终端控制方法还包括:
    生成无法响应的第二提示信息,以提示用户无法响应所述控制信号。
  6. 如权利要求4所述的终端控制方法,其特征在于,所述删除存储的所述控制指令之后,所述终端控制方法还包括:
    获取发送所述控制信号的用户对应的用户标识;
    向所述用户标识关联的终端发送所述第二提示信息,以供所述终端输出所述第二提示信息。
  7. 如权利要求2所述的终端控制方法,其特征在于,所述控制所述被控终端响应所述控制指令的步骤包括:
    获取当前时间点与所述控制指令的执行之间点之间的时间间隔;
    根据所述时间间隔以及所述控制信号中的控制信息重新生成控制指令;
    控制所述被控终端响应重新生成的控制指令。
  8. 如权利要求2所述的终端控制方法,其特征在于,所述生成状态异常的第一提示信息的步骤之后,所述终端控制方法还包括步骤:
    在接收到取消控制的信号时,删除存储的所述控制指令。
  9. 如权利要求1所述的终端控制方法,其特征在于,所述终端控制方法还包括:
    在接收到所述被控终端上传的状态异常的信息时,标记所述控制终端状态异常,或者,在所述被控终端断开连接时,标记所述控制终端状态异常;
    获取所述被控终端的状态的步骤包括:
    获取所述被控终端的状态标记。
  10. 如权利要求9所述的终端控制方法,其特征在于,所述终端控制方法还包括:
    在被控终端恢复正常或者被控终端恢复连接时,将被控终端的异常状态标记修改为正常状态。
  11. 如权利要求1所述的终端控制方法,其特征在于,所述生成第一提示信息的步骤之后,包括:
    向发送所述控制信号的终端发送所述第一提示信息,以供所述终端输出所述第一提示信息;
    或者,获取发送所述控制信号的用户对应的用户标识,并向所述用户标识关联的终端发送所述第一提示信息,以供所述终端输出所述第一提示信息。
  12. 一种终端控制装置,其特征在于,所述终端控制装置包括存储器、处理器及存储在所述存储器上并可在所述处理器上运行的终端控制程序,所述终端控制程序被处理器执行时实现如权利要求1-11中任一项所述的终端控制方法的步骤。
  13. 一种计算机可读存储介质,其特征在于,所述计算机可读存储介质上存储有终端控制程序,所述终端控制程序被处理器执行时实现如权利要求1-11中任一项所述的终端控制方法的步骤。
