书形盒是一种打开盒盖动作像翻书动作一样的盒形,通常用于手机、平板等各个领域的产品包装。现有的书形盒包括固定连接的盒盖和盒体,所述盒体具有一容纳空间,所述盒盖用于密封所述容纳空间,位于所述容纳空间内的内托,所述内托用于支撑待包装产品。但是,现有的书形盒中,所述内托的取出较为不便,影响了用户体验。
发明内容
为解决上述技术问题,本申请实施例提供了一种书形盒,包括:盒体,所述盒体具有一容纳空间;一端与所述盒体固定连接的盒盖;位于所述容纳空间内的内托;与所述内托和所述盒盖固定连接的第一连接结构,所述第一连接结构包括:第一固定区域、第二固定区域以及位于所述第一固定区域和所述第二固定区域之间的连接区域,其中,所述第一固定区域与所述盒盖朝向所述盒体一侧表面固定连接,所述第二固定区域与所述内托的预设外表面固定连接,所述内托的预设外表面朝向所述盒体侧壁中与所述盒盖连接的侧壁。
本申请实施例所提供的书形盒中,所述第一连接结构一端与盒盖朝向所述盒体一侧表面固定连接,一端与所述内托的预设外表面固定连接,所述内托的预设外表面朝向所述盒体侧壁中与所述盒盖连接的侧壁,从而在所述盒盖打开的时候通过所述第一连接结构给所述内托一个斜向上的作用力,使得所述内托与所述预设外表面相对的一侧向上升起,便于所述内托及其支撑产品从所述盒体的容纳空间中取出,提高用户体验。
在一种实现方式中,在平行于所述第一固定区域至所述第二固定区域方向上,所述连接区域长度取值范围为16mm-18mm,包括端点值,以避免所述连接区域过大在所述书形盒打开过程中引起褶皱和成本的增加,同时避免所述连接区域过小导致所述盒盖无法打开。
在一种实现方式中,所述盒体与所述盒盖通过第二连接结构固定连接,所述第二连接结构包括第三固定区域和第四固定区域,其中,所述第三固定区域与所述盒体侧壁中与所述盒盖连接的侧壁的外表面固定连接,所述第四固定区域与所述盒盖朝向所述盒体一侧表面的至少部分区域固定连接。
在一种实现方式中,所述第四固定区域与所述盒盖朝向所述盒体一侧表面的至少 部分区域固定连接为所述第四固定区域与所述盒盖朝向所述盒体一侧表面的部分区域固定连接。
在一种实现方式中,所述第四固定区域与所述盒盖朝向所述盒体一侧表面的至少部分区域固定连接为第四固定区域完全覆盖所述盒盖朝向所述盒体一侧表面。
在一种实现方式中,所述第三固定区域朝向所述盒体一侧具有第一粘接区域,所述第三固定区域与所述盒体通过所述第一粘接区域固定连接;所述第四固定区域朝向所述盒盖一侧表面具有第二粘接区域,所述第四固定区域和所述盒盖通过所述第二粘接区域固定连接。
在一种实现方式中,所述第一粘接区域设置有双面胶,所述第二粘接区域设置有双面胶。
在一种实现方式中,所述盒体包括由双灰纸板制作的固定层以及由白卡纸板制作的装饰层,所述装饰层位于所述固定层的外表面。
在一种实现方式中,所述盒体包括底面以及与所述底面为一体结构的四个侧壁;所述固定层对应所述盒体侧壁部分的厚度为所述固定层对应所述盒体底面厚度的两倍,以增加所述盒体侧壁的牢固度,在所述盒体受到外界作用力时,缓解所述盒体侧壁受到的作用力。
在一种实现方式中,所述内托外表面与所述盒体内表面之间的间隙宽度取值范围为1mm-2mm,包括端点值,以保证所述内托所述第一连接结构给予支撑力时可以顺利升起,且在所述第一连接结构不给予支撑力时,不会发生较大晃动
在一种实现方式中,所述第一连接结构完全覆盖所述盒盖朝向所述盒体一侧表面,且完全覆盖所述内托与所述第一连接结构固定连接一侧的表面。

本申请实施例提供了一种书形盒,如图1和图2所示,该书形盒包括:盒体10,所述盒体10具有一容纳空间;一端与所述盒体10固定连接的盒盖20;位于所述容纳空间内的内托30,所述内托30用于支撑待包装产品;与所述内托30和所述盒盖20固定连接的第一连接结构40,如图3所示,所述第一连接结构40包括:第一固定区域41、第二固定区域42以及位于所述第一固定区域41和所述第二固定区域42之间的连接区域43,其中,所述第一固定区域41与所述盒盖20朝向所述盒体10一侧表面A固定连接,所述第二固定区域42与所述内托30的预设外表面B固定连接,所述内托30的预设外表面B朝向所述盒体10侧壁中与所述盒盖20连接的侧壁。
本申请实施例所提供的书形盒中,所述第一连接结构40一端与盒盖20朝向所述盒体10一侧表面固定连接,一端与所述内托30的预设外表面固定连接,所述内托30的预设外表面朝向所述盒体10侧壁中与所述盒盖20连接的侧壁,从而在所述盒盖20打开的时候通过所述第一连接结构40给所述内托30一个斜向上的作用力,使得所述内托30与所述预设外表面相对的一侧向上升起,便于所述内托30及其支撑产品从所述盒体10的容纳空间中取出,提高用户体验。
在上述实施例的基础上,在本申请的一个实施例中,所述第一固定区域41和所述盒盖20通过粘贴的方式实现固定连接,所述第二固定区域42和所述内托30也通过粘贴的方式实现固定连接,但本申请对此并不做限定,具体视情况而定。
需要说明的是,要完整的实现自由开合书形盒,所述第一连接结构40不能完全固定在盒盖20上,也不能完全固定在内托30上,而需要留出一部分摇动的区域(即所述连接区域43),让这部分区域既能在打开盒盖20时滑动到盒盖20上,又能在合上盒盖20时滑动到内托30的外侧壁上,以保证所述书形盒的自由开合。
在上述任一实施例的基础上,在本申请的一个实施例中,在平行于所述第一固定区域41至所述第二固定区域42方向上,所述连接区域43长度取值范围为16mm-18mm,包括端点值,,如17.5mm,以避免所述连接区域43过大在所述书形盒打开过程中引起褶皱和成本的增加,同时避免所述连接区域43过小导致所述盒盖20无法打开。
需要说明的是,考虑到所述第一连接结构40的承重,需要将放置有待支撑产品的内托30拉起,所述第一连接结构40的可靠性越好越好,因此,在本申请的一个实施例中,所述第一连接结构40完全覆盖所述盒盖20朝向所述盒体10一侧表面A,且完全覆盖所述内托30与所述第一连接结构40固定连接一侧的表面B,从而在遮挡所述盒盖20内表面A,提高所述盒盖20内表面A视觉体验的基础上,最大限度的增加所述第一连接结构40域所述盒盖20的接触面积,从而提高所述第一连接结构40的结构强度。
在上述任一实施例的基础上,在本申请的一个实施例中,如图4所示,所述盒体10与所述盒盖20通过第二连接结构50固定连接,所述第二连接结构50包括第三固 定区域51和第四固定区域52,其中,所述第三固定区域51与所述盒体10侧壁中与所述盒盖20连接的侧壁的外表面固定连接,所述第四固定区域52与所述盒盖20朝向所述盒体10一侧表面的至少部分区域固定连接。
需要说明的是,在本申请实施例中,所述第四固定区域52与所述盒盖20朝向所述盒体10一侧表面的至少部分区域固定连接可以为所述第四固定区域52与所述盒盖20朝向所述盒体10一侧表面的部分区域固定连接,也可以为第四固定区域52完全覆盖所述盒盖20朝向所述盒体10一侧表面,本申请对此并不做限定,具体视情况而定。
在上述任一实施例的基础上,在本申请的一个实施例中,所述第三固定区域51朝向所述盒体10一侧具有第一粘接区域53,所述第三固定区域51与所述盒体10通过所述第一粘接区域53固定连接;所述第四固定区域52朝向所述盒盖20一侧表面具有第二粘接区域54,所述第四固定区域52和所述盒盖20通过所述第二粘接区域54固定连接。
在上述实施例的基础上,在本申请的一个实施例中,所述第一粘接区域53设置有双面胶,所述第三固定区域53与所述盒体10通过双面胶固定连接;所述第二粘接区域54设置有双面胶,所述第四固定区域54和所述盒盖20通过双面胶固定连接。
需要说明的是,由于所述盒体10的质量大于所述盒盖20的质量,为了提高所述盒体10与所述第二连接结构50之间的牢固度,所述第一粘接区域53处具有至少两条双面胶,以增大所述盒体10与所述第二连接结构50之间的粘接面积,但本申请对此并不做限定,具体视情况而定。
在上述任一实施例的基础上,在本申请的一个实施例中,所述盒体10包括由双灰纸板制作的固定层以及由白卡纸板制作的装饰层,所述装饰层位于所述固定层的外表面。具体的,在本申请的一个实施例中,所述双灰板纸的厚度取值范围为1mm-2.5mm,包括端点值,如1mm、1.5mm、2mm或2.5mm;所述装饰层表面具有外观图案以及覆盖所述外观图案的保护层,所述保护层可以为哑膜层,也可以为塑料膜层,本申请对此并不做限定,具体视情况而定。
在上述实施例的基础上,在本申请的一个实施例中,所述盒体10包括底面以及与所述底面为一体结构的四个侧壁;所述固定层对应所述盒体10侧壁部分的厚度为所述固定层对应所述盒体10底面厚度的两倍,即所述固定层对应所述盒体10侧壁部分的厚度为所述双灰纸板厚度的两倍,以增加所述盒体10侧壁的牢固度,在所述盒体10受到外界作用力时,缓解所述盒体10侧壁受到的作用力。
由上可知,本申请实施例所提供的书形盒中,所述第一连接结构40一端与盒盖20朝向所述盒体10一侧表面固定连接,一端与所述内托30的预设外表面固定连接,所述内托30的预设外表面朝向所述盒体10侧壁中与所述盒盖20连接的侧壁,从而在所述盒盖20打开的时候通过所述第一连接结构40给所述内托30一个斜向上的作用力,使得所述内托30与所述预设外表面相对的一侧向上升起,便于所述内托30及其支撑产品从所述盒体10的容纳空间中取出,提高用户体验。
需要说明的是,为了保证所述内托30所述第一连接结构40给予支撑力时可以顺利升起,且在所述第一连接结构40不给予支撑力时,不会发生较大晃动,在上述任一实 施例的基础上,在本申请的一个实施例中,所述内托外表面与所述盒体内表面之间的间隙宽度取值范围为1mm-2mm,包括端点值,但本申请对此并不做限定,具体视情况而定。
相应的,本申请实施例提供了一种书形盒的制作方法,如图5所示,该制作方法包括:
S1:制作盒体,所述盒体具有一容纳空间。
具体的,在本申请的一个实施例中,制作盒体包括:
S101:用双灰板纸搭一个精品盒的地盒盒架,作为所述书形盒的盒体的固定层。具体的,在本申请的一个实施例中,所述双灰板纸的厚度取值范围为1mm-2.5mm,包括端点值,如1mm、1.5mm、2mm或2.5mm。
在本申请实施例中,用双灰板纸搭一个精品盒的地盒盒架,作为所述书形盒的盒体的固定层包括:利用模具制作如图6所示的第一预设图形,所述第一预设图形为十字形,包括底面和位于所述底面四个侧边的四个侧边。
在上述实施例的基础上,在本申请的一个实施例中,为了增加所述盒体侧壁的牢固度,在所述盒体受到外界作用力时,缓解所述盒体侧壁受到的压作用力,所述四个侧边的宽度为所述盒体侧壁高度的2倍,以使得所述固定层对应所述四个侧壁的部分为双层结构。
S102:利用白卡纸在所述盒体本体的外表面形成装饰层,以提高所述盒体外观的视觉体验。具体的,在本申请的一个实施例中,所述白卡纸的质量为300克,但本申请对此并不做限定,具体视情况而定。
在本申请的一个实施例中,利用白卡纸在所述盒体本体的外表面形成装饰层包括:在所述白卡纸上印刷外观图案;在所述外观图案表面形成保护层,以避免后续制作过程中,对所述外观图案造成损坏,具体的,所述保护层可以为哑膜层或塑料层;利用模具制作如图7所示的第二预设图形,所述第二预设图形与所述固定层的外表面形状相匹配的,以完全覆盖所述固定层的外表面为宜。
在上述实施例的基础上,在本申请的一个实施例中,为了进一步提高所述盒体外观的视觉体验,所述装饰层的面积大于所述固定层的外表面积,以在所述装饰层完全覆盖所述固定层外表面的基础上,还覆盖所述固定层外表面与其内表面之间的侧面。
在上述实施例的基础上,在本申请的一个实施例中,为了便于将所述装饰层固定在所述固定层的外表面上,所述固定层对应所述四个侧壁中第一侧壁内表面的部分区域具有第一凹陷区域C,所述固定层对应所述四个侧壁中第二侧壁内表面的部分区域具有第二凹陷区域D,所述第一凹陷区域C和所述第二区域D用于固定所述装饰层延伸到所述固定层内表面的部分。其中,所述第一侧壁和所述第二侧壁相对设置。需要说明的是,在本申请实施例中,所述第一凹陷区域C厚度与所述装饰层厚度之和与所述固定层对应所述侧壁部分中非凹陷区域的厚度相同,以保证所述盒体的侧壁厚度处处相同。
在上述实施例的基础上,在本申请的一个实施例中,为了进一步提高所述盒体外观的视觉体验,所述装饰层中对应所述盒体相邻侧壁接触的区域具有开槽,以保证所 述装饰层固定在所述固定层表面后,具有平坦的外表面,不存在褶皱。
需要说明的是,所述精品盒是指一种与市面上常见的手机、平板用的硬纸板包装盒一样的材质的手工盒的统称,它一般使用一种较硬的灰色纸板做内部固定结构,然后再外表面包裹上有印刷平面的白卡纸或铜版纸。
S2:制作盒盖。
S201:用双灰板纸制作盒盖本体,所述盒盖本体的面积与所述盒体的底面积相同。
S202:利用白卡纸在所述盒盖本体的外表面形成盒盖装饰层,所述盒盖装饰层完全覆盖所述盒盖本体的外表面和侧面,在本申请的其他实施例中,所述盒盖装饰层还可以延伸至覆盖所述盒盖本体的内表面,直至完全覆盖所述盒盖本体的内表面,本申请对此并不做限定,具体视情况而定。
需要说明的是,在本申请的一个实施例中,利用白卡纸在所述盒盖本体的外表面形成盒盖装饰层,所述盒盖装饰层完全覆盖所述盒盖本体的外表面和侧面包括:在所述白卡纸上印刷外观图案;在所述外观图案表面形成保护层,以避免后续制作过程中,对所述外观图案造成损坏,具体的,所述保护层可以为哑膜层或塑料层;利用模具制作如图8所示的第三预设图形,所述第三预设图形与所述盒盖本体形状相匹配的,以完全覆盖所述盒盖本体的外表面和侧面为宜。在本实施例中,以所述第三预设图形完全覆盖所述盒盖本体各个表面为例进行描述。
在上述实施例的基础上,在本申请的一个实施例中,为了进一步提高所述盒盖外观的视觉体验,所述盒盖装饰层中对应所述盒盖本体相邻侧壁接触的区域具有开槽,以保证所述盒盖装饰层固定在所述盒盖本体表面后,具有平坦的外表面,不存在褶皱。
S3:固定连接所述盒体和所述盒盖,所述盒盖的一端与所述盒体固定连接。
在本申请一个实施例中,固定连接所述盒体和所述盒盖,所述盒盖的一端与所述盒体固定连接包括:
S301:如图9所示,利用白卡纸制作第二连接结构,在本申请的一个实施例中,所述第二连接结构为一矩形条,所述第二连接结构的宽度大于所述盒体侧壁的高度。具体的,所述第二连接结构包括第三固定区域51和第四固定区域52,其中,所述第三固定区域51的宽度与所述盒体侧壁的高度相同,用于与所述盒体侧壁中与所述盒盖连接的侧壁的外表面固定连接,所述第四固定区域52用于与所述盒盖朝向所述盒体一侧表面的至少部分区域固定连接。
需要说明的是,在本申请实施例中,所述第四固定区域与所述盒盖朝向所述盒体一侧表面的至少部分区域固定连接可以为所述第四固定区域与所述盒盖朝向所述盒体一侧表面的部分区域固定连接,也可以为第四固定区域完全覆盖所述盒盖朝向所述盒体一侧表面,本申请对此并不做限定,具体视情况而定。
S302:如图10所示,将所述第三固定区域与所述盒体侧壁中与所述盒盖连接的侧壁的外表面固定连接,将所述第四固定区域与所述盒盖朝向所述盒体一侧表面的至少部分区域固定连接,实现所述盒盖的一端与所述盒体的固定连接。
在上述实施例的基础上,在本申请的一个实施例中,所述第三固定区域朝向所述盒体一侧具有第一粘接区域,所述第二固定区域与所述盒体通过所述第一粘接区域固 定连接;所述第四固定区域朝向所述盒盖一侧表面具有第二粘接区域,所述第四固定区域和所述盒盖通过所述第二粘接区域固定连接。具体的,在本申请的一个实施例中,所述第一粘接区域设置有双面胶,所述第二粘接区域设置有双面胶。
需要说明的是,由于所述盒体的质量大于所述盒盖的质量,为了提高所述盒体与所述第二连接结构之间的牢固度,所述第一粘接区域处具有至少两条双面胶,以增大所述盒体与所述第二连接结构之间的粘接面积,但本申请对此并不做限定,具体视情况而定。
还需要说明的是,所述第三固定区域与所述盒体的外表面固定连接,因此,所述第二连接结构制作过程中,也需要印刷外观图案和形成保护层,本申请对此不再详细赘述。
S4:利用第一连接结构固定连接所述盒盖和内托。
需要说明的是,要完整的实现自由开合书形盒,所述第一连接结构不能完全固定在盒盖上,也不能完全固定在内托上,而需要留出一部分摇动的区域,让这部分区域既能在打开盒盖时滑动到盒盖上,又能在合上盒盖时滑动到内托的外侧壁上,这样,在这个区间边沿做两条压线,就能让这个结构完美的滑动了。故在本申请实施例中,所述第一连接结构包括:第一固定区域、第二固定区域以及位于所述第一固定区域和所述第二固定区域之间的连接区域,所述第一固定区域用于与所述盒盖朝向所述盒体一侧表面固定连接,所述第二固定区域用于与所述内托的预设外表面固定连接,所述内托的预设外表面朝向所述盒体侧壁中与所述盒盖连接的侧壁。
在上述实施例的基础上,在本申请的一个实施例中,所述第一固定区域41和所述盒盖20通过粘贴的方式实现固定连接,所述第二固定区域42和所述内托30也通过粘贴的方式实现固定连接,但本申请对此并不做限定,具体视情况而定。
具体的,在本申请的一个实施例中,利用第一连接结构固定连接所述盒盖和内托包括:
S401:如图11所示,利用白卡纸制作所述第一连接结构,所述第一连接结构表面印刷有外观图案,形成有保护层,且所述第一连接结构包括第一固定区域41、第二固定区域42以及位于所述第一固定区域41和所述第二固定区域42之间的连接区域43。
S402:如图12所示,将所述第一固定区域41与所述盒盖20朝向所述盒体10一侧表面A固定连接。
需要说明的是,考虑到所述第一连接结构的承重,需要将放置有待支撑产品的内托拉起,所述第一连接结构的可靠性越好越好,因此,在本申请的一个实施例中,所述第一连接结构完全覆盖所述盒盖朝向所述盒体一侧表面,且完全覆盖所述内托与所述第一连接结构固定连接一侧的表面,从而在遮挡所述盒盖内表面,提高所述盒盖内表面视觉体验的基础上,最大限度的增加所述第一连接结构域所述盒盖的接触面积,从而提高所述第一连接结构的结构强度。
S403:将所述第二固定区域42与所述内托30的预设外表面B固定连接,所述内托30的预设外表面B朝向所述盒体侧壁中与所述盒盖连接的侧壁。
需要说明的是,在本申请的一个实施例中,在平行于所述第一固定区域41至所述第二固定区域42方向上,所述连接区域43长度取值范围为16mm-18mm,包括端点值, 如17.5mm,以避免所述连接区域过大在所述书形盒打开过程中引起褶皱和成本的增加,同时避免所述连接区域过小导致所述盒盖无法打开。
S5:将所述内托置于所述容纳空间。
由上可知,利用本申请实施例所提供的书形盒制作方法制作的书形盒中,所述第一连接结构一端与盒盖朝向所述盒体一侧表面固定连接,一端与所述内托的预设外表面固定连接,所述内托的预设外表面朝向所述盒体侧壁中与所述盒盖连接的侧壁,从而在所述盒盖打开的时候通过所述第一连接结构给所述内托一个斜向上的作用力,使得所述内托与所述预设外表面相对的一侧向上升起,便于所述内托及其支撑产品从所述盒体的容纳空间中取出,提高用户体验。
需要说明的是,为了保证所述内托所述第一连接结构给予支撑力时可以顺利升起,且在所述第一连接结构不给予支撑力时,不会发生较大晃动,在上述任一实施例的基础上,在本申请的一个实施例中,所述内托外表面与所述盒体内表面之间的间隙宽度取值范围为1mm-2mm,包括端点值,但本申请对此并不做限定,具体视情况而定。

  1. 一种书形盒,其特征在于,包括:盒体,所述盒体具有一容纳空间;一端与所述盒体固定连接的盒盖;位于所述容纳空间内的内托;与所述内托和所述盒盖固定连接的第一连接结构,所述第一连接结构包括:第一固定区域、第二固定区域以及位于所述第一固定区域和所述第二固定区域之间的连接区域,其中,所述第一固定区域与所述盒盖朝向所述盒体一侧表面固定连接,所述第二固定区域与所述内托的预设外表面固定连接,所述内托的预设外表面朝向所述盒体侧壁中与所述盒盖连接的侧壁。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的书形盒,其特征在于,在平行于所述第一固定区域至所述第二固定区域方向上,所述连接区域长度取值范围为16mm-18mm,包括端点值。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的书形盒,其特征在于,所述盒体与所述盒盖通过第二连接结构固定连接,所述第二连接结构包括第三固定区域和第四固定区域,其中,所述第三固定区域与所述盒体侧壁中与所述盒盖连接的侧壁的外表面固定连接,所述第四固定区域与所述盒盖朝向所述盒体一侧表面的至少部分区域固定连接。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的书形盒,其特征在于,所述第三固定区域朝向所述盒体一侧具有第一粘接区域,所述第三固定区域与所述盒体通过所述第一粘接区域固定连接;所述第四固定区域朝向所述盒盖一侧表面具有第二粘接区域,所述第四固定区域和所述盒盖通过所述第二粘接区域固定连接。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的书形盒,其特征在于,所述第一粘接区域设置有双面胶,所述第二粘接区域设置有双面胶。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的书形盒,其特征在于,所述盒体包括由双灰纸板制作的固定层以及由白卡纸板制作的装饰层,所述装饰层位于所述固定层的外表面。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的书形盒,其特征在于,所述盒体包括底面以及与所述底面为一体结构的四个侧壁;所述固定层对应所述盒体侧壁部分的厚度为所述固定层对应所述盒体底面厚度的两倍。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的书形盒,其特征在于,所述内托外表面与所述盒体内表面之间的间隙宽度取值范围为1mm-2mm,包括端点值。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的书形盒,其特征在于,所述第一连接结构完全覆盖所述盒盖朝向所述盒体一侧表面,且完全覆盖所述内托与所述第一连接结构固定连接一侧的表面。
