Abstract
本发明公开了一种包装盒,涉及外包装加工技术领域,为解决现有厚质包装盒运输和存放时占用体积大、需粘接固定导致拆开后无法重复使用等问题而设计。该包装盒由扣合在一起的两个盖体构成,每个盖体均由板件折叠而成,板件包括内柔性层、外柔性层以及设置于内、外柔性层之间的纸板层;盖体包括底板以及设置于底板至少一对侧的侧板和翻板,侧板一侧连接底板,另一侧连接翻板,侧板可沿底板上与侧板相接的侧边翻转,翻板可沿侧板上与翻板相接的侧边翻转;底板与侧板之间具有定位结构,翻板的自由端与定位结构通过插接方式固定。本发明提供的包装盒组装过程无需粘接,生产效率高,便于拆装,可反复使用,当运输或者存放时将盖体拆开,占用体积小。

技术领域
本发明涉及外包装加工技术领域,尤其涉及一种包装盒。
背景技术
包装盒是人们日常生活中常用的一种生活用品,用于包装各种物品。为了提高包装盒的结构可靠性以及美观性,包装盒采用较厚的材料制成,通常厚质包装盒采用粘接的方式制成,制作完成后形状不能再变化,其运输和存放时占用体积大,造成空间的浪费,增加仓储和运输的成本。
为节省空间,如图1所示,可将包装盒设计为折叠式的,使用时将两边折叠并在四角处粘接形成包装盒,但这种结构的包装盒存在如下问题:
(1)结构复杂,需在包装盒的内部多裱糊一层纸,增加了加工工艺,影响生产效率和生产成本;
(2)由于采用粘接固定,组装好的包装盒若不使用也无法拆成原有的片状结构,使用和存放不方便。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提出一种结构简单可靠,运输和存放时占用体积小,无需粘接即可组装成形,拆装方便、可反复使用的包装盒。
为达此目的,本发明采用以下技术方案:
一种包装盒,由扣合在一起的两个盖体构成,每个所述盖体均由板件折叠而成,所述板件包括内柔性层、外柔性层以及设置于内、外柔性层之间的纸板层;
所述盖体包括底板以及设置于底板至少一对侧的侧板和翻板,所述侧板一侧连接所述底板,另一侧连接所述翻板,所述侧板可沿所述底板上与所述侧板相接的侧边翻转,所述翻板可沿所述侧板上与所述翻板相接的侧边翻转;
所述底板与所述侧板之间具有定位结构,所述翻板的自由端与所述定位结构通过插接方式固定。
优选的,所述定位结构为设置于所述底板至少一对侧的台阶结构,所述翻板的自由端与所述台阶结构的台阶面相贴合。
优选的,所述纸板层包括第一纸板层单元以及由内向外依次设置于所述第一纸板层单元至少一对侧的第二纸板层单元和第三纸板层单元,所述第一纸板层单元与所述第二纸板层单元之间以及所述第二纸板层单元与所述第三纸板层单元之间具有间隙,所述第一纸板层单元上与所述第二纸板层单元相对应的侧边设置有台阶结构。
优选的,所述台阶结构采用铣削加工形成。
优选的,所述定位结构为设置于所述底板至少一对侧的凹槽,所述翻板的自由端***所述凹槽内。
优选的,所述翻板的内柔性层上固定有拉片,当所述翻板的自由端与所述台阶结构的台阶面相贴合时,部分所述拉片露于外部。
优选的,所述底板的一对侧设置有侧板和翻板,另一对侧设置有封板,所述封板可沿所述底板上与所述封板相接的侧边翻转。
优选的,所述封板的两侧向外伸出有柔性限位片,所述柔性限位片的自由端固定于所述侧板的内柔性层上,当所述翻板的自由端与所述台阶结构的台阶面相贴合时,在所述柔性限位片的作用下,所述封板与所述底板垂直。
优选的,所述翻板比所述侧板宽0.5至1mm。
优选的,其中一个盖体的底板中部具有透明层。
本发明的有益效果为:
本发明提供的包装盒由两个盖体扣合形成,盖体由较厚的板件折叠而成,每个盖体的底板的至少一对侧设置有侧板和翻板,在底板和侧板之间设置定位结构,将侧板沿底板的外边沿向内翻转立起,翻板沿侧板的外边沿向内翻转并将翻板的自由端与定位结构通过插接固定从而形成一个盖体,将两个盖体扣合即可形成一个完整的包装盒,整个组装过程无需粘接,实现了厚质包装盒可折叠;当运输或者存放时,将两个盖体拆开,翻板与定位结构分开,将侧板和翻板弯折平放;结构简单,加工方便,提高了生产效率,便于拆装,可反复使用,节省能源,运输和存放时占用体积小。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图并通过具体实施方式来进一步说明本发明的技术方案。
实施例一:
本实施例提供了一种包装盒,其由扣合在一起的两个盖体构成,两个盖体的结构相同。如图2和图3所示,盖体包括底板1、设置于底板1一对侧的侧板2和翻板3以及设置于底板1另一对侧的封板4。
侧板2一侧连接底板1,另一侧连接翻板3,侧板2可沿底板1上与侧板2相接的侧边翻转,翻板3可沿侧板2上与翻板3相接的侧边翻转。
在底板1和侧板2之间还具有定位结构,翻板3的自由端可通过翻转与定位结构通过插接方式固定。于本实施例中,定位结构为台阶结构5,台阶结构5设置于底板1上与侧板2相对应的侧边上。翻板3的自由端可翻转后与台阶结构5的台阶面相贴合形成固定。翻板3比侧板2宽0.5至1mm,使得翻板3形成固定后,翻板3和侧板2的顶部是平齐的,保证包装盒的美观性。
封板4可沿底板1上与封板4相接的侧边翻转。封板5的两侧向外伸出有柔性限位片7,柔性限位片7的自由端固定于侧板2的内面上,当翻板3翻转形成固定时,在柔性限位片7作用下使得封板4和底板1垂直。
该包装盒的组装过程为,将侧板2沿底板1的外边沿向内翻转90度立起,翻板3沿侧板2的外边沿向内270度翻转并使得翻板3的自由端与台阶结构5的台阶面相贴合形成固定,此时,翻板3和侧板2均与底板1垂直,且柔性限位片7夹持在翻板3和侧板2之间,在侧板2、翻板3和柔性限位片7的共同作用下,封板4也与底板1垂直,从而形成一个盖体,另一个盖体采用同样的方式组装,将两个盖体扣合即可形成一个完整的包装盒,组装十分方便。当运输或存放时,将两个盖体分开,翻板3的自由端脱离台阶结构5,将侧板2和翻板3弯折平放,这样能够大大节省运输和存放时的占用体积,且整个过程无需粘接,便于拆装方便,可反复使用,节省能源。
为了方便包装盒的拆卸,在翻板3的内面上还固定有拉片8,当翻板3的自由端与台阶结构5的台阶面相贴合时,部分拉片8露于外部,当需要拆卸时只需拉动拉片8,使得翻板3的自由端脱离台阶结构5即可。
两个盖体均由板件折叠而成。如图4和图5所示,板件包括内柔性层10、外柔性层11以及设置于内、外柔性层之间的纸板层9。于本实施例中,内柔性层10和外柔性层11均采用包装纸,也可以是绸布等其他柔性材料。
其中,纸板层9包括第一纸板层单元91、由内向外依次设置于第一纸板层单元91一对侧的第二纸板层单元92和第三纸板层单元93以及设置于第一纸板层单元91另一对侧的第四纸板层单元94。第一纸板层单元91与第二纸板层单元92之间、第二纸板层单元92与第三纸板层单元93之间以及第一纸板层单元91和第四纸板层单元94之间具有间隙95,第一纸板层单元91上与第二纸板层单元92相对应的侧边设置有台阶结构5。内柔性层10和外柔性层11裱糊在纸板层9上。第一纸板层单元91、第二纸板层单元92、第三纸板层单元93和第四纸板层单元94分别与内、外柔性层配合形成底板1、侧板2、翻板3和封板4。由于间隙95的存在,在底板1与侧板2之间、侧板2与翻板3之间以及底板1与封板4之间形成转动关节,从而实现侧板2、翻板3以及封板4的翻转。结构简单,加工方便,大大提高了生产效率,降低了生产成本。
盖体的加工过程主要包括以下步骤:
步骤A、采用铣削方式在第一纸板层单元91上加工出台阶结构5;
步骤B、将第一纸板层单元91、第二纸板层单元92、第三纸板层单元93和第四纸板层单元94按结构和尺寸要求铺设在外柔性层11上;
步骤C、将内柔性层10覆于铺设好的纸板层9上,将内、外柔性层与纸板层9粘接固定;
步骤D、将拉片8和柔性限位片7粘接在内柔性层10上,完成盖体的加工。
另外,还可根据需求在其中一个盖体的底板1中部设置透明层12,使得透过透明层12可看到包装盒内的物品。
实施例二:
本实施例提供了一种包装盒,其基本结构与实施例一相同,由扣合在一起的两个盖体构成。
不同之处在于,盖体上可不设置封板,还可以将封板替换为侧板和翻板的组合,具体可根据具体的实际包装需求设置;定位结构不限,能够对翻板的自由端形成定位的结构均可,例如如图7所示,在底板1的两侧设置凹槽6,将翻板的自由端***凹槽6内形成固定,或者在翻板的自由端上设置凹槽,在连接板上设置凸起,将翻板的凹槽***连接板上的凸起内形成固定,再例如在连接板上设置挡板,通过挡板来限制翻板的位移等等。

1.一种包装盒,由扣合在一起的两个盖体构成,其特征在于:每个所述盖体均由板件折叠而成,所述板件包括内柔性层(10)、外柔性层(11)以及设置于内、外柔性层之间的纸板层(9);
所述盖体包括底板(1)以及设置于底板(1)至少一对侧的侧板(2)和翻板(3),所述侧板(2)一侧连接所述底板(1),另一侧连接所述翻板(3),所述侧板(2)可沿所述底板(1)上与所述侧板(2)相接的侧边翻转,所述翻板(3)可沿所述侧板(2)上与所述翻板(3)相接的侧边翻转;
所述底板(1)与所述侧板(2)之间具有定位结构,所述翻板(3)的自由端与所述定位结构通过插接方式固定。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种包装盒,其特征在于:所述定位结构为设置于所述底板(1)至少一对侧的台阶结构(5),所述翻板(3)的自由端与所述台阶结构(5)的台阶面相贴合。

4.根据权利要求3所述的一种包装盒,其特征在于:所述台阶结构(5)采用铣削加工形成。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种包装盒,其特征在于:所述定位结构为设置于所述底板(1)至少一对侧的凹槽(6),所述翻板(3)的自由端***所述凹槽(6)内。
6.根据权利要求1至5任一项所述的一种包装盒,其特征在于:所述翻板(3)的内柔性层(10)上固定有拉片(8),当所述翻板(3)的自由端与所述台阶结构(5)的台阶面相贴合时,部分所述拉片(8)露于外部。
7.根据权利要求1至5任一项所述的一种包装盒,其特征在于:所述底板(1)的一对侧设置有侧板(2)和翻板(3),另一对侧设置有封板(4),所述封板(4)可沿所述底板(1)上与所述封板(4)相接的侧边翻转。
8.根据权利要求7所述的一种包装盒,其特征在于:所述封板(4)的两侧向外伸出有柔性限位片(7),所述柔性限位片(7)的自由端固定于所述侧板(2)的内柔性层(10)上,当所述翻板(3)的自由端与所述台阶结构(5)的台阶面相贴合时,在所述柔性限位片(7)的作用下,所述封板(4)与所述底板(1)垂直。
9.根据权利要求1至5任一项所述的一种包装盒,其特征在于:所述翻板(3)比所述侧板(2)宽0.5至1mm。
10.根据权利要求1至5任一项所述的一种包装盒,其特征在于:其中一个盖体的底板(1)中部具有透明层(12)。
