Abstract

본 발명은 틀니고정장치에 대한 것으로서, 더욱 상세하게는 픽스쳐에 보다 안정적으로 장착할 수 있으며, 탈부착이 용이하여 틀니의 분리 및 결합이 쉬운 픽스쳐체결용 틀니고정장치에 대한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 픽스쳐체결용 틀니고정장치는 픽스쳐결합수단과, 중간체결부재와, 틀니고정수단을 포함한다. 상기 픽스쳐결합수단은 픽스쳐삽입부와, 헤드부를 구비한다. 상기 픽스쳐삽입부는 픽스쳐에 탈착할 수 있게 나사결합되도록 일단에 나사가 형성된다. 상기 헤드부는 상부의 외주면에 원주방향을 따라 그루브가 형성되고 상단에 입구보다 내측의 직경이 더 큰 삽입홈이 형성되도록 상기 픽스쳐삽입부에서 연장된다. 상기 중간체결부재는 상기 헤드부의 상부가 탈착할 수 있게 수용되도록 일단이 개방되고, 상기 일단이 상기 그루브에 삽입될 수 있도록 탄성적으로 신축되며, 상기 삽입홈이 개방되도록 타단에 관통공이 형성된다. 상기 틀니고정수단은 상부고정부와 체결부를 구비하여, 상기 픽스쳐결합수단에 탈착될 수 있다. 상기 상부고정부는 외주면에 틀니가 고정결합되고 상기 중간체결부재가 이탈되지 않게 수용된다. 상기 체결부는 일단은 직경이 상기 삽입홈의 입구의 직경보다 더 크고 반경방향으로 신축하여 상기 삽입홈에 삽입될 수 있으며 타단은 상기 관통공을 관통하여 상기 상부고정부에 결합된다. 본 발명에 의하면, 픽스쳐결합수단의 헤드부의 상단은 틀니고정수단의 체결부와 탈착할 수 있게 결합되고, 틀니고정수단의 상부고정부에 수용된 중간체결부재가 헤드부의 상부에 탈착가능하게 결합된다. 그래서 헤드부에 이중으로 결합되므로 보다 안정적으로 틀니를 픽스쳐에 결합할 수 있다. 또한, 본 발명에 의하면, 체결부의 일단에 홈이 형성되어 반경방향으로 신축하여 삽입홈에 삽입되고, 중간체결부재의 일단이 탄성적으로 신축되며 벌어질 수 있도록 절개홈이 형성되므로 틀니가 고정결합된 틀니고정수단을 용이하게 탈착할 수 있다. 그래서 틀니의 분리 및 결합을 손쉽게 할 수 있다.
