Description

DESCRIPTION PAINTING SYSTEM WITH ZAG PLUS METHOD THE RELATED ART
Invention relates to a zag plus painting system which can be applied in all sectors requiring coating and spraying such as textile, automotive, furniture in addition to leather, can be used in painting cabinets and allows application of automation painting system for materials that cannot be taken into painting cabinet after mounted onto chassis or are painted gropingly.
The invention particularly relates to a zag plus painting system consisting of one or more than one zag gun performing paint spraying while the product located on the product front entrance moves forward on the belt by means of motion following gun path on the belt by help of driver.
BACKGROUND OF THE RELATED ART
In the related art, rotary or elliptic painting systems requires paint distribution hub, air distribution hub, electronics distribution system. It is not possible to have a smooth surface as the system makes zig-zag.. While intensity of paint increases in some areas, it decreases in certain areas. This causes failure to obtain homogenous surface.
The systems available in the related art provide painting only in one single direction and gun does not catch the surface to be painted while it moves on the belt. When speed and pressure of gun increased, some part of paint is dispersed in the air without absorption by the surface. When such paints fall on the surface again, the shade difference occurs. When the paint is applied slowly, the surface to be painted needs to undergo several screening procedures. When the speed of the surface to be painted, that is, speed of belt is slowed down, efficiency decreases as the surface area painted per unit time decreases.
Operation principle of the painting guns in painting systems available in the related art does not provide homogenous application of painting during painting.
In the related art, the guns follow a circular or elliptic path following each other in the running machines and thus painting is performed without leaving any space on the material flowing at a speed pace without leaving any space and without creation of any shade difference. Although the painting quality at such machines is high, basic problem is that it not only requires a complicated design and production method, but also requires many mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical and electronics accessories as well as workmanship of specialist level to prepare equipment and make mounting, and therefore cost of machine is high. In addition, since the machines have complicated system, troubleshooting is considerably difficult.
As a result, the need for a new zag plus painting method to solve the above mentioned problems and inadequacy of existing solutions have necessitated development in the related art. PURPOSE OF THE INVENTION
The purpose of the invention is to provide very proper paint application only during moving through precise and synchronous adjustment of angles of guns in respect to belt speed thanks to this developed zag plus painting method. Thus paint is applied to each area of the surface in equal amount and it is ensured that product has no trace, shades.
The most important purpose of the invention is to provide quick and proper painting.
Another purpose of the invention is to apply paint onto only parts of the product seen by the guns thanks to electronics reader in the input and software.
A further purpose of the invention is to not apply paint at turns of guns so as to make quick returns.
Another purpose of the invention is to adjust the painting distance in respect to desired status.
The structural and characteristic features and all advantages of the invention will be understood better with the figures given below and the detailed description by reference to the figures. Therefore, the assessment should be made based on the figures and the detailed descriptions.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION The invention relates to a zag plus painting method conducting paint application only in moving direction by means of adjusting zag guns (30) angles according to belt speed by help of driving (20) in precise and synchronous manner.
Figure 1 , Figure 2 and Figure 3 show zag plus painting method. The invention is a gun system moving in four directions in a precise and synchronous manner by help of zag gun (30) driving (20). While the product (70) located on product input (1 1 ) moves forward on the belt (10), by help of driving (20), one or more than one zag gun (30) follows the gun path (40) on the belt (10) and sprays paint. Zag guns (30) can move in four directions by help of driving (20). Zag guns (30) paint only the parts of the product (70) seen by it thanks to electronics reader (60) in the input and the software. Furthermore, zag gun (30) does not apply paint at turns and thus returns quickly. Panting distances of zag guns (30) are adjusted as desired.
Figure 4 and figure 5 show paint traces (50) Zag guns (30) adjust their angles according to belt (10) speed by help of driving (20) in a precise and synchronous manner and thus apply paint very smoothly and in parallel to each other without leaving trace and shade. Gun path (40) and angle vary according to belt (10) speed and driving adjusts this angle by means of software. When the belt (10) speed increases, gun path (40) angle also increases and when belt (10) speed decreases, gun path (40) angle decreases. Similarly, when belt (10) speed increases, paint traces (50) intervals decrease and when belt (10) speed decreases, paint traces (50) intervals increase. Thus fast and proper painting is achieved.
The protection scope of this application has been specified under claims and cannot be limited to the descriptions only given as sampling above. It is clear that a person skilled in the related art can provide the novelty disclosed under the invention by use of the similar embodiments and/or can also apply this embodiment in other areas for similar purposes used in the related art. Therefore, it is obvious that such embodiments will be lack of novelty and particularly, surpassing the state of art criteria.
