Description
本发明专利涉及一种面料,具体涉及一种抗菌面料及其加工工艺。
随着科学技术的不断发展,满足人们不同需要的纺织品面料层出不穷,以满足消费者的需求,在人们的日常生活中起着越来越重要的作用。
发明内容
发明的目的:本发明的目的在于提供一种抗菌面料。
本发明采用的技术方案:一种抗菌面料,由经线和纬线相互编织而成,所述经线由涤纶长丝纤维和莫代尔纤维混纺而成,所述的纬线由丙纶纤维和亚麻纤维混纺编织而成,所述的经线中涤纶长丝纤维和莫代尔纤维的混纺比例为1:3,所述的纬线中丙纶纤维和亚麻纤维的混纺比例为1:3。
所述经线和纬线采用平纹或斜纹编织。
一种抗菌面料加工工艺,具体包括如下步骤:
a、交并工序:将涤纶长丝纤维和莫代尔纤维送入并纱机中进行纱线交并形成混并经线,将丙纶纤维和亚麻纤维送入并纱机中进行纱线交并形成混并纬线;
b、络筒工序:将步骤a中混并的经线及纬线送入络筒机内进行络筒,同时控制槽筒线速度为1000~1100m/min,卷绕密度为0.32~0.37g/cm3;
c、整经工序:采用整经机对步骤b中络筒的纱线进行分条整经,控制整经机的整经速度为330~350mm/min,卷绕密度为0.6~0.8g/cm3;
d、织造工艺:采用剑杆织机进行织造,其中经纱及纬纱按照预设比例送入,其中织造速度为160~180r/min,开口时间为310~320°;
e、后整理工序:将步骤d织造完的原布进行检验,然后烧去布面上的绒毛,再送入定型机中进行定型,使成布符合要求,再进行验布,包装。
有益效果:本发明所揭示的一种抗菌面料,具有良好的抗菌性能。

一种抗菌面料加工工艺,具体包括如下步骤:

- 一种抗菌面料,由经线和纬线相互编织而成,其特征在于:所述经线由涤纶长丝纤维和莫代尔纤维混纺而成,所述的纬线由丙纶纤维和亚麻纤维混纺编织而成,所述的经线中涤纶长丝纤维和莫代尔纤维的混纺比例为1:3,所述的纬线中丙纶纤维和亚麻纤维的混纺比例为1:3。
- 根据权利要求1所述的一种抗菌面料,其特征在于:所述经线和纬线采用平纹或斜纹编织。
