Description

一种扬声器 技术领域
本发明涉及电声产品技术领域,更具体地,涉及一种扬声器。
背景技术
扬声器是一种能够将电能转化为声能的器件,属于最基本的发声单元,扬声器单体是便携式电子设备的重要声学器件,其广泛应用于手机等终端设备中。扬声器单体由振动***和磁路***组成,能够完成基本的电能转换为声能的功能。
扬声器包括形成有容纳空间的外壳和收容于外壳内的振动***和磁路***。扬声器的外壳上设有用于连接扬声器内外电路的电连接件,电连接件分别与音圈引线和外部电路电连接,从而导通外部电路与音圈引线,外部电路将电能经由音圈引线输入音圈,从而在扬声器内通过电磁感应原理使音圈振动,音圈振动带动振膜振动发声,从而使电能转化为声能,实现扬声器的发声功能。其中磁路***的结构对扬声器提供动力,对扬声器的性能起了关键作用。通常磁路***包括导磁板、磁铁和导磁轭。扬声器的跌落试验是验证扬声器可靠性的关键试验,磁铁和导磁轭的粘接强度和均匀性对于直接影响耐跌落试验的结果。目前一般磁路***采用的方式是磁铁和导磁轭平面粘接,这种粘接方式会导致磁铁和导磁轭粘接存胶量较少,对涂胶均匀性及一致性要求严格。
基于上述存在的问题,需要提供的一种扬声器以解决上述现有技术所存在的缺陷。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题在于提供一种扬声器,通过对磁路***中磁铁和导磁轭之间结构的改进,增加了磁铁和导磁轭粘接的存胶量,进而能够增加磁铁和导磁轭粘接强度和均匀度,提升耐跌落可靠性试验的稳定性。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明提供一种扬声器,所述扬声器包括振动***和磁路***,所述磁路***包括导磁轭和中心磁铁,所述导磁轭至少包括沿水平方向设置的基部,所述中心磁铁结合于所述基部的上表面;
所述基部包括与中心磁铁对应结合的由基部上表面向内凹陷形成的第一凹陷部。
进一步的,所述第一凹陷部的横向面积小于所述基部与中心磁铁的结合面面积。
进一步的,所述磁路***进一步包括:
结合于所述中心磁铁上的中心导磁板;
位于所述基部边缘位置环绕所述中心磁铁的对称的两个或四个边磁铁;及
分别设置在对称的两个或四个边磁铁上的边导磁板;
所述中心磁铁和边磁铁之间形成容纳音圈的磁间隙。
进一步的,所述基部进一步包括与边磁铁对应结合的由基部上表面向内凹陷形成的第二凹陷部。
进一步的,所述扬声器还包括具有环形侧壁的壳体,所述边导磁板一端与环形侧壁粘接固定或一体注塑成型,另一端向远离环形侧壁内表面方向延伸。
进一步的,所述壳体包括与磁路***装配的镂空的安装部,所述导磁轭的下表面裸露于壳体外。
进一步的,所述第一凹陷部和第二凹陷部内均填充有粘接胶。
进一步的,所述第一凹陷部的形状为圆形、矩形或圆角矩形;所述第二凹陷部的形状为圆形、矩形或圆角矩形。
进一步的,所述第一凹陷部和所述第二凹陷部均为不竖向贯通所述基部上表面和下表面的凹槽结构;所述第一凹陷部、所述第二凹陷部均可包括至少一个凹槽结构,多个所述凹槽结构均匀间隔分布,或者,多个所述凹槽结构之间的间距不等。所述第一凹陷部和所述第二凹陷部的横向宽度均自开口端向底端逐渐减小,或者,所述第一凹陷部和所述第二凹陷部的开口端与底端的横向宽度相等。
进一步的,所述第一凹陷部和所述第二凹陷部的深度相等或者不等。
本发明的有益效果如下:
本发明通过以上技术方案,通过在导磁轭基部的上表面设置第一凹陷部(包括同时设置第二凹陷部),增加了中心磁铁(边磁铁)与导磁轭粘接的存胶量,进而能够增加磁铁和导磁轭粘接强度和均匀度,提升耐跌落可靠性试验的稳定性。

参见图1-图4,图1示出本发明的一种扬声器的结构示意图;图2示出本发明的一种扬声器的磁路***结构示意图;图3示出本发明的一种扬声器的磁路***剖面图;图4示出图3中A部的局部放大图。基于本发明所要解决的技术问题,解决现有技术中磁铁和导磁轭平面粘接会导致磁铁和导磁轭粘接存胶量较少,影响耐跌落试验的稳定性,对涂胶均匀性及一致性要求严格的问题。
本发明的扬声器同样适用于没有外壳结构的扬声器单体,本实施方式以具有外壳壳体的结构为例进行具体阐述。本发明提供一种扬声器,所述扬声器包括壳体1,所述壳体1包括环形侧壁,所述壳体1上固定有振动***和磁路***。所述振动***包括振膜3和结合于振膜3下方的音圈2,所述振膜3包括振膜本体和结合于振膜本体平面部的补强部4。
所述磁路***包括导磁轭7和中心磁铁6,所述导磁轭7与所述壳体1共同构成所述扬声器的外壳结构,所述壳体1包括与磁路***装配的镂空的安装部,所述导磁轭7的下表面裸露于壳体1外。
所述导磁轭7至少包括沿水平方向设置的基部,所述中心磁铁6结合于所述基部的上表面;所述基部包括与中心磁铁6对应结合的由基部上表面向内凹陷形成的第一凹陷部701。本发明所提供的扬声器通过在导磁轭基部的上表面设置第一凹陷部701,增加了中心磁铁6和导磁轭7之间粘接的存胶量,相对于现有技术中的磁铁和导磁轭的平面粘接方式,增加了中心磁铁6和导磁轭7粘接的强度和均匀度,提升了耐跌落可靠性试验的稳定性。
为了适配中心磁铁6,优选地,所述第一凹陷部701的横向面积小于所述基部与中心磁铁6的结合面面积。
作为一种优选地实施方案,所述磁路***进一步包括:结合于所述中心磁铁6上的中心导磁板5;位于所述基部边缘位置环绕所述中心磁铁的对称的两个或四个边磁铁601;及分别设置在对称的两个或四个边磁铁601上的边导磁板;所述中心磁铁6和边磁铁601之间形成容纳音圈2的磁间隙。
作为进一步优选地实施方案,所述基部进一步包括与边磁铁601对应结合的由基部上表面向内凹陷形成的第二凹陷部。对应边磁铁601的第二凹陷部的作用同样是增加了边磁铁601和导磁轭7之间粘接的存胶量,相对于现有技术中的磁铁和导磁轭的平面粘接方式,增加了边磁铁和导磁轭7粘接的强度和均匀度,提升了耐跌落可靠性试验的稳定性。
本发明所述扬声器中,所述壳体1包括环形侧壁,所述边导磁板一端与环形侧壁粘接固定或一体注塑成型,另一端向远离环形侧壁内表面方向延伸。对于该边导磁板的结构及配置方式,本发明仅提供一种优选的实施方式,该边导磁板也可直接结合固定在边磁铁上,本发明对此不作限制。
进一步优选地,为了便于导磁轭7与中心磁铁6之间的结合固定,所述第一凹陷部701内可填充有粘接胶,且所述第一凹陷部701的形状可为圆形、矩形或圆角矩形。所述第一凹陷部701为不竖向贯通所述基部上表面和下表面的凹槽结构;所述第一凹陷部701的横向宽度均自开口端向底端逐渐减小,或者,所述第一凹陷部的开口端与底端的横向宽度相等。所述第一凹陷部701的深度相等或者不等。
进一步优选地,为了便于导磁轭7与边磁铁601之间的结合固定,所述第二凹陷部内可填充有粘接胶,且所述第二凹陷部的形状可为圆形、矩形或圆角矩形。所述第二凹陷部均为不竖向贯通所述基部上表面和下表面的凹槽结构;需要说明的是,第一凹陷部和第二凹陷部均可以只包括一个凹槽结构,也可以包括多个凹槽结构,当设置为多个凹槽结构时,多个凹槽之间可以均匀分布(即等间距设置),当然也可以设置为不等间距排列,具体的设置方式不受限制。所述第二凹陷部的横向宽度均自开口端向底端逐渐减小,或者,所述第二凹陷部的开口端与底端的横向宽度相等。所述第二凹陷部的深度相等或者不等。本发明对此不作限制。

    所述基部包括与中心磁铁对应结合的由基部上表面向内凹陷形成的第一凹陷部。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种扬声器,其特征在于,
    所述第一凹陷部的横向面积小于所述基部与中心磁铁的结合面面积。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的一种扬声器,其特征在于,
    所述磁路***进一步包括:
    结合于所述中心磁铁上的中心导磁板;
    位于所述基部边缘位置环绕所述中心磁铁的对称的两个或四个边磁铁;及分别设置在对称的两个或四个边磁铁上的边导磁板;
    所述中心磁铁和边磁铁之间形成容纳音圈的磁间隙。
