Description

一种用于链条装配的传输装置 技术领域
本发明涉及链条装配技术领域,特别涉及一种用于链条装配的传输设备。
背景技术
现有技术中,链条在装配过程中,每完成一个零部件的安装需要将其移动至下一个工位进行其他零部件的安装,一般采用对链条的跑道进行传动,实现对跑道上的等待装配的链条进行传输,由于安装工位相邻的距离较近,跑道的启停会带动链条的抖动,会发生链条移位现象从而影响后续零部件的安装,浪费大量的时间,降低了装配效率。
发明内容
针对以上现有技术存在的缺陷,本发明的主要目的在于克服现有技术的不足之处,公开了一种用于链条装配的传输装置,包括传输板、滑动板、第一驱动装置和第二驱动装置,所述传输板的侧面设置有一个或者多个凹口,所述第一驱动装置与所述滑动板连接,带动所述滑动板水平移动,所述第二驱动装置固定在所述滑动板上,所述传输板与所述滑动板滑动连接,所述第二驱动装置与所述传输板连接,带动所述传输板水平移动,所述第一驱动装置带动所述滑动板移动方向与所述第二驱动装置带动所述传输板移动方向相交。
进一步地,所述凹口的槽口处设置有导角。
进一步地,所述第一驱动装置为气缸、油缸和丝杆电机中的一种。
进一步地,所述第二驱动装置为气缸、油缸和丝杆电机中的一种。
进一步地,所述第一驱动装置带动所述滑动板移动方向与所述第二驱动装置带动所述传输板移动方向垂直。
进一步地,所述凹口等间距的设置有十三个。
本发明取得的有益效果:
本发明的一种用于链条装配的传输装置,结构简单,操作方便,由于链条置于凹口内,无需担心传输的启停对链条产生抖动,造成错位,提高了链条传输的稳定性,保证了链条装配质量。

具体实施方式
为了使本发明的目的、技术方案及优点更加清楚明白,下面结合附图及实施例对本发明作进一步详细说明。应当理解,此处所描述的具体实施例仅用以解释本发明,并不用于限定本发明。
本发明的一种用于链条装配的传输装置,如图1所示,包括传输板1、滑动板2、第一驱动装置3和第二驱动装置4,传输板1的侧面设置有一个或者多个凹口11,优选的,设置有13个凹口11,并且等间距的设置在传输板1的侧面,这样可以对链条装配过程中每个装配状态从当前工位传送到下一个工位,无需设置多个传送装置对每个安装工位进行传送;第一驱动装置3与滑动板2连接,带动滑动板2水平移动,第二驱动装置4固定在滑动板2上,传输板1与滑动板2滑动连接,第二驱动装置4与传输板1连接,带动传输板1水平移动;为了方便传输板1将链条至于凹口11中,传输板1的凹口11的槽口处设置有导角;第一驱动装置3带动滑动 板2移动方向与第二驱动装置4带动传输板1移动方向相交,优选的,为了使传输板1移动控制更加方便,第一驱动装置3带动滑动板2移动方向与第二驱动装置4带动传输板1移动方向垂直。
如图1和2所示,在一具体实施例中,第一驱动装置3通过滑轨带动滑动板2水平移动,传输板1通过滑轨与滑动板2滑动连接,第二驱动装置4固定在滑动板2上,如图1所示,在传输链条向右移动时,第二驱动装置4将传输板1向下移动,将链条置于凹口11中,第一驱动装置3将滑动板2向右移动,移动至下一个工位后,第二驱动装置4带动传输板2向上移动,第一驱动装置3带动滑动板2向左移动,使传输板2的运行线路呈“口”字形。
当然,第一驱动装置3也可以带动滑动板2向下移动,第二驱动装置4带动传输板1向右移动,只需要先通过滑动板2向下移动使传输板1将链条置于凹口11中,通过第二驱动装置4带动传输板1向右移动,移动至下一个工位后,第一驱动装置3带动滑动板2向上移动,第二驱动装置4带动传输板向左移动,形成“口”字形运行线路。
第一驱动装置3为气缸、油缸和丝杆电机中的一种。
第二驱动装置4为气缸、油缸和丝杆电机中的一种。
本发明的一种用于链条装配的传输装置,结构简单,操作方便,由于链条置于凹口内,无需担心传输的启停对链条产生抖动,造成错位,提高了链条传输的稳定性,保证了链条装配质量。

  1. 一种用于链条装配的传输装置,其特征在于,包括传输板、滑动板、第一驱动装置和第二驱动装置,所述传输板的侧面设置有一个或者多个凹口,所述第一驱动装置与所述滑动板连接,带动所述滑动板水平移动,所述第二驱动装置固定在所述滑动板上,所述传输板与所述滑动板滑动连接,所述第二驱动装置与所述传输板连接,带动所述传输板水平移动,所述第一驱动装置带动所述滑动板移动方向与所述第二驱动装置带动所述传输板移动方向相交。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种用于链条装配的传输装置,其特征在于,所述凹口的槽口处设置有导角。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的一种用于链条装配的传输装置,其特征在于,所述第一驱动装置为气缸、油缸和丝杆电机中的一种。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的一种用于链条装配的传输装置,其特征在于,所述第二驱动装置为气缸、油缸和丝杆电机中的一种。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的一种用于链条装配的传输装置,其特征在于,所述第一驱动装置带动所述滑动板移动方向与所述第二驱动装置带动所述传输板移动方向垂直。
